We went to buy some Dart accessories and they had a nice selection on Darts and bought some cool shafts. They had a lot of water pipes and items for smokers. The woman with long braids, Sorry... I forgot her name, Was very nice and helpful. I will go back for my Dart needs.

I usually go to puff and stuff just for incense. They have a very wide selection of other smoking apparatuses. The employees that work there seem like your typical head shop employees. The prices are a lot more fair than gas pipe, which everyone knows is very overpriced. Ive honestly only looked around the entire store maybe two times taking my time. Most of the time whenever I go once a week, I go straight to the section where I get myinstants, they have a decent selection. They have three different brands of incense, but one of them always seems to be completely empty, it really looks just like a big display with a lot of empty spots where there should be sticks of incense. Then next to those are two other small displays, one is Nag Champa- Agarbatti, in the red white and blue box which is my favorite. Then there is another display next to that, I forget the name of the brand but they have maybe 15 to 20 different scents, a few of them I like and I might get three or four of each even though theyre dirt cheap. Like I said I do not indulge in the devils lettuce anymore, I usually am in the store just for incense so theres not a lot of other items that interest me there. The store is pretty big and they do sell beer as well as munchies, so whenever you leave with your new bong, go home and put your head in the clouds, you can go right back and get all of your candy and drinks for your cottonmouth.Roll, roll, roll a joint,Pass it to your friend,Light it up and take a puff,Pass it to your friend.- ancient Jamaican saying poem song thingy-ma-jig

I bought a vaporizer and less then a week later it stops functioning properly. I took it back to the store and the manager said that“It wasn’t broken enough to replace it for me”. I won’t be going back which sucks because I live close to this shop but “not broken enough” is unacceptable.

Came here to find some Christmas gifts for some friends. Service and selection did not disappoint! Thank you to Tristin for being extremely patient with me because I was super indecisive. The layout of the store is good, it allows you to go around the store and check out the merchandise. I have a mixed reception there, sometimes Im welcomed immediately and sometimes i get skipped because the cashiers were not paying attention as to who was in line waiting to be attended first (granted i understand they get busy restocking) Ive been visiting that particular store for about 10 years and they have a good amount of glass and papers to choose from.

Amazing shop with incredible selection, great variety, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff, but with insanely high prices on all handmade and American pieces. Though I must admit that they thoroughly surprised me by showing me some excellent China glass pieces that were far far cheaper and that have some very nice percolators for the prices, such as $62.99 for a honeycomb with an ice catcher. All in all very nice shop that I have visited many times in the past and have always been impressed with in all aspects and that I will continue to visit in the future

There are a few okay employees most are rude from my experiences there. They do seem to treat those of color differently as some have mentioned below me. If you arent white they seem to think youre extremely ignorant and dont make much of an attempt to help. Trashy people will act like trash though so go figure.

The store is awesome but the sales associate who wears glasses is a very unpleasant, rude, lazy and doesn’t want to be at work. We asked for prices on different hookahs and one didn’t have tag so he says I don’t know the price and didn’t offer to check it for us, we had to beg him to scan it. When he agreed to check it for he had a fit like a toddler threw the hookah box to the ground and slammed the register dramatically letting us clearly see he didn’t want to do it. He treated us like we were window shoppers instead of paying customers and for that I will not be back again. We spent over $100

I guess this location is only friendly to none people of color. Wasnt greeted when I entered the store. However, the white man who came in behind me was greeted and asked to let them know if he needed further assistance. I approached the kratom counter where and older gray haired gentleman was working, he looked up at me and then went back to doing what he was doing. No someone will be right with. Didnt acknowledge my presence. Nothing. If you are NOT BLACK you may get good customer service. I certainly didnt get it. Never entering this establishment again.

The staff here are some of the nicest and friendliest of any establishment in Dallas. They usually know what Im coming in for before I even have to say a word. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I drive almost an hour here, one way, because of the prices and the amazing staff.

I live right next to this shop and have never had an issue there, until recently. Last week I came in to get a new tank (mine was leaking) for my ecigarette. The woman helping me told me the cheaper tanks would not fit my setup and the only one that would, was the more expensive tank. I got home and tried the tank, and it did not fit. Not a big deal, people make mistakes.I went in today and brought the tank with me to exchange and purchase some other items I needed. The guy that initially helped me was super helpful. When he was done helping me he asked the manager (female) about exchanging the tank. The tank is in a box and has obviously not been used. The manager told me they dont offer refunds or exchanges and that I should have tried the tank on before I bought it. However, on my first visit they would not let you open any of the tanks. So Im not really sure what I could have done here.I dont really think I should be penalized when their staff member told me the product would work. Ive always liked going to the store, but this left a bad impression on me.

This place would be great idea at a better location. I honestly hate the neighborhood and was almost grabbed by human traffickers in a van just around the corner. The store itself is kinda dingy and in a constant state of repair. The inventory is nice! A little pricey in some items but still nice. Just a crappy location/building. If they got something cleaner and safer, say in Deep Ellum people would flock.

The service here was horrible. I walked in and asked for Hydroponics and was informed abruptly that the store next door was closed and he walked off. No further assistance or anything. As i made my way around the store was given no further assistance as they were “training”. I also found a small hydroponics section in the back which was exactly what I was looking for. I still shopped despite the horrible service to which I was told that I needed ID to use a debit card in which I have the pin. No one else was asked to show ID. Steer clear of this place. The service is absolutely horrible. If they didn’t want to work today perhaps they should be on the unemployment line like the rest of America. Boycott this shop. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know the same.

There is a no-return policy, and they do NOT tell you this before your purchase anything. I made a purchase that was defective. I even showed it to the employees immediately after purchasing it, and they agreed it was defective. They refused to return it though, claiming that their manager wouldn’t let them. Nobody tried to call him. Nobody tried to make the situation right. Terrible customer service. If you want to have a no-return policy, then fine. Tell me that BEFORE I make my purchase. But waiting until I try to return it is shady as hell. Never going back, and I’m encouraging my friends to avoid them as well.

These guys bongs are at the highest quality which isnt cheap there Prices range from $200 to like the high hundreds .. they do have some very nice glass pipes that are low on price but not on quality Prices range from $15 - $45 the tobacco products are always fresh .. customer service is hit-or-miss but youre coming here for the product not the staff the majority of the guys do know there stuff and almost everybodys is friendly.. Ive been coming here for 5 years and I can say that its the best tobacco shop in Dallas .

Awesome selection of glass for both flower and concentrate. All pieces have artist names they were made by, which is pretty cool. All kinds of papers, tips and filters. Also one of the biggest stores Ive seen in DFW! You can get a alcoholic beverage on the way out.

I went here with a very specific need in detoxification as well as several Kratom questions and was OVERLY SATISFIED with the help I received. Danny (ginger hair and beard w glasses) was AMAZING! I’m the kind of customer who likes to ask a thousand and one questions before I buy most things. He is so very patient and explained every item I looked at in detail. This guy is an obvious asset to this location of Puff n Stuff. I’ve been a weekly customer of both the east Dallas location and the Garland location for MANY years and there is no better shop for these needs then they are. I think it’s time to contact the city and let them know what’s going on at these locations on what’s going on in the back... selling fake products that’s are displays not actual devices. Be very careful at these locations, bought 2 items both times they were displays and not the actual device. I’ve went up there multiple times and no one has an answer nor do they have their bosses number to call and let them know what’s going on at their location. I didn’t ask for the actual number just asked that they find a avenue on which I could exchange the display that they gave me TWICE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Crooked workers and trash customer service.

I have never written a review for anyone ever! I bought an electronic cigarette from there and dropped it in a 5 gallon bucket of water. when I dried it off it still worked! the staff who work there go out of your way to make sure you get what you want. I have been shopping here since it open ed and it just gets better and better. I love the store and its honest employees!

I used to go to this shop for my smoke needs.. Had an interview there today. Walked in and was greeted by 3-5 different people. Told them I was there for an interview...30 minutes later, no one approached me for the interview. as well, staff members from other stores were standing around talking about how they wouldnt want to work at this location anymore.. all signs of something I dont want to be a part of. Get it together. thats a horrible image for your service/business.

New staff has brought on a new era for pfs. Ive been going for 6 years and this is the first time i am actually excited to go back and am happy to talk to the staff about my needs. Never had i had this kind of service here, its definitely appreciated.

As soon as I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by the guy behind the counter. He was quick to ask what I was looking for and quickly escorted me to the spot where he thought I would find it , however apparently they no longer sell plain glass tubing for blowing your own glass. I tried re explaining what I was looking for and was still not able to find it. They used to carry tons of it as I have purchased it here multiple times. Then as I explained I would not need any further help and wanted to look at the glasswork they carry from local artists displayed throughout the store in cases he continues used to follow be very closely until I finally decided to just leave as I dont feel I require a chaperone to look at things through the glass on the locked display cases.

My late husband and I used to visit here every week to pick up a few packs of smokes, buy a lighter or two and just window shop. If youre 420 friendly this place has everything under the sun. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Theyve even got cool clothes for your dog..... Prices are reasonable and the Dart bus is practically at the door. well worth a visit for the tobacco connessieur

Went for the first time today as a early birthday present for myself. Super nice employees. Helped my boyfriend and I decide on what to buy. Although I bought two things of hemp wick and he forgot to put it in my bag. But I still give it a five stars because he accidentally didnt charge me for the two raw cones I also got so it evened it out. WAY BETTER deals and aesthetically pleasing to the eye than Gas Pipe. Will definitely come back again.

The store is close to my apartment so I can walk to and from in minutes, now that suddenly I am without wheels. The staff at Puffs is friendly and attentive. I stop in for smokes and I see a large assortment of glass (mostly) pipes and other devices for consumers of products other than tobacco, so Im told. Some of the pipes/devices are elaborate & interesting looking. Puffs carries lots of smoking related accessories.

Its an awesome selection and great hours, but it feels like theyve been cutting stock. I keep asking different people if they can order the product I practically buy out every month and they say yes, but it never gets into the store. Its aggravating I want to take my business here but they wont work with me.

Horrible customer service. They talked me onto buying a Cali Pod disposable eCig because they were out of the Mighty Mint pods, but it didnt work. It was defective. I tried telling them that, and all they said was theres nothing we can do for you. They didnt offer to exchange it for a replacement or anything. I wont be going back. Theyre more concerned with pushing product

Lots of options on multiple glass pieces and specialty glass pieces. I love the variety and the fact that they have so many options. I got a helix nectar collector but it was their last one. Understaffed though. There was 1 guy doing everything.

I would highly recommend staying away from this place. The lady who fist gave me some help was Maria. She was a dream. Unfortunately her coworker Cali couldnt have been any more of the polar opposite. Unprofessional. Belittling. Rude and continued to chew me out for not understanding an exact size of something. I came to receive help, but instead I left feeling emberassed, helpless, and with a tear in my eye. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated. Stay away!

My normal head shop is right around the corner from me in Hurst, and I no longer shop there, now i drive 40 minutes to Puff n Stuff because it would be worth a 2+ hour drive for the quality and pricing you get.

Came here twice and got treated like an idiot the first time I came the guy was agressive and pressured us to buy the expensive stuff. the second time we went a different guy was there and he was rude and would just give us one worded quick responses like he was rushing us and he acted annoyed. we left and went to the gas pipe across the street and had a completely different experience they were nice and explained everything we need to know about what we were getting. we metioned how we went to the puff and stuff and how they were rude and they said that they have had several of customers come from there saying that the customer service was horrible too.

I bought a vape pen from here and everything was cool intil i tried to use a bigger size and it wouldnt fit. I thought it was because i had a thc pen so i thought nothing of it. Returned a couple months later to get some cbd oil to vape and that one also would not fit. The worker tried them on another similar kind and it worked just fine. So basically the product they sold me was flawed up from the beginning and im now informed that there is nothing they can do about it. I did like this shop but the fact that i spent $40 on a pen that was not properly working in the beginning does not make me happy. I understand I should have brought it back but i thought the fact that i had a bigger thc connect was the issue when in reaity it was the product the whole time. Waste of my money and i will never return

You can find everything you need. And the dude that was taking care of us today was not only knowledgeable about the products, he wasnt uptight at all. Usually the staff at head shops use code words or have this policy where you cant say anything drug related. Lol he definitely did not. Overall a pleasure to go to and Id definitely recommend.

DO NOT BUY ANY CBD CARTRIDGES FROM THEM. i spent $60 on a cartridge. I put it on my vape pen, which i showed the salesperson and he sold me a cartridge that would work. After my vape would not work, i tried removing the cartridge, which fell apart immediately and leaked all over my floor. I went back within 30 minutes and not only is my pen ruined, they told me they could do nothing. Money wasted, unreliable place. Dont waste your time or money.

I ran out of e-juice while on a business trip in Dallas. This was the only place open after 9pm on a weekday. Didn’t get to check out much, just a quick run before they closed at midnight. Friendly, helpful staff that didn’t mind me getting there within a couple minutes of closing time. Pricing seemed fair on what I did check out. Will def hafta go back to check out their very large inventory of all things smoke/vape friendly!

I bought a dry herb vaporizer on Sunday. I charged it up they told me it would last for four hours. But it only lasted Max an hour. I called them and told them about it and they said theres nothing they can do. I asked for a refund or an exchange, and they completely refused. They sold me a product that does not work like advertise and then refuse to rectify the situation so I am out $120.

I go into the store 3 times a week and for quite a while now until today have never experienced bad or even laxidasical customer service. I should have left a 5-star any one of the few hundred times Ive probably visiting but worst impressions are the most remembered. Step It Up Guys.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased the TOP EVOD electronic Vape this past Friday May 25, 2018 from this Puff & Stuff. When I got it home it I came find it did not work. I could get it to power on but it would not Vape. I took it back to Puff & Stuff the very next day and they told me that I could it clean it up with a Qtip, re-fill it and to make sure you prime it and if it worked then great if it did not work then I was out of luck. I will tell anyone i know not to go there not buy. The worst customer service. It was not expensive but the point is i work hard and when i buy something i want it to work. If it doesnt then i expect the store to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

WORST customer service over the phone ever. The first guy who answered was really rude and put me on hold for A HOUR AND A HALF!!! I called back and finally was able to ask my ONE QUESTION. Sad, over priced, and the employees could really care less about everything. $5 minimum on using a card. I get theres a merchant cost for using a card but its 0.05%, so 15 cents. Theyll turn down a $4.50 sale for 15 cents. Yea.

This store has lost my business. And any of my friends who shop here I urge you to follow me.I have been going to this store since I first started vaping, at least a year now. I have never gone in a car and its close enough to my house to bike. I have always parked my bike inside so no one would walk off with it. ALWAYS. Today someone I have never seen before stopped me and told me I could not bring it in. After telling my story he insisted I leave it outside. If it goes so do I. You lost a customer sir. What a head shop should be. so many glass bongs and pipes, from basic $10 pieces to $10,000 pieces. If you cant find it at Puff n Stuff it doesnt exist. I travel a lot and have seen many head shops, this is number one by far.anyone remember their old radio commercials about the stuff well definitely have the stuff.

Very noble of PuffnStuff to allow people with mental disabilities to manage their website! It isnt very informative, and in fact has a lot of disinformation! Lots of bogus locations. They even used the name of a vastly superior shop to draw attention to their store! If youre tired of smoking your schwag through a rusty coke can, this place is a step up...maybe half a step..

Typical well stocked head shop in a seedy area of Dallas, the area is hot and drug deals happen in the parking lot all the time. It kind of makes it a one stop shop for customers, both in the store and outside lol. So if you are planning on stopping by, get what you need and leave quickly to avoid looking obvious as hell.

Sadly, this is the best head shop we have in the DFW area! This place is good for getting your Basics like papers, but they have no idea what good glass is!

For a place that claims theres a lot of green in it, I didnt see any solar panels being offered to their clients specially since theres a company right down the road that helps Farmers, and other people that have high electrical needs to get them for practically free (solarutopia.us) It was mind boggling to not see the green world mindset here

Reallllll bad service. I called twice asking if they had something, said they did then didn’t have it when I got there. Also called another location and was told they had it, then when I get there nope just kidding you drove across town for nothing. Also it’s not a great look to stand in front of a customer and answer text messages on your Apple Watch and not respond when asked a question.

I rate this store a 1-star because I went in and bought a hundred screens for $10 pointed out to the ones I wanted the lady behind the counter made a mistake and gave me the wrong once 4 days later I went back to return them just to get the right one did not want no money and I even had a receipt I just wanted a simple exchange and they werent open needless to say they did not exchange them and I had to buy the ones that I originally wanted so to all customers to go to puff and stuff you need to check and recheck your bags before you go they are really strict on no returns or refunds check your bags carefully

High end glass, lil too pricey, get what you pay for

Sold me used bottle of grunge off. The sealant under the cap was not there and the bottle was 60% full. I called in to let them know, and the guy told me “we don’t do exchanges or returns, but bring it by with the receipt and we’ll see what we can do..”Wait.. you’re gonna sell me used product as if it’s new and then tell me to waste more of my time coming by and POTENTIALLY getting an exhange? Are you people sick?
