Bar tender was super cool, the vibe was nice, rooftop was lit, I would go again. Kind of surprised by how fun it was. The crowd is young about 23 average age.
I came in from out of state this place was highly recommended. Paid $20/head. Since we came early, it was dead (11pm) so we went to grab food. Came back and was told to wait in line. We waited 45 minutes. An absolute waste of time. Would not recommend.
Attended this nightclub for my brothers birthday. We got a booth. Extremely small booth. $1000 includes only 1 bottle of alcohol. We ordered 2 CANS of red bull , server brought us a bill totaling $45.00. For two regular sized cans of Red Bull. Overpriced and overhyped , please do yourself a favor and stay away from this overpriced and small venue. Not even in Las Vegas nightclubs are the prices this high , and such a small environment.
Safety concerns!!! I dont believe this is a safe place. I tried to alert security about a severely intoxicated young woman that was being nearly carried out the door by two gentlemen that were clearly not intoxicated and did not know her. At the same time there was a young girl waiting in the restroom to walk out with the bathroom attendant because she stated she felt unsafe, It was the same gentleman that were making her uncomfortable. I tried to alert security three times, asking them to stop her from leaving with these men so we could get her a safe ride home. Security told us that it was not their responsibility, and that they were busy with other things. We tried to find her outside but she was gone. It is absolutely a bars responsibility to not to overserve and for security to keep not only the employees but the patrons safe . I also caution anyone showing up here in high heels. Many of the tiles on the upper deck are not secured and its hard to see certain walking paths, One of the ladies in our group rolled her ankle on an unsecured tile. If I could give it zero stars I would! No concern for customer safety, overpriced drinks, rude staff and filthy bathrooms
Over priced and this is how they are staying in business and the view isn’t that great wow u can see ford field
HERE IS THE COMPLETE RUNDOWN OF THIS CLUB!This is a great Downtown Detroit rooftop nightclub to go to overall. If I’m not mistaken; on Friday nights however, you will find that they play more Pop and EDM music. Saturday and Sunday nights you will most likely find a mix of the latest Hip-Hop/Rap songs and they will sprinkle in Pop here and there. If you have ever been to their sister club, Annex Detroit, you will get the same vibes just on a rooftop. As far as pricing goes it’s the standard $20-30 entry (cash) depending on what they feel they want to charge that particular night. When it comes to drinks expect the 8oz or Dixie sized cups and to pay between $10-25 or more depending on what you order. You definitely want to arrive early because it does fill up quickly and you will miss most of the vibes if you arrive around midnight. Parking here can be a nightmare because the parking lot that is across the street from it likes to charge crazy cash prices sometimes so, be prepare for that. Lastly the booths are not that expensive in comparison to some of the other night clubs in Detroit; however, make sure you text the promoters about a month out to secure your spot. Hope this helps.
Its just not worth it. The drinks are over priced. The staff is rude and lied about entrance times. There are better rooftop atmospheres in Detroit. There a better clubs in the city. Its nice to be outdoors, but the disarray of trying to enter the club is frustrating and ruins the night. Ive been to better run clubs in Detroit and across the country. The booths are small and not worth the money. I wont be back.
This was my first time at 3fifty Terrance. The atmosphere was fun and the view of the city was breathtaking. I use to be a bartender and one of the skills you need is getting people their drink orders quickly. This was a busy Sunday and all of the bartenders were taking multiple orders at once. One bartender that stood out to me was Collins. He acknowledged that I was standing at the bar waiting for a drink, so I knew I wasnt being ignored and that I was next in line. He was very hard working, kind, quick, and professional. He made me a special drink with the liquor choice I wanted. It was AMAZING!! I will definitely be back with my friends and make sure I have Collins make my drinks! So much fun!
Advertised a rooftop all white day party. The day of the party we get downtown only to find out its been canceled at the last minute. The party was to start at 5, they sent an email at 5:23pm the day of the event saying the event was canceled. So now were all standing around downtown in pure white looking crazy. Sooo disorganized and ghetto. Very disorganized. 0 stars.
My friends and I bought tickets to the annual white party at 3fifty Terrance for last night and let me tell you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM! STAY AWAY!!!!!! The ticket said the doors opened at 9 which was not true. My friends and I left and came back at 10. It still was not open. By the time 11 came around, my friends and I asked one of the security guards and he said “ no, we are sending everyone home. It’s closed”. BUT another woman said “no we are open”. So there was no communication going on which was very frustrating. Everyone who was working the event was so rude and I couldn’t even figure out what the heck was going on. I was being very patience until one security guard yelled at my friends and I to just leave. We never got into the event or DID IT HAPPEN! I advise everyone to just stay away from this place since they treat their guest so poorly.
I was there for a birthday Sunday afternoon. The place was filthy. The floor was not swept. The cushions were terribly filthy with grim, gum, spilled drinks and bird poop. This was on all the cushions and tables. The bathroom was filthy. And the bar was nasty. The case with the lemons, limes and cherries was ICKY! And the bartenders nails were black and full of dirt. If I could have given no stars I would have.
Torrey was the only good thing about this place. We paid $200 for the booth and $280 for a fifth of Tito’s. Our friends were stuck downstairs for about an hour even though we paid for the booth. There was also a window open in the staircase on a high floor as we were leaving at floor level where someone could have easily fallen out. Do not go here.
My favorite summer locations hands down! Happy hour Fridays are fun to start after work and couple times we just stayed for the party after it! I been there on Saturday nights as well which is their main night and i recommend coming early because it gets busy quick!
I give 5 stars to Torrey for being so amazing. But 3 fifty itself is a hot mess. We booked a booth and were told that we didn’t have to wait in line. My group was stuck in line for a hour while I sat in the booth on my birthday by myself because they wouldn’t let anyone up.There’s also a window open in the staircase on a high floor that is a safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen with drunk people being forced to take the stairs instead of the elevator.Do not buy a booth here!
Easily the best venue downtown! Besides a 360° view of the skyline theres always a large crowd and wide selection of drinks. The Belt around the corner might be free but here you get the most bang for your buck plus its not far from the free parking by U of D Mercy if you dont mind walking a little bit. Cant wait to try the VIP tables here you guys rock!
The views are awesome but terrible terrible service. We paid for a table/bottle service for my friends bachelorette party and their staff was the most confusing and unorganized. We waited a while to get upstairs, for our bottles, etc. They kept telling us mixed messages in terms of payment and timing to get there. You would think if you’re willing to fork over the cash for bottle service you would actually get some decent service.
Had the absolute worst experience at this place. I reserved a booth for my brothers 22nd birthday, upon arriving to my booth there were a bunch of people already sitting at it. We had to wait for the manager to make them move where I was then seated at a table stocked full of half full/used beverages, ice, limes and cups from the people sitting before. The booth was 4 wobbly patio chairs. I spent great money on bottles and did not receive the typical service you would at a booth. We were supposed to receive 10 free admissions for our booth, however when my guests arrived they were lied to about the amount of tickets we had and charged for entry.Side note, we got an elevator ride on the way up but had to walk at least a half dozen flights down on our way out?Overall disappointed in my experience and wont be returning to 350 Terrace or likely any other bar in Detroit for that matter.EDIT******!! The pictures they have posted of their booths are deceiving. Beware. No where do I see photos of the chairs that they were putting a booth label on.
This place is awful! The staff were very rude toward my friends and I in the line. The security wouldn’t let any of my friends And I go inside while we paid for a booth and had a friend already up there by herself. The place was very unorganized and unsanitary. I did see some people bribe the security to get them in earlier instead of waiting in line. They need to have a better staff. I do not suggest people going here, because you will just get bad service all night.
Terrible! Waiting in line to get in can span 30 minutes to an hour, then they can charge up to $50 per person just for entry, and even force you to hike up 7 flights of stairs to get to the club because their elevators arent reliable enough to work properly. My advice? Check out one of the clubs in Greektown unless you like wasting time and money, which is what youll do at 3Fifty Terrace. That was my first time going there and rest assured that it will be my last. Beware.
Terrible! Drinks are definitely water, food is disgusting and the prices are outrageous. If I could give no stars I would. Waitress never came back to see about us. I just don’t know what more to say besides do NOT waste your time.
Absolute worst managed nightclub/bar Ive ever been to. Was celebrating my cousins birthday, dancing on the dancefloor, when the bouncer rushed by, knocking her to the ground. Told the guy watch where youre going my man, turned around and kicked me out. The management and bouncers did nothing to resolve this, sat outside until they closed. Will absolutely never come back here and recommend no one come here as well.
I had the time of my life. My booth was VIP section with bottle service. When we were close t9 finishing a bottle, beautiful women would parade us out another with fireworks on the top. Great DJ as well.
Beware of Jay the promoter ! Even if there are no tables left he will sell you a spot that has a nitrogen tank in it & no seats at full cost. Then he will invite his friends to drink your bottles. And yes you heard that right this guy works for this place. And if you call him out on the mistakes he made he goes out of his way to contact personal people in your life about the matter. Absolutely disgusting, last time I checked we werent back in Lebanon. Super unprofessional would not recommend this place. If you do end up going I would definitely booked through the promoter named zach.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The wait is ridiculously long. Second of all the DJ sucked. He repeated so many songs. Dont bother going here go to a different club like level two in greektown you will have the same beautiful rooftop feel without the long wait and great music and drinks!!!
Wish i could leave 0 stars.. this place rips u off and it poured down rain they have no safety measures for when it rains. we were waiting 45 mins soaking wet while they made hundreds of people go down one exit.. the staff is so rude and no help. so many better places in Detroit please don’t spend your money here
Its a nice view of Detroit that locals rarely get. It transports you to trendier cities where rooftop bars are scattered throughout. It does get too packed to even danc, which is not enjoyable and also makes me nervous since this is an old building.
Place has an amazing view and has the hottest crowd in town.... If your lucky you might see the man the myth the legend Dj Brian Godfather Jefferies On them ones and 2s destroying those vinyls! Best Dj in Detroit!
If you dont have girls with you, please dont go here and you have to pay $30 cover. The guy at the lane will increase cover depending on his wish. One of the worst clubs I ever went.
Place was great ! Great view , fun time …… ON THE OTHER HAND Security / Some Staff Members were extremely unprofessional and rude . ( they even asked for extra money or bribes to skip the lines etc )
Great location and atmosphere.
Decent rooftop parties. Can get a bit overcrowded at times.⚠️ WARNING- Not enough restrooms, especially for women, during crowded events.
Amazing view, you need to wait like 30 min to access, cover of $20, live music
These are NOT the hours.
Too expensive and door staff were very rude. My first and last time visiting this place
Horrible they give you a date to do your party then they cancel on you at the last minute this was for a prom send-off for teenagers this is horrible now I have to find a place last minute horrible people not good at all prom is very stressful for a parent they should be paying for a place to have this for doing this to me I would never in my life if you have a date set I wouldnt care whos coming they shouldnt cancel your date
I traveled to an event all the way from Ohio an our away. It was cancelled due to bad weather and wasnt made aware of the event being cancelled until I drove there..☹️☹️
Cool spot, but they need some work. One urinal in the mens room? Like really?
Eh. Feels watered down on the shots. Got a booth and no server came by. Over hyped.
Waiting in line for 40+ minutes while the birthday girl sits alone at her $200 booth.
Not my place. Awesome location. Terrible service and drinks are awful.
Nice spot for going out in the summer, rooftop bar that overlooks Detroit.
DJ Godfather.... need I say more? If you haven’t been you are missing out! Thursday’s are the day to go!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Will never ever ever come back
Nice vibe, good times! Definitely recommend..
No other rooftop can compare to 3FiftyTerrace...period.
