Utopia Gardens is the only dispensary Ive been to in Detroit and its worth the trip every time. Today I got some excellent flower at a great sale price. Ace was awesome and fit the trivia question naturally into our conversation to give me an extra discount! Ill be back!

Got signed up to earn points. Good info on flower and fairly decent prices. But was mislead on the Wana gummies... Was told theyre all the same, just differently flavors. Not true my friend... Theyre is night time, quick calm etc...

Placed an order for curbside, no designated signs/staff for curbside orders so I called in for instructions. Someone walked in after my call was answered. The woman on the phone proceeded to place me on hold and told that person “Oh they can wait, you’re a customer so you come first”. I’m a customer too! I just thought that was pretty rude. I didn’t cancel my order but that kinda rubbed me the wrong way.

Awesome local business. Friendly staff, great local product. In addition they care about the area surrounding their shop, having made great strides to have it be welcoming and clean. They are a great addition to the community. Couldnt recommend them enough.

I go here every other day. Not a lot of options to choose like other dispos.But the options they do have is 🔥. I recommend it.

Unknowledgeable. No one can ever answer any questions or have anything to say about any of the products other than they’ve used them or not. Every other store I’ve been into has knowledgeable bud tenders who know about the growing process, consumption and storage. This business seems to be run by a group of bullies. Far from the image they are portraying. They have a few unique ‘flavors’ that make this location worth stopping at but that’s it. Otherwise there are many other cannabis distributors with far better selections and price offerings for their community. Hoping this business can provide more to the community than a slight alternative to the old way of doing business in the D. They handed out items on 4/20 that they knew were bad (I was made to wait for a defective item) and when asked about said item they threw up their hands and referred me to the manufacturer. Woah. NOT MEDICAL. Professional grade goofballs. They do not care about their patients health or wellness.

The budtenders are very personable and it is a cute establishment.. however, they have such a small selection. No exotic pre packs, but they have bulk flower that they will charge you exotic prices for.

Always friendly service and quality flower. Also they accept debit and Apple Pay, they’re in the future unlike most dispos in Detroit. Support this business, they supply quality over quantity. Unlike most I don’t want 30 options I just want 10-15 of the best options.

Stopped in on a recommendation and glad I did. Matt, the GM, was the only one there at that time and was running counter and sales floor. Was an extremely smooth process. Came in to check out the bikes as well. If you’re a fan of old Moto racing bikes, such as Ducati, I’d highly recommend coming here and checking them out as well. Matt let me check them out, and as a huge racing fan, that was very welcoming. I’ve never been in a dispensary where they have such things on display. The entire building is beautiful inside and out. The parking lot area is very zen like with waterfalls and a little path. Will always recommend to all my friends, and will certainly be back. Matt, you rock! Thanks for a great first time.

Great place for concentrates they have some of the best live resin in Michigan hands down. I went stray for a bit because my med card ran out of date. I just got my med card back and hit them back up and very happy I did. You will not find better concentrates for the price and quality.

This is the best dispensary that Ive been to. Super nice building and staff is equally as nice. They grow all their flower in house and have testing results on all their products. I drive from livonia because its worth it. Their middle of the road flower is top shelf at any other shop. Pictured is gorrila glue #4 which was on the fridays specials list. 1/4 for $57 which is beyond reasonable. This is the go to dispansary in the metro!

Easily the best dispensary i’ve been to. the security guards are always lovely and the receptionists and budtenders are always thoughtful, knowledgable, and funny!! i respect the hell outta this dispensary and everyone who works for it!!!

Mary was great from the time she spoke with me on the phone through her assisting while in the facility. Good variety of strains and other types of items such as edibles. The facility was clean and looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mary offered great suggestions. Prices were good and once you go, it seems they offer deals to you nearly every day, via text. Thanks again Mary, will see you when in town again. By the way the Pink 2.0 and Apollo 13 were great!

I have been shopping at Utopia for years, since before they redid the roads and started renovating that area. In the early days (~2016), flower quality could vary widely even from the same dispensary, so you had to find the reliable dispensaries that always had good flower.Utopia has always been in my top three dispensaries in Detroit. The flower has never disappointed, it has always been great! The shop itself is attractive, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I dont know what this building was used for before it became a dispensary, but Utopia kept the heavy-duty 30 ton overhead hoist and it is super cool to look at.Staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sometimes Im really bad at explaining myself and they have always been understanding!And side bonus- there is a garden outside that is incredibly peaceful.Oh and their loyalty program is one of the best Ive encountered.

CHECK YOUR CONCENTRATES BEFORE YOU BUY!!! I had gotten great stuff from them before but just wasted a bunch of money on their new concentrates. EVERY single one of them is super dark and smells awful, and I have to fight off wretching a whole bunch when I smoke it. This was my go-to place, bummed I gotta find somewhere new.

It was my first time buying, and the guy working with me was extremely helpful. He asked what I was using it for and gave me advice on what to try and not to try and was real with me and said it will be a trial and error process, and worked with my lack of knowledge about the topic. Their prices all seemed reasonable, and they have a special sale everyday!Only thing - they only take cash, and their ATM charges a 2.75 fee. So make sure you bring enough cash to avoid the ATM!

Best quality of fresh Marijuana in Detroit area

I was a loyal customer and for a while was of the belief their stuff was better and thats why they charged more. They just keep charging more and on two differ occasions their staff charged me the wrong price and I had to call. They always handled it but it was the point and they should always give receipts. I was there this week and told the person with the new increase, this is my last gram of extracts. 47.50 no deals and it is not better than anything else out there. I will not be returning.

Usually I buy edibles, bout to try these vape cartridges to see which works the best for me.But the best thing about my visit today is because I went through them to reinstate my medical card they gave me a$100 credit.My advice to you is to go check them out if youre card needs to be renewed!

Not my first review. Had a ME cartridge (bought here) break off inside a battery I bought elsewhere. Not only did they replace my cartridge and battery. But, they gave me a free PAX Era battery in exchange for the one I brought in with the busted cartridge.The owner and staff at Utopia Gardens are just fantastic people. Ive been shopping here for 1 5 years, and they have been very good to me. This shop has that family feeling. Also, come check out the cool vintage motorcycles inside!!!

I love Utopian Gardens. Ever since I started coming here, I haven’t gone to other dispensaries. The flower is primo and the bud tenders are wise. Even the front desk employees are so sweet. Great deals every week and in the warmer months they have live music on Friday nights.

Customer service has become non existent here. Buyer’s beware: Quality is not guaranteed. Have been coming here for a while but yesterday I purchased flower that I’m not completely satisfied with as I’ve grown familiar with it and it doesn’t look, or smoke the same. The manager Matt assured me that it was same batch they mysteriously yanked from the menu for weeks and that he was sorry I wasn’t satisfied but no refunds will be given. I didn’t ask for a refund though. I will no longer return; maybe to redeem an award I’ve earned but that’s it.

Ive been shopping here for a couple of years. The bud is really good and the daily and holiday deals are fantastic.Kyle is a super cool guy. Hes delivered a few times.

Very welcoming to new customers and friendly staff. Minus 1 star only because flower and concentrate prices were higher than other local dispensaries Im familiar with. Bummed to see they didnt have a discounted selection (check out Green Door Alternatives ounce specials) but their daily deals of the week are nice - 10% off on Thursdays is a good deal. Transparent with where meds came from and testing/levels

This is the nicest dispensary that Ive tried so far. They carry some pretty good flower, and concentrates. Ive tried several items, and only one was blah...They run some really good daily deals.Unfortunately this place is over a two hour drive for me, or they would see me more.

Last Friday was my first visit, it is a very distinctive shop - a sweet set up, and I was quite pleasantly aided in choosing four strains. I have been completely happy with all four choices, this shop knows their product!

I prefer a classier dispensary most times. This one is loft style and has interesting decor. The products are very potent and the Bud Tenders are very respectful. Older patients dont have to feel self conscious and I think they sponser the weed yoga Sundays at 1:00.

I visited this dispensary back in 2018 at the time it had a limited selection and not very good pricing. Reading the recent reviews not much has changed. The reason I am leaving a review is because this company will not stop sending me marketing texts. I have received over 100s of texts from them. I have tried unsubscribing and it doesn’t work. I have blocked every number that has sent a text. It seems they just get a new number and start sending me texts again. Do not give them any information when visiting they will just constantly spam you for years even though you visited once and do not live in Detroit.

Bought a vape cartridge (.5gram) and it looks like someone else was already smoking on it. 20 mile drive so its a never ever return situation. Wish I had cut the tape and pulled it out before I left now because no cart is worth $40 a half of a half, I mean come on. Inspect everything people.

The interior layout is clean, professional and undenigably designed to transport you to an experience that will leave any outdated sentiments of a shady drug dealer and hippies in the trash pile of misinformation. Where it belongs.The detail and vibe being used in the creation of this brand is one of critical thinking and community awareness that will serve itself well. Had a fantastic experience here and FINALLY a dispo close to Hart Plaza! Dont know what the hold up was..Female budtender knew her stuff and was super friendly. So peppy lol I could clearly tell she was happy to be working there and helping out patientsPicked up a sativa dom hybrid, hit pretty nice. Got nice resin production thru the kush genetics but didnt knock you out too hard

Peace, this place became my favorite. compassion club to get bud from until today.. I purchased a quarter super silver haze x lavender yesterday.. and I smoked a J of it... started to feel a tingle. Go to the bathroom to check my face. It’s full of hives. Thought it was the food I had eaten that night.. until today when I smoked my first joint of the day. And I immediately hived up.. decided to call to let them know what happen and see if I could return my bud.. I was told NO! It could be containment.. We will note it to your profile.. I’m a patient first off.. I’m not just sitting around smoking pot.. its a reason you guys are here for us.. not just our money.. I would not be buying bud here ever again.. not that you guys would care anyway.

OMG I have been riding past this place sine they started to build it and by them doing so much building in this area I was very interested in what it was going to be then they put the name up I was like a flower shop really then ran acrossed them on line and was like what went in and service was good product was fantastic place is very clean and friendly.

I called to ask if they had rso syringes. I was told yes on the phone ...drive 30 minutes to only find they sold cbd syringes. Knowledge is imperative in this business. Will not go here again .

I have found the people very helpful in explaining the various choices and what would be best for my application. There are daily specials which helps to find what works best. And best of all for me, Utopia Gardens is close.

Iv been to this place since it opened and mind u I live 45 minutes away. They refused service bc mi card was lost even tho they have it on file and I showed them a pic. Terrible service terrible people. Definitely will NOT go back.
