Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten! The guy Randy cut me twice! He was rushing cuz it was busy and was barely looking at my nails so he kept cutting me by accident. He also left the color all around my nails and didn’t trim my cuticles as I asked. Will not be returning and I highly recommend you don’t go either! $70 is such a waste as I have to get this fixed elsewhere. Also, the lady at the end who cashed me out asked if everything went okay and I told her I got cut multiple times and all she said was “oh sorry”.. like maybe train your employees better? I’ve never been cut anywhere else.

Yaw! Thomas got my nail shape just right. I will be booking with him from now on. I have been here a few times and come back because the atmosphere is so relaxing. Thanks again Thomas for taking care of my nails I love them!!

Terrible place to get your nails done! I asked for a simple French manicure and it was very badly done. It looks much worse in person. The dip powder is so thick that it is also stuck on my skin. The French tip line is super uneven and each nail looks like it belongs on a different hand. They didn’t do anything to make it right. They charged me full price and didn’t seem to care. Please do not come here!

Thomas is awesome! He has been doing my nails for a long time. He is great!! He helps me pick my colors and shapes my nails beautifully. I love going to Hollywood Nails every two weeks. I always know he will do a fabulous job. He also gives the best shoulder massages. Holly is wonderful when she does pedicures. She is very sweet and her foot massages are awesome!!

This was my first time visiting this place and I left happy with both my new full set and their signature pedicure. Both ladies went out of their way to make sure my nails were done as I wanted and the price was fair and reasonable. My only complaint was that I was there for 3 hours; there was no wait... it took the lady working on my nails that long to soak off the old and get the full set done.. and that just felt like a long time to me!! Ill be back, hoping it was a one time thing.

I got my nails done a dip on Sunday they all popped off on Wednesday … I paid in all 140 dollars just to have my nails popping off waste of money

Ive been going here for about 2 years now and I love it. I sadly moved to another location and was forced to try other salons on occasion but NONE of them have measured up to Hollywood. Every time I come they never fail to offer the BEST service. And Ive never had that at any Nail Spa, to be honest. Cici has done my eyelash extensions, nails, and a few of my Pedicures before. I usually ALWAYS book Thomas for my Pedicures when Cici is not doing it because he is AMAZING. He does my toes exactly how I like them and always finishes with an exceptional foot/leg massage. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Hollywood Nails is the BEST salon in the DFW area! Lucy is the BEST! I have been going to Hollywood Nails for several years and have always pleased with the results. Nails, pedicures, lashes, massages, and eyebrows! Randy did my pedicure and it was AMAZING! I recommend this Hollywood Nails location!!

I came in today for a 35 minute foot massage and didn’t get good customer service the lady that was supposed to be massaging me basically just rubbed lotion on my legs and didn’t even massage my feet, it was a foot massage. When she was done she didn’t say anything she just got up and walked away I was confused I asked the lady I next to me if the lady doing massage was done and she said yes it didn’t even feel like 35 minutes she didn’t start a timer I won’t be returning here this is why I never try new salons I am a great tipper I probably received bad service because I look young. I always tip but the service was so bad that lady should not be allowed to give massages

CHRISTINA TRAN IS THE BEST EYELASH AND NAIL TECHNICIAN in DALLAS! Highly skilled,extremely personable and kind, Christina is the whole package. I have been going to her for about five years and have followed her to her new location at this great spa located in Preston Center. This Spa is filled with nice technicians and customers. They offer tons of services and lots of space to host a private party. They have a nice selection of beverages, including some alcohol, if you feel like imbibing. You won’t go wrong with Christina! I get complimented on my lashes all the time and I totally trust her it’s around my eyes to the point that I have fallen asleep many times. Don’t forget to ask her to do your nails. She is fabulous at that too!

This place is amazing! Thomas and Lily have always taken care of me with kindness. The place is always so clean and has great ambiance, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff is very professional and my nails always look flawless! Most importantly, they never hurt my cuticles or leave me with thin damaged nails, which is hard to say for other places. This is definitely my go-to place now!

I stumbled upon this nail salon after my regular spot couldnt fit me in and I havent looked back since! This is my special treat for myself and I go once a month to step away, get pampered and just relax.I appreciate the overall value for the price, the peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, complimentary refreshments and the fact that they include hot stones as a part of their deluxe treatment at a reasonable price (a lot of places dont offer it as a regular service anymore/at a comparable price).More importantly, I truly value a place thats flexible, I can count on to consistently do a good job, and they genuinely care about their customers. I typically call ahead and Michael gets me set up with my favorite technicians: Thomas, Jennifer or Lucy. I appreciate that they each take their time and have pride in their work- they do a great job throughout all aspects of the service! Although I have my regulars, its also nice to know that any of the technicians are friendly, kind and will do a great job!Finally, Ill never forget a visit I had scheduled with Thomas and they were unexpectedly behind once I arrived. I wasnt in a particular rush or phased by the wait, but Michael noticed and compensated me with a voucher off my service due to the length of time that I had waited. Its the little things that make a difference and I appreciated that kind gesture!

Do not come here for dip nails. My manicurist was sloppy and definitely not gentle. pedicure was great but lengthy (which you may like). No one asked my friend or I if we wanted a drink. I have been doing dip nails consistently for 7 years in Dallas, the nail salon is definitely not worth your money. They also charged for dip removal. Don’t be fooled, lots of nail salons don’t charge this so find one worth your hard earned money! :) I will post pictures and you can judge.

I loved, loved, loved my experience here! I have a hard time finding salons where I feel at home and I don’t leave with my cuticles bleeding. Thomas was wonderful, aware of my time constraints, and my nails looked great. Also, my pedicure was incredibly relaxing. I will be back!

Massage 💆‍♀️ gone wrongWorst experience ever! Asked for a dip and the job was horrible done plus she was in a hurry and cut me. Then asked for a massage 💆‍♀️ for 15minutes Holly cow it was the worst ever…they should not have anyone massaging if they don’t know what their doing, felt worst afterwards 🤦🏻‍♀️…when brought up to manager he provided no solution. Paid my services and only tip the lady who did the pedicure only one that was good at what she was doing.Never going back! It was horrible.

I love Si Si for gel nails. She does an excellent job, the polish stays for three weeks with no peeling or breaking. For pedi I recommend Lien. She does a fantastic job. Both of these ladies are friendly and personable. The management is also very friendly always offering me something to drink as I begin my session. The place is clean. I highly recommend Hollywood Nail Spa on Westchester Drive in Dallas.

I get my nails done here very often, and they NEVER disappoint! My nails looked exactly like the photo, with a reasonable price, and I left happy and satisfied with what I received! Everyone there is so kind, and every time I have left the salon, I was never disappointed! My nails look so AMAZING!!!

This place is my absolute FAVORITE. I have tried out many nail salons and I have never been to one that is better than HollyWood Nail Salon. The service is AMAZING and everyone is soo nice. I will never go to another place!

This was my 2nd time visiting..our first visit was nice so we expected our 2nd visit to be nice as well. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance. We were visiting from out of state and arrived at our 1pm appointment a little early. Instead of asking us to wait, they tried to sit us in the back, which looked like a storage room for old furniture. After refusing to be seated in the back, we were then offered to wait and receive a seat where everyone else was seated. By then we were already offended and decided to just leave. Will not return. Went around the corner to Carousel Nails and Spa and was seen immediately and treated with professionalism, courtesy and dignity.

LUCY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! It was my first time visiting this place so naturally I was a little nervous. Michael instantly greeted me and was so kind. Also, makes the BEST margaritas. I’d go just for those alone lol. Lucy was so kind during our appointment and the nails are genuinely the best I’ve ever had. So grateful I found this place and will 1000% be back!! They have my business.

Christina and Thomas are a dynamic duo! I opted for the signature mani pedi and oh man am I glad! Price was great and feel pampered! High end with out the high end price. Both were great conversationalists and kind and friendly. Man, let Thomas do your manicure with the neck and shoulder message if you like pressure! I feel so relaxed and loved Christina’s choice of color. I let her pick and wow!!! Just love this place. My second time coming and I will come again!

I typically don’t give reviews, but each visit at this salon has been awesome. Micheal always greets you with a pleasant hello when you arrive and Thomas, Thomas, THOMAS; you are one of the best technicians I have come across. I will refrain from using names but the lady who did my dip and the lady who did my toes did horrible jobs.I made an appointment and they both rushed to try to accomodate other people walking in rather than manage and turn people away or tell them to come back later. I didnt have time for them to fix it so I came back the next day and they fixed and did a great job. Appreciate them correcting it but will never go back here. Would not recommend.

There’s no doubt giving this location 5 stars. The service is amazing & from the minute I walk in till the moment I walk I am content. Lucy has been the greatest with treating my nails & accommodating my appointments. I never leave unsatisfied. The whole staff is great & welcoming. I don’t live near, but the drive is worth it.

Went in for a classic pedicure which is 35$ on their menu. It includes buffing calluses on feet. My nail tech charged me an extra 8$ at the end of my appointment to buff my calluses. This has always been included in the past and is included under the classic pedicure on their menu. It wasn’t anything special that hasn’t been done before with a regular pedicure. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Lucy saved my nails! I came in from a botched nail job from another nail salon & Lucy took care of me with helping me grow my nails back out & also giving me the best nail shape for my hands. She’s quick & really good at what she does. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! It’s red carpet, Ritz Carlton care! The prices are very reasonable & every technician I’ve had does a phenomenal job! CiCi does my nails and she is amazing! Vee does my toes & I love her to pieces! Their manager makes great margaritas or they have wine, sodas, or water. Great decor, good atmosphere. What more can I say? We called ahead and asked for a specific style, they said to come in and show them a picture, so we did. They saw the picture examples and said they have chrome color gel powder and started my nails first and then told me they don’t have any chrome color options.To top it off my nails didn’t even last a week. Definitely left a horrible first impression!

I thought my nails looked decent at first and everyone was nice. The shape was a little off and the nails were really thin. A week later my nails were cracking and bleeding from how thin the dip was. This was the most painful nail experience I have ever had. I wont be back because there are places that are way cheaper and their nails last longer than a week.

I swear by Hollywood Nails!! They are always willing to squeeze me in (even after hours), and are never late to start an appointment. I usually have Cici do my nails and Thomas does my nail art. Whenever I show them pictures of what I want they are so eager to help me achieve what I want and make it within my price range. I have tried so many different nails salons in Dallas but Hollywood nails has stuck!

Its was a great experience, and they took their time and was patient with me. They massages are extremely relaxing and soothing, not too mention the wine was delicious. I definitely will return.

I had a communication problem with the lady doing my nails. She did not understand my request of an American manicure. When I asked when she was going to do the white tip, she said you didn’t ask for that. I did, repeatedly. I wanted an off-white tip. After we went back and forth and then I said I didn’t want to argue, and asked her to just finish. She stood up, took off her mask and said that is not what you said. Someone else had to come and finish my manicure. Did she do a good job, yes. Was it what I asked for, no. $45 later and I’m going to go somewhere else to get what I paid for tonight. The manager did give me a coupon for $10 off my next visit. Too little, too late. This was my 6th, and LAST, time going to Hollywood Nails.

Randy gave a great, strong foot masssge. He used nice smelling lotion and he pushed hard on all my sore spots.Leeann did a pedi on my 86-yr old mom and she was very happy.FYI: the place changed its name Westchester nails.

I was given a mug with lipstick stains (not mine) on it. The nail tech was ok, my nails where not even or smooth.

This is quite possibly the most filthy nail salon I have ever been to. I didn’t want to make a scene and get up and leave once I noticed how gross it was, but I was seriously grossed out.I don’t take 1 star reviews lightly, but every corner of this place was filthy. Even the touchscreen I had to touch to pay, then the door to leave. 🤮Never again!!!

Thomas did my nails today and I must admit this guy has patience and took the time to do my nails as I wanted. I have the most beautiful nails, I went with the powder nails , and Thomas did me good.Lady’s see Thomas on your next visit 👍🏻😁

This is my go-to nails salon in uptown area! They provide great services. The technicians are professional, especially Sisi, she does the best Gel mani and Dip powders nails! Big bonus point is they have their own bar with plenty of drinks. Definitely come back often!

I asked for acrylic coffin shaped nails. They charged me $65 and the nails looked NOTHING like the picture I asked for!! They said they would “fix it” but they only filed them down and wanted to charge me more to fix the bad job they did, unacceptable! They were not even close to coffin shape, I can’t even explain the crooked shape they gave me, color did not match at all, so disappointed! I wish I could give 0 stars!

The service was incredible. I was greeted upon walking in and didn’t have to wait long (I was a walk in). CeCe was able to the design I wanted perfectly and was very flexible with me and patient with my indecisiveness. I will definitely be going back and recommend to everyone who wants great service.

Awful, awful customer service. I have been coming for 5+ years and it appears that new customers trump loyalty. I dont mind every now and then having my skin wrinkle in the water while observing other guests who come in after me get services started but when it becomes every time....you’ll lose my business. Too many great nail spas in Dallas to have this kind of experience. We won’t be back.

Brought 6 friends here for a Wedding Party Mani-pedi. A couple of people got other services as well. It was lovely and It was quite the bill!Before leaving I told the manager that I had a Free Service voucher from the sattellite store on Preston/Forest and would they honor it next time I came, and was told they would.Went back for a regular pedicure with Thomas and it was a very different experience. He may be a nice guy, but he was so distracted watching the TV above my chair that he was rougher than necessary, especially when using the cuticle nippers. He went at one toe so aggressively that he cut into the skin and it bled off and on for the next couple of hours.He apologised, but he kept watching TV!The icing on the cake was when I presented the voucher at the end, I was told that they wouldnt honor it after all!I wont be going back. There are other salons around that dont damage their clientele.

This salon have a really good services, and free drink such as wine which is my favorite. Also they give me a beautiful nails whenever i come here, and i got a discount for my birthday lat week. Would recommend.

Poor poor quality for the price that they charge! I left the salon so unsatisfied paying $65 for really bad work it didn’t look nothing like the pic i gave as a reference and when I called to see if they could fix my nails that looked so horribly shaped they tried to charged me half of what i paid just to fix it! I’m so disappointed in their service did not meet my expectations.

So it’s bittersweet they are very polite and nice unfortunately they drilled my nails to hard and both thumbs nails where very bruised now my hands need tender loving car 🙁. Suggestion take time and pay attention, do research regarding health care treatment that is very important .

Service was terrible, nail color didn’t match what was on the menu to choose from. Four days after getting my nails done the gel is already peeling off.

Requested a full body massage, with emphasis on my lower back. The room was very cold, the woman had a runny nose and sniffed the entire time. It was very noisy outside the massage room, laughing and yelling. The CD was apparently scratched, the music skipped a few times and the woman used her phone in the middle of the massage. It was more like a back rub than a massage. Will not return.

I got my eyebrows waxed and the job was not professional and i got burned scab on my eyebrow since the wax was too hot. The prices for their other services are expensive, I would not go again.
