I have a friend who lives in the apartments above the building. Lately I have been seeing a super creepy and kind of sketchy guy go in and out of the back door of pipe dreams late at night. Sometimes he has two other girls with him. It makes me feel uneasy when I am walking to my car and I see them. I dont like that the owner just lets people come and go as they please late at night. I will not be purchasing items from the store or recommending that place.
