Cristina is the absolute best seller, I love this store and i’ve been coming here for so long. She is super friendly and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Nice shop with a decent selection of product. I’ve been frequenting this shop for a while now. Unfortunately I will not return. After purchasing an item that has been $18 for the last month or so, the price jumped to $27. I noticed the increase as I tapped to pay and immediately asked for a refund. I was told that all of their product has increased in price then shown a “no refund sign”. So sealed products can’t be refunded 5 seconds after buying it, got it. I will not return.

I was a decently consistent customer here until the woman (not sure of her name, but she has clearly acknowledged that she remembers who I am each visit, telling me I dont need to show ID, etc.) who is usually behind the counter during daytime hours, gave me some pretty horrible customer service. After coming for the same product every visit, one day, this specific product was no longer shown on display, and sometimes it is not displayed but I have many times, asked for and received this product regardless. So this time, when I dont see this product out, and I ask about it, and this woman makes me uncomfortable by saying nothing at all other than a stern Maam we dont have anything. This response was given probably 10-15 times after I attempted to ask questions like Is this product going to be available again in the future? and Do you understand what product Im talking about? Its ____, the same thing I get every week. and I even tried Have you ever had this product before?? because she was just not giving me any genuine help whatsoever.... I felt like she treated me like a cop and not a regular customer that enjoys and respects their products..... So from that uncomfortable interaction alone, I will not be going there anymore. And I hope that woman doesnt treat all the customers like that, it was really weird.

I went in the shop looking for a vape that was out of stock from the shop I usually go to. The lady at the counter told me to get this other one that is supposed to be like the one I I was looking for and said it was really good. Not even close to good. It is probably the worst vape I have ever tried and it cost $27. I won’t be going back there.

I came to vape point to purchase a normal vape. I provided the cashier with my ID and bought the vape. She then told me after she gives me the receipt that she doesn’t have my ID and that she can’t find it and it spends 30 minutes looking for it and takes other customers instead of looking for it. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t recommend anybody EVER! Expensive as hell too.

My spouse shops here and loves the selections and service. I went to get him a gift and Christina was so pleasant and helpful navigating all their options to find just the right gift. Check out their beautiful glassware and fun accessories!

Call the store music blasting had to ask me three times what I wanted two seconds later no I dont have that. People are rude and unknowledgeable about vape, y work there?And that woman she shouldnt be allowed to work nowhere maybe go back to Molly maid service 🤦🤷

Lovely woman working there. She was quick, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Told her what I was kinda looking for (but lacking details) and she pulled it right out. The exact item I was thinking of. Impressive.First time there and it definitely won’t be my last. Plus, they have so many options of products to choose from. I had about 45 mins to waste, so I was checking everything out. While looking at the available products, I ran out of time and didn’t even get half way thru. Yeah, that have that much good stuff in there.Last thing, she said whatever they don’t have, they will order. I needed some MiPod Pro pods. She said to show her which ones and then the next time I stop by, they’ll have them. Along with other flavors of vape juice I like.

Used to be my go to smoke shop but their options have been extremely limited for awhile now. The old woman that works there is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve heard her yell at customers multiple times. It is misfortunate to have her as the face of your company.

Almost no selection of juices left, and they try to sneak a charge of 1.85$ in addition to sales tax if you try to use a debit card. Sounds like a scam because it is a scam. When I asked why I was being charged the extra fee to use a card I was told it was my bank charging me. Well, my bank doesn’t ever charge me it’s a simple scam to increase revenue and it is also illegal. To top it off, the woman gave me the wrong product when leaving the store after lying to me about the origin of the fee………….. edit—— I forgot to say and when I told her what she is sayng makes no sense, I was told to not come back not to mention she said 14.99, the machine screen said 22.91 When I then asked her why the screen said 2291 instead of 1499 she said oh I’m sorry let me fix that and then she charge tried charging me1699 so for you to tell me that you’re offering a discount of 4% for a cash customer versus a card Customer none of those numbers line up with a 4% discount. When I told her I’ll pay you cash instead of card I was in charged 1499 after the woman said, if you pay cash, I won’t charge you taxes. so what you are trying to tell me does not make sense in your reply to my post. I would suggest getting rid of that woman and bringing in someone who would be happy to have a job and not so bitter to everyone because it appears from these comments that I’m not the only person who had a problem with this woman.

Christina and Ishmael always provides great service! They always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable when I come in! This place is always neat and everything is always organized. 5 stars everyday and every chance I can get !

The customer service is spot on, the cashier lady is always very nice and welcoming. The products are top notch for what you want especially. I have never been to a better smoke shop, it’s clean and the display of everything is beautiful.

I went here and absolutely loved this store. Huge variety of the vapes I was looking for and the customer service was awesome. He was so polite and so helpful it made me feel Like I knew him for a long time. I am here in Connecticut visiting from Hampton Virginia, and whenever I come back I will definitely be returning to this store to buy my vapes. Thank you so much for being so nice. Big store with a really good selection. It’s also extremely clean and the worker I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Also, it has a good amount of parking which is always a huge plus when you are trying to run in and run out.

The owner is, for the most part, very unpleasant. She always seems low-key angry about something; but the store itself is aesthetically pleasing & the store has a solid selection of products.

I Needed help getting a new top for my vape. I asked the woman at the counter for help. As soon as she realized I didnt know what size her attitude flipped to impatient and angry. She kept saying Im just the merchant you should know your size over and over again. I had to leave because of how hostile she was. It turns out the size is on the back of the vape.If she actually tried to help we wouldve figured that out. The merchant didnt know their merchandise and tried to blame me for it. Will never go again

Selling 60ml for the price of 120ml everywhere else. I unfortunately didnt realize this till I got home and opened up the box.

Happy 420 ! Ive been coming here since theyve opened & I can say theyve truly grown. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. They always have specials & new products. For 4/20 I was given a FREE goodie bag with a few different products. Love love love this smoke shop

This store is making profit off of mislabeling product, telling consumers they are buying a certain product when in actuality it’s Delta 8/9. STAY AWAY from the $24.99, you’re better off smoking moss you find on a rock on a nature trail. Support your local friend before getting continually robbed. SCAM, fake weed

Went in shopping for my husband. There was a lady there running the store. Only her. I asked multiple questions and she didn’t know the answer to most of them. So I did need help but this lady shouldn’t be left to run the store. No knowledge of the products, couldn’t answer the questions I had. My questions were very simple. Very frustrating. Honestly felt embarrassed for the owner because that’s how you loose customers. Didn’t even get a receipt in case I need to return what I got.

My favorite smoke shop in Danbury. Ishmail is always very welcoming every time I come in and offers me great deals. They are also open till 11pm unlike the other shops nearby and offer a way larger selection than most.
