With all my vapor stores, I give them 3 chances.. 1st time it seemed like a really cool spot. Bought some flavors.Strike 1: flavors tasted bland.. Kind of my fault I didnt specify what VG/PG I wanted so I assumed they gave me a 100 blend. But then he really shouldve asked and not assumed I wanted a 100 blend..I went back to get the blend corrected, still tasted the same.. No flavor at all.. (Strike 2)I went back a few days later to try again correctly this time, bought 2 new flavors. Specified the blends I wanted. They SMELLED really good.. Tasted really good in the store.. But when I tried it they were awful! I thought maybe it was just my taste buds or something, so I let a friend try it and she said the same thing... Honestly, I rather take my business elsewhere...

After searching for the closest vape store I stumbled on The Vapor Store. Being very new to vaping, I am, admittedly, clueless. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. What was surprising and welcomed was that (being new to all of this) the employees did not steer me to the most expensive unit but rather to the most affordable one, suggesting that I can upgrade at any time. It is hard to come by honest sales folk these days. And the fact that you can sample all of their juices is another added bonus. I highly recommend checking out The Vapor Store.

Great staff, who are always friendly and willing to help out with juice selection or vape maintenance. Wide selection of juices, which are usually pretty good. The mods and tanks are a bit overpriced though, so unless you want the convenience, stick with ordering online. They also have specialty custom vapes made out of Pokeballs and drink cans and other household items. Expensive novelty items, but cool nonetheless.

Wide variety of e-liquid available. They do have a wide variety of custom vapes available which are very cool. And the staff was helpful.However, they did not have anything less than a 30ml bottle of liquid available for sale. The clerk stated this was because he broke all the 10ml bottles. I assume this was his attempt at upselling me into a larger quantity of e-liquid.

A few months ago, a friend recommend this place to me. Ive been hooked ever since. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and honest. Though you can purchase the hardware online for cheaper prices, their hardware is not much more expensive. I understand there needs to be an up-charge in order to keep the store running and pay their employees; the up-charge is not much all things considereing. Due to the fact there are not many honest vape shops around or local mom and pop businesses, Ill keep on going to The Vapor Storeand spending my money there. This store needs to remain open as Ithe is an honest store. There is a huge abundance of flavors to choose from for any taste. Their juices are made onsite to order. Unlike most other shops Ive been to, The Vapor Store has not led me on in order to make a quick buck. All of my questions are answered and they have never steered me in the wrong direction. I tell them what I want and they customize to my needs. I have been happy with every single purchase I have made here. THANX GUYS!!!

My first time every walking in the store after a friend that works they tells me to go there. the people that work they are very friendly and willing to help out any way. the best part is that none of the E-juice is pre made. it gets made as you order it. that is a really nice thing for them to do something like that. thanks to all the people that work there to show made respect to all customers and always have a smile on they faces.

Finally, a well situated north New Jersey vape shop! Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. They mix on premise to order and and give a choice of nicotine, PG, and VG levels. While everyones juice preference is different, I found that they had quite a few to satisfy my taste for tart flavors. Hardware prices seemed about on par with average internet pricing. One standout feature Ive never seen before is their tasting station. Its a self serve arrangement with bins of rubber tasting tips and hanging Ego-Ts to use. All of their flavors laid out to try. So much better than having to go back and forth with a sales clerk to taste flavors like every other vape shop Ive been to.I struggled a bit giving this a 5..... I hate giving anyone a 5. What put it over the top for me was the staff. Ive probably been to about a dozen or more vape shops across the country and this was the most laid back, no pressure environment Ive ever experienced. Its almost as if it has already been there for 20 years already. Nice job.

Extremely helpful. Answered all of my questions as this was my first vape purchase and helped direct me to best vape which saved me time and money. Highly recommend, excellent customer service. They could have easily convinced me to buy something more expensive but directed me to exactly what I needed and gave me a discount.

Being a Sales Manager for a car dealership, I know what it takes to provide great customer service. That is why I am writing this review for the vapor store. I am long time vaper and decided I wanted to step up to the next level with my hardware. I knew about the logic and the v2 and the blu type systems but the next level was a mystery to me. I went in with a billion questions all of which were answered with such patience by the representatives there. They made recommendations, let me try every product I asked about and I left with 2 new systems that I am very pleased with. Whether you are smoker trying a new alternative or a long time vaper like me the vapor store is a place you can go and feel confident your needs will be met.

I was on a trip near the area and I completely forgot my Juice. Good thing about Google Maps that showed me this place which was near me at that time. Great place, great customer service, great prices, and the person who took care of my questions, was very honest.I will definitely go there again when Im back in the area.

I thought this was a great place. Sadly, they overprice A LOT of their stuff. I bought a KBOX for 55.00 dollars there. Online the MOST expensive I found it was 30.00. Oh, and it was dinged up. I think they sold me one that was on display? Oh well. Ill go here for juices, thats about it.

I live in Indiana with few Vape shops they had a flavor I couldnt find anywhere. They got my order her pretty quick. Will use them again.

Used to be a very regular customer, came in tonight... 30 mins ago to be exact to purchase a replacement glass for my Cleito 120, $10 later found out they packaged the Authentic Cleito box with a counterfeit glass that did not fit my tank... I called and was asked to come in for an exchange, and was told that they were not the person there to sell me the order and that they will have a conversation with them about it. Lol whatever. Wish I could post photographs.Im sure Ill be thrown to the wolves like the rest of them claiming, Cant please them all or How we as the consumers must not know about our products.I pay with REAL money, and I expect an AUTHENTIC product that actually fits. Hell, what do i know?

The worst. I went there and.it was empty. Nothing to buy at all. TeribleAnd the guy with in the.counter had the worst personality. Hopeven it change cause Im always trying different vapes and they are close to me.

The General Manager there is very helpful and knowledgeable. He values my business so well that I end spending more then I planned before I came in. And gladly returns any merchandise that Im dissatisfied about.

Checked this place out. Within 3 minutes youll realize the few negetive reviews are false. Couldnt be more helpfull and friendly. Went over everything I needed to know and sold me everything I needed and nothing more for about 30% less than I thought Id spend. Both employees and a customer/friend could not have been more helpful.

One of the best vapes stores in nj I been to many stores the customer service here is great. If you trying to get the best juices this is the place to be.

I left home without my juice, and found this store just by searching places close to me. Im very glad I did. I will definitely return.

First time in a vape store. I really needed a sample to really commit to a purchase, it was not offered so I couldnt pull the trigger on a 100.00$ plus purchase without that its really difficult for a first time buyer to commit, Thanks.

Hardly any variety to choose from. The store looks rundown and feels like its about to shut down. Insane amount of smoke inside the store to the point u feel stuffy and breathless. Do your self a favor and drive 5 more mins to a real store.

I love the customer service from my favorite workers Mike in the mornings and days and drew at nights both are super knowledgeable and actually pride themselves on giving u the best info and suggestions for what’s best for you not just what is the most expensive!!!
