Decent selection of items and all appeared to have prices marked. There are a few off street parking spots which is helpful. But, when I visited, I pulled out a card and asked if paying with a card was okay. I was purchasing several items with total of about 7.50. The cashier said yes. I pulled out my wallet and got my card. When I put it in the reader, I realized the price had changed. I cant recall the exact amount, but Id guess 50 cents to a dollar more. This isnt a big deal but there were no signs (nothing about a charge, minimum, etc.) and the cashier didnt notify me it was going to be a different price (even after I asked about using a card). I dont appreciate that.
This store fraudulently charged me $84. I came in and bought 2 bottles of soda and then i look at my bank account a few days later and i see he charged me $84. at Four Corners Food Mart. There should never be any reason for that much to be charged that much. Debating perusing a lawyer. This place apparently has a track record of being sketchy. Really hope they get shut down soon. Utterly ridiculous.
I was disappointed with the selection here as well as the staff/owners’ minor rudeness. Most markets of this size carry small bottles of medication, but they only had high priced packets. The cashier rung up my 4 packs of Advil (2 tablets each) which was over $7. He then said “wow, you could buy a whole bottle for that much!” which I thought was rude to say because I’d literally just asked if they had bottles (they didn’t carry them). Then outside in the lot one of the employees was unloading water from his van into the store. He and the cashier (both older gentlemen) kept coming out and giving us frowning/disdainful looks. I can only assume this was because we had the hood of the car up in the parking lot to check something in the engine. It wasn’t a huge deal but it takes a lot to make me feel uncomfortable or upset and I left there feeling kinda mocked and treated with mild contempt, which was unnecessary and yucky. If I had to go there again for a soda I would, but I’d avoid it if possible just to skip the discomfort.
Very pli, helpful staff. The store is very clean and always well stocked. It is a family run business, and many times you will find the owner himself working there, not afraid to help you find what you need. And if he doesnt carry a particular item he will do his best to get it for you. Also, remembers his customers names. Whenever I am in the neighborhood I make sure to stop by, even if just to say hello.
Cigarette prices very reasonable. Prices for some groceries are quite high but theyve always been at convenience stores. Theyre just higher now because companies are price gouging us. Especially the oil companies who have billions of profits every quarter but price gouge us at the pumps!!! America is the biggest producer of oil in all the world. Our gas prices at the pump should be a lot cheaper!
Thank you fourcorners for good service 👍
Convenient access from RIPTA 32 or 34. Had Diet Mountain Dew which is what I wanted, and which seems shockingly hard to find in convenience stores. Good price. Friendly cashier. Nice smell inside the store. (Reminds me of something but I cannot remember what.) Dont know where a person would park to shop here. (I was on foot.) No bike rack. Aisles are tight so I do not know if a person with mobility issues or a wheelchair could shop here easily. They have a LOT of products in a small -ish place. The meat slicer looked immaculate.
I went on Monday to get milk as did not want to go to large stores due to virus..their prices were out of sight normally convenience stores are higher priced but they had raised prices very high..cashier said in one day they had raised cases of water by $4.00 Gallon of milk package of bologna and small container of cremora was13.99 unfortunately didnt have a choice but to get as dont drive and at risk senior
Love that new owners bought this place. They are very nice! They will be changing the hours to be open longer, adding more products to the store and lowering some prices.
Staff was nice the prices are high . almost 9 dollars for a pack of backwoods . ( I usualllu pay 5 )
Ive never actually been inside so I cant give a fair review.
They have great little things other than the normal convenience store stuff
