Was looking for a massage during a quick trip to Denver, found this place using Google, and booked based on the reviews. So glad I did! Lovely space with welcoming staff. Goldye is an excellent massage therapist. She consistently checked to see if the pressure was good or if I needed more/less and worked wonders. I didnt want the massage to end!

Goldie was fantastic! I had a wonderful massage after a horrible experience at another place in Denver. Goldie made sure to address my concerns and right what was wronged by another. The space is very beautiful and welcoming. I got a fantastic first time customer discount and a wonderful 90 minute massage. I know that they aim to be a LGBTQIA+ safe space and I can absolutely tell that it is. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to many!

We had an incredible experience at Elixir for a couples massage. It was easily the best massage either of us have ever gotten, and both our masseuses found knots we didnt know we had. Their bios on the website described them perfectly- Enya was empathetic, welcoming, and calm. They made me feel super comfortable and it literally felt like they had 8 arms. I dont even know how they did everything, but it felt amazing. Goldye found even the smallest of knots for my wife, and she was super professional, attentive, and patient. The business was not only LGBTQ+ friendly, but felt especially affirming and safe. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is by far the greatest massage Ive ever experienced. Though Im still new to what massage parlors have to offer this one has a Sauna, Lemon Water in the Lobby, a phenomenon and friendly (patient) lady named Jen (unsure of the spelling). My masseuses name was Goldye. Went for a deep tissue (talk about some pressure ahhh the relief!!) W/CBD Oil and a 30 min hot stone. Had my feet wrapped in warm clothes to start with ,but again, for my 3rd massage in 2 years this is a place Ill revisit. The price was worth it, Im not sore but feel absolutely rejuvenated. I had my muscles popped and worked deeper than anyone has dared and with how much I walk and lift or carry heavy objects [& hurt myself in the process] this was a much needed soothe to my body, mind and soul.Thank you again for a truly remarkable and unforgettable much needed work on my joints and muscles, Goldye. Thats what I expected and what I didnt think Id get was the shoulder, calves, ankles, toes, fingers, shoulder blades and upper neck. Much appreciated 🙏.

I got a good massage in my middle area. It was very nice but I had to attend doctor after for antibiotics. I still might come back.

I have been coming here for 15 years & have always had a great experience. The owner, Sandy, is one of the nicest people I have ever met & a pleasure to chat with while waiting for services. This place stands for great causes & hires great people. They fought to stay afloat through covid & went to great lengths to navigate the mandates. I had a great experience at Elixir. It was my first time getting a massage and everyone made me feel really comfortable. I am on my feet a lot and I good a lot of lifting and it was really nice to get so relief. Mason did a wonderful job working out my trouble spots!! I cant wait to go again!!!

I was surprised about the service. It seems like guest service seems to be a lost skills. Taylor was awesome. She was attentive and kind. Knowledgeable and engaged. This might be my new favorite place to go in Denver. Hope the management appreciate her dedication to her craft.

I’ve been to this spa now several times and have always been treated incredibly well! My massages have been left me feeling both relaxed and invigorated. I recently had the Double lift facial and Ceily did an incredible job! I think that’s the most relaxed I’ve ever felt after any spa service. My face is still looking bright & lifted a couple weeks later. Need to indulge? Do it at Elixir! And get Ceily for your facial!

Without doubt the best spa service I’ve ever had. Rahika made my skin glow. She used exceptional products, was masterful in her execution, and included an amazing lymphatic drainage facial massage. I will absolutely be back again!

I was visiting Denver for the day and was having back pain from my 8 hour train ride into the city. I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment for later in the afternoon. They knew about my train ride and provided me with hot tea and a hot neck wrap while I waited for my appointment! The massage therapist listened to my needs and focused on the areas I needed most. Very relaxing experience and highly recommend. I will definatley go back next time Im in the city 🙂

My husband and I have traveled to Denver twice and both times we had to go to Elixir for a couples massage. The staff is simply amazing! They do a great job making you feel comfortable and pampered. They have so many options that makes your experience unique to you and what you are seeking. The staff caters to its clients by customizing the music or sounds you want to hear, oils they use, or essential oils that you will smell. They are very professional and friendly in every way. I look forward to returning my next trip to Denver.

Elixir Massage was an amazing experience! I was so relaxed and my skin was so soft afterwards. The staff had great knowledge and made recommendations for what I needed specifically in my massage and facial. I will definitely be going back again.😊

First off, at least $100 missing from paycheck every month due to concierge stealing the tips. They pressure everyone into tipping, and then steal the tips, claiming that many people dont tip. They even installed a camera in the front, but still cant catch stealing, because the owner pay the front desk so little, stealing is part of the deal. Second off, no free parking, so unless you live in Denver and can uber, its $10 a day for parking. Third off, very demanding performance reviews, requiring you to upsell massage oil, which is so cheap of the business, or sell other overpriced things, or retain clients, when most are in there because everywhere else is booked. They charge much more than other spas, but pay you very very little. Fourth, the clients are all snobs. I give great massages and have never had any compliants elsewhere (or maybe I have, but the management elsewhere dont tell me nor do they fire me lol). Here, constant complaints over pressure, clients talking down to me, clients acting like I hurt them by rubbing their neck and shrugging their shoulder as if from pain. Wow, I sound like such a horrible therapist, but its all an act bc they are long term clients who demand catering to, and when not catered to, they make up stuff to hurt me. The owner encourages this behavior by telling clients to give her a chance, she is new at all this. If this owner sounds evil, thats because she is. Fifth of all, getting yelled at for everything. Talking, yelled at, forgot something, yelled at, laundry get messed up, yelled at. There is seniority, so many old-timers are condescending. I even got yelled at for setting my table a certain way.

Had a great experience here at Elixir with Nathan! I really enjoy a deep massage and he did a great job fulfilling this as well as remembering the areas of tension I wanted to focus on. He also remembered which areas were painful and sore and was equally gentle and therapeutic. I also appreciate the ability to relax and meditate during massage and while he was friendly and amiable beforehand and checked in about pressure/pain during, the massage was a quiet experience and that enhances things greatly for me. I recommend him explicitly!

After a week long stay in the hospital being treated for a stubborn virus I ended up with a case of hospital bed backache. I called for an appointment Elixir and was lucky enough to have a spot with MecaAyo open. They did an excellent job not only on my lower back but also really improved my sore stomach which had also suffered during this same stay. Their abdominal massage was perfect. Enjoyed a favorite meal that night with no cramping which was a remnant of the same virus. Highly recommend both not only Elixir Wellness Spa but MecaAyo in particular, treat yourself!

Update: I told the masseuse that I was having shoulder pain, and for the last five days I’ve been experiencing intense pain in my shoulder after she made it significantly worse. I understood it might be sore afterwards but it’s been 5 days with zero improvement and I’m concerned that she made it worse.The massage was good, but I do have a couple of complaints. The primary one is just the constant upselling. I respect the need to make money, but they attempted to upsell at check in, before the massage, and upon check out. It was frustrating. The other complaint is my massage therapist was very obviously sick/congested. I don’t blame her, gotta work to put food on the table, and she was very professional (I could tell a couple of times that she slyly tried to blow her nose during the appointment) but it did make me nervous and knowing she was sniffling while giving me a massage was nerve wracking.Overall, I’d say my experience was fine. If you want a massage, check it out. But it’s not an experience I’d write home about.

WOW! My partner got me the relax and unwind package for my birthday and start to finish it was absolutely incredible! As soon as I got in they offered me a fruit infused water and a cold neck wrap. Nathan was my massage therapist. He talked to me about my pain points and ended up doing my neck and shoulders for an hour. It was the perfect blend of intense pressure and hitting deep knots with relaxation. Then Tamara did my facial. She was so lovely. She walked me through what she was using and how my skin was reacting. Plus she did a hand and arm massage while my masks set! Finished off with a 40 minute infrared sauna session and a freezing cold towel after. I feel like a whole new person! Thank you so much Elixir team!

Ive been coming to Elixir for a few months. I initially tried it out because I was long overdue for a massage and its a convenient walk. I keep coming back because of how fantastic Hannahs work is. She is great about discussing areas of focus/a body check in before the massage starts, and does a debrief afterwards with recommendations, stretches or anything that was noteworthy she noticed during the service. Seeing her regularly over the last few months has let me see how fantastic she is at recalling previous appointments weve had, and how areas of focus/my body has shifted over time. It makes me feel very heard, I can feel improvements since I first started coming to see Hannah, and I feel like my body is in good hands when I come to Elixir.Hannah is thorough, and great at checking in on how the temperature of the room is or the pressure shes applying. I always feel comfortable, safe and relaxed when Im in the room with Hannah. I cant compliment her professionalism, demeanor, and work enough!

Everyone was very helpful, always on time and never having a holdback or waiting time from what your appointment is times for. Sarah listened very well and was careful at what I wanted and needed, and always accepting new information or ideas along with showing me her own to see what I might like with everything else that we were working on. Clean healthy environment with handy materials you can buy if liked at the session.

10/10 would recommend! I called the night before to see if there was any openings with the assumption I would be turned down and receptionist was able to accommodate my schedule around my flight. The massage therapist and esthetician did phenomenal work. The environment was very clean and very calming. Any future trips to Denver will without a doubt include a stop in Elixir. By far the best experience I have had.

Fantastic establishment! My friend and I were visiting Denver for a weekend getaway and wanted to do a spa day. We did a 45 minute Sauna, 30 minute facial and 60 minute massage all for about $165 (it would have been less but they currently have some COVID fees included for workers safety). I also only called about a week ahead to get my reservation and they were very accommodating to fit both of us in at the same time.Sauna was very relaxing with soothing lights and music. I have had very few facials but Allison was great; just let me lie there and relax while she did her thing. My favorite thing was the massage with Hannah though; she was fantastic. The massage tables are heated and they have like a weighted heated blanket they put on the areas they arent currently working. My shoulders and neck are always pretty bad so she also gave me some recommendations on exercises to do to help with that.I will definitely be back if I ever am in the Denver area again.

I have been fortunate enough to have had several massages with Sara and one with Brett. These have been the best massages I have experienced, by far. Elixir is warm, comforting, and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is genuinely friendly-they truly enjoy working here and it shows. I bought a membership for the year, as a gift to myself and now look forward to a bit of happy and relaxation every month.

This Friday, I had a 90 minute massage and steam with Katherine. One of the best spa experiences I have had. Ever. The room was warm and tranquil, table was incredible comfortable and warm. Massage was expert. Products used were very high quality and left my skin feeling better than it has in a long time. The steam cover was awesome - not too much steam, didn’t cover your head. I had had a very stressful week and this set the perfect tone for my weekends. I booked another appointment before I left. This place is truly amazing.

My first experience at Elixir was for a couples massage, and I have returned ever since. The ladies at the front desk are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Every massage technician has been stellar.The ambience at Elixir are therapeutic, warm and tranquil. I also love that they have a wonderful array of products for use at home. My mother always stocks up after our appointments.I love Elixir!!

While visiting Denver I made a last minute same day appointment. I had read previous reviews on them prior to calling and wanted to try them for myself. I was very pleased upon arrival with the business especially when offered a warm neck wrap while I waited. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness, the bathroom was pristine. I really liked the idea of the chalkboard in the bathroom as well. what new thing are you going to try n 2017 definitely got my mind thinking and I enjoyed reading some of the responses. NOW on to the massage. GREAT! She was very good. Checking to see if pressure was ok, frequently but not too frequent where it interrupted my Zen aka sleep! I enjoyed a 75min deep tissue massage and felt the price was great for what I received. I will definitely patron this business again.

Setting up an appointment online for a massage was quick and easy, and the service was amazing. I loved the atmosphere, and Sarah was so kind and calming. She explained the massage as it went on and was careful around areas with previous injury. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing business. I just moved to Denver a few months ago and was looking for a new spot to go. I came across Elixir and decided to give them a chance, and Im grateful I did! They were extremely professional with COVID regulations and had me fill out paperwork. They asked what I was looking for during my massage, and I got just that. Great place. Highly recommend.

I just had my second laser hair removal appointment and I cannot believe that it’s totally painless. I’ve been putting it off for years because I heard how much it hurt but this new machine is amazing! You do feel a little tingle but there is literally NO PAIN! It’s amazing and Sierra makes your appt so comfortable! I highly recommend Elixir and Sierra to anyone considering it!

I recently had the anti-virus package, which is only available for a limited time. I CANNOT recommend a better service at the moment. They incorporate steam, massage, reflexology and more. After the dry brush, that is also included, my skin felt so soft. This is a great service for cold and flu season. And the staff is out of this world amazing! And do not forget to experience the infrared sauna after your service for extra relaxation and benefits. Cannot wait for my next service in November. Getting another facial and massage for sure!

Highest quality massage possible! Camile tailors the massage to what I ask for every time. Definitely upgrade your massage, the cupping is awesome and the extra time is always needed. The staff are great and attentive. I like going early for the hot pack, but you can get cool ones, too! Amazing and perfect downtown location.

Just had my second massage and I’ve had two different masseuses, but were both very attentive to my needs and made the experience very pleasant.My partner and I have done the couples massage both times, so if you’re thinking about it, I would recommend it.It’s downtown, so cruise down a little early to snag a parking meter, or pay $10+ for parking.Cheers!

The place was cute and booking was super easy. Im from out of state traveling to Dever for work. Wanted to treat myself to a facial. Gotta say, facial was subpar. I voiced my main concern was congestion and wanted extraction to be done in the areas that needed it and she only did 3 extractions. I was expecting my face to be done, nose area especially. The facial itself was ok and relaxing but nothing a steam shower and face mask at home couldnt do as well. I added NuFace to my facial so I felt I got something different from the experience. My estheticition was super sweet and nice.

My mom and I had an excellent experience at Elixir! All staff were friendly and welcoming. My massage with Tobbey was the best massage experience I have had. Wish I lived closer because Elixir would be my go-to spot for ultimate self care. Thanks yall for everything!

Were fortunate to have so many lovely spas in Denver, however, Im very choosey about what I appreciate from services and Elixir delivers. The smell is gentle yet inviting, the front desk woman was knowledgeable not pushy and my massage therapist was professional yet kind and sweet. I cant wait to try their facials! Definitely recommend.

I have bought a few packages from Elixir, 6 months at a time, because it really is more cost effective. I think it is excellent customer service that they offer different packages. I also enjoy the gift of the month! The atmosphere is wonderful and the front desk staff is always so warm and friendly. They offer a warm neck wrap or a glass of water, which is wonderful. But now for my main reason, which is a very big concern of mine and the reason for my 3 star rating- I can never book the same massage therapist because they no longer work there. It is very frustrating to get to know a massage therapist and they get to know your aches and pains and tell you they look forward to future appointments, but then they disappear, quit, get fired, I am not sure. The turn over rate is alarming and for that reason, I will not be purchasing another package and will be moving on.

I had a massage here last week and it was the worst one Ive ever had. I was very hesitant to write this, as I feel bad for the masseuse that massaged me, as was very pleasant and warm, but the massage was really bad.I decided to share this only after I spoke to the woman at the front desk about my experience, to which she responded youre kidding. Everyone loves X. She was very dismissive and clearly did not believe or acknowledge my feedback.Ive had dozens of massages in my life and this is the first bad review Ive ever given.

Its not often that I write a review, however my experience today at Elixir was amazing and I wanted to share and let them know. Elixir is by far the best therapeutic massage spa I have ever been to. Very upscale in every way. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and treated like a VIP, with a warm neck wrap and orange-infused water while I waited. My therapist, Sara, was both professional and engaging. She took time to review what my goal for the massage was and the areas I wanted to focus on. She described the types of massage techniques that would be the most therapeutic and how the massage would then go. The room was tranquil and the table and sheets were very soft. Warm wraps on my feet and a heated back mat made me feel relaxed. There was aromatherapy and it relaxed me even more. During the massage, Sara was checking in with me to make sure she was applying the right pressure and how I was feeling. Afterwards, we reviewed the massage and she suggested some techniques I could use at home to help in between my next appointment. The level of service and care they offer is just unmatched. I highly recommend Elixir and look forward to returning very soon!

Im not from Denver, but Elixir is one of my must-stops whenever Im in town. Far and away my favorite spa. I usually stop by for a much-needed vacation massage, but tried out their facials this time. I LOVE Alyson!0 She listened to my current issues and skin care routine. Then I had the most relaxing and cleansing facial. The products used were amazing and did not irritate my skin. She also treated my neck and upper chest area and gave a great shoulder massage.After the facial, my skin was soft and glowing for the next week! She was able to identify my problem areas right away and offer great suggestions and products to update my daily skin care routine. I cant wait to go back!

Dont let the reviews fool you. It was an average, 3-star massage, but this is one of those businesses that harasses you with promotional emails and texts nonstop and will ask you to leave a review an obnoxious number of times until you just do it to get them off your back. Ive unsubscribed from texts and so many emails but they still wont stop! The ratings might make it look like its one of the best massages in Denver, but I assure you theres better places out there (try the Oxford right around the corner). Hint: if you look at the bad reviews, youll see that the owner either doesnt respond or gets highly defensive, arguing that negative claims cannot be valid because they have so many positive reviews to back them up. I cant stand it when businesses are so manipulative.As for my actual experience, it was subpar. Definitely not a full blown spa experience. This was the first place Ive come across that actually UP-SELLS YOU FOR MASSAGE OIL. I think it was $10 extra just to get something other than lotion. Total ripoff. I understand its COVID times so there were no cups of water available, but I dont think its too much to ask to provide bottled water to guests as a temporary alternative. Ironically, my massage therapist emphasized the general importance of hydrating after getting a massage. When I asked for water, she suggested I go to the bathroom and use my hands in the sink. Disappointing that they advertise themselves as a luxury spa experience when theyre cutting corners left and right.

I was in town for my baby moon last week, and decided that I really wanted a massage! It was a last minute decision so I was afraid that no one would be able to see me. Elixir worked with my last minute schedule and made sure to see me! The experience was great as soon as I walked in the door! I declined the hot towel while I waited, but I know others would enjoy that! Nana was great to talk with and I fell asleep multiple times while she massaged. Being 22 weeks pregnant had me a little nervous, but it was a great experience and I knew Nana knew what she was doing! Thank you for the great massage! I wish I lived in Denver so I could get massages all of the time!

Excellent full body massage! Kathryn is an exceptional massage therapist. She reminded me that there is more to a good massage than the massage itself. She is an excellent communicator, her movements were fluid and deliberate, and her transitions were flawless. She was especially good at addressing soreness in my legs and feet. Thanks, Kathryn!

Incredible massage! I needed some tough work done on a sore body, and the therapists at Elixir have never disappointed me. They always match me up with the type of massage and therapist that best fits my needs that day. Im so grateful. I love their products as well, organic, essential oils, body care, everything needed to keep the experience, healing and good vibes going long after the massage. Staff makes you comfortable, and is pleasant for new and experienced massage goers. if you need to relax after finals, this is the place to do it. my girlfriend and I got a couples massage here because we know the owner we did get a discount. but I would be more than willing to pay full price at elixir.

I have been coming to Elixir on a monthly basis for quite a while now and I cannot say enough good things about it! I have been seeing Nathan and every treatment has been excellent. All of the staff members are very attentive as well. I highly recommend Elixir!Update: I bought a couple Cryoslimming packages and have been extremely satisfied with the results! I do a pretty good job at maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regime but the pesky lower abdominal and love handle areas were still bothering me. I have been getting Cryoslimming treatments for several months now and highly recommend it to anybody who needs a little more help with trimming down the fat in stubborn areas. The best part is that there is no downtime. I go for treatments during my lunch break and aside from maybe a little bit of redness that lasts for 30 minutes or so, it truly is painless. I’m excited to continue my treatments and eventually explore the facial treatments to help with these little wrinkles that are starting to creep up on me.

I have had the Essential Balance massage several times and it is by far my favorite service. I am fortunate enough not to have a lot of physical pain or soreness so this particular service is right for me because it is more to relax, rejuvenate and reset your mind. If you need a time out from the chaos of your own thoughts I would recommend this service.They use several essential oils during the service. You get to breathe each one in and they drip some of them on your spine, and this is repeated a few times. The oils are very good quality and very potent and that, combined with the actual massage, is what makes this service so special. After they have dripped the oils on your spine and you have breathed them in, they will use a mineral mud mask along your spine to help the skin absorb those oils even better.The final 15 minutes or so is focused on your face. They will have you breathe in their Radiant oil blend which smells amazing, and they will place a hot towel around your face (not over the eyes!) and then they will give you a face massage with that delicious smelling Radiant oil blend.During the service they will have dripped oils on the palms of your hands and on your feet. Your feet will also get the mud mask.The massage is going to be a more firm Swedish massage- nothing deep tissue. If thats the kind of work you need, then perhaps choose a different service. For me, as I dont get a lot of aches or soreness, this particular service ticks all the boxes: my body gets a good massage and my mind quiets down for one blessed hour.The therapists will check in with you about pressure and about the hot towels (in case they are too hot but this has never been a problem in my experience).I have received both the 60 minute Essential Balance and the 90 minute Essential Balance. Both are wonderful options. I prefer the 90 minute massage as this allows the therapist to really give my whole body a more thorough massage.I have had the Deep Heat Hot Stone massage for 90 minutes as well. The oil blend they use during the service is called Recover and it has a lot of citrus and smells amazing!I have had the standard Elixir Massage as well with some soft cupping added. The cupping really helped with some rare soreness that I had on my legs and feet at the time.Both of these services were relaxing and great by their own right, but I always come back to the Essential Balance. Even if I can only do 60 minutes because of time or budget, it never disappoints. Its a really unique service- you wont find it anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and book this if you need some mental relief.

The service was great! my girlfriend and i got a couples massage and the whole experience, cover to cover, was top notch. they send appointment reminders, the staff is friendly, both of our massages felt very professional and relaxing. i do feel this place is a little over priced, but if you’re willing to spend the money you can’t go wrong with the service (and location) at elixir!

I had the CBD massage with Jacqueline. I hands down... BEST massage I have ever had! Also from the get go excellent experience. Front desk was kind and personable. While signing in she gave me a heated, weighted wrap for my shoulders, and some water while I checked in. Calm, inviting and comfortable atmosphere.

I forgot my masseuse’s name but he was the best. He even gave me some great pointers for my onset lumbar and cervical pain. 10/10 would recommend

I honestly can not say enough good things about this amazing location! I found Elixer through their excellent Google reviews and was far from dissapointed.From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so chill and very classy. The location its self is fantastic and with all of downtown right at your feet, you could make this the highlight of a night out!I was warmly greeted by Maggie, the operations manager when I arrived and she expertly handled my cash out at the end of service. A complete delight from start to finish!!Now Ive saved the best for last. I went for a 30 min chair massage with Nathan. After one of the roughest emotional weeks in recent memory Nathans expert skills were exactly what I needed!! I left feeling like total butter!! I honestly can not remember leaving another massage experience feeling literally lighter on my feet!I simply can not wait to tell every human I encounter about the true blessing that is Elixer Mind Body Massage!!

I have been coming for a few months now and LOVE IT!!! I originally scheduled massages for my daughter and her love as well as one for me. Never being to an actual place to have a full body massage I did not know what to expect. It was wonderful!! I loved my massage with Becca! The waiting room is so well kept and everyone is very service oriented. Ive not had many massages, but of all the ones I have gotten, this one was the best! I really felt like she had made sure to target all the areas I had mentioned and I felt very at ease, overall. Definitely coming back again!

From the moment I walked into Elixir, I was impressed. Im not comfortable with massages normally, but this was different. My masseuse was absolutely FANTASTIC. I couldnt believe how knowledgable and informative she was. I really wanted to know what was happening with my body during the session, and she was more than helpful explaining every intricate detail. HIGHLY recommend the cupping session as well, but the icy stuff isnt for me!Thank you guys so very much!

I am SO glad I was forced to find a new place several years ago and that I stumbled across this place, Elixir!! I love this place, especially the fact you get a neck wrap and water/tea when you first get there; I have never seen any other place do this! As a result it is a GREAT getaway from the moment you step foot in their doors. Also, recently I decided to be daring and give a male therapist another try as I didnt have a good experience when I got one when I went to a school to get a massage. At any rate I am SO glad I did and gave Sean a try, what they say about him is true! His massage was so great that I had a very hard time waking up the next morning and have never had this happen before, guess I was truly free of stress and that he certainly melted my stress away and cant wait for my next massage from him! Also, I highly recommend this place....every chance I get!

I agree with Jenny! I have never had a bad experience there. Even if its been a while since my massage, just thinking about that place relaxes me. The smells, the ambiance, the soft spoken and friendly customer service- its just too good! My boyfriends birthday is approaching and I already plan on getting him a nice long massage and will add on some of the lovely extras that they offer. Hes never had a professional massage due to having trouble relaxing while someone is touching him (a phobia that is quite common), but he has back pain and has agreed that Elixir is the place for him!I work an administrative position for a company downtown and by no means am I considered rich or even upper class, however, I believe in treating yourself every once in a while and this is definitely the place to do it! Everyday life is stressful, if you notice youve been agitated at work lately, Elixir can cure that too!Ok, I could go on forever about this place, but if you go there I am positive you will be convinced of the same.Enjoy your massage!!

I have been an Elixir member for about five years. I have never been disappointed. As a former athlete and current yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiast, I need massage on a regular basis. I currently see Hillary, she is amazing. I prefer deeper body work and Hillary is the perfect blend of zen and work. I highly recommend Elixir and Hillary, I am very particular and picky about my body work and I have stuck with Elixir for years!

I got a life-changing duet massage at Elixir! After initially not getting the date I wanted, they were able to switch schedules and accommodate me. I was SO grateful because I was only in town for a couple of days.Two women did the massage. There were moments when they were massaging two places on my body that are always sore. There is nothing better in the world than that! Wow. Im still floating a day later. My neck feels like I had corrective surgery, and my shins are still relaxed. Thank you Elixir!

I have had a lot of massages. I dont say this to brag but to say that over the years I have needed massages for various recurring pain areas. Many if not most of them have been underwhelming. So when I receive a good massage, I always want to leave positive feedback because I know I am not alone in this search. I experienced a lot of relief and release after my massage here, which was one of the better ones I have had in a long time. I highly recomend.

Absolutely WONDERFUL. My wife and I were in Denver on our honeymoon and decided a couples massage would be nice to have before heading back home. We called three other places who were all booked and then we stumbled upon Elixir on Google and Im so glad we did! The vibe just walking in was calm and relaxing-the massage was amazing as well. I just LOVED my massage experience at Elixir! What a wonderful gem right in Lodo! AS someone whos had a lot of experience with deep tissue massage, I was dubious but I was impressed and surprised with the high quality service. I had a knot in my back that was very painful and my therapist did a great job loosening it up. Im looking forward to going back for a more pleasurable (and less dire!) session! Give them a try - theyre awesome.

Ive been going to Elixir Massage for about 8 years. I was originally given a massage as a gift after the birth of my 4th child. I became hooked by the amazing service and relaxing massage and atmosphere right away. Now my husband gives me the gift of the monthly massage membership and he comes for regular massage too. The owner, Sandy, is fantastic as well as Jacob, Katlyn and others at the front. And the massages are amazing! Their massage therapists are terrific. I love Elixir!

I. Love. This. Place. My husband and I have been going to Elixir since 2011-ish and they do a great job every time. As the city has gotten more crowded it is more difficult to find parking. Their prices have also gone up over the years (but this is true for other places across the metro area). There seems to be some turnover but every therapist Ive gotten is decent or better. They are clean, flexible with special accommodations, and their Muscle RX/Relief Gel is amazing!

I almost never leave reviews, but this one of Elixir is far overdue. Particularlly the facials from Allyson. Simply put, I love her! I have been getting facials, photo facials, and peels all over the country and she really is top notch. I always follow her advice and never feel pushed. People think I am much younger than I am and I know its because I follow her advice. She is a serious pro,and truly cares about her clients. You can tell she cares about you and I trust her. She is a hidden gem in the city that deserves not to be hidden! Everyone is so nice and helpful wen I am there. I often take my friends for a treat when they are in town visiting, and I m starting to think that when they come to visit me we just to go to Elixir! Thank you Allyson and Elixir.

I felt like she actually listened to what some of my more tense areas were and made me leave feeling so relaxed and amazing.I appreciated the information given about the covid fee before booking, and after today I am even more happy to support this small business with the fee if it means it gets this gem to the other side of all of the covid restrictions.As someone who is in the health and beauty field as well, giving scalp massages and pampering everyone else, it meant so much to me how well I was taken care of by her and the rest of the staff this morning. I had a wonderful prenatal massage. I wish I could remember my therapists name but she was great. She was very knowledgeable and shared with me the areas she would be avoiding and how the massage would be different from others that I had pre-pregnancy. My lower back felt so much better during and after the treatment. I am booking my next appointment today.

The customer service was great and the rooms were very nice. I came a couple years ago and had a fantastic massage so I thought I’d return. This time around the massage was below average. Unfortunately, the massage wasn’t very good and I left disappointed especially after spending that much. The masseuse was very professional and communication was good but it just didn’t leave me feeling any better than before I came. Maybe it’s hit or miss and I think every masseuse has their own style, so it’s possible it just didn’t fit with what I was looking for but for the price they charge I would expect an excellent massage every time.

This is one of the best spas Ive ever been to! I had the Duet massage and have two people work a full body massage for the whole duration. The staff was asking about the pressure and did their best to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I truly appreciate the people here and will definitely come back.

I found an amazing massage therapist at Elixir and bought a membership so that I could see him every month. Unfortunately he left Elixir apprx 4 months into my membership. I started trying out different therapists and can not find anyone else that is working for me! Its also hard to keep trying new people because it seems like they have a really high turn over rate. There have been 3 separate occasions that I have made an appointment with someone and then I arrive for my appointment and find out that they are no longer with the company and I have been placed with someone else I know nothing about their style/technique.The front desk staff are very friendly but dont seem to be very organized. Every time they try to call me they call my boyfriend instead (even though the only number on my account is my cell). They also often forget to call me when I am getting switched to a new therapist and I am in for a surprise when I arrive. Its a pretty stressful experience to go through when Im taking time out of my busy schedule to try and relax! I dont think Ill be renewing my membership even though it is a great price.

This little lady Teresa gave me the best massage I have ever had. I have a lot of pain and her balance while listening to my needs was better than expected. Beautiful space, clean, very respectful staff that go above and beyond. I will be a repeat customer and give referrals galore!

I’d like to recommend Alyson, one of the estheticians at Elixir in downtown Denver. I’ve gotten several facials with her, namely the organic enzyme peel. The facial itself is wonderful, the products feel great on my skin and I always leave with that coveted glow. And Alyson is so lovely, she has a warm and professional vibe and I just feel relaxed and like I’m in good hands.

I was in need of a quick chair massage in the middle of the work day and Elixir came to my rescue. They are one of the few places that I could find within walking distance that offer chair massages. I was able to get an appointment that fit into my lunch break. Pricing is fair and reasonable, the staff is super friendly, and the space invites you to relax as soon as you walk in the door. Would definitely recommend.

I had the CryoFacial and it was THE most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I actually feel asleep. My skin looked amazing for the wedding we were attending a week later, even traveling to the UK and dealing with jet lag. I can’t wait to have another one!

I always have a great experience and massage at Elixir Mind Body Massage. As a member, I receive a special perk every month. It could be a bath salt or hot stone massage! All of the masseuses Ive had have been fantastic especially Hilary. She listens to how Ive been feeling and really focuses on fixing any problem areas on my body. She also gives me stretches to try between appointments to make sure my body feels great at all times.

I like a *very* light touch and nurturing massage. Most places Ive been always want to do some sort of work on me. I feel like Elixir really took the time to listen and pair me with the right massage therapist (Sky) and then she also was very attentive and did exactly what I was aiming for. Im definitely going back and probably buying a package next time!

As a gift, my husband got me a year long membership for Elixir for monthly massages. I quickly formed a bond with my massage therapist, Tristian, and have been back every month (even twice a month on occasion). In addition to being an excellent massage, I love the atmosphere and environment of Elixir. Im looking forward to another great year!

Elixir has become my go to place for massage. Every therapist Ive worked with so far (and Ive worked with a lot) is excellent and listens to what I need and want for my sessions. They have helped me with athletic issues and chronic pain. The desk staff is, also, always so friendly and genuine, I am often tempted to pull up and chair and hang out for awhile. I highly recommend Elixir Spa.

Ben was an amazing therapist. I hadn’t had a massage in a long time and could feel I needed one badly, but I don’t like painful deep tissue work. I explained this to Ben and he was completely understanding. The massage was interactive with stretches and movement that helped get to the problem areas, without making me wince! He educated me a lot and in the end, we are able to address a lot in the hour service. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been meaning to review this place, visited last summer... Friendly and attentive front desk staff. My masseuse was nice but it felt rushed and she definitely did not do a consistent massage on my right and left side which left me feeling unbalanced. About 15 minutes before it was over, she asked me what else I’d like her to do. (????) For what I paid for this massage, it was just not up to par. Business contacted me with excuses & I requested a credit as they themselves admitted I didn’t receive good service. Well it’s been 9 months and they have yet to respond to me. Avoid doing business with them.

I received a massage from Britney and I was blown away! She was amazing! She was so relaxing yet she was able to give me the deep tissue that I love at the same time. She knew exactly what I needed and I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend her if you want some stress and pain relief!

Absolutely love this place. I tend to go to multiple places for massages and never return. This is the only place I have ever returned to on multiple occasions. Its a little pricey which is why I cant commit to going consistently but when I can this is my top choice. And the price is certainly consistent with the level of service! Highly recommend if you are looking for a massage that is productive.

One of the best massages I have ever had!!! Tristan- is an absolute delight! Has was very caring and attentive! The facility was clean, staff was wonderful, and the location was easy to get to! Just had a major abdominal surgery three weeks ago and had to have an ileostomy bag placed. During my healing my joints and muscles have aches immensely so decided to get a massage. I went into the appointment scared at how I’d be able to lay on my stomach or how it would feel overall, but I shared all the info with James (my therapist) and he was wonderful about how he touched me and ideas on how we could avoid too much pressure on my incision and ostomy bag.I did the CBD oil massage and highly recommend

I had an amazing massage here... The essential balance utilizing many essential oils, deeply relaxing the nervous system, hot towels galore. I do suggest this as a 90 minute....and you get the full time you pay for...not like some places. Elixir is a class act...worth the money.

I have been a client at Elixir since they opened nine years ago. The minute you enter the spa you know you are in the right place, ice water or tea, warm neck wrap, would you like to use the restroom (important to be reminded especially for a 90 minute session)? The smell of lavender gives you an idea of the treat you have in store. The staff could not be more accommodating, the array of terrific spa products has tempted me on every visit. I cannot say enough about the variety of massage they offer, Swedish for those with sore joints, sports for sore muscles, deep tissue for we stress addicts, hot stone for any reason and other wonderful choices. I never have to tell my therapist what I need, the whole staff has access to my filed preferences and are even forewarned my shoulders are the worst theyve ever worked on, etc. I have 3 or 4 favorite therapists but if they are not available, Ive never been disappointed in their replacement. Do yourself a favor - call them - youll never be satisfied anywhere else after one visit.

A Denver staple. The ONLY place to go for massage and facials in the down town area.On my first extended amount of time off in over a year, I decided to treat myself with a spa day. The recipe: a 90 minute Essential Balance massage with a 30 minute Steam Finale with Megan plus an Instant Lift and Firm facial with Toni. Let me tell you: this will be the best day of your life.My session with Megan was restorative, rejuvinating and incredibly relaxing. I was surprised I could stand after 2 hours!My facial with Toni was luxurious and incredibly effective. I have some deep wrinkles in my forehead and when we were finished I barely could see them!Do yourself a favor: whether you go big like I did, or if you have just a few simple requests; Elixir is the place.Thank you!!!!

I booked a couples massage because we were about to move and my boyfriend just got back from an exhausting business trip. I thought I would treat us and it would make him feel better before our move. I choose this place because of the reviews and figured based off the location that we would have an amazing experience.Walking into the spa was a good experience. The front desk person greated us warmly. Got us drinks and a hot pad for our necks. We then filled out our new client paper work. We added on $100 in additional services because we were expecting a top notch experience.We were greated by our masseuse which were two younger ladies. I choose this located because I thought we would be with experienced masseuse. This was not the case. They were very nice and professional but the second masseuse seemed to just be following the lead of the other. She did not seem comfortable or know what to say. It was a little awkward.Once we got into the room we chose which essential oils we wanted to use. The masseuse that was following the other sat the oils on the massage table and the top wasnt sealed on so it spilled on the massage table. Not knowing what to do the masseuse asked if it would be okay if my boyfriend were to just lay on it. We dont like to be difficult and being in the customer service business for years we just went with the flow of the professionals. After 15 minutes into the massage my boyfriend let the masseuse know that the oil was burning him. She then brought a wet towel to wipe off his chest to get the concentrated oil off his body and he laid back on the oil. After another 10 minutes he was still feeling the burn from the oil, she then had him flip on his back and placed a towel in-between the table and his back. Another 15 minutes went by and he then was feeling the burn on his back.At this point he was red and a burn rash was coming through. Due to the chemical reaction on his body the masseuse then stopped the session and we got dressed.Even though I got to experience 45 minutes of my 75 minute massage, I was not impressed. I felt like someone was just giving be a back rub. I told her she could apply more pressure but that did really happen.When leaving the manager apologized and didnt have us pay for my boyfriends session but told me I needed to pay for mine when we were there for a COUPLES massage that we did not get. She agreed to only charge me for 45 minutes of a massage but I still paid $125 after tipping the ladies $10 each because I have worked in customer service for years and can never just not tip. Even though I was not happy AT ALL with our experience.After two weeks he still has a visible rash burn and has had to go to the doctor for ointment. No one has even made a customer service call to follow up on our experience.

This was my first massage ever, at 29 years old. I was honestly a little nervous, but she gaged my experience and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Elixir, you won’t be disappointed.

Elixir is a wonderful spa to treat yourself. Their hours and location make it easy to get a massage after work or on the weekends. They have very skilled massage therapists. When you call to schedule, just tell the receptionist what style youre looking for and theyll match you with the right therapist.

OMG, Do yourself a favor and go see Alyson for a facial! Hands down THE. BEST. FACIAL I have ever had. Truly magical. She is so down to earth and knowledgeable, and seriously, magic hands.As for the spa itself, very underwhelming. This is definitely not a luxury setting and they dont offer water. I understand we are living in COVID times, but tacking on $10.00 to a service as a covid fee or an upgrade and then not even offering a bottle of water is just tacky in my opinion.

I have been going here a few times over the past 3 years with different therapists each time and this place is great. Very clean, very quite, very experienced, and very professional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are a little steep for my budget, but I feel like I get my moneys worth every time I go there. I am writing this up because I am moving to Texas and I hope to find somewhere that is as good as this place where I am moving to.

Do not book. I have received 1,000s of massages. I am an athlete. This establishment is inconsistent at best. We paid $150 for 90 minutes. I was uncomfortably hot/sweating. The technique was lacking confidence and I would assume Elixir is vetting recent massage therapist grads.

I got an express facial here by Madison and it was absolutely delightful! Exactly what my skin needed after a couple days of skiing in the dry mountain air. My pores look soooo much smaller—it’s amazing!

It was ok. I liked the different flavored water, but it was very highly priced with no additional benefit. Also, I came for a prenatal massage, which they advertised on their website, and they dont even offer a prenatal pillow. Just a large block to prop you up. THE WHOLE POINT IS TO LAY ON YOUR TUMMY AND GET A MASSAGE. I was disappointed and will not be returning.

I received a massage from Tristan and LOVED IT! He is very relaxing and therapeutic. He is very caring and passionate. He does amazing glute work, I can be a cry baby when it comes to glute work but he never made me feel like it was to much his pressure was perfect.I highly recommend him! ❤ 👨👍👌🙌

The experience at Elixir is always great ... wonderful, friendly people ... very nice, clean premises ... and very knowledgeable masseuses always send me away feeling incredible.Its a little pricey since they bumped up their rates (five stars at the old rates), but worth the experience.

I was in a few weeks ago so this review is overdue.... Now in reading this page I have to wonder if the positive reviews on this site werent made up.. .fabricated by the owner to up her ratings as businesses do. First off I am a therapist, so I know what I want and what to look for. I walked in to Elixir, and no one was up front.... it was possibly 2 minutes before someone came up to the front desk to acknowledge me. Granted 2 minutes isnt very long, but in that kind of business you should have someone greet you the moment you walked in. Secondly I requested a MALE therapist for some of the best deep work I have ever had were from male therapists, but they assigned me female CMT. I arranged the male therapist over the phone prior to my appointment. I didn’t say anything for at this point I was running a mental note of the mistakes they had made so far as a secret shopper would. The massage person was nice enough, but she waited too long to come into the room to start the massage (I think it was about 5 minutes) I asked her, the therapist, to spend extra time in our allotted time to spend on my forearms, wrists, as being a therapist I need that. She only did a few extra glides, some finger work and that was it... It was like I never even requested it. Overall the massage itself was between ok and yet very dull. Check out was fine, of course they were on top of things when they asked me if I wanted to rebook, which I had no interest in. Then lastly unrelated to my massage, but related to Elixir was that I told a friend of mine, a male therapist who’s very experienced and was looking for work in that area, that despite my bad experience there, for him to apply for they are certainly in need of good therapists with personality so he did. He applied, stopped in, followed up yet the management or the owner didn’t even have the courtesy to return his email or phone calls about work (which he feels that the lack of response may simply be sexual discrimination for there is a lot of it in this industry). I was doing them a service by sending him there for he would have certainly improved the quality of the spa with his experience and outgoing personality; thats just how he is.Now I feel bad for him wasting his time at this spa” that’s run without proper staff, massage therapists who don’t listen, and an owner who apparently only cares about taking your money and dismisses common courtesy. There are dozens of places within 5 miles of there, try one of those. I would even recommend Massage Envy to you before you spend your hard earned money in this place, and that’s saying a lot for I don’t care for Envy.

I have been here for both Hot Stone Massages and Pre-Natal treatments and its all fantastic! The massage therapists are great, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. AND they have great lotions and scrubs...the Mama Mio lotion for stretch marks when pregnant, is amazing. :-)

I have been a customer at Elixer for several years. Often I will suffer bouts of migraine head aches and wait until I am miserable and call begging for an appointment. These people know me now and very nicely fit me in, always with a therapist tailored to my needs. I am such a fan that I signed up to be a monthly member. Sometimes I will need and second message in that month and it is discounted.The spa is clean, serene and the therapists know what they are doing. No beginners here.You truly get what you pay for. I love Elixer.

Therapeutic and relaxing experience my first visit. Maggie was very capable and informative about body brushing. The oils and aromas were detoxifying. Too bad water was off in my apartment building so I had to take the recommended salt bath to flush toxins the next morning. Second visit Maggie lowered pain in target areas and significantly lessened tension. Would I could have stayed longer...parking is not easily found somedays. Arnica oil was well worth it as I was able to function with significantly less pain. Thank you for your caring, professional staff and services.

Incredibly bad experience. My masseuse was less than lack luster and couldnt seem to understand the need to work on a knot I have had in my leg for months. I felt like my boyfriend could have done a better job. Then the end of the experience was the poor masseuse trying to sell things to me. I want a massage, not a sales experience. Please revamp the program people. I am in marketing and advertising...its not that difficult to create something warm, inviting and an environment I want to return to. I would never recommend this place. Highly disappointed and sorry I spent the money.

Everything at Elixir is calming, relaxing and professional from the entrance, to the reception staff to the massage therapists. They have many different treatment options and the massage therapists are great at asking you what you need and then following through to give an exceptional treatment.

My all-time favorite place for a massage. All of the therapists are highly skilled and take their time. I never feel like a number. I always feel pampered and refreshed after every visit.
