I come to this place regularly and usually gave 20% tips with good service. But today i was told by the masseur that most people are generous for $20 to $30 tips and my 20% tip is too less to be accepted. For that moment I feel bad that I paid too less to my previous masseur. I should have tipped them more because their service was much better than what I had today.And I increased the tip.But now, I feel like I’m played. That’s is 50% to 70% of the original price. It doesn’t make any sense.Please raise the original price. Im willing to pay more but not in this way.

The bad reviews are incorrect. All I can assume are competitors.1) No , dont go under your clothes. Unless you count, lift your pants legs to soak your feet.2)No, its not cold.3) The person complaining its not $30 anymore needs to go to the resort spa for$200.00.I bet they would still complain.4) whom every we got it was consistent.My family members and I have always had a great massage. They may be too strong of massage for some. Let them know how you want it done.$38.00 is a great price. Ive gotten massage at other states, and its about $75-$150.00. Depending on what kind. Clothes on or off.Keep up the great work, everyone.

Great place to get an affordable massage. They have you in once big room and you keep your clothes on. They charged me $45 for a 60 minute back massage but someone I know was charged $35. I think the price varies. Very worth it

What is excellent experience I had there 5 ft are in constant pain from 3,000 skydives how long should other things I dont know what the young mans name was but he was strong and he busted up everything and my feet feel amazing. Highly recommend this place great job

This place was recommended for its massage (with having the clothes on) and price. Like other parlors, the ambiance is somewhat quiet and dim inside.There are 5-6 tables on each side of the room, creating an open space. If a table is available, they will take you almost immediately. However, be aware that they provide a full-body massage from head/face to toes.From my experience, I do not believe every masseuse follows the same routine.Towards the end, I stopped the masseuse from massaging. There was no communication, warning, or asking before he pulled up my shirt and lowered down my pants, leaving no covering towel at this point. There was a bit of giggles and exchange of words with the masseuse next to my table.Having been to many massage parlors due to my time in the military, I say this place does not meet the standard.It’s quite embarrassing to describe the massage honestly.**For female clients, there are female masseuses available if you prefer. Set your boundaries before they begin. If their massage involves going under your clothes, it should be communicated beforehand. Actually, I expect this to happen if it was in a private room where both parties are aware what type of massage it is. Youd know your body will have to be exposed if you chose mineral oil/hot stones.I will not be returning there. I have shared this experience with the person who recommended this place to me.I hope this review helps future clients in some way and that the establishment considers this review to improve their service.

It was alright. Not the best foot massage/reflexology I’ve had. I didn’t like the environment though; just not relaxing. But it’s cheaper than other places.

This place cheated. I paid 60 minutes massage but received only 50 minutes. I addressed this and massager was not happy and complained to his coworker in Chinese. I couldnt understand what he said but his attitude was extremely rude. Pay close attention to your time, especially when youre paying by the minute. I will not return.

Absolutely wonderful massage and very kind .. I bring my whole sporty family here to get the kinks out. One of the few places that are a great value but also do a fantastic job.

I went here last minute, made a phone call and they said come right in. I am so glad I did so. This was a way to treat myself and also a way to relieve some grief from losing my brother. I was not sure what to expect because I’ve only had one massage in my life about a decade ago. This experience was much different but I feel she really concentrated on what my body was telling her, where the pain was storing in my body and what needed relief. I was so surprised at how inexpensive such a helpful service was. I highly recommend going here to get a massage and pedicure. I will say the face massage was my favorite part. Thank you so much for making my weekend special.

$76.00 for 45min full body massage in an open and extremely cold room. You have to wear all your clothes during the massage just to stay warm. Not to mention other people getting massages next to you... Total sticker shock. Massage was decent but definitely not for what was paid.

Just bought 2 gift certificates for $40 each. The receptionist charged my VISA $80. He wrote each gift certificate for $38. I questioned him and he said “tax” multiple times. I have never been charged an amount on my credit card that didn’t match the gift certificate. Has anyone had this experience?

Id love to rate this place 5 stars, because Ive had some amazing massages here. But sometimes, especially lately, the massage quality is not the same. The masseuse is always nice, but sometimes they just have a better feel and vibe for what they do. Overall I like this place

If you choose to do a 1 Hour full body in their open massage area - its ONLY $30!!! I think this is exceptional pricing considering prices are going so high per hour. The young gentleman I had also did great and wasnt too rough. I didnt need to, but I noticed when a customer asked another massage therapist to do something specific, she did so without any issue. So Im guessing theyre really great at doing what works for your needs. I gave even bigger tip because to be honest it was great, relaxing, and great customer service! Will be coming back.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had- Ben was amazing! That being said- yes it is a very firm massage as said in the comments but it did wonders for my back pain and scoliosis. The foot massage nearly brought me to tears it was so impactful. I go to another place for a chill hot rock massage but I will always go here for a deep body massage to help my tension and muscle imbalance. Thank you so much to Ben and the price is ridiculously conservative for the level of service- at only $38 it was well worth the twenty dollar tip and still less than other (and less effective) massages I’ve received.

It was really good! I dont generally like a guy doing a massage but he had a good touch. They put a towel over me to help keep warm. It was quiet and comfortable and the people are really nice.

Last time Ill patronize this business. I have been their client for 4+ years. Although in the beginning the $30 massages were exceptional reinvigoration, starting this year, Ive noticed and increasingly lower and lower in quality services, and that for a 30% increase in prices. Today it was that last time I will ever step foot in that place: the massage was more like light palm brushes despite my requests of some more pressure. I was doused with copious amounts of baby oil, than now Ill spend an eternity in a hot shower to get it off, and in the end I left as stiff as I came. When I was paying up, I pulled the rewards card: I had 9 visits, and with the current one I was going to have 10 so the next one was going to be free: I was informed that they do not honor the reward cards any longer. Then I was asked if I really forget to put any tip on the bill. No, actually it was in purpose.Like all good things, this too had to turn bad.

Really friendly people. You dont take all your clothes off here, thats why the price is cheaper than other places. $38/hr for foot and body combo. You still get a good massage with deep pressure.

Best foot massage ever. Total surprise, this is a full on body massage without removing your clothes! Only item you do remove, socks and shoes. Very polite, efficient staff, best $38 I ever spent. Will totally recommend them to everyone I know.

I thought I was getting a foot massage, but had an amazing full body massage in a community treatment room where everyone gets to keep their clothes on, get covered in towels, whispers, and the lights are low. $30 for what seems like an hour is more than generous to me. My therapist had safe relaxed energy, and was sensitive to current back pain when I pointed it out. I felt rich being able to happily afford a big tip. Definitely returning soon.

I went in expecting just my feet to be massaged. Wow, what a surprise for me, and very reasonable rates. I know bring family and coworkers with me. I sleep much better now, and have better posture and energy.

I dont necessarily come there for the most relaxing and amazing massage comma because it is a big open room. But the massages I normally get there are amazing and I almost always forget about the other people around me. I work on my feet for a lot of hours a day in a restaurant and this is a great place to come to at the end of the week to help relieve the tension in my feet legs and back.

This place leaves you feeling relaxed and eases pain. The facility is clean and the front of house is friendly. The massues work your knots out and give a great effort. I have visited three times now and feel better each visit. It is a great price for an hour long massage.

From the moment Tina laid her hands on me I was in utter bliss. She was very considerate of my well being, asking me what kind of pressure I like and throughout the massage if I was ok. I thought my snoring would be a dead giveaway that I was in a complete state of relaxation. $40 for an hour long table massage?! I’ll be going back at least twice a month. Huzzah!

This was my first experience here today. I know people who have come here and not had the same experience as I had today. Beware of who does your massage I guess. Never again for me! It was very painful but I thought maybe that was how a deep tissue massage was supposed to feel. I felt bruised all over and decided to look at my back and I have huge bruises on both sides where he dug his knees or elbows into my back. The pain is getting more intense as the night goes on. and this is definitely not normal.

This is the best massage I got since I moved here . I was so tense today and thought Id finally try out this place. I was not disappointed . Im from Asia and love Thai massage but this Chinese massage was as awesome. Putting pressure on my tightened muscles by all the massage and stretching it out relaxing it . Im a happy happy person now to go on with this awesome day .Thank you

It hurts. The massage therapist dugs my back really hardly, that was so much pain on my back the day after I got it.. and hasn’t done on time. He was working only for 45mins and not completed very well he was skipping some of the parts. Otherwise price is reasonable. Just pick a good massage therapist when you go there.

Good value for a pretty straight forward feet massage with a nice work the back and the shoulders. Reservation is highly recommended as the place can get pretty busy.

The one hour for massage is really a full body massage. While your feet age soaking they give you a forehead, scalp, and shoulder massage. Then they massage your feet and lower legs. They flip you over and do a full back massage.Its a little bit of heaven.
