So we took our friend Blaze to pick up a pod and we decided to venture in an see what its all about. Well, as we walked in we were greeted by Zack. He welcomed us and helped us. I asked a lot more questions and he was very willing to answer every question. As other clients would come in, we didnt want to occupy all his time so we asked him to take care of the other clients. He welcomed us to sample different flavors and low and behold, his charismatic demeanor won us over and we decided to buy our first twister vap pin. Great experience thanks to Zack. I went here to chill. There was NO ONE there at 9pm. Im not sure if its because 2 minutes after arriving, the cashier was really aggressive, I was just trying to scope the scene (never been there before). Im never going back because while I was the ONLY one there, as a 55 African woman, I was made to feel like Im a threat. I was casually going to the restroom, I guess since I was the only one there I was followed so that the mzungu who was alone wouldnt feel uncomfortable looking at me in the restroom since he was uncomfortable looking at me in the space ALONE, but God is Always with me and Im writing about this from a place of Gratitude 20 minutes after leaving...visit at your own peril...

First time here. Staff is helpful. Location is clean and has a wide variety of vapor products. Good musical playlist in the background, Star Wars on the TV. They have a cool fire place and a lot of room to relax in. Brandon is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Love this place! Just moved down the street and wanted some good cbd stuff to add to my e-cig. Not only were they welcoming to me over the phone and answered all my questions but every staff member there when I made it to the store was friendly and informative. They never made me feel stupid for my questions and helped me find the perfect fit. I went in a second time and even more so! They addressed everything I needed to know when buying a new tank and even helped me pick one after noticing an obstacle I come across too often (breaking the glass all the time) and made sure I bought one that was practical and easy to replace as I was about to buy one that was not. He even picked out some coils for me that worked better for the wattage I keep my e-cig on. No one has ever helped me with that before I always get sold on whatever the employee thinks is good, not what would work for me. This will be my one and only spot while I live her for sure! These stores do it right. The staff are friendly, the store is clean and the products are not overpriced. Eric helped me at this location. I was looking for pre-made clapton wire, they dont carry it, but he made me some on the spot. Awesome. Their liquid is pretty good and they carry some popular brands. The taste testing is great because they use subohm tanks instead of ego pens like most stores.

Went in the other day to get a rig a buddy had and suggested. Incredibly clean establishment with laid back (yet professional) vibe. I live a few blocks from this store and its my go to shop. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable on a level I dont think many shops in the area can match. Ive sat in the shop for hours watching the staff handle each customer that comes in and they have the ability to speak to the level of the customer perfectly. I was a strictly tobacco juice and starter kit guy until I started coming here. Now Im vaping anything from tobacco to cereal milk and just started building; all at the expert guidance of the staff.

The guys behind the counter are always willing to answer your questions and have no problem showing you through the ropes if youre new to vaping. Zach is very knowledgeable and customizes your vaping experience right down to the last detail, whether it be juice or a new device. Carl has a reassuring attitude that lets you know youre in good hands especially when it comes to troubleshooting with a pesky device. The service compared to other vape shops is what really shines here and ultimately is the biggest reason why I have always come back to this shop in particular. If you want to deal with people who have experience and not just trying to sell you something, I recommend Artisan without a doubt.

I usually go to artisan vapor Denton. I recently moved to Dallas, and they treated me the exact same way as Denton, Will is super funny, and every one is very welcoming. Even the customers just shoot the breeze with one another. They are knowledgeable about their juices, mods, as well as tanks. They even offer complimentary coffee just to make you feel more at home. The set up is really cool, and they don’t mind if you’re there all day. I’ve been coming here for 3 months now.

I bought 2 vape units from them in three weeks. Aspire Breeze. The first one they said I fried the battery, so thats on me if that is the case. I then purchased the same unit again, it leaked juice the first week. No trauma to unit, treated it like a newborn. I took it in after talking on the phone, they said bring it in we will sort it out. The guy said I dont know why its leaking thats weird. I said are you going to replace it. He said no we dont do that. Bottom line, stand behind the products you sell. I am a business owner, that is a give in. No peace of mind purchasing from these guys. Went down the street to 710 vapors, better price, better customer service experience. Extremely thorough in explaining your unit. I like supporting local business, but this is not the one for me.

I had a bad experience after I bought my device. It turns out I’m allergic to something in the juice. My mouth got SWOLLEN and it BLISTERED. I spoke to the store manager and the district manager and the store manager acted like he did not believe me and then said I maybe allergic to the nicotine. He said I had to go to the store and trouble shoot my device. I said I would just like to get my money back. He said that the company would not allow him to do so. I said I would talk to the company then. The store manager Carl was very dismissive and basically told me ”how do I know if that’s true”.Wait there’s more...I spoke to the District Manager ( Vincent Kilgor ) he said that several people go in there and say that they are allergic to the juice. They get swollen mouths and tingling. I told him that I would not be using the device and would just like to get my money back. He said “ they will not allow him to do that” he wanted to meet me at the store and try different juices. He said I may just be allergic to one juice. I said I don’t want to try different juices. The swelling and blisters were PAINFUL and I really just wanted to get my money back because I was not going to use the product. He instead in me coming in and succumbing to vaping the juices even after I told him that I was having swelling and blisters from the current juice.I wish someone would have told me that several people come in with those types of reactions to the juice. I would have never bought the vape that was about 146 dollars.

Ive been wanting to switch from smoking to vaping for a while, but the little vape pen I had simply wasnt enough to satisfy me. Unfortunately, I cant remember the name of the guy who helped me, but I remember that he had a Star Wars rebel alliance logo tattooed on his right arm. This is by far the best vape shop I have been into after a year of vaping. I was taught by Carl so many things that no other shop had ever cared to ask if I even knew. I went in today because my year old Smok was reading too low ohm. Short story, I killed my mod by always charging it via a USB and had no idea that there was even the option to charge the batteries on a battery charger. Carl was extremely informative and got me all set up with a new mod, battery charger, extra set of batteries and juice. I wasnt planning on spending as much as I did, but I see it as an informed investment this time around. My mod should last much longer than a year. I am giving 5 strong stars because of the level of service I received and they have earned my business from this point forward!

Great juice selection (would recommend the juices any day), only gave 4 stars because:- the vape equipment is overpriced was charged double vs buying online (learned my lesson)- While trying to be helpful the sales people style can be overly pushy and sometimes rude (given that Im a vape n00b, was asking a lot of questions and felt demeaned at times)
