Seems theyve lost someone knowledgeable recently. Never have what I need..pods and fav juice for a common koko. Past two years have been great then the past couple months, 5 visits, two phone calls to check and I cant buy what Ive always got there. Ok, see ya guys.

Been going here for a couple years now. Hunter is very knowledgeable about everything vape related and the atmosphere can’t be beat at this place. Great team, great place, killer prices. Never had a bad experience.

I cant even type and it kicks me out! WAY TOO MANY BETTER SHOPS IN TOWN TO DEAL WITH THIS!!Im just going to say.. have bought about 4 devices in 2 years because they all fail. Today I go in for coils, pods and two different juice flavors. Did this to avoidfrequent visits. Get home, 1st off, one of the juices wasnt even what I asked for at all and when I called I get oh shoot, I think the vendors might have put them in wrong spot. 2nd.. have tried coils and pods and my new juice... nothing works. So itll be a real good night for me! But Ill go back to previous stores Ive used before you where I didnt have anything like this happen. NOW have no nicotine for the night. Ill tell ya, loved them, but literally have given way to much money away for nothing!!

These guys know their stuff. Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be taking my business here next time! Thank you guys!

Very knowledgeable staff. The store is very neat and orderly unlike the other vape shops in the area. For those of you familiar, you know which business I speak of.Iconic is by FAR the best vape shop in the area.Dont waste your time with Azara. Iconic is the place to go.

Staff was SO helpful! Im a total newbie to vaping and he didnt make me feel stupid. After a few questions, he knew exactly what to do to get me started. Definitely has my loyalty!!

I have never been in Iconic Vapors, but tonight after paying almost DOUBLE the price for an Elf Bar at Azara, I called Iconic Vapors to see what brands of disposables they had. It was 5 minutes to close, and Hunter stayed open for me, then proceeded back I have a conversation with me, after I purchased my vape. He is so humble, and kind. Even offered me something to I get to drink. I usually buy my vapes online, because it’s cheaper, but Iconic is only a few dollars more than online. I definitely don’t mind the few extra dollars, to support a small business! I absolutely will be returning! Also- I hope whoever owns this store keeps Hunter around for many years to come! He’s one of thee best managers/employees I’ve met in a long time. Y’all definitely will NOT have a bad experience here!

The 2 guys we delt with, the one being the store manager, were VERY knowledgeable about all their products and super friendly. I just quit cigs a week ago and they were so helpful with my new vape experience and picked the perfect juice for me. Thank so much !

Pretty cool place! Large selection of vape juices and mods and pretty much anything vaping! I used to go to azaras in Hallie as its a fair bit closer to my residence, but not anymore. I will 100% be a returning customer! Great staff and great store!

I legit love going here the guys that work there are always on top of helping me out weather its getting juice or getting help with my vape that I never understand. Such a good business but honestly even better employees!! Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to ANYONE😀😀GOOD JOB GUYS YOUR GREAT👍

Go there for anything I need. Any question has an answer and if I have any issues with my vape they help diagnosing it.Great place to pass some time as well. Music playing, couches available for seating.They get to know you through every purchase and know your name/preferred flavors. So heck yeah go here.

Hunter is an amazing store manager! Iconic Vapors is so clean & bright too. The other shops in the area are all dark and dingy… Their prices are cheap compared to Mohammad at Azara, and the other shops OWNED by Azara. (You are paying almost over 2x’s what Azara bought the disposable vapes for from the distributor. Shop online, or go to Iconic, and get them cheaper!!

Im new to vaping and they were super helpful in picking what products to buy based on what I wanted. They recommend new flavors and every time I leave there I feel happy with my new purchase. Its a great place.

Have had great service here recently. Love these guys and what they offer. Always know what they are selling and dont try and upsell you to something you dont want or need. Best vape shop in town hands down. And they have the best glass prices Ive ever seen. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest place to get your gear.

Ive been going here a few years now and this is the best place around to go for vape stuff. Products are great and reasonably priced and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for either a beginner or a long time vaper.

Ok. So I messed up myself. Dont forget to pull the sticker off on the bottom of the pods for salt nicotine lol.The dude was super helpful snd friendly again, I had talked to management earlier yesterday, and they were also super helpful and friendly.I made a mistake, and they still fixed it for me. Very nice vape shop. I would highly recommend. They have great staff, and great selections.

Very expensive vape juices compared to everywhere else. Went back to exchange a juice I bought because it was 9 months old past the expiration and tasted off. So I had to get a different flavor. Got home and realized the one he exchanged me was actually older then the one I originally bought with an exp of 08/18. Needless to say the second juice is just as bad but at this point I’m just going to cut my losses and never go back.

The best vape shop in Eau Claire, hands down. Its got a dope atmosphere with a blue lit haze, provided by the many customers enjoying their time. The customer service is something else. Immediately I was treated as a friend and made welcome by their knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was also cut a major deal because of an issue that wasnt even at their fault, but rather the manufacturer.If you are looking for somewhere to purchase a vape or quality juice at a decent price, or for somewhere to just vape and hang out, I wholeheartedly recommend Iconic Vapors.

I went here to check out prices on a vape because I was super broke at the moment. The guy behind the counter was awesome. Super nice and chill and knew what my range was. Helped me get a mod I can choose between regular juice and salt nic while I try to quit smoking. Ill definitely be going back soon.

I initially gave this shop 2 stars. But, now I have EDITS & AMENDMENTS: Seems I can’t write a whole new review, but bc of my latest visit, I need to upgrade them from 2 to 4 stars. I underestimated my e-juice needs & did indeed find myself in that awkward spot: “ok, FINE, I guess I’ll just have to crawl back in to buy juice bc Iconic is the only EC shop that carries what I want.” Happily, this time, the service was fantastic (and I was a little confused; that’s my own problem). I truly wish I’d gotten the name of the guy who was working when I stopped in bc he was great! He was really cool & enthusiastic about my flavor curiosities; the dude even shook my hand. So, ok, maybe it really just depends on who’s working the counter & when, but this time, the staff was not only knowledgeable, but fun. It was a great customer experience! I found two juices that I hate; BUT most importantly, I found THE ONE I wanted bc they offer sampling. And I did the math—I’m still saving $ at their prices vs what I paid to smoke cigs. All good!I’d initially said that Iconic was too spendy, but now that I’ve seen somebody offer awesome service there, I realize the true value of brick & mortar vape shops. When I get into building coils & tinkering w gear, I’ll go to Iconic for help if I need it (beyond what social media can provide). After all, we’re each just trying to make a living & the lucky bunch of dedicated vapers who get those coveted vape-shop gigs actually know their stuff.Yes, their prices are higher than other local vape-gear shops. However, the other local shops seem to have FAST employee turnover & they do not SPECIALIZE in vaping. Iconic is all vape, all the time. That’s a big deal for new vapers & newly quitting ex-smokers. We all know that online sales are the place to stock up—no-brainer. But when ur new to vaping, it’s confusing (I was confused, still am sometimes). Happily, EC has Iconic, a specialty shop devoted to us; more ppl will probably stay off cigs bc of this. Def a good-enough reason for me to make a more positive review!So ok, ROCK ON, guy who was working when I needed to buy juice a few days ago! Maybe when last I visited, the employees weren’t feeling it (although not my problem). Maybe I was in a piss-poor mood. Now, however, Iconic indeed deserves a higher-star rating than my initial 2 stars. B&M shops indeed have other concerns than online vendors; of course there are price disparities! As I gain vape wisdom, my attitude will likely improve. I’m just happy to be learning more as I go. (Just as happily, I’m not smoking anymore!)I live in EC, so it follows that I’d want to support local businesses. I’ll leave it here: when I can monetarily justify paying B&M prices, I’ll shop there bc I live here. I’ll still always buy whatever I can online & that, only after lots of research. However, the right ejuice can make the difference between smoking & not. I was at Iconic the other day, I found THE right juice. I’m not smoking, so, purpose served.I’m perhaps older than a “typical vape-shop customer,” & maybe I’m sensitive to that, but the guy who was working the other day made me feel just as welcome as anyone. I gotta give credit where it’s due bc of that! I think every vaper will always buy what we can online, but I also think that, just like we had when we had certain shops as smokers, we each gravitate toward certain spots. I had a convenience store for cigs; now I need to adapt to sth different. I need “a favorite vape shop,” right? Every vaper should have access to a spot like that. “My fave vape shop” will have kind staff, loyalty rewards, the best local selection & tons of knowledge. (And yeah, I’m here to admit that such a shop exists in EC & ok, fine! It’s Iconic...) It won’t be my hangout; I’m not seeking a hangout! I will return to Iconic for ejuice. Hell, I’ll probably even go to such lengths as to message them any questions about builds & mods & such. :)))I have a tiny business of my own—I get it! I love it when ppl work hard to keep customers’ experiences so positive! Thanks, Iconic!

These guys are awesome and chill and they actually help as much as they can, I go here constantly, cause they are the only ones that sell my favorite juice.

I thought it was weird that they had someone that doesnt work there selling us product. Although, he did know a lot about vapes, he had to keep asking the employee behind the counter the prices everytime we asked. Hopefully they will be hiring more people soon.

I’m not entirely sure if the kid pocketed money, or the juice is way overpriced. I was told the 18650s were 10.99. Bought 2 of those, cotton & wire couldn’t have been more than $25 & I bought some juice but the total came out to $76 & some change.

Good place, knowledgeable staff, fair prices. Only downfall is you cant read any of the juice flavors because they are behind the counter so its a little difficult to choose

Got a voopoo vape from there best vape I ever had they dont have them in stock anymore hopefully theyll get them back because mine finally kicked the bucket other than that they have good juice but theyre a little high-priced Id still go online to buy my juice unless Im in a hurry to get it

As I have not been a complete vape enthusiast, I need to give this place the credit it deserves. After starting vaping for a 2nd, and 3rd time I requested a 24mg nicotine juice for a brand new mod, not knowing what I was getting myself back into. The guy at the counter (unfortunately it was too long ago to remember the name) had recommended at most 12mg. So after a small debate I ended up with a small 18mg bottle and a large 12mg bottle. First... I want to apologize for being SOO wrong lol. I went back months later and made another attempt at quitting smoking and getting back into vaping by getting 3 different juices. 2 which were 6mg and 1 3mg. All large bottles. The only thing I had an issue with was requesting a popular global flavor (MBYF?) and they were sold out or called it something else. But the juice I had gotten instead was not labeled and I had not vaped for a bit so I am unsure what flavor and how much nicotine it had without actually vaping it lol. (Like I said small gripe). I will be back on the date of this post to actually pick up some new coils. So thanks for the service!

Would have liked to see 60mls a few bucks cheaper but its not maddening prices. Great selection. Friendly employees, clean and quality.

Asked for recommendation about the flavors, handed me three and didnt let me choose what I wanted after I was given them. One flavor was okay out of the three.
