Bought a Ziva silver. Battery lasted 3 weeks. Tried every charger I own that fit it… wouldn’t hold a charge. Guy at the counter offered me 50 percent off any other pen I wanted. All I really wanted was a refund because I found the same pen online for 23 bucks, but he said it had been too long. Bad service for a first time customer. Waste of money. Won’t be back.

It was my first time at the new smoke shop and my experience was just amazing . Blaze is one of the workers there he helped me get exactly what I needed and keeps me up to date on the new hot stuff. I called and asked for a Geek Vape S 100. Didnt realize til the next day that 1 of the Atomizers doesnt fit my tank when it should, plus the guy sold me a M100. He switched the mod but didnt switch the atomizer. The S100 is supposed to be battery operated and the M100 isnt. Thats how I know it was switched. I watched the guy open the box and everything but I turned my back to get something else. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Had my birthday recently and turned 21 decided to take a trip down to the new hope miles city and it was definitely my best experience by far everyone there was so friendly including blaze who took the time to walk me around and help me decide on which glass I would like to purchase and even gave me a special for my birthday couldn’t ask for a better first experience!
