Awesome place for a massage and facial! I had a prenatal massage and express facial and they were both AMAZING! Lauren and Jessica were great. It was a little tricky to find at first but I was able to locate it within a few minutes. If your in Denver 100% recommend a visit!

Ryan and nick did amazing! Me and my boyfriend did a couple massage, it was my first massage and I have never felt more comfortable! Wow! Such a lovely experience. Everyone was so kind. The facial itself was incredible. I had an awful breakout yesterday, but after an acne facial with Emily, I woke up today and my skin looks 10 times better. Such a relief as I have an event this weekend. Ive been coming to luna for years. I always feel so relaxed and good after my massages. I really should be getting them more often. Also, the building is super adorable and I always notice new little details everytime I go.

I went to Luna Massage and Wellness and feel so relaxed after :) Going through a rough week and a friend got me a hot stone massage and scrub. I enjoyed my hot stone massage with Danielle, it was a great message and I felt amazing afterwards. My scrub with Emily felt nice my skin is very soft now! Would definitely go again.

Nick was fantastic! Absolutely loved my massage - just what I needed during my weekend getaway!

Want to start this off by saying the place was lovely. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. It was very clean and the woman at the front was great. I typically get a massage maybe once a month and the place I normally go didn’t have any availability for a few weeks so I decided to try somewhere new. I did not enjoy the massage at all. She asked beforehand if I had any areas I wanted her to focus on and I mentioned knots in my shoulders. She did not spend any time on the knots let alone my shoulders at all. I also felt like she was never using enough oil during the massage so I felt my skin was always being tugged out. After about 5-10 minutes I really was just ready for it to be over. I had high hopes because of the good reviews but feel this was truly the worst massage I’ve ever gotten.

Was very much looking forward to a relaxing afternoon after a stressful work trip. They started my appointment 25 mins late but finished on time. Which means I paid for 25 mins I did not receive. They didnt apologise for running behind or make up for it. My massage was average, not bad but not good. The facial was good, I had a stinging reaction to the product and the women was very good taking it off and making sure I was ok. Her technique is good but its the first time I have ever left a facial feeling desperate to put on moisturizer. Maybe the products just didnt suit my skin.It was also super awkward because neither of the the therapist were friendly or chatty. The second came in and didnt announce herself, say hello or anything just moved about the room setting up while I had a wash cloth over my eyes. It was just an odd experience. Normally they quietly say hello and ask how you are. Neither of them checked in or asked how I felt. Just overall an odd experience.The building is in a dangerous part of town in an old building. There were constant sirens and the smell of cooking meat was overwhelming. I had to go back to my hotel and wash my hair. Not any fault of the business but just did not make it a relaxing experience.Its an awkward exchange to prepay then be asked for a tip especially when its not a great experience. She didnt ask how it was just said great you we have a card machine for your tip. No water or tea was offered and no normal human response except the original front desk women was friendly and welcoming if she had been there are the end I would have probably tipped and explained. I said I wouldnt be leaving a tip and she clearly felt I was a bad person instead of saying oh no what happened or what could we have done better or Im sorry. I feel no guilt about the lack of tip and will never go back.

My husband and I got spa package for our anniversary and we had a great time! Our facials left our skin feeling very healthy and smooth, my husband really enjoyed his foot facial and I love how my skin feels after the salt scrub! The best part was for sure the massages though. Raynika (hopefully that is how you spell her name) did a fantastic job about giving each of us what we asked for. I wanted a relaxing massage with medium pressure and my husband wanted her to focus on his neck and shoulders that have really been hurting him. I was so relaxed I fell asleep a couple of times and my husband really enjoyed how well she worked out his knots! He is a big guy so its actually hard for him to find someone who can put in enough pressure. We love that she was able to provide each of what we wanted and will for sure be back for more massages and try out some of the other services!!

Traveling from out of state my sister and I were able to get appointments at Luna within a week of our visit which no other spa could accommodate. Located in downtown Denver Luna Massage has a parking lot located just one door down which is super convenient in the city. I got a facial from Bella that was amazing. Overall a cute little spa nestled in and old renovated building.

POST REVIEW EDIT:After hearing that our experience was less than satisfactory, the owner not only responded below but also called us directly. She refunded our massage and offered a complimentary one as a display of confidence in what should have been delivered. Our next appointment was much better. Fantastic customer service and the massage itself was definitely worth going back for the second time around._____________________________________________3 stars is a little low but I wouldnt quite say it was a 4 rating. If I could, Id give this 3.5.My girlfriend and I came in here for a couples massage on a last minute booking. Upon walking in initially, there wasnt anyone at the front desk but we could hear some conversation in the back of the studio. We gave it a few minutes but after no one came to the front we eventually had to get the attention of the staff members by calling to them.As for the massages, they were alright. They were relaxing, pressure was good, but I didnt necessarily leave feeling satisfied. There are some elements that I think can be added to introduce more polish. A review beforehand of problem areas, things to focus on/avoid, etc. but that did not happen, unfortunately.Also, most places I have been to for massage offer a refreshment afterwards as a way to cap off the experience. A glass of water or tea would have been lovely and would have elevated the experience.

For the price I wasnt that impressed. I took a friend for a girls day and neither one of us have had a facial or foot facial before so we didnt know what to expect. The facial was good. The foot facial I think is a waste of money. Its literally just moisturizer on your feet. No foot massage. I had a deep tissue massage and they guy found some good spots on my hips but never really touched my shoulders and neck. Same thing for my friend with a Swedish massage. We drove 2 hours to go to this place and spent a lot of money for a mediocre massage. Whats the point of filling out the paperwork question for what are your problem areas if no one is going to pay attention to it? I was also under the impression that the therapist was supposed to sit down with you and go over everything which did not happen. The facility is nice and clean. They are located in a sketchy part of Denver which is by no means their fault but just beware. Overall I can say I still feel like I need a massage for my neck and shoulders which is disappointing.

Never coming back here. Asked the guy to massage the same spot at least 5 times and he just wasn’t getting it.Eventually he said it wasn’t a safe spot to massage (my upper shoulder / base of neck), and so I had so show him the spot and said I’m literally rubbing the muscle right now, all you need to do is rub that muscle, but still no.I get massages every couple weeks because i have tight shoulders and never experienced something like this. Overall was really disappointing.

I went for a massage this morning and was so pleased with the entire process. Booking online (last night) was so easy and they had a lot of options. I upgraded a deep tissue massage with the relaxation upgrade and got essential oils and hot towels. It was absolutely wonderful! Kelly did a great job and she was so nice and personable. She listened to what I needed and I literally got the best arm massage ever. EVER!

Pros: Beautiful interior, Was able to get a same day appointment (on a Saturday!!), Cheryl was an incredible massage therapist. So kind and a true professional.Cons: Thin walls. Could hear lots of conversation and commotion through massage. There are also a large set of steeper stairs to go up to get into the business. This wasn’t an issue for me but could be an issue for some.

This is a truly magical place. My partner and I received a couples massage and WOW, was it amazing!! We have not felt this relaxed in quite some time. The staff treated us with so much kindness and respect. We would love to come back!

I dont usually leave reviews, but while I was getting my massage I knew I had to leave one for Luna. Such amazing conversion and such amazing massage therapists, my partner and I both have our own individual problems with body pain and aches, both Savannah and Gabrielle were so talented at pin pointing what exactly our individual bodies needed even if we didnt know it ourselves! My favorite part was that they sat down with us and really let us know what was going on with our bodies which was so interesting and helpful, and honestly such a nice personal and caring touch. Well definitely be back!

My friend and I were only in town a few days, but we were thrilled to be able to get massage appointments at Luna. Gabrielle was amazing! She has a very clean, relaxing spa and did such a wonderful job on my massage that I told her Id be a regular client if I lived anywhere nearby! She really listens to what you need worked on and is very talented at what she does. I highly recommend Luna and if you can book Gabrielle for a massage, you wont be disappointed!

Cora was nothing short of professional and kind. Her attention to detail and helpful guidance on how to better take care of my shoulder issue was so beneficial. The space is gorgeous and I loved that they left character when decorating the old building. 10/10! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

My husband and I took the private two hour class on learning how to massage. The studio was very cute, clean, and provided a great atmosphere. Gabrielle was extremely professional/patient and a good teacher. She tailored the appointment completely to us and I never felt like we were being rushed out. I would recommend this class and studio to everyone!

A group of us from Philadelphia had just finished up a week of intense Breckenridge skiing and were in desperate need of some lymphatic stimulation and muscle tension release. We had one day in Denver before we headed back East and started to research reputable massage spots in Denver. We are all SO glad we found Luna. I experienced the deep stone massage and was transported. All in all, a lovely environment with excellent pricing and massage therapists. Would highly recommend and refer anyone to Luna for a top notch experience.

Ive had lots of massages before and this lady really knows her stuff! Very knowledgeable and communicates comfortably. The studio is very clean and peaceful. Came here for a 90 minute massage and was not disappointed. The massage was gentle but got the job done. My therapist was sensitive to any pain points I had and coaxed the knots out.the receptionist was kind and friendly -- she made me feel special and welcomed immediately.I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone in the area.

My boyfriend bought me the Couple Massage package for a birthday present, and it was the greatest present ever! Neither of us have had a massage before, but Gabrielle made us feel extremely comfortable. Plus, what can be better than having a fun, friendly professional teach you how to massage at home :). I will definitely be going back for individual sessions soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent experience all around! Left feeling 3 inches taller, and oh so relaxed. Called for a last minute 90 minute Swedish massage, and the awesome woman on the phone hooked me up with Isabel for only a couple hours later. The space is bright and airy, the team welcoming and warm, and Isabel was great. Listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered - working hard on some sore spots and knots in my shoulders. Draping practice was professional - and there was even an electric blanket under the sheet on the table to warm me up on an icy morning. Awesome team. Awesome treatment. Wow! This place is amazing. I did the hot stone 90 min massage. It was literally a magical experience 😂 . Nikola (spellcheck?) did an amazing job and the whole ambiance of the place is so nice. I went for a Mother’s Day massage and already planning my next visit for sometime next month. We’re even moving a bit more north compared to where we are now and will make the trip here from now on. Can’t wait to go back again! Thanks for the great massage. ☺️

My wife and I Had showed up for the couples massage class and we Had so much fun! Gabrielle is a patient and a great instructor! She goes over several techniques to share with your partner and makes sure you are doing everything correctly, reviewing everything at the end. Learned a lot and would go again. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Luna Massage and Wellness is great! I came back to see Gabrielle the first week they opened back up after the mandatory Covid closure and she didn’t miss a beat. Everything was clean, there was ample hand sanitizer available, and other small safe guards in place to help stop the spread.The massage was fantastic! Gabrielle is great at getting the knots out and is able to do so without causing pain. She has a positive energy and can read when you want to talk and when you want to zen out. She was also able recommend different position with a towel to prob up your face/neck up comfortably while having a mask on!The location is convenient and I’ve never had a problem finding street parking.I would recommend Gabrielle at Luna to anyone from the massage enthusiast to the first timer or to someone just passing through town.

I recently came in for a massage with Alice J. and had an amazing experience. Alice was very clear in her communication before and during the massage and changed to focus on where I had the most tension.I got a deep tissue massage and she provided the exact right amount of pressure and was able to remove knots in my back that other therapists have missed or been unable to remove. I will absolutely be back to Luna and will be scheduling with Alice in the future!

Ive been to Luna Massage and Wellness a handful of times, and I have never left disappointed. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Ive gotten a massage and salt + mud in the past and had a 30 min. salt scrub today. The massage and salt + mud with Gabrielle worked wonders on my body and skin. The 30 min. salt scrub that I had with Akira today also left me feeling rejuvenated. Both therapist are fantastic! I also heard that they offer an amazing facial; that will certainly be my next visit to Luna! Hands down, the BEST spot in Denver Ive been to.

My husband and I got the 60 min couples massage and it was wonderful! Alexia and (I apologize, I dont remember the name of the other woman) both did an incredible job. They are taking COVID precautions very seriously and we felt safe the entire time. The space was warm and inviting, we will most certainly be back!

Mediocre at best. the room was cold w/ a fan and ac blasting and she didn’t turn the massage bed heater on until i mentioned that my hands were cold. Even then i don’t think the bed heater ever actually turned on. I had a chill the entire time which any masseuse should know you need to be warm.She also spent an excessive amount of time on my neck and shoulders (unevenly on one side more than the other), even though i mentioned significant pain in the muscle/tendon behind my knee as well as pain around my hips and groin. I always have tension in my shoulders but the main reason i came in was actually for this pain elsewhere. She clearly got completely hung up on knots in my shoulders and then ran out of time for the other things.I did the foot facial add-on, which i specifically asked if that was going to take up time within my 90 min. Massage or if it was going to be time on top of that - at first she said it would be 30 min. On top of the 90 min. But then during the appt. She realized she was wrong. We agreed that i really needed the full 90 min massage so we were going to forego the foot facial. However later on, after spending very little time on my hips/ legs/ knee, she said that she was still going to do the foot facial because she didn’t know how to remove that charge in the computer (poor excuse) and apparently there was still plenty of time. During that foot facial, i had to sit and wait for the scrub and mask to soak under hot towels for 5 min. Each - she could’ve easily continued working on my upper legs but did not. The foot facial seemed like a pretty lame treatment too - it was basically just this soak, and i got an extremely short foot massage which i had also mentioned were in pain.Now the morning after - i still have significant pain behind my knee which i had placed the most emphasis on. Overall, this masseuse seemed kind of aloof and generally not on top of things. Feels like a huge waste of money. I will not be going back.

Very good experience. I don’t get massages often, this was my first massage in well over a year. Staff was kind and professional, and the environment was clean and very relaxing. We got a couples massage, and they were sure to ask us about our preferences to better understand what type experience we were looking for before the service started. The 60 minute massage was $75/ per person, great value, felt great afterwards!! Just what we were looking for.

I had a great experience at this spa! I actually found this place due to the reviews, and it held up. Before my massage I sat down with my therapist and they asked me some questions to help me choose a massage I wouldnt be disappointed with. I thought that was pretty cool.I added a foot facial to my appointment. Its been a few days and my feet feel brand new still! Ive had a couple pedicures in my time, but a foot facial was a first!I dont know what else to say, I re-booked before I left, because this place just checks all the boxes. Im excited to try and actual facial now that Ive had my feet done!

I am typically a review connoisseur in that I am constantly reading reviews, but hardly writing. I was so incredibly moved by my massage experience today that Im compelled to write a review! I have recently been preparing for a big exam and been chained to my desk for the past few months. As a result, I was experiencing very intense lower back pain. In the past I tried many massage therapists to no avail, most recently at the Sonnenhalp in Vail, CO. I can say Hand to God that Nicola is the best massage therapist this world has to offer. I literally cannot recommend enough! She really took the time to work through my tension and trauma to give me an intensely relieving therapeutic experience. I was in sooo much pain and most of it has been completely taken away :) I didnt even know massage therapy like that provided by Nicola today was possible. She really delved deep into the muscle tissue to relieve all discomfort. Ive already scheduled my next appointment and am really looking forward to our restorative journey together. Bought a certificate for my husband birthday, quick and easy process to get one. The massage itself was amazing! The masseuses were so friendly and kind, they really made you feel comfortable and relaxed! They really made you feel safe especially during these covid times. Highly recommended!!!

My fiance and I got a couples massage for our anniversary at the end of June. We live in the area, so it was easy to walk to. Were in the midst of a pandemic, so I would like to say that we felt very safe during the massage, and staff were profession and taking all necessary precautions. We felt thoroughly relaxed afterwards. Well be back!

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage class with Gabrielle. She was a fantastic, upbeat, and super friendly. This is a two hour session, one hour is devoted to each person. However, you can just massage for 30 minutes, while your partner massages you for an hour and half. Its very flexible. The massage table and an unlimited supply of massage cream is provided. If you are wanting to become a better masseuse or you want your girlfriend or boyfriend to learn to massage your body there, I highly recommend this place! It is totally worth it!

I called and schedule an oxygen facial with Nadia! It was absolutely amazing! This location is awesome! Easy to get to and very relaxing atmosphere! I had a 90 minute facial and Nadia took extra care of me! I was so tired and stressed and when I was done I felt amazing! I will definitely be back! Thank you Nadia! Gabriela did an amazing job! There was never a time where I felt uncomfortable. I appreciated her feedback at the end, about a treatment that would help my back. As far as communication. Ive only had a couple of massages, she was by far the most thourough and attentive. Thank yall very much. I have no complaints. We loved the atmosphere and setting. Yall doin it right.

My massage therapist (Gabrielle, I believe, I left in a lovely daze) was amazing, attentive and intuitive. I went with my shoulder up in my ears and she released the tension where I told her I had it the most. She gave each muscle group the attention it needed, it never felt like she was rushing to the next phase. And there wasn’t a single area she didn’t manage to find a spot I don’t think I’ve ever had worked out.Did a couples massage and my partner, Rayy, was equally pleased. I cant say enough good things about Luna Massage and Gabrielle. I am an ultra athlete and needed to add massage to my training. I tried other massage therapist and it just didnt feel right until I met Gabrielle. Gabrielle is amazing! Gabrielle consults before and after the massage to ensure she tailors the massage to my needs and provides feedback at the end. Her expertise in the field shows when Gabrielle is able to find a spot on my body that need attention that I didnt even notice. As an ultra athlete I felt comfortable knowing Gabrielle would adjust the style of massage depending on if I had a race coming up, a taper week, or a heave mileage week. As an ultra athlete you are only as good as who you have on your team and Gabrielle is such an integral part of my team. I recently completed a 50 mile trail ultra and my legs could not have performed at the level they did with out Gabrielles massage services.

Ive know Gabrielle for a few years now and she still amazes me every time I come in with her passion for her career and her company! Additionally, I have also had massages with Savannah and she is fantastic as well. The new space is inviting, homie and relaxing. I love Luna and wouldnt go anywhere else, highly recommended!

The location was very discreet and quaint, and very easy to find. You enter through the door to this welcoming stairwell that is full of light from the skylights in the ceiling. The setting was gentle and relaxing, and Gabrielle accentuated that. She was kind and listened to know exactly what was needed. Will definitely be going back!

Been multiple times for a couples massage. Great service and affordable. They focused on my shoulders, neck and back because that is where I was most sore. I like hard pressure personally and I’ve left happy each time I’ve been. 5 stars and would definitely recommend.

I got my very first massage here today and I have to say it was fabulous. When I arrived the room was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I wasnt sure what to expect but the person who gave my massage to me walked me through the whole process.I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs or wants a great massage.

Disappointed!Went in to set up an appt 4/6 bc I had a specific request having my shoulders and neck done so I was unsure which to click online. The Girl at front said we will set you up for this(tap tap on her pad) its a head to toe and you can tell the masseuse your specifics. I said ok. (Had a masseuse for 8yrs but retired. I am not new to this.)First let me say for what he did yes he did a great job...but it wasnt what I asked for. I asked before leaving was that therapeutic or Swedish? He said no that basically he was aligning me/stretching me. My fav part when checking out was yeah come back and Ill work on that shoulder for you. Uhh that is what I was paying for. Will not be going back to him...didnt even want to say anything just wanted to leave.I was so excited bc all the reviews say they listen to you, mine didnt. I figured he was doing a rubdown before my shoulder/neck area. (Like I said it was good and relaxing so no I am not paying attention to the time. I trust my masseuse w/ time management based on what I asked for). The pressure I could have done myself putting on lotion..tis why I thought it was a pre-rubdown. Starts to work my shoulders/neck and I said that spot do you feel that knot he said yes its really tense...I think great hes going to work it out but doesnt and moves away from it. As I am about to voice I really need those knots worked out. I hear ok so take your time...etc. Uhhh Did I really just pay $95 for something I trusted my masseuse to do! I am not one to not pay for services rendered...so...Disappointed!Know your client but its also important know how to pair your clients w/ the right masseuse!! I am a DDD(weight up top ladies) and sit all day for work. I stretch every morning & night, have to(I said this to him). Sometimes stretching is not enough. I did not need to be stretched or rubbed!! I needed my shoulder/neck area worked out! I get the expressing yourself in your work but I did not go in saying I just wanna feel good. I gave specifics...I needed my knots worked out!!Today...down a PTO day, $95+ and still knotted up

Had an amazing marshmallow facial from Luna’s esthetician! I came in with extremely dry and red skin around my nose and could feel and see a huge difference right after the facial was over. Their skin product smells and feels amazing. I would definitely recommend Luna to anyone who needs or loves facials!

I had a wonderful experience getting a microdermabrasion treatment at Luna Massage & Wellness spa. Akira did a great job and she was kind and professional. I saw results the same day after my treatment. I wasn’t expecting a massage to go along with my skincare treatment, so I felt super pampered when I got one. I appreciated how Akira gave feedback on how my skincare regimen has been impacting my skin, and recommended an alternative routine to help heal the damage that’s been done over the years. I’m excited to start going to this beautiful spa on a regular basis now that I’m ready to invest in my skincare. It was worth every penny!

I tired to schedule an appointment (granted it was same day)The person I was trying to schedule with (via text) was very rude. When I finally get to the locationy ne was written incorrectly so I couldnt even have the massage. The person I was talking to (via text) was no where to be found, so they couldnt even verify our correspondence. It was a unnecessarily stressful situation. If you dont live in the city, are able to confirm an appointment (with correct spelling), have private transportation, and are familiar with the area just go to a different establishment in the city.

I first visited Luna Massage after straining my calf muscle during a training run. I had never had a sports massage before so I didn’t know what to expect or if it would help my recovery. I was extremely surprised that after several sessions I was back on the trail. The therapist had an incredible sense of touch and was very experienced in treating injuries. Anyone out there who is suffering from a sport injury or just looking for a regular massage I whole-heartedly recommend Luna Massage.

Alice did an amazing job on my neck and shoulders, and gabrielle helped my wife with her neck pain. The ladies here are friendly and comforting. You can come here and be welcomed and relaxed. Thank you ladies for the amazing experience.

Had a massage from Alice. I requested Swedish massage and she did a fantastic job. In addition to the massage, she did some cupping on my lower back and it really helped loosen up my tight muscles. Highly recommend this place!
