They basically stole money from me. I made 2 transactions, and they over charged me for both. Called twice to fix it, a very nice guy tried to help and said his manager would have to fix the error because even he saw that it was an errror but the manager never called me back. I called multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. I’m having to go through my bank and get it fixed. I’m pretty sure the employees tipped themselves on my card.

We came in to buy a Hookah, the sales staff is extremely nonchalant. The hookah I chose to buy was one of the more expensive glass Hookahs that came with a case. The case that was out was extremely dusty and the hose was almost discolored because it has sat for so long, but it was ok because the hookah I chose didn’t fit in that case. The young lady brings out another case and it still isn’t the one for this hookah, but Cane still tries to fit it in there after I told him it doesn’t fit. He then rolls his eyes and walks off. The young lady gets a third case but breaks the button to open the case. Since they didn’t want to discount it, I decided not to purchase anything. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere, like I did.

Sold me a vape that doesnt work. They can plainly see that it doesnt work, that they sold me a defective product. They refused to refund or exchange. *I* happen to know I can just charge back with my credit card company, but most customers wont know this and will be ripped off by these people.If they also ripped you off, call your credit card company.

Have come to this location a couple times now and each time the door is ALWAYS locked!! There is a sign on the door that says Back in a few minutes. Well, today has been going on 25 minutes sitting outside waiting. Ive watched 8+ people come up to the door, try and open it, then Leave. Its 8pm and the store closes at 9. Seems like someone just doesnt wants to work. Take your business elsewhere.

Sold me a defective vape that wouldn’t hold a charge and when I came back to talk to someone after a week of trying to get it fille charged it their first response was to ask if I wanted to by another vape from them and I should have come back the same day when I bought it at 9 pm on a Friday. Really poor service and rude employees.

There vapes do not work they make you try it before you walk out and it works first 30 mins then the flavor is gone and they do not try to switch it out since you walked out the store with it this is the 3rd time this has happened and have only got one reimbursement because I caught it before I left I’ve shopped here plenty of times never again never experience this any where else

The tall blonde girl, Cayla, has been very welcoming and helping. So have the other workers when I’ve been there! Definitely recommend!

World of Smoke and Vape is a very nice shop that just opened not too far from my house. They have some cool accessories and whatever any smoker may need. And everything is reasonably priced. Sal was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. I will be returning to get more accessories!
