He always tries to order my favorite flavors due to my bad allergies. Funky Republic is the best brand and better for yall. Just please... Go elsewhere. The worst customer service ever. The same associate who works there has told us twice that they have a product in when we called. We go there and he says the dont have it. If I could give zero stars I would.. Tonight he told me the owner is too busy to order the correct products. Seriously?

I have been on a hunt for butane all day went to four separate stores and all were closed found this gem driving past went in and was met with Amazing customer service 👏 👌🏾 super friendly and attentive the young man working spoke very highly of the store. I will definitely return.

I went in got 2 boxes of coils a new smok device and 2 juices.. the guys rang me up I went home.. open the boxes of coils out of the rpm2 coils 3 were missing and put of the lp1 coils 2 were missing. I just told a girl about my experience and how do i get a complaint to management she said Ill tell then I said how will I know what is said she said next time you come so its seems like I forced her to take my name and number before I left.... the associates should not pull from the front without checking to see if they did any single sales cause I asked why there would be some missing and she said they sell singles. Awful consumer service.

Owner is never on time, and when he is not there he has kids who have know idea about the product. They cannot even call him because half the time he is overseas back at home, while his shop doesnt open on time. I have seen him be very mean to people who do not understand how a device works. I will not be going back, I hope a new owner comes in soon.

Wow what a smoke and vape shop. Best prices in town best everything in town. They dont just sell you stuff they actually listen to what you are looking for and make sure that you leave with the product you want. The guy there named SAM! He is amazing all he does is try to make you happy. And trust me if he doesnt have the product you want he will get it for you within few days!!!!! Best Smoke Shop Around !!!!!!

Originally I was talking to a older foriegn that I believe to be the boss and he tried to make me buy the most expensive stuff that I did not want then a younger male intercepted us as I was about to walk out unsatisfied told me sorry about my rude service and the younger guy proceeded to help me with the transaction and had more then enough knowledge on the whole store and made my day,would highly recommend Jaguar.the older foriegn dude was not on my side it just seemed like he wanted to empty my pockets dry and was not in my favor

This is the greatest place to get the best prices, any other smoke shop you go to doesnt have deals even as close to as good at this place. The products are very good quality.
