Ive gone here many times and I thoroughly enjoy the massages. Yes, they use a good pressure. I carry a large amount of stress in my neck/shoulders and they do well at providing relief for a while. I also have chronic back pain from an old injury and bulging discs. Their massages have released the pressure of those discs and surrounding areas. I sincerely appreciate the firm pressure they provide. Without that I wouldnt have any relief. That is also why they hold their hand on one spot; its not to kill time, its to provide relief from that pressure point and it feels glorious!I time them on my massages as well, and Ive never come up short; if anything they go over the time by a minute. These are situations that other reviews have mentioned, and I feel should be mentioned from someone else. All in all, Ive had great experiences and continue to go back to them versus spending an absurd amount of money to get half of the relief.

Two of us went here and got 20 minutes of foot and 20 minutes of body massages. They did a great job on both of us. They certainly know what theyre doing. My only downside is the open location. That indoor train is pretty annoying and it runs by their shop every 10 minutes or so. If youre not easily annoyed or can tune it out youll like the massage. The other reviews knock them on the fact that they dont talk, but I very much like that I didnt have to have small talk during a massage. They prefer cash at this location. Likely because of credit card fees. Except them to ask if you have cash. Not a big deal either way.

I’m so glad I stumbled in here on a girls day with my daughter. I’ve now been 3 times and each time the massage has been excellent. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Frustrated. Following an average 30 min massage I was surprised to see the price higher than expected because the person “recommended” the table rather than chair. THEN I handed him a $50 bill and instead of getting my $7 change back - a big smile and told me thank you. What!? Plenty of other options - go elsewhere.

My dad went there today. The guy that did his foot massage looked mad the entire time, I didn’t even see him smile once and didn’t say a word. At the end when he was collecting the towels he just snatched the towel off my dads stomach. My dad then went to pay and the asked “you don’t have cash”. Which I see is in a lot of reviews. When my dad then signed the paper for the credit card use the guy no joke asked “where the tip” pointing at the tip jar as my dad was reaching in his wallet to get cash. Definitely will not be back. Service was terrible! Never have we been asked for a tip. The guy honestly didn’t even deserve one! Then after we left the guy just sat in the chair in the door way with his arms crossed and just looked like he hated his job more then anything.

This is from my personal experience at this place. So i wanted to get a massage and i went to the mall. I bumped into this place, and decided to go here. I saw a man at the front counter and I asked him if he could get me a lady to do my massage. It turns out their ladies were on break or doing someone elses massage. So then i decided Ill go to someone elses massage place. I told the man i will come back some other day, and then he replied that he was a woman. I was like what the... I stared at him blankly. But then a woman who worked came back from her break. She said that she could do my massage, and i did not mind a few younger boys helping her. 1 day after my back was hurting like crazy. I knew that it was because the massage i had gotten yesterday. I am glad my back is fine now, but I would not recommend going here. I am only gonna give one star cuz the lady was nice enough to do my back massage

I have to lead by saying that the young guy gives okay reflexology services aside from the pressure being so bad that you’ll literally be sore the next day but who can beat these prices? My review is because they try to force you to bring cash. It’s 2022. Their cash register looks like something from the 90s. On multiple occasions my cards havent worked, not because I don’t have the funds but because they can only swipe limited types of cards. Each time, the older guy yells “LETS GO” and aggressively takes me to the atm or to another store where he knows someone so I can pay them and he can gets the funds. I never had any intention to short them. I’ve been coming here for years and I tip well… in fact, each time this has happened, I’ve paid and tipped when we got to a functional machine (aka any machine BUT their’s)I’m just tired of it. Their refusal to buy a real cash register nullifies any relaxation I might have gotten

I have been here multiple times and each time it gets worse. They INSIST that you pay in cash and when you dont they get upset. I even had them ask me to go to the ATM. Which I declined. My most recent trip was the worst. This evening I asked for the 15 minute chair massage. She kept telling me 20. I told her no 2 different times. I said just the 15. When I went to check out she said she did 20. So the price was $27. They barely speak English so I wasnt about to argue with her. Then when I paid with my card, she saw that I put 0.00 down for the tip. Rightly so when you did what you wanted anyways!! The woman had the audacity to say no you give me and tapped the tip bucket!!! And then again. I was completely flabbergasted. Never again!!!

I was looking forward to a relaxing chair massage. Instead, I got a painful massage which consisted of the same two movements, in the same two spots for 45 minutes. When the old man finally started massaging my neck, he used Walmart Equate brand lotion that felt like exactly what it was...cheap, watered down lotion. He was so rough and harsh with his movements. My upper back hurt so bad bad for the next three days, that it hurt to even role over in bed or even rub my hand over my skin. I will NEVER RETURN!

The older gentleman with a bigger build does a fantastic job! One of the best massages Ive ever had. My sister told me that the older lady does a good job as well because my sister likes harder massages. Also, I think they only accept tip in cash.

I love this spa and the people who work here. I came here a lot after my knee replacement and they always knew that I was recovering and were gentle with my leg. Also, my mom, aunt and sisters always want to come here when they are in town. They can be busy, but if you get ignored you should speak up. Also if you think you’re losing time, say something, they will fix it! I Enjoy learning about their culture and relaxing!!

My mom and I have been coming here for years. I normally don’t like places in the mall because of the noise but I just bring earbuds and fall right to sleep. The massages and the pressure are great. Definitely a more firm massage but that’s what I like. They prefer cash but will take card and will be a language barrier so be kind.(During covid-masks are worn by employees, and they take your temperature at the door)

I had 50 min foot massage ($54 + tax).My feet were soaked for about 5 minutes and this gentleman seemed had no energy, he applied such light pressure that I cannot feel much on my feet most the time. I told him twice to apply more pressure.I told him both in English and Chines but He seemed not to care...

All I can say is AMAZING!! This was my first time coming here and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Despite being a very unassuming place in a mall, don’t judge a book by its cover. My back was really bothering me in a couple places, and it no longer does. I will absolutely go back.

Asked for a chair massage and kept being asked if I wanted a table massage. Showed him exactly where my pain was and was ignored. Movements were abrupt and harsh, no attention paid to my specific issues. Had to keep asking him to use less pressure, as it was genuinely painful. Actually was pressing against my spine. Also awkwardly attempted to massage my legs and arms even though I was seated and told him specifically to just focus on my back. Neither relaxing nor therapeutic.

The guy was very rude, did not back off the pressure when I’m asked, had horrible hygiene, bad breath, and seemed agitated the whole time. It’s like he did not want to be there or do his job. When I tried to pay with my credit card he kept forcing me to an atm for cash. What a joke. Horrible place and experience. No one speaks a bit of English. I won’t go back.

Well just like the Dayton Mall- they use the same towels on everyone, you can watch when they are done using them they fold them and put them back on the chair. Also the sheet on the bed- well everyone gets to lay on the same so remember if you want to lay down for one then your laying on everyone elses sweat.

Nobody here speaks English. They lie about the wait time and then say they aren’t taking anymore people when they could have said that to begin with. They make you pay before you even get the service.
