This is the best smoke shop in Connecticut, hands down! They literally have everything you would ever need. If its something very specific, just call ahead. If they dont have it today, theyll have it tomorrow. Customer service is their number one priority. They put a lot of work into training their staff.Thank you for having a massive collection of cigars and great prices. I will definitely be returning to your beautiful store.

The customer service here is amazing! They have a large selection of products from disposable vapes to cigars. Anything you could think of they have it otherwise they order it for you, making this my favorite smoke shop ever!

I rarely leave reviews but todays visit to Flyt & especially the exceptional customer service from Monique deserves one for sure! She was patient, informative, helpful, kind & just great vibes through & through. Great products, reasonably priced & again, shoutout to the amazing Monique - Highly recommend!

This is the Best smoke shop I’ve personally encountered they have literally every thing under 1 roof and they are very knowledgeable about all the products and the employees there are so helpful (moe & sal) i passed by because I was looking to purchase a new vape since mine was old and beat so I just went to see what kinda stuff they had I ended up getting a lost vape it’s super nice and they have a huge selection of cigar and glass and etc so I decide to also purchased a m.j arsenal rig , they even gave me some gummies as a sample and they were great which I hope to pick up next time. I will definitely be coming back here all the time 100% recommend Flyt smoke just a great experience over all!!!

This place is extremely different from all the other shops in the area. Monique helped me today and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. She is beautiful and has amazing customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend checking them out.

Went there for the first time tonight amazing customer service they know your needs right away

I was interested in a dry herb vape and went to check a couple out at Flyt. I got the intel I wanted thanks to this stores great selection but the price they charge for this type of gear is way too high, far higher than the same gear can be gotten online, and the Flyt staff I spoke to refused to even consider negotiating. I dont trust any of the pricing at this store as a result and I wont be shopping here again.

I deliver for Amazon. I stopped by to drop off a package one time, and not only where they great customers, but they turned me into a great customer. Im literally here more than 3 times a week. I dont get my cigars feom anywhere else. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and dont let everyone touch the cigars and destroy them. The keep their merchandise together and if you value quality, this is most definitely the place for you. I live on the other side of town and pass 5 different smoke shops to get here, and i dont think twice about it. Easy 5/5.
