Out of town needed to refill on vape fluid. Excellent little shop, great quality. Christine was immensely helpful as I was quite out of my element. All local folks should definitely give this place a visit. Will be worth the trip!

Been going here for little over a year. Each employee I’ve met is very respectful and helpful for whatever needs you may have. They even have a service dog (Thor) who is a perfect mascot. Inventory selection is top tier for disposables, vape parts (coils, etc.) at great pricing. Shop has never been dirty when I have entered, nor have employees ever been in a “mood”. Genuinely a great shop for anyone in Greater Dayton area.

I absolutely love this store! Every person is super nice and super knowledgeable. BUT the parking situation is pretty rediculious. Myself and quite a few people I know have skipped this store lately due to no parking. I know its not really yalls fault but theres got to be a way to get spots dedicated to each business in this shopping center. I gave this a 5 star because the store is great . . Answered questions--and volunteered more helpful info regarding location.I ended up going to the Kettering store today though, and was blown away by Melinda. She was/is knowledgeable, kind---let me ask all the stupid questions Ive been wanting to ask without making me feel stupid.Not all stores are like that--many places seem to take pleasure in your inexperience and/or ignorance. No way to run a business, thats for sure.If youre looking for a local vape place, you gotta try VH--dont wait nine years!

I have been using this store for almost a year and was talked into walking into a local competitor. I could not get out of that competitors shop fast enough. Vapor Haus is so calm, relaxing, and organized and the staff is always professional and helpful, even opening early one morning when they saw me sitting out front waiting for them to open. The prices and selection are great, and the staff is awesome. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If youre new to vaping they offer great advice to get you started and they dont make you feel ignorant for your lack of experience. Its very down to earth, and the only place I shop for vape supplies after feeling kind of snubbed at other shops in the area.

This is one of the best vape shops in the Dayton and surrounding area.I have been to plenty of other vape shops, only to find they dont have what I want, mainly due to having a small selection and small inventory. Vapor Haus has a large selection of many different types of vapor products.The staff at Vapor Haus is always friendly, greeting you as you come in the door and helping you find exactly what you need.They also have one of the best rewards programs around! (Some shops dont even have a rewards program) They give upwards of $5 off when you build up points from shopping there; this has saved me a bunch of money versus other vape shops.I have been going to Vapor Haus for years, and have not been disappointed once like I have with other stores. The friendly staff and large selection makes this my go to store.

Ive been wearing the same mask for months and its literally not an issue anywhere but HERE. I was told I wasnt allowed to wear my mask in this store. Was not told why other than its not up to their standards (as one of the employees was putting a mask on) and that the store has its OWN mask mandate. Was told I didnt need to see it but if I didnt like it I had to do curbside pick up. If my mask is good enough for the mask mandate why are you letting your employees dictate who can wear what mask? Theres no sign there is nothing anywhere that there is a standard for what kind of mask anyone has to wear. Ill be letting everyone know that your employees can shove their opinions down everyones throats and its ok. I already couldnt stand the guy behind the counter to begin with but thanks for solidifying me not to buy anything from you guys anymore.

Came in the other day to buy some coils for my rda and I have spent a pretty good amount of money here and usually good service and nice people. But this time when I came in some girl named Caitlein was being rude I came in and was not greeted and she was on her phone when I asked for help she said could you hold on for just a min but she said it rude as hell like I was a inconvenience to her. I went to vape haus about a week ago to buy my first vape because I wanted to stop smoking, I purchased a very nice vape that included the battery, an extra coil and a charger and I bought some juice, the juice was absolutely fantastic it’s called Menthol Naked 100 Very Cool, I highly recommend it, it had a terrible experience recently with another vape shop, I explained the situation to the nice employee and she helped me find suitable juice for my price range (that was limited due to this awful experience at the other vape shop) and helped me replace my coil, and made sure there was no glass in my vape from my broken tank, she put a new tank on and had it done in such a timely manner I still made it to work on time, I’m sold on Vape Haus, they have my customer loyalty for the foreseeable future, every time you walk in the employees are helpful, they’re chilling watching Netflix during periods where the store is empty, they’re always looking to help you find juice and vapes that suit you personally and provide fantastic conversation, I honestly don’t know why you would shop anywhere else for vape products.

Been to dang near every Vapor Haus location this one by far stands out not in a good way. I came in guy sitting on the couch playing with his phone I was telling about what I bought from the Airway location he never looked up from his phone. I stopped talking to him he said ok well what do you want I said yea I need .6 nord coils Airway said yall had some in stock cause none else does at the time. Then he walks off to get coils so I walk to the back and asked specifically for CBD gummy bears then he asked what kind and starts naming off the different brands . I said just the bears. Then asked for the dog ones and the price. No clue what guys name was never introduced himself. As I have dealt with Vapor Haus exclusively for years this one isnt up to what I am use to dealing with.UPDATE: VERY NEXT MORNINGBlair reached out to me and everything is kosher. He made sure I was taken care of and still confident about Vapor Haus. That reach out call is something that means the world to me. Vapor Haus will ALWAYS be my number #1 vape shop.
