The walls are thin but the service is great. The way they structure their massages are perfect. Every time I go, I leave feeling lighter. Last time I wanted a specific part of my body worked on due to stress. She was able to get the knot out. I enjoy going every month

Place was pretty solid when it first opened. But man it’s gone downhill.Got the hot stones & decent massage the first time. This one was very disappointing. I’m a good tipper and tip based on service. $80 for the hour and tipped $20 and get scowled out. $100 down drain. Won’t be back. 2 stars is pretty generous.

Came in after a painful 32 hour driving binge with pain in my back that prevented me from walking normally.Not only were they courteous, professional and attentive, they took the time needed to make sure all knots were worked out and healed me better than ever.Will return and be a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you!

My daughter gave me a gift card from them for Christmas and was really awesome, I couldn’t find the place and was late for the appointment, she was patient, guiding me through the direction that the GPS confused me.The massage was awesome, I wish I could live closer. Its worthy every minute

A 2 star because the massage was good But professionalism and relaxation environment and false advertising for couples massageBought a couples Groupon for my birthdayThey don’t have rooms for couples massageWent to separate roomsThe rooms were small and the board I payed in was u comfortable and the head rest was 2 scrappy towelsThe masseuse was good at her job but didn’t provide any instruction as to what she was doing so it was really uncomfortable they cover you with an old sheet to begin and it felt unsanitary and would put me and my boyfriends underwear way too lowShe left the room multiple times and kept talking to someone and leaving the door open which was really uncomfortable and not relaxing at all and when we went to leave she kept repeating TIP so we couldn’t leave and then tried to charge us extra for using card when I didn’t even want to leave a tip because I didn’t like the service so we left it was so weird.

Not a great massage. I felt like the lady working on me today didn’t care or listen. Told her that i hold alot tension in my Neck/ shoulders and my therapist didnt apply any techniques to release my muscles. Still felt very sore and stiff after ,No pain relief. Deep tissue it was not.

Tranquility Spa has my full endorsement. I have been many timesnow and will continue to refer friends and family. , as I always experience a tremendous level of professionalism, and quality of massage.Additionally, they are extremely nice and welcoming. Great place for recovery, overall healing and wellness. Highly recommend!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Girl didnt seem to know what was going on from the moment we walked into the door for our appointment. TELLING me ON THE TABLE, You know, you HAVE to tip. Practically running me down in the lobby when we were leaving, HEY, you no TIP??!!! (AFter I had left it on the counter in the massage room, which I believe is common practice.) HOW RUDE! And VERY Unprofessional. And the massage wasnt even that great. First and Last time; WONT be back.

I did my research on the best massage places in the area and this one was AMAZING! I got a 90 minute massage with jasmine. Her pressure was the best and worked out all of the knots. The hot stones were great also. I just moved to the area and will be back! Thank you so much!

Arrived for a scheduled couples massage. AFTER paying, we were told they didnt have a room large enough for couples massage so we had to go in separate rooms. Odd since this is an advertised service on their website! Massage itself was okay at best. No communication about what they were doing when they would leave the room during the appt.

Definitely won’t be back!I purchased a Groupon for a hot stone massage, upon entering right away I got an off vibe from the massage therapist she was frantic and speaking in a different language . She mentioned many times during the massage I paid for that the Groupon is a good discount and she is wanting/expecting a big tip… this is confusing to me as I anticipated to tip for the service but was taken aback by her rude behavior during the massage that I am paying for .. plus they upcharge you 3$ for a card transaction last minute…Moving forward, she cut the service short, 10 minutes short to be exact! She frequently left the massage room multiple times during my service. Overall will not be back, do not listen to the five star reviews they are for a discounted rate of 10$ but overall the quality and service is poor.Won’t be back!Take your buisness and your hard earned money elsewhere.
