Everyone was so nice from beginning to end! I liked that there was a person to guide you before and after. I felt cared for.Benjamin had just the right amount of pressure and really made sure to focus on the areas that needed to most attention. The heated massage table was comfy. Im not usually much of a talker during massages, but I ended up having a very pleasant conversation with Benjamin and its obvious he really cares about the whole you. It didnt feel like I was just another clump of tight muscles to work on for an hour, but that I was someone he enjoyed being around and sincerely wanted to help out. My back and shoulders say thank you! I signed up for the club- youd be a dummy not to. Totally looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing customer service. The staff was really friendly and I appreciated the appointment reminder texts. The Massage Therapist met my expectations with the amount of pressure I required. Im now a member of Massage Envy and I cant wait to try their other services.

Jordan was super knowledgeable and so so kind! I came in knowing absolutely nothing about skin care, but left with a path forward on how to properly care for my skin. He took his time explaining each step and the benefits of each. He answered all of my questions with confidence and compassion. I look forward to booking my next session with him!

I visited Massage Envy for a facial and a massage. While both were wonderful services/experiences, my hydrating facial with Jesika was the highlight of my week! She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She did an especially great job of explaining to me what she was doing and why so that I could truly understand and appreciate each step of the process. Ill definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would highly recommend for anyone considering scheduling an appointment.

Praying this is my answer to complete recovery! My goal is to have my mobility back again without limitations and pain after a severe car accident a few years ago! My daughter recommended Isaiah, telling me massage is helping her and I was hoping I could do this type of recovery since doctor and physical therapists couldnt even touch several severe spots but Isaiah was gracious and knowledgeable knowing we had to start at compressions and not massage. Im grateful and hopeful I can get back to where pain is not my limiting factor anymore and where pain is not in my day 24/7!!!

Ella was absolutely amazing! I had my first prenatal massage with her and she was so accommodating, calm and I have never felt better. Highly recommend!

I have been using Massage Evny for over 10 years to keep my body from hurting. The staff at Davenport are amazing. I just text when I need in and they find something fast.I have received one of the best massages in all my years yesterday and had to let you know that Elijah was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I needed at that time and made sure to use the correct pressure at the right time. I normally see Tristan who is also one of the best. He is also a Chiropractic student who knows exactly how to treat your muscles. Looking forward to my next relaxation session with one of these two.

Got my first facial here and Jordan was amazing! He walked me through every step and he answered all of my questions while educating me on my skin and what it needs. My skins never felt better! Highly recommend!

Every time I am there for an appointment the staff is ALWAYS professional and very attentive, I saw Isaiah this time because I wanted a more deep massage, and I would highly recommend him, it is the next day and I still feel as good as when I left yesterday!

Isiah is a fantastic massage therapist. He knows how to apply the perfect pressure to the body as you choose. Out of all the massages I’ve had, Isiah is hands down the best.

Brooke is the best! Her massages always help me feel refreshed and rejuvenated. I had my first facial today with Jordan. He was awesome! He takes the time to ask questions and explain the different options to take care of my skin. The front desk ladies are always helpful and friendly. I have been to other massage places and this place in the Quad Cities.

I was a bit dissappointed that when I asked for her to apply more pressure that she didnt do it. Then when I advised the girls at the counter of this on my way out, they had the excuse that when my daughter called to schedule this appt, for my bday, that they told her it would be light to medium pressure. I asked my daughter if they told her this and she said no. If the girls at the counter wanted to get my business back they could have offered me something other than an excuse as to why I didnt get what I wanted at the cost of my time and money.

Robyn listened to me, and did an amazing job with the massage. It was relaxing and peaceful experience.. I recommend Robyn if you are needing 90 minutes of peace.

Kyeanna was amazing! Her nurturing pressure is on the lighter side, but the foot pain and extreme neck tension I came in with, she completely relieved! Very professional and polite, she will be dearly missed.

I have been seriously neglecting my skin for the last two years. Jordan gave me a chemical peel last night and my skin feels great (not too irritated) and has a nice glow. I highly recommend!

Stephanie has been instrumental in keeping my aches and pains to a minimum, even though my work is often times abusive to my muscles and joints. She doesn’t just go through the motions of a one-size-fits-all massage. To the contrary, she listens first, and then tailor-fits each session to my needs and problem areas. She’s absolutely wonderful.

My bi-monthly facials with Julie are nothing short of amazing and blissful! She understands my skin and my needs. I recently brought my daughter in for a basic facial and she took much care to explain to her how to take care of her skin and the proper product for her skin type. Julie is knowledgeable and thoughtful. She has definitely gained another customer in my daughter.

Robyn is fabulous. Loved everything she did and her pressure was great. I got a full body massage and she concentrated on my areas of concern. I just loved her. I will continue to go to her.

Stephanie H is my massage therapist and suggested I try enhanced muscle therapy. She used warming and cooling therapies which really helped the problem areas on my back and neck. I love that she is always looking for ways to help me relax. She is the best!

Just tried a Nourishing Light Treatment for the first time with Jesika. This was also my first service with Jesika. She was fun and knew her stuff! I had a really bad headache and she applied pressure on my face and forehead - it felt so good AND my headache was much better by the time I left. Her massage technique was AMAZING and my face look awesome when I left! I can’t wait for my next visit with her!!!

Wonderful experience…walked in feeling old stiff and tired left feeling younger and energized!

I have been going to Megan for a five months now and she is fantastic! She provides a great balance between focus areas I bring up and additional areas she can tell need work. I went from not being able to lay on my back to being able to sleep on my back for increasing periods of time.

I felt as if my massage was a little underwhelming. There were times when it didnt feel like she was even touching me. I did not leave any more relaxed than when i came. Im very disappointed to have spent my gift card on that.

Shawn is amazing! He knows exactly how to minimize the pain since I have a ruptured disc on my lower back. He pays attention to detail & targets areas where needed, & is very professional. Im sure going to miss him but definitely wish him the best in his new endeavors with his family!I was recently seen by Brooke as a last minute massage & shes awesome. She definitely relaxed me & I was able to have a great night sleep! She is also very professional & paid attention to my needs.

Stephane is wonderful. She provides useful advice for your specific needs which has definately helped me. She listens to what your areas of need are and applies just the right pressure. She makes sure the table is the temperature I like and smoothly transitions from one area to the next. She is pleasant and professional. I request her each time!

I received a massage as a Christmas gift. Upon arriving the ladies at the front desk were welcoming. I found Brandi to be very friendly and informative about the issues I was having. She had great hands on my sore spots and I walked out feeling great. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

Member benefits are only as beneficial as the massage therapist you end up getting. So far no luck on finding one that seems to fit the expectation of good communication skills, listening skills, smoothly transitions from one body part to the next, treats you as they would want to be treated rather than an hours pay they need to push through. ~ Hopefully in time I can update this review with a more positive one but for now, sadly I am paying for massages that have little to no benefit and lack relaxation.

Wonderful massage. I walked in very tense and walked out relaxed. Stephanie was my therapist this last time. I’ve been using them for about four years now and I have never had a bad experience.

If you love being pampered and want to have good skin for the long term - visit Jordan stat. The new hydrafacial is spectacular, but every service with Jordan is fantastic!

Jordan was amazing once again and I highly enjoyed my entire experience with him. I also continue to learn more and more about my skin and appreciate his wealth of knowledge. Megan was awesome! I felt so loose and relaxed when I was done. She dug in with deep pressure where I needed it, and backed off intuitively when it when gentle was needed.

She (Brooke) was great, prob best person I’ve had, but I got pretty ripped off on time. Massage started at 9 and by 10:24 I was inside shopping at cosco. Supposed to be done at 1030, 90 min massage. They leave time to upsell you a membership at the end. So you’re paying to go over your whole health history first (I DID arrive 15 min early so it did NOT cut into start time, so show up early for sure) and then for a sales pitch at end. I didn’t buy membership so I was out of there earlier. Wouldn’t go back or recommend ONLY based on that right there.

It was my first massage, I had a 60 minute massage + Unwind aromatherapy; my masseuse was Brooke and it felt like I was getting years of tension kneaded out of me. Having someone professionally massage your neck and shoulders is life-changing, even percussion massagers dont compare. It was absolutely wonderful

Terrible massage, Zennia took me to the room 15 min after appointment started after I was told to be 15 min early. Rushed through my massage , it wasn’t the least bit relaxing. Cut my time even shorter than they usually do. Her pressure was absolutely terrible, the room was bright and cold. And on top of everything it’s beyond expensive for the quality.. if I could leave no stars I would. Sorely disappointed.

I started going a couple times a month earlier this year to address my neck and shoulders where I always hold tension. I tried a few different massage therapists - they were all good in their own way, but Megan is my go-to now - she’s great at deep pressure but super at lightening up if she hits a particularly sensitive spot.

Shawn is great with my son who plays sports year round. Last year my son was having back issues during basketball, so this year I proactively started him on a massage regimen to prevent any injuries, & it worked. Shawn knows exactly what he is doing to relieve tension in my sons back or tightness in his legs. He leaves him with stretches and exercises to do at home too. He goes above & beyond. He has been a life saver for him.

Shawn is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. I highly recommend a 90 min massage with him, especially if you prefer deep tissue and firmer pressure. I see Shawn monthly and always leave Massage Envy feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Bill is the best of the best! If you have the opportunity to get on his schedule, definitely do so! And the bump up from a 60 minute to a 90 minute massage is a game changer! If I could put 10 stars, I would!

I cant say enough about Robyn. She uses deep tissue and takes away my pain. I wish I could go see her more often.

Aisha was firm, but still smothe, deliberate, and thorough. I can take very hard massage, including graston technique, but with other therapists have had to guide pressure. Aisha was really good at vary the pressure based on my tightness level as she went along and I did not need to direct her efforts.

The building was a lot neater and cleaner than I had really imagined it! And my massage therapist was fantastic she did a great job!!

The lady at the front desk spoke to me condescending and made me feel uncomfortable with repeated snide remarks.The best part was the actual massage but given I’d have to check in with her to even get the massage I won’t be returning.Davenport location can’t speak for other locations,

I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews. I had a gift card so I went for it. The front desk gals were friendly and professional and Steph did a wonderful massage. It was busy when I got there but it was all flowing like a well oiled machine. I liked the technological experience of check in. They did ask me if I’d like to book again, a simple no thanks and that was that. Not pushy at all! I’d go again!

OK so my massage was good. It was great pressure she really did a good job but she did not listen to me. I specified that my feet were bothering me the most and I even upgraded with a foot scrub. She spent the least amount of time on my feet and I was super let down. When I was done they tried to sell me on a massage package monthly to keep up my relaxation. I had never been to massage envy before so I did not know what to expect that’s on me. I am not looking for a massage subscription, I wanted to relax and after my mostly good massage I came out to a sales pitch. That was not very relaxing for me. Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. The place was extremely clean, welcoming, and bright. Because of the sales atmosphere I will not be back.
