Love this place! After being treated poorly at other vape shops, these owners and people that work there truly care that you’re satisfied. Spoke to a man about what happened at another shop and he guaranteed me a14 day warranty and if anything happens to just drop right in and they will take care of you.Love the customer service and selections! Wide selection of juices and hardware. The staff is usually very knowledgeable and familiar with the products they sell. If you sign up with a phone number you will always be aware of their sales and promotions which they notify you of through text. Discounts on juice when you buy more than one.

Love the people that work here. Unfortunately the Vaperz stores are usually only carrying to 6 nicotine level. There are still people who are still vaping at 12 or higher. I have tried for weeks now to get the Chrome juice I vape but have now had to go to another Vape store to get my juice. You cant call cause phones dont work to find out anything. Ive tried vaperzonline to get my juice and they have been sold out. Ive tried e mailing twice and no replies. So disappointed after more than 2 years being a customer.
