I have finally found the perfect nail artist, and I cant recommend her enough! Jenny is, without a doubt, the best I have ever been to. Her skills are unmatched—every set of nails she creates is a masterpiece.One of the things that set her apart is how quick and efficient she is. But despite her speed, she never compromises on quality. I am always amazed at how every set turns out.What I love most is that the end product always looks exactly like the reference photo I provide. She has an incredible eye for detail and replicates designs with precision and artistry.If youre looking for the best, Jenny is an exceptional talent!

Emily and Jenny was my nail tech who instantly fell in love with her presence was so kind and sweet it added onto the warm ambiance of the salon. Emily greeted me asked if I wanted something to drink which was a plus along with a huge smile, she engaged into conversation with me she made me feel welcome. Let me add this is my first salon visit since moving to Dallas. She was very attentive as well as paid attention to every little details while providing one service she suggested clipping my cuticles etc . I highly recommend this salon as well as tech I am very well pleased

I visited Uptown nail spa yesterday after reading many mixed reviews. I came in for a CBD foot spa and a full set of acrylics. The foot spa was lovely and relaxing. I was convinced to use gel on my toes but when i asked for French tips she started doing white gel with no pink under it. They were trying to charge me $25 extra dollars to paint one white stripe on my toe, crazy. After i said something she fixed it and my toes are so cute! Hailey was great!My manicure on the other hand was just a sloppy mess. I asked for ombré coffin French tips and Michelle assured me it was her specialty and asked me to follow her Instagram. I could tell by the way she cut the initial nail that i wasn’t going to like the shape, but I decided to trust the process and trust her since this is her specialty. Another client came in and I realize that she was rushing to get to her appointment and didn’t quite finish up my nails. Also, the entire time she was shaping my nails she filed them over my outfit instead of putting a towel down over me I was covered in disgusting nail dust. As she was helping her other client, I realize what a poor and unfinished job she did on mine and I asked her to come back over to me. By the time I was done with my foot spa she finally came back over and tried to do some fixing. It was just so bad that it was difficult to even explain what I needed done. There was acrylic all over my hands and glue under the nails, and I could feel it where it was stuck to my skin. I asked her twice to keep filing and she just could not make it look good. I’m very disappointed that this is the first time I’ve gotten acrylic nails in 10 years and I can’t believe what a horrible job she did and that there’s still acrylic all over my fingers. would not recommend visiting Michele.

The lady doing my pedi scrubbed my skin too hard. It was an honest mistake and she wasnt paying attention. I try to be compassionate but it definitely hurt so I was in pain throughout the pedi. I love my nails but I don’t think I’ll be coming back because of the pain and risk of infection. They were reasonable and gave me a discount and band aid and alcohol to put on the wound.

I came in for a bridal party mani pedi afternoon and am loving my nails! Alex did a phenomenal sparkly French tip gel nail (prettiest I’ve ever had)! Chloe was extra careful with my pedicure and really ensured it was a relaxing experience. I am wedding ready and will definitely be back!

Me and my sister went in for the first time and everyone was really attentive! i did feel like a bother for asking too many questions and i got hurt in the process because i had a tech who seemed in a hurry. this color was close to what i wanted but really i wanted a dark cherry color and got convinced that once on my nail it will look darker. these acrylics damaged my nails so much because there was so much glue. one of my nails was crooked on placement. there wasn’t much prep done for my nails the didn’t even file them down, my cuticles were barely cut. my sister felt like we got charged too much for getting a basic style with zero art (we both got charged 70+) but you know they were attentive on wine and still put in all the work, that’s why i can’t give them lower than 2, ideally 1.5 though. they also said if i liked it, i needed to give them a 5 star review with their names on it and convinced me and my sister to do it in front of them.

One of my favorite nail salons to go to , Chloe does the best job on my toes. I get acrylic on my big toes and she makes sure it looks natural. Michelle never disappoints on my nails! I’m so indecisive and I trust her pick color and design. Anything I don’t like, I speak up and they resolve it. Come check them out!

First timer and i LOVED the way CECE did my nails 🥹🥹🥰. She took her time and was very detail oriented. I mean they look so clean and classy i love it. Give this place a try 🩷🩷🩷

Went there on 3/22 for dip. The nail tech was honestly pretty rude but my nails looked great when I left. My nails started cracking about 5 days later. My dip nails usually last weeks without issues (I had black dip from another salon before the lilac that lasted for a month). Adding pics so you can see the cracking.

My experience at Uptown Nail Spa was beyond compare. As a seasoned salon-goer I can recommend them without reservation. Michelle gives the most divine messages ever and the prices are more than fair. They are the best deal in Uptown for the money. The rent is higher in Uptown but they still manage to have a parking lot specifically designated for their customers’ convenience. And the best thing is they have a variety of free beverages offered. It’s concierge time all the way—you ought to try them!

Im in my 40s and I have only ever had my nails done exactly how I wanted them one time before. Linda gave me 100% what I asked for just by looking at a photo. Uptown Nail Spa is where its at! Im so grateful yet satisfied!!!

I tried Uptown Nail Spa for the first time and really enjoyed my experience. Their recent renovation has created a fun and luxurious environment. The chairs are absolutely top of the line, best chair in town! I did DIP nails and Michelle did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back, it felt like a spa day!

Fav nail shop in the dallas area. I highly recommend Chloe and Tracy. They are very skilled nail techs and pay close attention to detail. I also appreciate that they are open to any nail design I request. Added bonus- the shop looks gorgeous.

Pedicure was THOROUGH, I loved it. Sometimes I feel like other places rush through the pedicure, but she took her time (they even use a timer to make sure youre getting all of the time you paid for). Parking was a bit of an issue though, so get there early.

Excellent service! Lisa knows how to give a great pedicure and Lisa is a perfectionist with acrylic nails! Probably one of the best services I’ve received in 30 years!

I have gone too many nail salons in the past, but uptown nails is the best in Dallas! They recently remodeled so it’s beautiful and serene inside. The best part though was Emily who did my pedicure. She took her time addressing my nails and my feet. I felt pampered and just what I needed after a long, stressful week!

Brought My Mother here to get a pedicure for Mother’s Day and She said it was the best pedicure She’s ever had! Another very important detail is how everyone was so nice, polite and discreet (unlike all the other nail places I’ve attended where I have felt judged/criticized and unheard at least once). So yes, this is the best nail and customer service as well! First time here, definitely won’t be the last! Thank You Uptown Nail Spa!

They did a great job with my manicure and pedicure! I tried a new shape and ended up loving it! Michelle and Tiffany were friendly! However, four of my cuticles were bleeding because the tools she used to shave down my nails ran over my finger. It stings whenever I run it under water even a few days later.

Recently moved to Dallas and needed a new nail salon. I have now been to Uptown Nails multiple times and have had nothing but amazing experiences! The workers are all super friendly and constantly check in with me during the service to make sure I like my nails. I 100% recommend.

They have the best service!! Always so kind and so patient I had to run in for like an hour and they took off my dip and redid them just in time for me to make it back to work!! They ladies are so sweet and are patrons with all your random questions if you’re newer to nails like me !b I will be back!!

The staff was friendly. The prices were a bit high, $50 for a pedi was fine but I was unsure how or why I paid $135 for hands & feet. I appreciate the tech for being thoughtful but I didn’t ask for a design on my toes & she just did it. I didn’t want to be rude & didn’t say anything. I feel for what I paid, I should have just got what I asked for. No need to add anything else. Next time I go anywhere, I’ll have to say exactly what I want up front so there’s no assumption.

For the price and the service they deliver, you can get much better at another place. I had Cindy help me but she was rushed and almost didn’t really care. I had to get my acrylics off and a simple mani - it was generally okay and they did what was asked but asked me to pay and tip prior to the service which was a bit weird because they didn’t ask that of anyone else. I am used to doing that at nail places but usually the last step prior to color not off the gates. She didn’t want to massage didn’t care to UV dry anything unless I asked. I won’t come back here again.

Disappointed that my nails aren’t how I wanted them even after she told me twice after I asked twice about adding extra glitter and you can see the humps in them where they look as if they started to drop off the side . What I got vs what I asked for. Now130 by a long shot I paid 95 for this

First time here! Everyone welcomed us walking in, we called ahead and got us in right away and we were just 10 minutes away which was great!!! In top of that our nail techs Ann, Tracy, & Alex took care of me and my women. Will definitely be coming back! Also gave us beverages while we were been treated.

Ryan did a great job on my nails. I requested stiletto shaped French tips. He shaped my nails so well like a nail mechanic almost. The acrylics look as if I grew the nail’s myself.Service price was based on me getting the French tip gel acrylic nails with stiletto shape, a classic pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed.

The remodel looks fantastic with proper lighting and comfy chairs. My nail technician Michele was amazing making sure the color, shape and length was what I wanted. She gave a neck massage while my dipping powder top coat was drying. Wonderful experience!!

Ive been meaning to leave a review about this place for a while because what happened to me still bugs me!I would have given one star but the girls working here do a good job.Im knocking 2 stars off for the two times Ive been ripped off here.The first time I paid $60 for normal colour infills which should have been $30. It seemed expensive at the time but Im new to the area from the UK and didnt question it when I should have done. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt...The second time was even worse, I was initially charged the correct price for my normal colour infills ($30). However, while I was waiting for my nails to dry under the fan, the man behind the desk presented me with the card machine, picked up my card from the table and tapped it himself...he then selected himself CUSTOM TIP and typed in $10!! I was in shock. So I ended up tipping 33% which is wild for infills with normal polish, no design. Not to mention I had no choice in the matter.Just watch out and ask questions if something doesnt add up.

I love an! She always does a great job with my nails and is very attentive with my dip nails. They last a good 3-4 weeks, and Im a person who rock climbs with her dip nails!

I did a walk in pedicure with Anne and i absolutely loved it. There was no wait on a Sunday afternoon. Anne took her time with the massage and polish. The salon is extremely sanitary, with friendly staff. Overall fabulous experience!

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years and never been let down! I’m picky about nail salons and this was the first one I tried when moving to Dallas—haven’t been to another since! I’ve gotten amazing pedicures, acrylic, gel, & dip here. They also recently did some renovations and it looks like a totally new space!!! I don’t care too much about decor as long as my nails turn out well haha, but it looks so much better in there after all of the new changes! Highly recommend giving this place a try :)

Beautiful salon with the renovations! Luxurious and glamorous! Everyone was very friendly. They offered suggestions and color matching! The CBD pedicure was amazing! So relaxing with shoulder warmers, oil incense and ambiance! Best salon in town.

My feet are so messed up from this pedicure . I take care of my feet and get a pedicure every 2 weeks. I couldnt go to my normal nail place and they reversed everything Ive done to get my feet soft and non ingrown. That was reversed in the 30 minutes they over scrubbed my non calloused feet. They didnt file my toe nails which cause me to bleed after being on my feet all day because they were sharp from cutting them. Awful experience and awful pedicure. Cleanliness was questionable.

The absolute best service I have received HANDS DOWN!!! Jenny was my nail tech and Lisa was the lady that did my pedicure… No rush, took their time and paid attention to every detail…. Not to mention the ABSOLUTE BEST massage I have received during a pedicure… i HIGHLY recommend this place 100/10.

I’m in town and wanted to get a pedicure. This place had good reviews, so I decided to get their famous CBD pedicure. Cece did my pedicure and the entire experience was lovely. I would definitely come back (neck massage was included as well as complimentary drinks).

First time getting my nails done there , manicure was done to quick like the person was in a rush and was using tools to rough. Was not happy with how the nails looked , they just dont look like they were done by a professional. The place does look nice .

Tiffany is an absolute QUEEN! I had to come in at the last minute and she gave me a gorgeous dip mani in half the time which I really appreciated. I’m so happy to have finally found a new place to get my nails done and can’t wait to go back.

Tiffany-Lan is the BEST!! I come every three weeks with a different design for my long acrylic nails and she kills it.

I want to preface this by saying Ive had a few dip manicures that were pretty good here and the pedicures have always been amazing, but after my last experience I am never coming back.First, I asked for shorter almond and my manicurist cut them down once. I asked for a little shorter and she cut them down again, which was a good length, but Im not sure if the filing took down even more length than that because the finished product was much shorter than even the second length she had done. One of the nails was especially short, and she did offer to redo it and put a tip on it but I didnt have time for that and had already been injured by her filing so I just wanted to leave at that point. As previously mentioned, she drilled into my skin so I bled and it was very painful. It is unacceptable to literally injure your client. Third, I was charged an extra $5 for a special shape, even though the past few times I went I had never been charged for that. Additionally, I didnt notice until I left but the top coat on the finger that had been filed into was cloudy and rough (see pictures). Another one of the tips of my nails on the other hand wasnt rounded and looked messy. When I went up to pay I said that I had my cuticle drilled into so that it hurt, and the girl at the counter just said Oh Im sorry and I had to say that it wasnt acceptable for me to pay full price for a manicure when I had been made to bleed. Eventually they gave me $10 off as well as taking off the $5 for special shaping that I had been charged, but to me just $10 seems insignificant when you take into consideration that I was bleeding due to the carelessness of my manicurist. Going to the nail salon is supposed to be relaxing, but I left upset, hurt, and embarrassed about how my nails looked.

I went in today and got a basic pedicure with gel and it was my favorite place I’ve ever been. The prices are great, especially for how nice the salon was decorated and how good the customer service was. Tracy and Lili both helped us and they were attentive and did great

Got a young Latina girl for my nails who absolutely is not licensed as owner could not provide me with her license-nor was it displayed per law. she butchered my simple powder dip mani skipping the mani altogether painting over my cuticles. When I complained they attempted to fix after having been there already 1.5 hrs-obviously not satisfied and advised manager and when checking out asked to pay full amount, when I refused he asked me to sit down so they can take my nails off! lol DO NOT GO HERE! Have been coming to Uptown Nail Salon since I moved to Dallas going on 1 year ago and Jenny always does a phenomenal job! Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for friendly and fast service.

This was probably one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I am not picky whatsoever but I am extremely disappointed. I asked for tips with dip. The lady then told me it would cost extra for length, meanwhile the length I have it shorter than standard. She then continued to rush and I felt extremely rushed the entire time. She field the tip all crooked and I thought she would shape them once the powder was one. She put the dip on and did not even use the drill to smooth out the final product before the top coat or shape them in any way. I am so upset to have seen such wonderful reviews and receive such horrible services. My one hands nails are also shorter than the other and crooked.

The staff here is so friendly! Tracy did such an amazing job with the design that I got. I will definitely be coming back :)

I am very picky and have consistently been disappointed in other nail salons around Dallas. Not here. I was delighted every time. Everyone is so friendly, the ac is amazing (especially in these hot months), they offer you beverages, and basically anything to make you feel at home.

They did a great job at massaging my feet and fixing my big toe nail that had basically fallen off. They were super caring and sensitive about the issue. 10/10 will go back!

I’ve been going to Tiffany (Lan) for over 10 years! She is the best. She accommodates my last minute appointment requests and always does a great job! I love my nails more natural looking and she nails that. But I’ve also seen her work on other clients that is beautiful and intricate. Even my husband and 8 year old daughter use her for services. There’s no one more talented and kind.

I am in town for a short time and wanted some needed pampering and Christine did a great job making me feel welcome and taking care up. Love the finished result!

So I called to make an appointment and as I was scheduling I let the gentleman know I am picky about my nails and I would like them done by a good technician... his response was, they didnt have any good technicians that can do acrylic nails.... but you are an establishment that is circled around nails... especially acrylic being 1 of the first forms of nail enhancements... if you are looking for a place that does a good job at acrylic nails, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere .. somewhere that knows what they are doing.

I have been going to Uptown Nails for several years. I have Tiffany Lan do my nails and I must say that she is the very best. These nails are about 6 weeks old and I am finally having a new set done.

The is my favorite place! I have been seeing Tracy at Uptown nails for over a year and I have never been happier. They just remodeled too and the inside looks beautiful.

The people here are very nice for the most part and Sam did my nails with a dip gel french tip... however,Im giving the 3 stars;1. because they bubbled. Ive never had dip nails bubble when Ive gone to a salon. That means the ratio of the mixture was wrong and/or it was patted too much.2. Because the white part of the tip was crooked and way above my natural nail on a lot of them, causing a very dissatisfying look.3. Because I contacted them asking if there was anything they could do to make it up to me and they did not reply.My husband tipped very well and it was the most expensive manicure Ive ever had done, so I should be impressed with the results, but sadly was not. Also I had a couple times when she was filing my nails that it actually hurt. That was just with the file, not the drill. And weird thing, they put a nice CBD oil on your nails... then they go have you wash your hands with soap... why wouldnt you put it on after I wash my hands.. or at least put more on?

This is right in the heart of uptown. They have one of the biggest Polish color selections that I have seen. Prices are very reasonable and my nails look fantastic! Ask for Cherry. She has over 20 years of experience and she is truly an artist. My nails are exactly what I asked her for.

I went here yesterday and felt very judged and uncomfortable. the lady doing my toes seemed disgusted which is fine but if you work with feet for a living you could at least hide it and not make disgusted faces. my foot bumped her arm and she immediately sprayed hand sanitizer on her arm where my foot touched her. (this was after my feet had been in the water and she scrubbed them) the lady only talked to me once she was almost done with my toes and then did the same thing when she was almost done with my nails. she also cut me while she was trimming my cuticles. my nails are already chipped and i went yesterday. she painted over my cuticle so i don’t know what i expected. then when i was getting my eyebrows waxed the lady asked if i wanted my upper lip waxed too and i said no well maybe and she said yeah you need it. my peach fuzz is blonde so you can’t even see it unless you’re shining a light on it.

Walked and the place is beautiful! Jenny did my pedicure and it was so relaxing. Will definitely come back!

The first time I went to Uptown Nail Spa, I had years of severely bitten nails and a nail biting habit. Pictured here are my natural nails with dip after about 6 months of going to Sam at Uptown. She is so attentive to detail on my nails every time I see her and when I see her with other clients as well. Whether it’s a nail trim, buffing or cuticle care, my nails always look so healthy and perfect after her care. Had a nail tech who proclaimed 20 years of experience. She drew blood in several places on multiple fingers, coaxed me to do a special nail shape without advising it would cost extra, had poor shaping skills, and the dip ran over my cuticle onto my skin. Would not recommend.

They were really nice people but it all felt a little rushed & unprofessional. I paid $45 for an acrylic removal & clean-up manicure. The technician ripped my nails off with an acrylic tip & cut them at a blunt angle. My nail beds are ripped up, the shape is wonky, & the hand massage that came with it was a brief rub of lotion over my forearms. I had to re-do my nails at home & wish I had just done it myself, honestly. Unsure of what the other services are like but this was my first & probably only experience here.
