Cant speak for the whole salon, but personally I love Cindy and grateful for her and her talents. I cant always afford to tip her as she deserves, but I hope she knows shes appreciated.

William Wesley is once again improving the shop and their services and even with the construction everything neat and clean. Brittany gave me a lovely haircut and the prices are reasonable.I cant wait to see how the remodeling project turns out!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Sierra is so sweet and takes excellent care of my hair. Claudia and Jessica in the spa make you feel like royalty. I always get a warm greeting when I come in the door. An offer of water, tea or coffee and they take your coat. It is so relaxing! I see the more senior stylists always helping and offering helpful advice. It is a great place!

I had been a long time customer...but my appt..in October I was dwn for a color/keratin treatment but when I got there 2 my appt they stated that I did not have a prepaid keratin treatment that was owed 2 me..was very disappointed 😞...my reg...hair dresser was great...the other girl who decided 2 get herself involved stated I had allready had treatment done but I checked my bank account....from previous yr and this yr...and I know I was owed it...not cheap either..very very disappointed with salon even me being a long time customer..will never return!!!!

Absolutely amazing staff, literally the sweetest...All of them! HOWEVER if this place is going to charge $45 for a spa pedicure please let your atmosphere reflect that...Message chairs sucked, the cleanliness of the nail room is pretty sad along with the outdated decor down to the doily on the middle table. It’s just honestly horrible...ALSO I was charged $15 for a basic nail painting. My son wanted his toes painted. That was it, no clipping nothing and that’s $15!? I’m not cheap by any means, I strongly feel the price does not reflect well. I would prefer to see good taste in atmosphere, decor, and at least a little pampering for that price. I only came before my regular salon was booked and it was a last minute choice a friend and I wanted to get together and do. Won’t be back. Bummed I paid $65 (that’s without tip. They deserved there over 20% I left due to they were awesome) for the most basic pedicure, poor color choices, tacky, and unsanitary nail room.

Amazing service. Quality massage and great ambiance. If all the services I have had here, I enjoy the massages the best!. Alicia and Sara are fabulous for deep tissue and getting those knots out while making you feel relaxed! Definitely try them out and drink lots of water!!

Ive been going to William Wesley for many years now for my brow waxing. I dont go quite as often as Id like because its a but pricey, but Claudia does an amazing job. The atmosphere is great as well!

We went in for a connect (couple’s) massage and two pedicures.The salon called in an extra massage therapist which was very much appreciated! The massage was great! Very relaxing and great environment. I would definitely return for a massage!The pedicures is a different story. The ladies doing the pedicures acted as if they really didn’t want to be there. There was no massaging of the lower legs, absolutely no scrubbing of the feet or attention given to anywhere other than the toenails. We put our feet in the bath, they clipped our nails, and painted them. One of us left with paint that wasn’t dry over an hour later because the paint coats were put on so thickly. One of the massage chairs wasn’t working, only buzzed behind the head which was annoying. We were then quickly rushed out. Very disappointed with this portion of our expensive girls’ day out.Follow up: after giving this review, they called and left a message with the person that answered and said that they were sorry. When asked if they would like me to call them back, they stated no. I’d expect some type of reimbursement since they knew it was bad enough to call... but then again, I wouldn’t go back there anyways. Maybe they knew that?!

I just moved to the area and had a gift certificate to this Salon & Spa. I received a 75 minute hot stone massage from Jena and a facial from Lizzy. Both were very enjoyable. Everyone makes you feel welcome and you leave feeling both relaxed and well taken care of.

I left the salon crying. I wanted to go blonder and the lady fried my hair. Pieces were coming out of it. And the cut was not even. My mom had to fix it. I spent $340 to have my hair fried and an uneven cut. I am crushed.

Love William Wesley Grand Salon and Spa! I always feel pampered from the time I check in until I leave. Give Kelsey Coots a try. She listens to what you want and gives her honest opinion as well. Love her color techniques. I have also received massages from Alicia and a pedicure from Amber. Would highly recommend them as well!

First I scheduled a haircut and color I took the afternoon off work to get it done. Then when I got there they only had me down for a cut so I had to come back the next day. I knew that this would be expensive but was willing to pay for expertise but the girl that did my hair only graduated from school in the last year. She couldnt answer my questions or concerns and seed more annoyed I had them. Worse I spent 200 for a cut and highlights on pixie length hair. Save your money or go somewhere else is my recommendation.

The workers were amazing and treated me very well. Great experience :)

I love!! I come up from Muscatine, IA to get my hair color/high-lighted/cut & have never left unhappy. I am also super duper picky. They do a great job. I have seen Brittany & Shandra. Would recommend either in a second.

My daughter and I came in Saturday 1/26/19 (for her sweet 16th bday) for a facial, mani’s and pedi’s and an all around pampering. The staff was very friendly, however, no pampering at all. We were there nearly 3 1/2 hours and had 1 glass of water, never an offer to refill. The decor is outdated, the mani pedi room is not relaxful at all. The technicians were nice but I am not pleased with my manicure at all !!! My nails aren’t even fully painted (missed spots) and it’s already chipping off. We spent A LOT of money there and I’m very disappointed! Way over priced .

I’m currently an esthetics student and went in for a job shadow. I did not have any expectations coming in although if I did they definitely exceeded them. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable!! I learned a lot from the entire esthetics team! Claudia, Lizzo, Jenna and Jessica are all amazing ladies and extremely great at their crafts. I seen and learned a little something from everyone today! It was a wonderful experience and I’m beyond thankful for the learning opportunity!!

I got bangs for the first time and I have slightly thicker hair. I showed them what I wanted which were like wispy bang. He started cutting my hair snd didn’t thin it out at all. It was like a super thick mustache on my head! I left thr building crying. My friend had to come over snd fixe them the best she could after.

I had my hair cut and colored by Lana this past Saturday! She did absolutely amazing! I was in tears i was so happy! I hadnt had my hair done in over 15 months (being a new mommy) and i felt like a new woman walking out of the salon with a fresh cut and no more greys! Everybody go see my new stylist Lana!!

I got recommended to go here for a wax, and not only was it awesome, but the girl was so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to! she was also incredibly fast which was great too.I saw Jenna and I would recommend everyone to go see her!The only complaint I have its that its a bit more pricey than I would expect.

Scheduled an appointment in advance for the day after a wedding on a trip to Davenport. I made an appointment online for myself and my wife. Two days before the appointment i received a voicemail checking to confirm if i meant to schedule two appointments. I called back and said that i did mean to do that, one for myself and one for my wife. I was then told the 10am appointment that was already confirmed online with two different masseuses was no longer available (?) and they could fit us both in at 1:30. We had already planned on leaving in the afternoon so this wouldn’t work. Disappointing experience, be weary when booking online with this company.

I went in with a gift card to get something very specific done with my hair. The cost was $200. Fine. It was intricate. I got home and realized that my hair was nothing close to what I requested. I called the next day. The manager told me to come right in and theyd fix it. Seemed fair. I got there. The girl seemed nice enough but basically said there was nothing they could do. My hair, which was supposed to be a medium brown was now jet black and there was nothing they could do to help. By then the manager had left. They apologized, washed my hair and sent me on my way, telling me the manager would call. No Call has been received. Im super bummed. Im not one to cause a stir but this is, in my mind, a high end salon. Im just disappointed at their lack of willingness to correct my problem. So tomorrow Im paying more money to have a friend correct the issue.

Based on my facial experiences, I’ve always been happy. Gracie is exceptional and educational, love every visit. I highly recommend her and appreciate her.

We called and scheduled for a style for a wedding. We asked how much It would be. She said $35.00 and thats all. We scheduled. Got our hair done and the total was $65.00 a person!! They said if you add just one bobby pin it is consider an updo and is then $65.00 We stated if we knew that we would of went somewhere else! They said she should of told you on phone. They also had on paper that she did tell us it was hairstyle for 35 but put in computer to schedule as an updo for 65. They would not help in anyway and made us pay full price!!! I will never go back!!

This building is in need of a huge remodel. Also worst pedicure room Ive ever seen. Its incredibly small and not at all inspiring. I will say they have a great masseur I have plenty of his cards if anyone would like one.

Cindy was amazing colorist and went above and beyond with a flattering cut. She was confident and answered any questions. Amazing hairstylist!!!! Staff and Cindy were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

I wrote on the form they give you not to try and sell me products etc. the first thing she does is try to upsell me an additional $20 facial. I said no thank you and to just do the detoxifying facial I requested. She extracted. Put a mask on. Left the mask on for 15 minutes. Took another 10 to wipe it off, put some lotion on my face and told me that completed my experience. Nothing about it was detoxifying or anything I dont already do at home. Complete rip off. Dont bother. Spend your $75 on a nice mask from Sephora and call it a day.

I came to William Wesley to get a massage when I was having bad neck pain. Sarah Schmitz was amazing!! I got a full body massage and never even realized the pain I was in until she worked it all out. Thank you Sarah; I will be back!!

I had an amazing experience with my bridal party here!! Everyone was very friend and my hair and makeup was gorgeous!! The staff was very warm and friendly!! It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to any future brides!

Horrible at a dye job that should have been easy. Told my wife they would fix it. She came in and they said they couldnt but would refund her. Then the manager said it was good enough no refund so she went to another salon and paid the same amount again to have it fixed. It came out right that time. Never use them again. Would never recommend them. Horrible customer service.

Always refreshed. Employees are always friendly. Kelsey is awesome. Great customer service, good listener, good conversationalist, very knowledgeable in styles and cosmetology.

A little overpriced but I do love Rick Fogels talent for cutting and color. He is the whole package. Some places you go they can do really good Cuts or really good color but not both.

Kenton Benson is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been treated by. His massages are the most relaxing way to relieve stress and tension! I have also found that his knowledge of stretching and musculature have helped to relieve any aches and pains that I experience from exercising and day to day life.

Came here to get a specific haircut . For what I paid for it was completely not like the pic. But.... i called back an got into Maria Reed an I love my haircut . She did the disconnect that I wanted. I will be coming back forsure to Maria.

All of the staff are courteous and very pleasant. I love getting my hair highlighted there. Much more affordable than I would have ever thought!

Attempted to make an appt. for 2. Was told that was a group and I needed to provide credit card info to make these reservations. When I refused to supply my credit card info, I was told we could make 2 individual appts without the credit card info, so we did that. 5 days later, they contacted the other party (not the one who attempted to make the original appt.) to say no, these appts. could not stand because it was against their group policy. I cant speak for their actual services, but the customer service I received was well below average and based on that, decided I could better spend my money elsewhere.

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She detangled her long hair and gave her a great cut that is perfect for summer camp.

Experience was okay - pedicure room way too noisy and didnt feel like a spa but more like a mall experience. would have expected more - tired a hair stylist once , I wasnt impressed at all.

I have been coming to William Wesley for years and have always seen Katie.She always puts her all in to my hair!I would go there just for the shampoo’s if I had time.I have went from very long to quite short to color to no color.I highly recommend Katie!!She is someone who cares about her job and clients.If you are looking for a keeper choose this one!

Very uncomfortable experience, stylist acted irritated the entire time, no conversation until it was payout time. Asked for highlights, I got none. Skip it.

Been going here for three years very loyal customer but last I was there they gave me horrible highlights and did nothing to fix the problem and went I went back for my second highlight appointment they barely barely put any blonde in my hair. I wish I could add a picture to show it 😑

Just got a massage, $95. It was terrible. Basically she just rubbed lotion on me. Waste of time and money...find another place.

Sara is fabulous with hot stone massage, sports massage, and whole body massage. Her customer service is excellent!

Their pricing is always changing and if you dont have cash to tip you wont add it to your credit card, they make you use their own high fee ATM.
