Super dope place, the selection they have is wild. Can be a bit overwhelming but they carry everything. Went in for a few things and obviously bought more than what we originally went in for. Staff is really nice and accommodating she didnt mind letting me see multiple things. Overall great spot for all things vaping.

⚠️ Update of an update!⚠️I lied I went back. the fancy lights and the nice beautiful glass!! I just could not resist. I visited the new store in Warminster and I was welcomed by two really nice people. The were super helpful. The collection they have at the Warminster location is out of this world. They have all your old school basics and the new techie thats out with great quality and some of the best prices I seen. They have the bigger version one my red and black blumble bong. Can wait to get it......but until then. Id love to introduce you to the new part of my family....I love her purpleness.!!!**UPDATED**HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!So this is a rewrite of a review I was there about a year ago got some nice pieces nice workers employees but today when I went in to buy a pack of cones a six pack of cones they charged me over $6 thats over a dollar a cone!!!! The employees were just annoying and looked like people that would rip you off.... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! And I know the owner what a shame!

Well I stopped in only out of convenience because its close to my work and while they have a large selection I will say that they are overpriced. I understand location can change prices but this is first and last time I will buy coils from there. They were double the price of what I normally pay. Any disposable was 10 dollars more than what Id normally pay. Bottom line is that yes they have a wide selection but the prices are too high. Thats just my experience and I know they wont mind me taking my business elsewhere.

I dont know if anyone has looked anything up online but they overcharge big time. Products you can buy from some of the companies themselves this place is charging you 2-4 times the price. I definitely will not be doing anymore business there. I suggest people really do their homework on what theyre thinking about buying before buying from this place.

I normally never write reviews but I cannot say enough great things about this place. The store is so clean and organized which made it easy for me to browse and find what I was looking for. I hate pushy overbearing sales people and they were not that at all!!! When I had a question they were available, knowledgeable and so helpful in finding me exactly what I needed because they have a large variety of everything. The prices were great! Ive been there numerous times and every time Ive been greeted by the nicest sales people.

Kaylee was very helpful with getting me what I needed.

I said a specific brand and price range I was looking for on a pen and the salesperson gave me a deal on the brand I wanted! This shop has my business as long as I have a habit!

As a new person getting into the vape world I had a lot of questions going in and didn’t know what to expect luckily it seems I picked the perfect store for such needs! I was able to talk with Alex and Kaylee who were able to answer all my questions and more! Both seemed to be very knowledgeable in what they were selling and couldn’t have been more friendly and understanding with all my questions! I will 100% be going back and supporting this business again after the terrific customer experience I was given and the selection of products is amazing!

Nice selection of smoking and vaping accessories. Plenty of glass pieces in all shapes and sizes for the flower lovers. Great selection of vape tools and rigs. I picked up a Uni Twist Mod for $5 less than I found online. Guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient. A good experience.

Stopped in here mere moments before they closed tonight, looking for something sorta unconventional and was assisted by the legendary Blaze. And while I was unable to find what I originally came to look for, Blaze was able to help me find an alternative that likely will outperform what I had been seeking in the first place. Alas, I was unable to make purchase of this magnificent example of modern glass craftsmanship and instead bought a cool looking lighter and, having done so, I left.

Extremely poor service. I totally didnt expect to be treated so poorly. Ive been here before for rolling papers and such, but I recently purchased as $60.00 Cake brand disposable device from here. This is my first experience with this type of new age device so I asked the rep for a recommendation. He led me straight to what is called Cake, he sold me on the idea of him using this brand all the time. After a weeks timeframe the battery runs out and come to find out the thing doesnt charge. So there I go digging up the box out the recycling bin I tossed it into to see if there was a manufacturers number or customer service or something but there was nothing. So I call Miles Vape shop, talk to a guy name Blaze who claimed to be the Manager and Supervisor of the shop who could not offer me any advice aside for tough luck. He made no recommendation of how to resolve the issue. Instead he said he could give me 20% off a new one...like I didnt just purchase one for full price but only got to use it for a week or so. Then the guy just hung up on me as I continued to speak . I mean come on, Im a middle class citizen bro. All I ask is for a bit or advice or common courtesy.

“Worst customer service”I bought a displayed device for $52, which is $21.99 from online.And product was leaking, I asked for an exchange.Then guy who sold me the product said “Get out” into my face.Im not mad because i paid more than the online, i understand they need to make profit too. In terms of aftercare and customer service “the worst” place.There are better place out there.

The manager(Blaze) yes you read that right the manager/ owners son literally tried to fight me outside of the store beause the vape i wanted was 15 dollars more than any other shop in the area so i told him “im good thanks tho” highly recommend any other shop u can go to and for everyone who is saying blaze is a good person. Hes only good to you if you spend and extra 500 dollars then you would have to anywhere else

I went here to buy juice and decided to upgrade to a caliburn G2. I get home only to realize they gave me the caliburn G. I bring it back the next day and after some texting she tells me I only owe the difference of 17.87 I tell her the sign says caliburn G2 54.99 (way overpriced as is) what I paid last night for the G. She tells me the sign is wrong. I tell her I dont want it just want a refund then. She then does some more texting while I walk over and look at the check out screen since she rung up the G2. Screen says Caliburn G2 54.99 line under that says 25% for a total of 72.86. Not only did they try and get me for the 25% more then I paid they tried to charge me sales tax on the entire purchase again. They did end up giving me the g2 for what I originally paid after i said I didnt want it. Id never go here again and be careful if you do. Much better places in the area with way better pricing.

I’ve been to many other vape stores before and none were as welcoming and knowledgeable then Miles City. Blaze helped me & answered all my questions without being condescending. I would 1000% recommend anyone to go here, and see the huge inventory they have.

Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago to get some information on vapes and to possibly purchase my first one (which I did!). The girls there were very informative and very welcoming. They answered all my dumb questions. They had a very good selection on vapes as well as an enormous selection for other tobacco products such as grinders, hookahs, and even air fresheners! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area! Definitely coming back!

I was out of town and and my batteries were dead. I stopped in here just before close to buy batteries, but the batteries werent charged. However, I dont know if this guy was the owner or an employee and I forgot to grab his name, but this awesome dude, went into his own vape and GAVE me the charged batteries out of his personal vape to get me back on the road. Im not a regular, he never seen me before, but he wanted to help a brother out with zero profit motive. Thats solid, that good business, the being a good human. IMO if youre close to this shop there is no need to shop anywhere else. Thanks dude, whoever you were!

Love this place!!!!! Everything you could ever ask for in a vape shop and then some! Their Delta 8 selection is insane, too! I get my dogs CBD treats here all the time (the tiny bones are their favorite.) Thunderstorms are the worst AND I have neighbors who like to set off fireworks just because its a clear Monday night. They have such a huge selection! Even more so since they expanded their location. Everything is current, they have cbd products, smoking devices like hookas and beautiful glass pieces, and obviously vapes. I even saw a large selection of phone cases that are really really cute and trendy. The sales associate, Kayleigh was really helpful and sweet. I will definitely be coming back here for my vape juices and more!

Went here only because its convenient and next to where I work. Prices are higher then most places. My main concern is I bought disposable bang xl vapes. Go down the street and not one but two dont work, just flash. I called about 20 minutes later and they tell me they cant return but yet other vape shops and even big chain companies do. My regular vape shop, elite vape in huntington valley, instead warrantied them for me! And charged me less. Wont ever go back here again.
