I just had the most incredible massage experience! The therapist was skilled and intuitive, tailoring the pressure and technique to my specific needs. From the moment I lay down on the table, I felt my tension and stress melting away. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, with soothing music!!

I was literally in tears when I called this morning for a massage and finally went in with a horrible headache. The ladies at Key Healing Massage Spa were so kind and accommodating. Xixi was my therapist for my session. It was evident from the beginning that she knew exactly was she was doing. She was gentle but determined to make me feel better. By the time she was finished, my headache was completely gone! She made some wonderful recommendations that I’m going to implement right away. I appreciate them so much and have found my massage place in Davenport! Thank you Xixi!! 😘😘😘

I had a massage with Ally and it was the BEST massage I have had in the area. I have tried 4 different spas nearby and this was the BEST! She had very strong hands and even stretched me and gave me a face massage at the end. She was amazing! I will definitely be back to get another massage.

My husband and I got 90 minute couple massages for my birthday and it was SO relaxing. They were able to work out knots and tension we had been carrying in our neck and shoulders. Weve had services at other locations in Orlando, and these ladies knocked it out of the park.

First time here for a massage. July was amazing! She had techniques that gave me relief to my back & neck. She was personable & professional. It was easy to book online. The spa is new, nice and clean. Definitely booking for next week.

July did great job on my shoulder.It’s a hidden gem in Posner Park and it’s so clean atmosphere. It’s so nice includes mini facial during full body session. I loved it and will definitely go back. I wish they had foot massage add-on option.

Be aware of the promises. She spoke with me and said 30 dollars for half hour for facial massage. I booked the appointment for 4 for my guests and myself. I saw the price on the board that was no mention of 30 dollars so I repeated and confirmed that as I was promised 30 dollars for 30 minutes and she confirmed them after everything is done she was charging 70 dollars for each facial and insisted that I should tip her too. I will report this to BBB as well. I have my own facial artistic who charges 70 dollars I only went there because she promised 30 dollars. She pretended that she didnt understand but she speaks fluent English. I feel cheated. Looks like these people can say and do anything and hide behind the language. Facials were normal nothing to brag about. Cheaters. Cheaters. Cheaters

I had the opportunity to go and get a hour full body massage and 1hour facial yesterday 6/1/2024 at 1 pm and the location was nicely decorated and all that but the customer service was non existent the employee was rude and she rushed me into the room and started the massage and I have never had to tell a message therapist to use oil o something that will make the massage more relaxing since I was getting a dry over a towel message.She only did my back and arms and then stretched my legs ( no message) and there is no one available for the facial. I was charged 100 for a message I paid online for $89 and on top of that there portable cashier machine wasn’t working correctly and o kept telling them the payment went through and they didn’t believe me so they charged me twice. I would never ever recommend this Spa as a matter of fact I don’t think they should be working at all. Unless they trained the employees on hospitality and customer service.

Now putting in perspective I have never done a professional massage before. My husband surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday. Beyond excited but I dont know what to expect. Walking it was nice and clean however no one to greet us. After a few minutes a lady came out to rush us into a room without any instructions or frankly welcoming manners (we were 10mins early). My husband I then take our places on the tables and wait. 2 ladies walk in. No introductions so we have no idea who our ladies were. My husband had a lady walk on him for an extra 10$ she ask about the level of hardness for the massage. My lady said nothing and just proceeded. I will give her credit for finding every single ache and Knot in my body. It would have been nice if there was a hot towel warning before it was slapped on. 😅 at the end they said All done and quickly exited the room. We got dressed and paid. Still never caught their names. Its hard to say if Ill return on my own. But the atmosphere was lovely. The customer interaction could use more improvements. But thank you for the experience.

I have been coming here for the last month. Lili, Sunny, and Alice are all amazing. I get 2 or 3 hour massages and I am experiencing the most relief Ive ever had in my low back and the rest of my body. I will be here every week. I wish I had discovered them sooner. They are helping me recover my low back. Thank you again to all these amazing ladies. I highly recommend them to everyone.

This place was really great. It’s always something about older folks and their hands! The pressure was good, they got into the nooks and crannies of your tissues as well as being thorough with your time and massage. This place was by far the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely come here again when vacationing.

My wife and I came for a massage and facial.And this experience was by far the best we ever had. We have had massage before in the years. This one is top tier.

I went to get a massage, the entire time the woman’s phone kept going off, she kept texting, people were coming in and out of the room while I was undressed. She also kept answering the door when people came in. When I got up there was a child standing by the OPEN DOOR that she kept leaving open staring at me. I am humiliated and can’t believe I paid for this. This is the worst massage I have ever had. I would not recommend to anyone and needs to be shut down.

I have been looking for a while for a good masseuse to help me get rid of a knot in my back causing me pain and decided to give this place a chance. The masseuse Sonny attended me and she was very professional and knowledgeable on what she was doing. I left feeling pain free, relaxed and revived. I truly recommend this place and I will definitely return and bring my wife next time.

Me and my wife booked the couples massage for 60mins and booked my dad and his girlfriend a couple massage to go after us.We called up to confirm the booking as the online form said that we all had the same therapist which obviously isnt possible, the lady said its fine no problems there is plenty of staff.Anyway we arrived 5mins before our booking and a lady scurried out from a back room looking shocked that we were there, I said we were here for our appointment and she said no no no we are too busy?I explained we had confirmed our appointment on the phone which she didnt seem to understand and just said come back later, very disappointed after driving 30mins to get there and arranging child care.I read a similar review to this, so obviously a regular thing..

I had a great back, neck and shoulder massage by Julie.My only complaint would be I always tip 20% and do not agree with being told 25% is the minimum tip. Their card scan does provide the option to input a custom amount.

Took my husband for a couples massage on Father’s Day. It was very last minute yet the team did a wonderful job accommodating us! Very nicely decorated, and quiet relaxing rooms to give you the best experience. We did an hour massage, since it was our first time they explained the different options available and did a mix of styles to show us the differences. They made sure we felt comfortable the entire experience. We are definitely coming back. Would highly recommend either location.

I have been dealing with a pain, mostly neck and knee. I have been taking otc/prescribed pain meds and the relief is temporary. I love massages and I used to get them quite frequently when I lived up north, however since moving to Davenport, FL it has been difficult finding a massage spa that actually helps with relieving aches and pains. I decided to give Key Healing Massage Spa a try and I am so HAPPY I did. I walked in limping and walked out without needing my cane. I decided to wait a whole week before writing this review to make sure that the relief from the massage was long lasting and I am happy to report, I’ve been incredibly mobile and have not needed my cane and no pain in my knee since. I am most excited about the relief from my neck pain. Lastly, their customer service is phenomenal and as an avid gym goer I highly recommend the 80 minute massage with Thai stretching for pain relief, mobility and flexibility. Oh, by the way, I’m headed back there today!!

This place is new and beautifully done, however every time someone comes to the door the bell goes off in your room! That’s super annoying after the 10th time. The massage was good except for the fact that my lady left the room twice to find out who is coming in the building. When I paid her, she asked me for a bigger tip and I felt that that was really rude. It cost me $177 for a 90 mins!

First time coming to this spa and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere was everything that you would expect. Very calm, and relaxing. We did 60 min deep tissue massage and came out so relaxed. One thing that we absolutely like is that they are open late till 9pm. The massage was everything we expected getting those knots and focusing on main concerns that you have or they feel. The place is very clean, and they are so pleasant. We are definitely coming back. ☺️

Not a good massage by Sunny. I felt worse after leaving :(Very mediocre experience. Disappointing. Also when paying , she had already suggested her tip by not giving me my change back and allowing me to decide what I wanted to tip.Totally unprofessional! And a lot of times when you say something they pretend to not understand what you are saying.

Visited this as it is a newer spa in the area. Very clean, nice facility. Had Jenny and she was amazing. Did one hour but wished I had chosen 90 minutes. She has terrific technique and strong hands. I left feeling incredible! I hope to get back again soon!

Just did my 3rd massage today (once/week) with Sunny, whos now at the new sky location at Posner park. Ive been in Fla for 3 weeks, leaving tomorrow. I came here already having a painful locked up neck and a shoulder that was undergoing physio at home. I looked for her specifically because of online reviews i had seen about her treatments when she was at the other location. Shes an extremely intuitive and capable therapist who looks for and works out knots, asks for pain feedback, and has the hand/arm strength to provide a deep massage. She spent extra time focusing on my shoulder, neck, and my feet. I would spend the $80 and do the hour. She never once asked for a tip, but she was really thorough, and i thought she was deserving so i did. Anyway, the day before we drive back to canada, no neck pain, body feels great, and the shoulder is almost fully mobile and near pain free. Fully recommend her.

Sunny was amazing!! I went in with so much pain in my right shoulder and neck. Was unable to turn head to right. Left with better range of movement and totally relaxed. She had great pressure using a mixture of Swedish and Shiatsu. Finished off with hot stones. Rooms are very clean and quiet. They have the bars from ceiling if you like to have your back walked on! So very glad to have this wonderful place (and Sunny) in Davenport! Will definitely be going back.

I was on a hunt for a prenatal massage for a while most of the well known parlors are booked out and do not really have walk in options. I was new to the area and stumbled one day here at “sky massage spa 1” it was in the beginning of my second trimester and met my wonderful therapist she new exactly how to do a prenatal massage I now make it every two weeks and on a good pay day I’ll be here weekly. miss Seny is my therapist she is wholeheartedly a wonderful masseuse , I followed her to her new location here lol I am in my third trimester now and I am just so grateful I have met Seny who provides wonderful quality services, I will definitely keep coming back to her even after my pregnancy 😇🤗🙏thank you Seny for being here with us in the Davenport area.
