Just got out of my first session with Mariama and I feel happy in my body for the first time in a long while! She was attentive and thoughtful and honestly I dont normally talk during massage sessions but she and I got on so well we chatted just about the whole time. I have been struggling with some leg pain that I am going to acupuncture for but I wanted a little extra help and she really made it feel much better, along with a lot else in my body I didnt realise was tight. Cant hardly wait to schedule my next appointment with her!

It has been quite a while since I had a massage. With taking care of 2 active young kids and my elderly parents, I was looking forward for some me time! I made the appointment with Mariama, after another parent told me about her. Mariama was welcoming, warm and attentive. She asked what my goal was and just made everything feel comfortable. This is my first massage with Mariama. I came in with neck and shoulder pain. She was very communicative, empathic, and caring how she handled everything. Pressure was firm around back and shoulder blades. The massage table was comfortable warm, and the room temp was perfect too. Enjoyed the relaxing music and message. Will be coming back again! Mariama is a very skilled therapist. She is able to gauge what pressure to use for various muscle groupings and she is very sensitive to your response and can adjust accordingly. For a couple of weeks, I had been suffering from tendonitis and pain in my right shoulder that was going up into my neck.
