Came in real quick to get some new juice and Mary and Chelsea were awesome. Got exactly what I needed and Mary knew exactly where it was. I got curious and started asking questions about different products and, not only were both super knowledgeable and kind, they introduced me to many new things I didn’t know about. Linz at 710 Vapors is an absolute legend! They bring such a chill vibe and are super helpful. They answered all my questions like a pro and helped me track down exactly what I was looking for. Seriously, if you want top-notch service, Linz is your go-to! I’m giving them a solid 10/10—cant recommend them enough!

Seriously the nicest and most knowledgeable people work here and they don’t upcharge like the rest of the stores. Disposables are 2 for 40 or 2 for 45 usually. Really good prices. I’ve been to all three locations and everyone is very chill and knowledgeable of flavors and new products. Jake is the best!!!! Ask for Jake

Decent store. Good variety of devices for the enthusiast. Lots of new devices and tanks for those who dont rely on disposable devices, which are hard to find locally. There was a couple items that werent in the system they couldnt figure out how to sell to me? But the variety was nice to see. Prices are what youd expect for a local, but considering it was walk in and buy I approve.

I do my research and I was blown away by the store associates knowledge about the product I was interested in. As well as ruining what I thought was a great relationship with the crew that works there.Again, I love 710 Vape but I’m crushed knowing my relationship turned sour due to outside influence.710 Vapor — I hope you come to the realization that I was wrongfully accused of something I had no part in. It ruined my reputation and darn near my life. Screwed me up bad…real, real bad. I hope you are told the truth ASAP… so I can get back to my “one-stop shop”. Really demoralizing….

10 out of 10. Went in tonight just to get some juice and was immediately welcomed by Mary. She asked what I was looking for and said “well I feel like a dumb dumb, but I need new…coils? But not sure which ones.” I got a crash course in coils and learned so much. I then had a few questions about different devices, then enter Jake. Man, he knows his stuff. Again, I learned… a lot! 710 Vapors on Lemmon has become my official go-to vape shop. Mary and Jake were freakin so helpful, not to mention also SUPER nice and so patient with my questions. Now, I’ve been here a few times, and each time has been a nice experience. Y’all, they really WANT to help you. Not pushing sales at all. I ask questions and they give (what I believe and feel to be honest) answers, then I make a decision - no pressure. PLUS, they have a punch card! After you buy 12 bottles of the same size, you get a free bottle of that size. Now, I vape a lot, so the punch card reward thing is a winner for me. I’ve been to several vape shops that offer several of the same juices here, and I think the prices at 710 Vapors are better, or my opinion, more reasonable. They also have a variety of wonderful beverages, for those of legal age, and lots of other things that I’m sure would tickle anyone’s fancy (also of legal age.) I’m not touchy feely, but if I could’ve given Mary or Jake a hug, I would’ve , damnit! Great experience.

I’ve shopped here a million times and their customer service is truly top tier.So I purchased a new juice last night, got home and got ready to open it and pour it into my vape, but I realized the bottle had already been opened. I contemplated using it anyway, but when I took a sniff and dropped a tiny bit on my hand to taste, I realized it tasted sour/spoiled and smelled gross. So i brought it back, knowing they didn’t do returns. I was hoping for an exchange. Well, Jason kindly greeted me and we discussed what happened. He called his higher up and got the OK for a new bottle, however, it had to be the exact same one. After I had a grossed out reaction, I knew I wouldn’t like the same flavor and it would just be a waste to give me a whole nother bottle. so jason called back again, to ask if I could replace it with a different flavor in the same brand, however the manager Drake said no again. Understandable, just a bummer as a customer of many many years who’s spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and never brought something back. I have a drawer full of juices I didn’t like and won’t ever use again, so I was stoked I had a legit reason to return this one. However, it was a no go. Instead I got offered a 10% discount on a new bottle. Being very tight on cash, I couldn’t afford a new bottle and went with a sale juice instead. Jason was extremely apologetic and kind about the entire situation, offering to do absolutely anything he could do to make it right. Sadly, there wasn’t much to be done. but he did an outstanding job as far as customer service and I would recommend him to anyone buying juice or needing a good smoke shop hook up. Thanks Jason!

So it was my first time there today and the help was amazing they know exactly what I was looking for they had everything I could possibly look for in need when it comes to my vape capabilities and mod really good selection of disposable Vapes lot of flavors both iced and no ice, and the juice selection absolutely phenomenal like I might actually break away from my current brand to try something new bud to all the flavors that they have. This is a shop I would absolutely recommend if youre in the area and youre trying to find a good shop and they actually have a few other locations as well so thats always a plus. And I look very much forward to going back.

Came in to buy a new flavor. Manager of the store recommended me a pineapple mango flavor of e-liquid. Swore up and down that it tasted like pineapple and after taking his word I purchased it. To find out this flavor tasted like butterscotch candy. When I went in to exchange the flavor the manager said I was out of luck. They obviously don’t honor their customers and I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

I had an unfortunate interaction with Liz. This girl was rude at best. After asking for a refund because of her attitude, I was apparently told I could not shop there again. Then, I was notified they’d pull the camera footage, which is great news. The camera never lies. Happily going to avoid this store from here on out.

I’ve been coming to the location off Lemmon for a few months now and I have to say Liz has made me feel so welcomed and is always so helpful with guiding me to my purchases… I get the same thing every time now and she just has it waiting at the register. Her co workers Dianna and Christina are gems… A class people and I’ve grown to love them.. My vape tipped over while I was working in a server room... they had a replacement glass piece for the tank when nearby stores didnt. The markup was very low compared to online retailers. Forgot to change out my batteries and was in the area... they had a nice braided micro usb charging cable for like 3 bucks. Very good prices, very nice employees.

First things first, Dianna and Chelsee are absolutely fantastic. The store is pretty great too. Plenty of hard to find items are in stock, I specifically bought pre-rolled cone tips which are hard to find anywhere, as well as a plethora of items you didn’t know you needed until you saw them. COSTOMER SERVICE Drake -I have been going to 710 Vape on Lemmon for about 18 months i am always pleased by the service. last week I went in to get some coils and while I was there I asked about a new tank. The associate I was working with asked a co worker and he confirmed I had the right tank, the co worker was Drake. Drake then offered to set the whole thing (very generous) up, but I didnt have my juice, so I left. Today after lunch and for no apparent reason my vape stopped (said there was an atomizer problem) I did everything I new how to do and still could not get it to work. I went to 710 Vape and lucky for me I saw Drake. he looked everything over, checked my equipment with his mod and in a few minutes diagnosed the problem. He showed me the problem and told me what I needed. This may not seem like a lot, but I find it increasingly hard to find someone in any business that offers the customer service and kindness that I found at 710 Vape with Drake. Dont go here, I shopped here for a few months and bought all my juice here. They sold me a bottle of juice with this horrid bitter plastic aftertaste Id never experienced, had the same flavor many times before. They wouldnt refund or exchange it, I just think thats bad business when it comes to your repeat customers.

Live down the street and wanted to check this place out for all my rolling supplies. Lots to choose from but the deciding factor on if I would be a regular customer or not was the staff who helped me. Kat was phenomenal, kind, and helpful. She listened to my needs, showed me my options and was detailed in explaining them. She was very professional and courteous when speaking to me. Not your average vape shop. Will be back.

I don’t typically leave reviews because to be honest- I’m lazy! But I feel the need to express my experience with 710. I visit quite often and have had nothing but a positive visit every single time! The team I interact with; Matt, Christina, Chelsea, Drake, Newbi Angle and this totally chill guy with big pretty eyes usually wears a trucker hat( didn’t catch his name) are always in delightful moods, knowledgeable on the products and even when the shop is busy acknowledge I’m there so I don’t feel ignored. This laidback professionalism way of customer service is well received! I definitely recommend 710 and feel this is a safe and comfortable shop to freely ask questions on products and not feel judged👍 Thanks guys for the good vibes 😎 See ya tomorrow

710V is, at this point, the only shop Ill go to. Super chill vibe, great selection, and friendly staff. Ive tried a few other shops before finding 710 and I felt like they assumed I didnt know what I needed and I ended up walking out with something that wasnt right for me. Fabian listened to what I was saying and helped me put together the perfect set. 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars.

First time coming in, they were super helpful and so nice. I hate to say it, I don’t know the name of the guy with the dread locks, but he was the one who helped me. And they have MANGO JUUL PODS! Definitely would recommend coming here.

This store is awesome. Their product is incredible. I saw a lot of people come here often. Make sure that you come at night time then you will get a plenty spot to park the car. I dont recommend to come here in noon. Its really hard to park the car here.

I love this place! Zack and Fabian were great! They spent tons of time with us and helped us pick a mod and juice! They went over the pros and cons of internal and external batteries and taught me lots of stuff I didn’t even know I needed to know. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice clean store ( only good part )Most vapes are actually defective ! Do not last like they should . I decided to order an Escobar for 19.99 on favor from them ( yesterday) that’s the 5000 puffs and it stopped working in 1 day … literally . My first time using favor for them . Sad part I called the store and they wouldn’t even allow me to exchange just a discount to buy a new one that’s probably gonna do the same thing … I have went to their store before but stopped because everytime I buy a vape it goes out within a day or two of barely being used . Or flavors will start tasting burnt quick . I ordered from another vape shop on favor once that’s on Main Street had the same issue happen but they allow me to exchange for a new one . That’s true customer service ! So yeah products are defective customer service satisfaction giving a 2/10 better off going somewhere else !

Visiting from out of town and needed a few things. Luckily, I landed at 710 Vapors and met Drake & Liz. They greeted me right when I walked in and answered all of my questions, even recommended juice based on my description. Awesome shop!

I have been to other 710 Vapors stores around Texas but when I went to this one I not only got knowledge but a happy spirit behind the knowledge! If I were a business owner I would try to steal Angel from 710 Vapors! Overall I Highly recommend 710 Vapors! Just check them out 1 time!

This place is awesome. Went in to get something to replace my juul and Drake hooked me up with a new setup. Super personable dude and easy to talk to. He took the time to show me a couple different options, suggested some dope flavors, and walked me through setting up the vape and the different settings. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back.

Very helpful employees. They have great knowledge on the products. They greet you right as you walk in the door. I was helped by an employee named Jacob. He was very helpful with setting up the new tank and mod I got the other day. He walked me through how to set up my tank and make sure the tank all ready for me to vape as soon as I got out the door. They are a very clean shop and will be shopping with them from now on. I highly recommend shopping with them for all your needs in vaping and glass products!

I had such an amazing experience here! I received a vape as a gift from a friend, but it was time to change the coil and for some reason, I was unable to remove the existing to do so(it was stuck). I stopped in for help, and Fabian took his time to remove and swap the coils for me. He was never concerned about whether or not the vape was purchased there or anything. He was simply helping a consumer in need. As a result, this is the only place I’ll patronize When I need supplies in the future. Fabian was pleasant, personable and professional.
