1st Smoke Shop has become my go-to destination for all things smoke-related. Despite moving away from the area, I willingly make the 30-minute drive just to experience their unbeatable prices and exceptional service. Dino, the store manager, has been a consistent source of friendly assistance since my first visit. Hes always ready to help and promptly resolves any issues that arise. While Dino is my preferred point of contact, the rest of the staff is equally impressive, ensuring a consistently positive experience. I highly recommend 1st Smoke Shop to anyone in search of quality products and top-notch customer service.

Chris and Billy are awesome! We wont go anywhere else to get our vapes, gummies, and kratom drinks. We are regulars, so it is nice when they recognize us and give us their honest opinion on the various new flavors. This place always has special deals and its well worth the drive even if we are on the other side of town.

Have bought many products in the past from this shop without issue. Staff is great and the products are great. Bought 2 disposable Modus vapes 3 days ago. 1 of them I opened today and it is defective, the battery has a full charge but it does not work. I took it back to the shop figuring it would be an easy exchange. I was told the best they could do was 50% off of a new one. Doesnt feel right that the customer should have to pay for a manufacturing defect. I wont be going back.Edit: Thank you but there will not be a next time. I never knew that I needed to try every product the day I purchased it, I buy several devices at a time and I dont intend on using them all the same day. If that is your policy it really should be communicated with the customer. I really have never heard of a business refusing to replace a item that never worked, so basically I just donated $30 to your shop...nice business model.

False advertising to its finest. leaving an asterix at the end of the sign does not allow you to put whatever you want on it. “ all vapes all brands 10.99$” and then they charge 27$ and say that it’s buy one get one 10.99. that is blatant false advertisement and this place should be shut down.

This is by far the best smoke shop in the area. Nice location, easy to get to unlike some of the shops on US 19.. More of a family owned vibe which I can highly appreciate. I went in looking for a few things that werent in stock, but I ended up getting such an education and left feeling the VIP service. Always ask for Dino, he went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me the other day, ordered more stock of some vape pods I needed, took over an hour with me, educated me on products, and helped pick out good flavors for my reusable vape.Ive been to so many smoke shops and Ive never had someone give that level of customer service before. I work in hospitality, so I know when an employee should be recognized, rewarded, promoted, all the good stuff. I will only ever shop at this smoke shop, as long as they are still in business. I hope more people bring their business here and keep this place open for years to come. I havent met the owner, but they have a true gem working for them, Mr. Dino. True, genuine, top notch customer service, and great deals on vape juice. 👌Gotta give Dino a raise or something! Repeat customer 100%!!

Honestly; I came in for a simple HQD. But being that it was my first time in the store, I decided to ask about the prices on the sign. Ms.Pandora was more than happy to accommodate me. She suggested a bit more bang for my buck and this funky republic brand vape with 7k hits is just that! She is Very knowledgeable and presented 5 star customer service. Really great place if your looking for a healthy alternative to smoking cigarettes. 31 smoked Newports for 7 years, I enjoy smoking I just simply don’t want the tar and other chemicals and they’re (ElF Bars 5000) are amazing. 2 days no craving for a cigarette, the salt nic gives me that throat hit and taste amazing. Wait 5-10 seconds between each hit or you will get a headache, that’s with any vape. Try watermelon honeydew it’s a all day vape even with coffee.Blue razz lemonade delicious but after 5 hits too sweet but im still going to finish it it’s like candy lol . 40$ for 3 which should be 3-4 weeks of vape compared to a pack a day at 10$Pretty much I’m spending 40-60 a month vs 100-200 on cigs a month
