I went to do a hair coloring on July 19, 2024. I should’ve listened to my first instant the woman that was doing my hair. She didn’t even greet me looking like she didn’t want to be there was no communication my hair coloring while waiting I realize that there was Alcohol consumed by clients and employees. It was only 6:15 PM. There was several people there looking drunk already doing hair the woman that did my hair. I realize she was feeling a little nice. I got smacked with the brush twice in my face to see that I still have my other color hair and the mix with two new color. I have three different colors to top it all. I have a little bit of gray hair in the front it not even covered that was the worst experience ever. The only word she asked me was if I wanted to go under the dryer or just blow out my hair which she was already taking out the blower to do it she just didn’t feel like working I just told her to blow out my hair I just wanted to get out of there $80 down the drain Which I could’ve done this myself I just feel like if they gonna have alcohol in the systems they should know how to handle it by doing Hair professionally not messing up. One girl in there you can see all in her face She was drunk wobbling walking to her client to blow dry the hair. It was bad customer service that will be the last time that I will ever go there.

Music too loud. Alcohol consumed by clients and employees. Bad haircut. Never going back.

Beware of the new barber with the long hair. The guy was definitely drunk or high or something and gave me a horrible cut. Words slurring and hand swaying the entire time. When I tried to speak with him about it he just tried to find excuses. Other people there agreed also agreed the haircut was not good but he wasn’t having it. Was able to squeeze half my money back :)

So far, this is the only hair salon in United States that was able to give my daughter a perfect haircut. She does have a cowlick but it is not impossible to cut her hair properly. I will definitely be bringing her back here again in the future. This is European level quality. Great service, great haircut, and pretty good prices

Says they open at 9a on Fridays. I waited until 10a for someone to arrive. After that everything went smoothly the service was good. My daughters hair was done to her specifications. She was happy however I was livid.

This is a good salon, however NOT for natural hair. I have 4c hair and I have been going to this salon since I was little, only difference is my hair was relaxed then and obviously is not now. I know they do not claim to be natural hair friendly, but I would highly suggest finding another salon that is before resorting to this one.
