Ive had the pleasure of visiting the massage therapists at Renew Massage Studio over the past few months, and each experience has been wonderful. Every therapist Ive seen has been incredibly skilled and attentive, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere every time. The team here is not only talented but also genuinely caring, ensuring that I leave feeling refreshed and revitalized after every visit. Highly recommend!

Great first experience at Renew. Maya did a fantastic job. She asked about my specific needs, double checked how much pressure I wanted mid-massage and really worked out the problem areas. The focus she put into it felt like working toward a goal much more than other massages Ive had and I appreciated that. I will happily return!

I loved my first experience at Renew! I scheduled an hour with Jenny the night before, (online booking process is great) she was there to greet me when i arrived and did an awesome job - it was a great massage and she made sure to really highlight the areas I mentioned as pain points. I felt two inches taller when i walked out! Will definitely be back.

Thad my first massage with Renew yesterday and I WILL be back!! Jenny was AMAZING, hands down the best massage lve ever had. She was friendly, professional, and her massage technique was so therapeutic! She hit all of my areas of concern and found trigger points I didnt know existed. My husband had a massage scheduled at the same time as l, his therapist was Mason and also had nothing but amazing things to say about his experience. We will for sure be back and are even considering signing up for Renews monthly membership!

I was very satisfied with the promptness and wait time for my appointments. I dont even think I waited in the waiting room for more than two minutes. Lexye, my massage therapist, was wonderful. She hit every single trouble area on my body that I had mentioned, and I could tell she put in a lot of effort into the massage. This was one of the best massages I have ever had, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a therapeutic massage. She also give you stretches to do after your massage to help with your trouble areas. I also want to give a shout out to JJ who is also amazing. Great experiences!

Noemi was incredible..! I don’t usually get massages often, but the atmosphere and the hospitality from this place and Noemi genuinely has me ready to go here monthly. Highly recommend!

I had a massage with Amy on Friday. She listened to me about problem areas and asked me really good questions. It’s nice to be listened to and asked about what your problem areas are and if you only want them to work on those areas. The atmosphere and music were great. But best of all, her massage was absolute heaven! She knew I like firm pressure and she wasn’t shy to use it even in sore areas. I highly recommend Amy. She even incorporated a little bit of lymphatic massage (I have lymphedema), even though that’s not what I was there for specifically.

The massage therapist was awesome! She asked questions before the massage to be sure she addressed any areas that needed specific pressure etc. The hot towel she put on my back 2 different times during the session really helped. She asked various times if the pressure was good & I appreciated that. The massage definitely relieved my stress! Highly recommend.

My sister and I visited Renew Massage Studio for a fun Saturday out together. We both had a wonderful experience with professional, kind and talented massage therapists. We both were extremely relaxed leaving the studio and wanted to go back in the future! Would highly recommend!

Had 12pm app with Amy today 7.25.24. It was my first time here. Felt like very basic massage. The same movement on my back & legs over and over to kill time. I asked for head massage but didn’t get that. I guess I had high expectations & this place didn’t meet my expectations. Paid $130 for a basic massage.

Rae was wonderful! I had such a relaxing experience and felt like a new person after - her level of pressure applied was perfect and exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back!

Renew has a very relaxing, welcoming facility. The staff was friendly and proficient. My massage therapist, Kayla, was excellent and possessed all the qualities one would expect from a professional. It was my first visit, and Ill be back.

My husband and I have been going to KJ for years and she is absolutely wonderful. She is so talented and knowledgeable about what she does, and she really goes above and beyond to tailor the massage to alleviate any pain points and tensions Im dealing with. I always leave feeling relaxed, less stressed, and with practices I can do outside of our appointments to help with tension. She has helped my husband through his shoulder surgery recovery and he always looks forward to his appointments.

Renew Massage Studio is the best on University among those in the vicinity. They have easy parking, their therapists are very good. There are other fancy massage places in Cherry Creek, e.g. Now, which are really bad & has a bunch of poor therapists. Renew also has its own free parking which others do not have. Kayla is one of the best therapists at Renew. They also have a user friendly site which makes it very easy to book or change. I definitely recommend Renew.

Great massage place. Probably the best i found in the Belcaro & Cherry Creek area. There r a few fancy ones in Cherry Creek area but definitely not good therapists. Renew is a small, not so fancy location but they have good therapists & free, easy parking which is important. Kayla is my therapist & she is very good. I definitely recommend Renew.

I had a 75 minute massage with KJ and was absolutely wowed. This was my first time at Renew and I will be going back in to see KJ as much as possible. She was very attentive to my problems and helped alleviate some of the soreness I had.

Love Renew Massage. It is small, quiet, and friendly with a very relaxing vibe and excellent massage therapists. Jared is fantastic and has a knack for really working out those tight muscle knots. Would highly recommend.

Had a massage with JJ this past weekend and it was AMAZING! I’ve been experiencing some soreness in my neck shoulders due to poor computer/desk ergonomics; and, he worked out a lot of tightness using deep massage techniques that ‘hurt so good’. I floated out of my appointment a new woman! I’ve enjoyed massages over several years at Renew and he provided one of the best ones yet! Thanks JJ…you’re a miracle worker.

Between my mother and I we tried 4 different therapists. They were always excellent, knowledgeable, and truly listened to the requests and concerns.UPDATE: After setting up weekly sessions and attending for a couple of weeks, we were told to change therapist, were unhappy with the new recommendation and subsequently discovered we were misled about the reasons for the original change. When we voiced our concern & lack of satisfaction to the manager suggesting our preference towards cancellation of our membership, the manager offered no explanation, apologies or other feedback beyond a confirmation the membership has been cancelled and confirmation email sent...I still stand by the original option that most likely most of the therapists are great. It appears that the management might be in urgent need of training.

Last minute appointment. Opal was the best. My whole body thanks her. And I was able to play Pickleball today. Yeah Renew and especially Opal

I had my first massage with Jenny and it was literally the best massage ive ever had. Im a professional dancer, so body pain and massages are familiar to me. I felt SO much better after. Will be coming back!

Had an awesome session with Jason! I felt like a new person after ! and the studio was so clean and relaxing. i felt comfortable and safe the whole time. all the staff were polite and welcoming! overall great experience and will be booking again !

I have been to Renew a number of times and always come out feeling completely restored! I always see Jason and he is absolutely amazing. I would recommend Renew without hesitation!

I recently had an appointment with Maya- she did such a great job and was really patient with getting the tension out of my back. Thanks, Maya!! However, I am removing a star from the review because I was accosted by two men on University Blvd. immediately after leaving the studio. It scared me so much that I probably wont return to any businesses in the area. Renew Massage has really great staff members at both locations, but the surrounding area near the University Blvd location did not feel safe as a single woman.

Excellent customer service from Jenny , she’s great, friendly, and a true professional ! She’s a hard worker and she heard all of my concerns! And because of her years of experience I walked out of there feeling better ! I recommend Renew and Jenny it’s such a nice and peaceful environment!

I really like Renew massage Studio and the massage therapists. They are very competent and kind. I am a frequent customer, and I highly recommend the business.The four-star rating relates to a few experiences I have had recently where the therapist has really pushed the CBD oil. If I tell them I don’t want it, then that should be the end of the conversation.Recently, one therapist started in on me about the oil in the middle of the massage and after I had already said no. When I told her no (again), she then told me how “tight” I was that she was unwilling to do any deep tissue work in my neck. After that, she appeared to have an attitude and be irritated with me. Her attitude did not help me relax or become less “tight.” And I really would have liked more deep tissue work in my neck.I think it goes without saying that I get to decide what substances are put on my body. And the therapist’s overbearing insistence that she knew what was best for me, her unwillingness to respect my decision, and the display of an attitude rather irritating and disappointing.

No doubt the massage I’ve ever received. JJ was fantastic; he listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. Highly recommend JJ & Renew!

If you’re looking for a great massage in a clean, relaxing environment, renew massage is the right place for you! I have been here twice, with two different massage therapists and had a wonderful experience both times. Two thumbs up from me! :)

My massage with La was wonderful! She was a great communicator and I felt so comfortable. I was so relaxed, and the massage had just the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend La and Renew massage!

I had a wonderful massage experience at Renew. I dont typically get massages, but I was given a gift card for an hour long massage so I couldnt pass it up. I was paired up with Erin and she did a great job making the whole experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. We spent a few minutes before the massage talking through current injuries/soreness so that those areas could either be avoided or focused on. One reason I dont often get massages is that I tend to be fairly sensitive/ticklish and I dont always have a great experience. Erins medium-firm (as she described it) pressure was the Goldilocks touch. Deep enough to avoid the tickles and provide a great result, without being painful or uncomfortable in any way.Short story long, this first experience has me thinking I might even get more massages in the future. Highly recommend!

First visit and loved it. La did such an amazing job. She is very kind, caring and professional. I told her all about my aches and pains and she paid extra attention to my problem areas. Absolutely recommend Renew.

Have been coming here since I moved here almost 3 years ago. The online booking is super convenient, reception is awesome, and I would highly recommend Jason or JJ for anyone who is in need of a quality deep tissue massage.

Wow - if I needed a reminder to prioritize monthly massages, this was it! I was in a ton of shoulder pain and was able to book same day with Carena - she not only did an excellent job with the massage (and great pressure) but she also gave me recommendations on how to incorporate daily practices to help alleviate the pain! Will be booking again and likely monthly from here on out, thanks for the great and easy experience!

I kinda don’t want to share how great this place is because I like the ease of getting an appt and how laid back and chill the space is. I will share how great it is nonetheless though because everyone deserves to treat themselves to one of their services. For sure.

I recently had my first massage at Renew with Erin. She has mastered the perfect art and science of massage.The pressure she applied was just right, never too intense or too light. It was evident that she had a deep understanding of the human body and knew exactly how to target my problem areas. Relaxing, healing, and every cell in my body feels renewed!! My partner and I recently had massages here for the first time. We both walked out of our respective rooms saying that it was one of the best massages either of us has ever had. Opal had such a beautiful intuitive sense of what my body needed! The perfect balance of relaxation and deep (very necessary) tension relief. I felt incredibly safe with her. Cannot speak highly enough of this location. I have received incredible massage therapy through team trainers through the years but Kristin with Renew has such an intense knowledge of connective tissue and execution in pressure that there is no comparison. Great service on all fronts but she is by far the most talented massage therapist I have scheduled time with in the state. 1 hour with her tends to take months of issues away, stellar facility and staff!

I have had massages from several therapists here. It is clear that each therapist I have worked with has a strong grasp on anatomy, really listen to my concerns/requests, and care about their work. Whether you’re looking to relax or work on a specific concern, you cannot go wrong. Opal’s deep tissue (and I mean DEEP) helped me work through some shoulder and neck pain that I had been dealing with for months. Recently, I had a massage with Mason. Perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. It was yet another great massage from Renew. I highly recommend and will obviously be back.

K.J. is a skilled massage therapist and has made me full comfortable in my own skin and on the table. I feel listened to, fully accommodated, well informed, and given such great support. I went for a prenatal massage, and Rae was amazing! She listened to my issues with back pain and continued to check in during the session about the pressure level and just generally that I was fully comfortable. Would 100% recommend her.

I’ve been to Renew a few times and every time has been wonderful!! Everyone is lovely, the rooms are great and always smell amazing. I need to give some special props to Devon because she is quite literally the best masseuse I’ve ever been to!!! She was so intentional, very communicative and my back/neck/shoulders have NEVER felt better. I will definitely be coming back to Devon soon!!

Google search led me to Renew Massage Studio, and based on my research they seemed to have great reviews and recommendations. I also enjoyed the team page, it was nice to read what each LMT focused on, and applicable reviews if available. My only recommendation for the studio is that during the booking process, it would be nice to choose what you want to focus on (neck pain, upper back tension, etc.) and it recommends a therapist who focuses on that specifically.I booked last minute with Ana Marie - I was having bad neck tension and stiffness throughout my back. Ive had therapeutic massages in the past and decided to try a different studio as my favorite therapist left the state - Im very happy with my choice! Ana asked great background questions before we got started, and checked in with how I was feeling quite often throughout the experience.I chose to do cupping, and Ana was very experienced with it! She helped me power through the pain of the session, and whatever she did has already helped me a lot. Looking forward to being a repeat client of hers!

I’ve been twice now for a therapeutic 60 minute massage and have loved both. The spa is professional, knowledgeable, and very clean. They have many masseuses to choose from and they have appointments readily available. I also feel like they have fair prices for the Denver metro area. Will continue to keep using this place!

I had a great lymphatic drainage massage from Ana after a very long travel day. It was so relaxing and I really felt like it helped with my puffiness and general bloat. I will definitely be returning for other services and future lymphatic drainage needs.

Michael was hands-down one of the best (if not THE BEST) back/shoulder massage therapist Ive ever had. I saw him 6 weeks post shoulder surgery and came in with a lot of tightness, pain, and stiffness. We spent 75 minutes on my upper back alone, and you could tell he knew exactly what needed help, and was quick to get me feeling better. MAGICAL HANDS!

I got a massage with Jason and it was the best. I went with the therapeutic massage with the infused oil. My back had been hurting for a few years and it disrupts my ability to get a restful sleep and I was finally able to get a full night of total sleep. I woke up feeling like a million bucks.

Very relaxing, yet effective (sore lower back) massage with Maya! Definitely will go again!

This was my first massage and its hard to imagine ever finding a better one. KJ met me at the front door, gave me a blunt and user friendly run down of how massages typically work, and then began and I blacked out. When I came to (maybe an hour later, maybe the next day, I can’t recall), I feel like I’d just slept a full night and had 3 cups of coffee and was ready to tackle the day. 10/10 would recommend Renew and KJ will be the standard to which I compare all other masseuses.

I love the studio, and I trust the massage therapists who work here. Always great customer service. Always clean, friendly, comfortable, quality.

I saw Ana at the Denver studio in Sept. and recently returned for a second visit. She performed both a deep-tissue focused massage over my problem areas and also addressed my entire body so I felt completely taken care of. My time on the table was exactly the number of minutes I paid for yet she was able to talk with me beforehand about the areas to focus on. The facility is small, clean, comfortable and the staff are professional and efficient. Easy to park in the designated spots. I highly recommend Renew!

Aleeta gives a great deep massage. My shoulders and neck are relaxed. I also enjoyed her ability to listen to my needs and attack those areas of concern. Highly recommend

Felt very relaxed & brand new after my cupping & 75 minute massage session.

I get massages regularly (1x/month or more for 3+ years). I was visiting Denver and wished I lived here so Lexi could work her magic every massage! It was like there were two of her! Too 5 massage of all time.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I suffer from lower back pain due to long-term muscle tightness. KJ has specific experience with hips and lower backs, so I booked with her for 90 minutes. She was amazing!! She asked a few questions at the beginning, and got straight to work. She has very strong arms and hands, and used a combination of cupping and massage on me that was very effective to relieve hard knots. I walked out with lot less pain. The place is also very clean, smells good, and booking online was easy. A million stars, will return as soon as we’re back in Denver. Thank you KJ!

Carena was an excellent massage therapist! The setting, music and massage itself were relaxing, and deep enough to work relax some of the issues I was experiencing. Ill be back and want to try a cupping add on next time!

It was horrible. They mainly focused on one area. When it was over. They didnt give me a couple of mins to relax all they said was ok, go ahead and put on your clothes and well see you out front. There is not a mix of color in there and it made me uncomfortable. I gave a tip anyway. Bad experience

What stands out about Renew is how the therapists show they truly care about your experience and health. You don’t feel like the therapists are just working through a checklist, but that each movement is intentional. Each visit they chat with you about what you need and this is the only place where I feel like they actually listen and act on what you tell them.I have been coming here regularly for prenatal massages over the past four months and each time I feel physically and mentally cared for. They know prenatal very well and make me feel safe while also not shying away tending to my body’s needs. Highly recommend Aleeta who has been such a resource during this pregnancy!!

Megan has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I’d have to say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve gone to in 20+ years. I’m so sad she is leaving Renew but hope I can find a replacement as good as she has been!

JJ is an outstanding massage therapist! I like deep tissue massage and he is the best I have found. I have been a hairstylist for twenty years and have needed help with all sorts of aches and pains that come with my job. JJ has been able to adapt his technique to help me with whatever issues I have at the time and I always leave feeling better. I highly recommend him.

I recently experienced some ribcage trauma and Jenny did an amazing job releasing affected soft tissue with an incredible massage and cupping treatment.In fact, she provided such immediate comfort and incresed flexibility that I was able to play pain-free golf the next day! Thank you Jenny!

Aleeta is simply the best. I have been coming here for massages for almost 2 years now and have worked with several massage therapists there. Everyone is great but Aleeta is the one I always run back to. My favorite massage is the hot salt stone, but I have also done the regular and cupping massages. Aleeta always does the perfect amount of pressure, provides warm towels, turns the bed warmers on, and is always open to adjustments. I could not think of anything that would make my experiences better.

Kayla gave a fantastic massage. The personal touches from the heated massage table to the warm towels on my back and neck were a pleasant surprise. Kayla asked great questions before and during the massage making certain the pressure was enough and focusing on my sore lower back issues. I felt so relaxed throughout the entire 1-1/2 hour massage that I made another appointment with Kayla. I will and have recommend her to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you, Kayla, I look forward to my next massage!

So happy to have found this massage studio. All of the therapists are excellent. KJ provides the best massage I’ve ever had. Front desk persons are welcoming and studio space is relaxing.

JJ is a great masseuse, very skilled and professional. Had a wonderful, much needed prenatal massage. The value here is really great, too!

I’ve had really terrible massage experiences at other spots in the past where i’ve left feeling worse then when I went in. But i’ve been a going to Rae for a couple of months now and it’s always such an amazing experience that I now make it apart of my monthly self-care. She is incredible, makes you feel really comfortable to speak up if you need more or less pressure, and seriously has a magic touch. I’d recommend her to anyone! 10/10!

I’ve visited Renew several times now and I’m more impressed with each appointment. My most recent visit with Tracy was probably my favorite of all time. Each therapist takes so much care, their facility is always clean and well kept, and it’s so easy to get an appointment when you need it!

I had such an amazing experience at Renew! Im usually not one to leave a review, but Megan was so incredible. I have been a sufferer of TMJ for over 4 years. I have tried stretches, changing foods, and even other massages. Megan really took the time to hear about my concerns, tell me about the massages themselves, and created such a relaxing experience. Megans advanced experience in being a massage therapist and with a medical massage background provided the perfect combination of a relaxing message and working all the tension out of my muscles. I’ve only had great service at Renew Massage Studio. They are my go-to when wanting to treat myself to a massage. I recently saw Megan at the Denver/University location, for a therapeutic massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I feel so refreshed and less tense. You can’t go wrong with Renew Massage Studio! 5 stars all day long.

If you need a therapeutic massage, JJ and Aleeta are the best! Ive struggled with chronic migraines for years, and their massages have greatly improved my pain levels. JJ and Aleeta are very attentive and definitely the best massage therapists Ive ever had.

Excellent! Renew has gotten my repeat business more times than any other place in Colorado. A little expensive, but always worth it. I always take visiting relatives here and they always say it’s the best massage they have had in their lives

Great massage spa, newish, clean and quiet. Plenty of parking off University Blvd. My therapist, KJ, is super sensitive to my body’s needs and responses, knows exactly the correct amount of pressure. She is also highly skilled in her art. I think overall this spa is on the high side for price but also think they’re worth every penny🙂

The massage I got from Emma was one of the best ones I’ve ever had in my life. She was super energetically in-tune, meditative, while being technically helpful in a few of my tense areas. I will TOTALLY be back!!

Renew is excellent! Every massage therapist I’ve had is outstanding. They are attentive to the goals of the massage (relaxation, therapeutic, etc.) and are very knowledgeable. I was comfortable right away and enjoyed my 75 minutes of bliss!

Kayla was amazing. I specifically asked for a neck and head massage for a migraine I’m dealing with and she was so thorough and it really helped alleviate the pain I’m experiencing. I highly recommend and will definitely go back to see her!

Excellent deep massage, but never painful. Tracy worked between theBones to get at the muscles, worked out the knots, but I was never in pain nor sore for days after. Will definitely make this my go-to when we’re in Denver.

Had a massage today with Rae and let me just say, she has the perfect touch. Can’t remember the last time I felt so refreshed after a massage. Aleeta was great! She found the knots I had and ones I didn’t know about until she found them. The pressure was perfect to get them out but not hurt me in pain like a lot of the masseuses I’ve had at other places. I have great range of motion today after my massage. The studio was clean and felt relaxing. I enjoyed the aromatherapy and will definitely be coming back.

I booked a next available and my appointment was with Megan. She had the perfect touch and was so responsive to my body’s needs throughout the massage. I can’t believe how well she utilized the 45 minutes too! Will definitely be booking with her again!

My wife and I recently moved to Denver from the midwest. We both were used to getting massages on a regular basis and were concerned about finding a good massage therapist here. Fortunately we found Ana, who is very skilled and a nice person as well. We lucked out on our first endeavor and will look no further.

This was my first time getting a massage since moving to Denver, so I did a quick Google search and saw so many positive reviews about Renew. I had a wonderful, relaxing experience. The room was peaceful, including the gentle background music, and I was very impressed with Lexye, both her skill set and her kindness. I look forward to returning!

I recently enjoyed both the sauna and a hot stone/CBD massage (with Ana) at renew. The sauna is lovely because you have full control and privacy, with options to change the lights and temperature to your comfort. The real highlight of Renew for me was my massage therapist, Ana. She was INCREDIBLE. I have had plenty of massages all over the country and this is definitely one of the best experiences I have had. She checked in with me frequently to ensure the pressure and temperature of the stones was to my comfort level. I swear this woman massaged parts of my body that I didn’t even know existed, and it gave me chills (the good kind). I finally found my new go to spot in Denver! Highly recommend!

Ana Maria is amazing! I’ve been to Renew a couple of times, and each experience has been great! I went because I’d just had knee surgery and needed help loosening my hips due to all the limping and enforced sitting. Ana was very knowledgable and new just want to do to loosen things up. She intuitively spent more time on places that needed more work and left me feeling, and walking, much better by the end of my session.Book early! Since they’re so good at what they do, they don’t have very many same or next day appointments. You’re going to be booking a few days out. Highly recommended.

I dont know where to start. Looking at the google reviews of the Renew massage studio, I thought this was a good place. But apparently, it was a really bad idea. I made an appointment with Opal at 19:30 on Friday, April 7th. When I went to the studio at 7:15 on Friday, a short-haired woman was standing at the reception. The woman just asked my name and rudely told me to sit and wait for the opal. It was my first time coming to this studio and this person was very unfriendly and rude. She preferred to play with her phone instead of talking two words to me. Later that girls client came and she was very friendly toward her. Obviously, if its your first time at this studio, they dont care about customer satisfaction. All they care about is their regular customers.Anyway, we started the session with Opal. First, the room was very small, she was always bumping into something and making noise. There wasnt enough room to move around. This was frustrating. Her massage was just okay, nothing special. She finished my 60-minute massage appointment in 50 minutes. She should have used my 60-minute massage appointment to the last minute. I paid for 60 minutes massage, not 50 minutes.If you dont have enough energy for the last session on Friday, then dont accept an appointment. Dont waste my time and money. I went to the front desk to complete my payment, I confirmed 3 times before I went that they accept HSA accounts. They couldnt figure out how to do that as their system was only about getting tips. Opal yelled at me saying she is not working for the credit card company. I went there just to get away from the stress but it was the wrong place choice.I talked to the people in my HSA account many times and they said there was no problem with the account and the problem was definitely in the massage studio. Anyway, the next morning I went to the studio again, but they still couldnt figure it and I made the payment from another account. It took 15 minutes for the girl at the front desk to print the receipt.It was a horrible experience from start to finish. It was just a waste of money and time. If you are their regular customer, go ahead. But if you are considering going to this studio for the first time, stay away. The people there are very rude and unfriendly.

Highly recommend Renew! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a masseuse I can trust. Aleeta exceeded my expectations. She had such attention to detail to each muscle group and gave special care to my neck, shoulders and upper back based on my concerns. Will definitely be back.

I randomly found Renew Massage Studio over the summer when a pregnant friend came to town and wanted a prenatal massage. I got a Therapeutic massage on the same day and both of us had an incredible experience. Cut to last Thursday - when I met Mo (Maureen), who gave me a massage that took me to a different astral plane! Ive had many massages in my life and the one that Mo gave me was BEYOND. Im so happy I stumbled upon this massage studio and cant wait to go back for more. Im also so stoked they have an infrared sauna!Everyone Ive ever spoke with at Renew has been professional, kind, and genuine. It was my 1st time at Renew Massage. Booking was easy, price can be a little bit less. They have parking, only 6 stalls, if available, you can park. Check in process was easy. Overall, it didnt look like a fancy place but that really does not matter as long as it is clean, and their service is up to par. My therapist was good, she listened and gave me a good massage.I need to give them a couple of more tries in order to see if they are consistent. If so, that may bump them up to5 star.

I found Kimberly when I was searching for prenatal massages and I highly recommend her services! I’ve had many massages before, but didn’t quite know what differences to expect with prenatal. Kimberly was amazing! She always asked how far along I was, any particular aches and pains, and kept the room so comfortable (temperature and music). Best of all, everything she did felt so intentional! She’s very knowledgeable and skilled. I always left so glad having visited her! Mamas, if you’re considering a prenatal massage just book it! My massage therapist (Mo) took thoughtful time to hear my specific sites of concern, asked engaging follow-up questions in order to prioritize this, made for a relaxing and comfortable dynamic, and left feeling much less tight than before our session. I took my mom to get a massage since the one year of my dad was coming up. Our massage therapists were friendly and great at what they did. I was having a lot of tightness in my neck and they were able to get that out. It was also my first massage. I definitely recommend and will go back!

I hadn’t had a massage in over a year and working from home has not done my body any favors so I’m really glad I found renew! My boyfriend went there a few weeks ago and said it was amazing and had to try for myself. I had KJ and she was PHENOMENAL. I am picky about body work services and my therapist. I used to have a membership at a “churn and burn” massage mill that stopped meeting my expectations (I would find a good therapist who would ultimately leave, then they expanded their services and became even more factory-like). I am so happy to have found Lexye and Renew Massage Studio. Lexye is awesome and customizes my massage to my “problem of the day.” The studio is quiet and very comfortable. I’m very happy that I found them and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I got a 75 minute therapeutic massage from Adrienne and it was wonderful. She asked me my preferences and discussed pain points before we started and let me relax as she gave me a perfect pressure massage. I had a massage with Rae at the Wheatridge location. She was very friendly and listened to my needs what areas needed the most work and how much pressure. Super relaxing and effective, I sit at a desk all day and my neck and back are constantly strained. I felt great after the massage and will definitely return. I only booked an hour but Ill probably opt for a longer massage next time!

I visited Renew for the first time after finding them on Yelp. I scheduled a 75-minute CBD Infused Therapeutic Massage with Ali and she was amazing! I was looking for a productive yet relaxing massage and she nailed it. She spent a solid 30-40 minutes on my trouble areas, really digging in with the perfect amount of pressure. I couldnt have asked for a better massage. Will definitely return!

My husband and I have been getting massages at Renew Massage Studio for a couple years now. I have gone to a number of massage therapists there and have never had a bad experience! A few of our favorites are: Kay, Emily, and Nikki! I love getting the CBD infused therapeutic massage, hot Himalayan salt stones and cupping. Ill start by saying that I was running late to my massage appointment, when they called to check on my timing I was stuck in traffic but the staff was extremely friendly. I offered to have my lateness cut into my massage time (to not throw off their schedules or anyone elses appointment) but they said it wasnt necessary and gave me my full time even being 5-10 min late.My massage by RheAnnon was amazing. She was very easy going when talking about focus areas before the massage and happy to tailor the massage to the few sore spots which had been troubling me. Despite my being a little late for the appointment, she was super kind and accommodating and communicated very well throughout the massage on areas on my body that were more stressed than others. I visited Natalie for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage 2 weeks after an elective cosmetic surgery. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had great communication. After focusing on the site for the lymphatic drainage she gave me a very much needed deep pressure massage. I left with a huge smile on my face. Very much rejuvenated, I will be sure to be back. I highly recommend!

I just had my first experience at Renew. I used to be leery of massages but looked for top-rated studios for a first experience. This place was quiet, peaceful, and easy. The staff were all pleasant. My masseuse patiently worked on my very tense muscles. I did a hot stone massage that was soothing, relaxing, and helped identify areas of tension. I am glad I chose this place and will be returning again and again.

My girl and I got a 90 minute couples massage for an unbelievable price. The quality of the massage was better than any either of us had ever received before. We both have shoulder and back injuries and had traveled for three days on the road so we were both very tense and they worked every kink out of our bodies which for us is saying a lot. Its a small intimate place with the perfect relaxing environment. Would absolutely go back if we visit the area again.

Visiting from out of town and booked a 60 min massage with JJ. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. His bio on the website describes his style as, “Swedish and Deep Pressure mix; firmer pressure to work out knots but still relaxing,” and that’s exactly the kind of treatment I received. He took care to work not just on localized tension in my middle back, but also on peripheral stiffness in my neck shoulders and hips that I didn’t even realize I had. Highly recommended!

I love this place! The office is very clean and tranquil. I have had massages from 4 of the therapists and they were all amazing. Each therapist has their own specialty, so you can always find someone who can meet your needs. I also love that you can easily book online and see all the therapists availability. My massage was awesome. Perfect, even. Adrienne used the perfect amount of pressure and found knots I didnt even know I had. But, when I was forced to cancel my second appointment because I was called in to work at the last minute, the manager insisted on charging me for half of the visit price. I had planned to reschedule, and to buy my boyfriend a gift certificate for Christmas (I cannot even guess at how much money he spent on massages last year. For about six months he was driving to Colorado Springs from Denver twice a week for a massage by his favorite therapist, so he is obviously not averse to paying for excellent service when he finds it), and now I am sad to say I wont be back.On top of forcing me to choose between losing my job and paying $57 for a service I wont receive, my card was charged when I had planned to pay cash, and now my entire budget is thrown off. Moreover, the card that they charged was NOT the card number I left on file when I originally booked my first appointment. I paid for my first appointment with a different card than the one I left on file, which means that they kept the information from the card I used to pay for my first appointment, and then went back into their files in order to get the number so they could charge it today, all of which is totally unethical, and very upsetting. So, now Im irritated that I have to work, Im angry that I lost $57, and Im supremely annoyed that I have to start my search for a massage studio all over again. Its been an awesome morning all around.

Normally I would rate Renew a 10 out 5 so to give them a 4 speaks volumes. My husband and I had a couples massage and I had Kayla as my therapist. I would not recommend her at all... I started off the massage stating I dont like heavy pressure. The entire massage she used heavy pressure and when Id ask her to go lighter shed rub the area and then stop massaging it so I stopped asking her to adjust her pressure and just sucked it up. I told her about having a migraine earlier in the day and she was so rough on my head/neck I now have a headache again 30 min after leaving. At multiple points she also stabbed/scratched me with her nails that were just a tad to long. The room I was in also needs a bigger rug as the rolling chair was extremely distracting on the wood floor and made it hard to relax. This was the only time Ive had a massage here that I was disappointed with afterwards. It felt very unprofessional, and in all massages previously, Ive been asked prior to the end if theres any areas I want worked on more in the last 5-10 min, she did not ask and when I asked her to do one last thing she was unwilling due to time. If this was my first experience with Renew I would not go back.

My experience at Renew was amazing. My husband and I had our massages done by Natalie and it was an amazing experience for both of us. We went in stressed with muscle tension and came out relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely be back.

Ana Marie is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve found in Denver. Don’t be fooled by her petite stature, her deep tissue is incredible. She finds the spots that you didn’t know where hurting and helps you work on stretching and relaxing them. I can’t speak more highly of her!

I miss sitting in a sauna and stretching out my sore muscles and while I could not stretch everything Id like to have, given the red light therapy booth is so small, it got the job done. Theyre running a special too so it was very affordable. It was very clean and well managed. I was given thorough instructing and left to my own relaxation. What a great experience!

I booked a massage for my boyfriend birthday here and of course myself one and it was wonderful. This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time (and I am no stranger to massages). I’ve had the whole range from terrible to creepy to amazing and this was at the top. You can choose your pressure level and aroma fragrance. I choose deep pressure and that was exactly what I got. Im a dentist and weight lifter so I’m probably a massage therapists worst nightmare but JJ was able to break loose all the knots and kinks. He is extremely professional and friendly on top of it all. Definitely recommending this to all my friends in the area

I’ve visited renew about 3 time and I was going to make an appointment today for another but I don’t think I’ll be making another here.The 1st was amazing she definitely focused on my joint and back she walked me through on how it was be soft warm up then a little harder on my back since I had so many knots my husband had actually sent me up with her for my birthday. She made Sure I was warm due to the fact I have arthritis. She was amazing 🤩 believe we tipped her about 30$2nd I went I had scheduled myself since I enjoyed the first experience. I advise that I have arthritis and was diagnosed with lupus so my joint and back are my big focus and warmth. She didn’t turn on the heater I was about 10 min late due to locked doors outside the building, a random person leaving let me in......then she had told me once the time ends she would not add the 10mins since I was booked for only that hour which was a little rude but okay whatever. I booked the last hour of the day and maybe that was a bad choice she was quite rough I told her it a little pain full she continued the SAME pressure on my back I went home in more pain then coming in a little sore and tense, not worth my money. she did my massage like she hated her job which was a terrible vibe the whole massage,, wasn’t even a quarter to how my first experience was. Plain horrible I also left her only 5$ tip after because of the service3 time was okay she was nice and it wasn’t as bad as the second time I ask if I could maybe set up another one with her but she did this very very part time I continue to look for her name on the list and didn’t see it so I have not booked another I don’t want someone that doesn’t like to do what she does just like any customer. I also did recommend 2 people and had. 20$ credit on my account 10$ each person but now that they recently moved and made a new or updated their website I no longer see that credit.So after 3 times and not having my credit on my account. I’m on a hunt for another massage place.1st said it was good experience2nd person said they were really rough and she mention to her that it hurt a lot and she was super sore she also pulled her back and the lady said she has to, so it can feel better later but over she went home and hurt more and for a couple days. Kinda sucked that’s she had a bad experience too but also because it was my gift to her.Maybe it has change peeps and is better now at the new location. But my experience was that best as it was as a new comer.

Very convenient location with convenient parking. Comfortable office and room atmosphere. Very relaxing! Amanda was very knowledgeable and receptive to my needs/issues and directed the massage/cupping to address exactly what/where I told her! I would recommend Renew Massage and highly recommend Amanda! Great overall experience. And several ways to save a little cash. Will definitely always purchase a package deal and continue to go back!

I purchased my fiance a massage with Amanda. It was his first professional massage (which surprised both Amanda and I since hes a Physical Therapist lol) - he was blown away. I got him the 90 minute massage with cupping and he had nothing but good things to say about his experience. He fell asleep a couple of times which is a good sign. He was totally relaxed and felt like a new person after! Thank you Amanda!

This was my 2nd massage with Nancy at Renew Massage Studio and once again it was a great experience. Nancy is a very knowledgeable masseuse and was able to provide a relaxing and therapeutic massage that alleviated lower back pain that I have had for many years. I cannot thank her enough!

I chose Renew Massage Studio based on their reviews online and they did not fail to impress. I was in dire need of a same day massage and I was fortunate enough to find an available therapist by the name of Julz and she was terrific. Unlike many therapist that only feel comfortable with their routine, Julz took time focusing on those areas that I mentioned caused me so much pain. For 90min she worked her magic and I left there feeling so relaxed and one day later Im feeling better than I have in over 2 months. I will most certainly be returning for my next massage. I would recommend that anyone needing a great massage to go see Julz. She is amazing!

My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage as a birthday gift and it was my first massage ever. My life is changed!!! Emily was absolutely fantastic and did a wonderful job setting a very calm, relaxing environment. I definitely plan on coming back!
