Great customer service! Polite and knowledgeable workers .Cute women employees too! Always have the parts for the vapes we need. I like the gum ball machine personally and one employee actually offered me a quarter to buy me one because I was out of change.

I had to switch locations because I moved. I loved the last location but I love this one also. The girls here are so sweet. I was . 36 cent short on my bill and one girl with dark hair pulled out a dollar and said I got you. I was shocked because it has been a while since I have seen an act of kindness I hope this does not get her into any trouble. Thank you sweet girl today was a rough day and that just made my night. 😘

I love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. I go here for my vape needs and juice. The occasional glass piece catches my eye. Pumpernickel pops has a point system that works very well and enables you to save quite often if youre a frequent customer.

Pumpernickel Pops is my go to store for quality vape/smoke shop stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable ESPECIALLY MY MAN RALPH! Ive been to dispensaries all over the country and Ralph is the most knowledgeable and helpful person Ive ever spoken to about all things smoke shop related, especially the ins and outs of the confusing world of hemp products like delta 9, THC O, THC A etc. Great person to talk to and ask questions about this stuff and I always enjoy our conversations. Also they have a great rewards program where you can get points everytime you buy something which adds up to you getting free stuff, enjoy!

My experience at this store was incredible. First, your selection of product is very large, and I love to have options when it comes to buying liquid for my vape, etc.Additionally, Sam is one of the best sales people I’ve ever met in my life. She has a huge working knowledge of all of your product in the store, and is amazingly friendly. She speaks to you more like a friend than a customer, and has an outstanding customer service attitude. I was blown away to find out she isn’t a manager, but I absolutely think she needs to be! I only rated this experience 5 stars because I couldn’t rate it 6 stars. I will be back for sure!

I can always count on them to find a juice that I know I’ll love and I haven’t been disappointed yet by one of their suggestions.One particular staff member usually seems to be there when I go in and is just delightful, but a few nights ago I needed to go in with my five year old in tow, which I would typically never do. I opened the door first and poked my head in to make sure it was ok and the staff were wonderful and so sweet even wishing my daughter a great night and engaging her during my very brief transaction. They tell people to leave positive reviews. These people just want your money. I spent 25$ on a disposable, 4000-hit vape. A few hours later, it wasn’t hitting anymore. They remember me from yesterday, and won’t do any sort of exchange, discount, or even an apology. I highly recommend Luxe Smoke and Vape in Orange City, I’ve never gotten a bad vape from there. This place stands the test of time. They have been in business since the 90s and I can see why. They have a good inventory and their staff is very friendly as well.

My husband broke his glass for his Smok baby beast. I have been trying, for what seems like forever, for him to try a new device. I thought we would be purchasing a replacement glass when we got to Pumpernickel Pops, and possibly some new nic salts, but Jim took the time to show us other devices that were a better fit for my husband, than his old Smok device. We ended getting him a new Aegis Boost Pro. Its a great machine and my husband was very happy with it. I reccomend going to Pumpernickel Pops for your vaping needs and questions. Ask for Jim. He was more than helpful and very nice.

They also carry a salt type of vape im hoping she will try out to help quit the real cigs. I bought a necter collector and 2 nice unibatteries for great deal.

Stayed in florida for a couple months. visited this smoke shop almost daily and was welcomed warmly by connor. my last day visiting made me want to never go back again! i walked in like any other day and was greeted nicely by connor we see every time we go, working with him was a new employee who was quite rude and had no knowledge of the products nor did he seem interested in helping us find the products we needed. he then proceeded to ask for my ID to which i asked him why he didnt card the other 3 people he helped in front of me. he got stern and more rude starting to try and decline my purchase despite the fact that i had my ID & am of age. i let him know what he was doing was profiling & that he should be carding every person inside that shop, no assumptions. he proceeded to be rude, almost didnt even check my ID after even asking for it (i had to remind him) and up-charged me for one of my products. i will likely NEVER be returning to this shop unless i know for sure connor will be working. this new employee should find a better job he might actually enjoy and engage in. ill be contacting management

Not a bad little shop. Not a ton of products but he had what I needed. I was just looking for a specific type of hemp wrap and he had it surprisingly. They have a pretty large cigar wrap selection. Not much of a glass shop tho.

The people who work here are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable!! They also have a large selection of everything you could want in a vape shop!! I was going to another vape shop for vape liquid for over a year. They raised their prices and I noticed that the last few bottles I had bought were very watery. The liquid didnt even taste like it was supposed to. One bottle used to last over a week. The last bottle I bought from this place lasted not even 4 days. So I went to Pumpernickel Pops and told them about this liquid. They explained that some places use a cheaper nicotine to save money. Apparently, this is what that other place was doing. So now, I just buy everything at Pumpernickel.

Anytime Ive bought a vape from here, it doesnt matter who is working, they will take the time to show me how to insert my coil and where I should fill the vape juice up to so it doesnt leak, I highly recommend this location in South Daytona. I cannot speak for the other location because Ive never been there.

Pumpernickel Pops is an awesome vape shop in Port Orange Florida. They are the best smoking accessory store that I have found so far. They have a massive selection of flavors, mods, tanks, cotton, and pretty much any accessory that you could ever want. They always carry the newest stuff and sometimes they have really great deals on things that they ordered too much of, that or the staff is just really nice and loves to give their customers great deals and prices. They have high quality everything at cheap prices.James is the late night professional and he knows EVERYTHING about vaping. We came in with a counterfeit smok x8 and he helped us identify that it wasnt real. Even though we didnt buy that item from him he helped us get it working and tasting great. We ended up buying several juices from him and hanging out in this amazing local smoke shop. They have a pool table, xbox, foosball, ping pong, and great music.Pumpernickel Pops in Port Orange is the place to be. They stay open late and I highly recommend that you come to this shop. Time is money! They are too expensive too have bad customer service. Idc if its the hang out spot. There could be 10 employees behind he counter and no one says hi or well be right with u. Yes I had came in to visit this facility here and I’ve been in here more than a handful of times and I’ve spent well over seven $800 at this location here in the last couple months and I’m really disappointed how I was pushed to the side for a customer who came in after me too they took care of him and pushed me out-of-the-way in a way and made me feel like I was not important as a customer I’ve been here several of times and I have not had any problems but recently the last three visits I’ve had an issue with it seems like I half to be pushed to the side for some things away for other customers all I think is I think you should have 2 to 3 more computers or you should have at least one more customer service should be 100Please please Get one more register
