Daytona Medspa (Formerly, Remedy Spa Pelican Bay)

Came to Daytona on vacation. A friend and I decided to book an appointment at this place and when we arrived the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Then we met Shannon our nail tech. She was above and beyond nice and so professional. She did such an amazing job. I will definitely come back on the next vacation here. Mayne next time spend the whole day being pampered.

Shanon gave me the most wonderfully relaxing pedicure. She was engaging and informative her experience in the beauty industry is definitely seen through her work. The foot massage was gently and she took her time which I appreciate so much. I’m not local to the area but if I were she would be my go to nail tech and this would be my go to med spa.

EDIT: After posting this review, they went above and beyond and provided a full day of pampering. The new owners and especially Shannon, MacKenzie, and Britney were absolutely fabulous. The spa was clean, relaxing, and professional. They added on services that I didnt even know about. I take back my former review and highly recommend them. I will become a member and go again! Mackenzie is amazing. I have gotten a few different kinds of facials and one is better than the other. My skin never looked this good and I have had lots of facials. She gives the best facials I have ever had. She know skin and skin care and I would highly recommend her The spa is very clean and welcoming A 5 star in my book ❤️

Had a couples massage for 90 minutes with Kat and Steve. My lady liked her massage with Kat but I was not a fan of Steves handling. The best way to describe him is that hes a brute, and I will explain what I mean.Firstly, there was no gentle movements for moving the sheets around or your head or leg or whatever. I felt like the sheet and towels were being flung all over the place, the sheet was being aggressively tucked in under my legs where it felt like I was being poked and prodded with his fingernails while he was doing it. While the pressure was fine, his hands were constantly moving around rapidly like he was kneading some dough for a pizza joint.The whole experience just felt aggressive and not relaxing at all. No long, slow strokes up and down the back or leg or whatever. The whole time I felt like I was flopping around on the table from the aggressive rub down. In fact, there are red marks on my back and shoulders afterwards because he would keep kneading until I would yield in pain and twitch out of the hold.It was not a relaxing massage at all, even though that is what we ordered. He told me he does a clinical massage, with lots of stretching which is not what I asked for. If you are the type that likes to get roughed up during a massage go for Steve.Also the couples massage room is super tiny and the other therapist bumped into my arms a couple of times. The music in the room didnt start up until like 20 minutes into it.

This is THE BEST hands down spa experience I’ve ever had! The environment is so relaxing, and the hydra facial made my skin feel amazing.

Amazing spa! We came here for my sister’s bachelorette party and all got a variety of services. The staff are so kind and accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. They even bought snacks ahead of time knowing we were coming! Definitely recommend for a short day trip or even for a small party :)

My husband and I have had two couples massages. One with Brittney and Kat and another with Kat and Ty. All are AMAZING!!! We can’t wait to return and are so happy we just discovered Remedy Spa.

Last week was my 2nd visit. Enjoyed my hour massage immensely. Was in town on a weekend getaway. Am a runner and often have tight muscles. The therapist did a good job working me over.Staff was friendly and professional. Setting is very clean and relaxed. Look forward to another visit next time I am in town.

This place was AMAZING!!! Let me start off by saying my boyfriend and I was 20 minutes late due to valet and traffic leaving our hotel. When we got there everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Tim greeted us and assured us we would get our whole hour even tho they didnt have too! When I tell you I was so relaxed everything felt great.Katarina sorry I think I butchered her name she was really nice even gave us some useful tips to use while were home. We came because of the reviews and the price Im telling you you found your place! I wouldnt dare go anywhere else well worth it and we cant wait to go back when we come to town. I received a facial by Tami. I absolutely loved my entire experience. It was my first time there. They made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building was very clean and had a nice quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Tami was so friendly and very knowledgable about her work. What a great place! The couples massage was amazing! I have issues with my shoulder and they were so accommodating and kept asking if my shoulder was doing ok! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday for the ultimate rejuvenation..a complete spa day with massage, facial, gourmet lunch, pedicure and manicure. I took a friend for a blissful day of relaxation! I cannot say enough kind words about this place..from the owner Tim, who was also my massage therapist and chef, to all the great ladies who work there and do other services..what you get with Remedy Spa is the best spa experience! I cannot wait to return,and I have told my husband I would be very happy with future gift certificates from there. We drove an hour to get there, and it was so worth it!

Peicures from Emily are wonderful. My pedi lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Connie and Katarina give soothing massages, yet work out all the kinks!!! We love this place!! Tim, the owner, runs a great place!
