Stopped by there yesterday to pick up Delta 9 Dragon Berry gummies but they were all out but Alan helped me to the fullest. I ended up with my first Kratom mango tea yesterday. Great store with great service and price. They truly show that they care about the customers. In one situation, I was looking to buy a new mod. They took time to understand what I was looking for and recommend I spend less money and just get a better tank. Allowing me to save money. This showed me that they not only care about making a quick buck, but build trust with their customers.

Great selection of e-liquids from most top manufacturers including some I hadnt seen before . The kratom tea and cbd coffee is a really unique take on services offered and the owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable on both . Lots of mods including a lot of newer products . I had previously left them a bad review and they have more than fixed things even with the inflation the way it is they have kept there prices low and reasonable. Definitely the best smoke shop in lake wales Davenport Haines city area and I’ve been to a bunch. The staff is very knowledgeable and there selection is huge
First time there and I loved the two guys that run the place. We tried there tea and the coffee and we loved. Tons of customizable options and the guys really care about customer feedback. While we were there one of the owners had bought the raised lids because a previous customer asked if they had whipped cream for their coffees. They didn’t at the time but they’re ready for it now! I love a great local place that listens and improves and if you don’t vape no problem! No pressure to and the coffee is really good.

Plenty of choices but the coffee was terrible.I was in shock of finding my two most favorite things at one spot. Great expresso machine but bad operator. Will need more effort into the coffee making. Then it would be a really good spot.

Great place. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very well. The gentleman was very polite and helpful.. He also showed me other products and helped me on how to open my reward points. He also offered military discount which is great. I reccomend this place for a lot of vapors. I will be returning again for my coils and cottons.

They’re knowledgeable about their products and most of all they’re HONEST. I can’t stress how much it relieves me as a buyer that he was honest about what to expect from a product and what the right direction was to go. Vaping and CBD can be middle of the road price wise (I spent ~$100 and guy all higher end things) but worth it. The coffee is delicious and the shop is really nice on the inside and super welcoming.

The Vape Up Cafe has to be one of the best smoke shops I have ever been to. They had amazing customer service and exceptional products. Very rude customer service.I been a customer there for quite sometimes most of the people working there is very respectful but The manager is very very rude I spend at least $2-300 a month at this smoke shop. but no thanks if you going to be rude I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t think you are the only smoke shop in the whole Polk county.
This place is a great addition to Davenport! They offer a large range of products. I’m a huge fan of the CBD line and the iced caramel macchiatos. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed. All around great place to chill & relax.

I shop at the publix next door quite frequently and when I saw someone was putting in a Vape Cafe, I was intrigued. First impression of this shop has a modern twist. I sat down at the coffee bar and enjoyed an iced macchiato, just trying to give the place an overall feel. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and communicate on a personal level that makes you feel welcome. They have a vast variety of liquids to choose from in many different nicotine levels. I will for sure making this a frequent stop.

Me and my friend came here and the guy was very helpful and very knowledgeable on all kinds of stuff from cbd to kratom to kava and so much more. Prices are well above reasonal and the juice selection was pretty large. Nice louge with coffee and kratom and tea. Came on Monday to check it out, came back as soon as i got paid.
Great spot, super modern. Loved the Kratom Zen drink, gave me energy and mental focus. Owners were super accommodating, even went out of their way to go get my son a lollipop. Huge variety of vape juice. Definitely a great spot to chill, vape, and hang.

For all the positive reviews, I must have been there on a bad evening! Went in for vape juice for pain and was told I needed a $120 bottle of juice! ok, I knew the name on the bottle was what I was looking for, however, when I got home, I realized it was a boost (an additive to juices)...not the actual juice, wow, and then I was told that a machine of some kind would be best for me, but buddy, I am very familiar with CBD and thanks to a place in Corinth Texas, I know where not to go back too, I was just too trusting that everyone working in a CBD store knows what they are talking about, not here!....NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!

As a complete noobie to all this, I walked in and straight away the staff was super nice. Ronnie (i think thats his name) helped me find what I was looking for. Sadly the one i got did not work but i went back the next day and the other guy switched it out for me and it works! These guys are awesome. And theres a little cafe area with some pretty good drinks. And they have a rewards program too.

Due to a friend’s recomendation, I went to get help for my husband who has had so much back pain for many years and Ronnie was there and gave me hope, showed us and explained to us many different options and even gave us a free sample of a tea to help with the pain.
