Edmonds Smoke N Vape

Have been going there and the last few times the Juul vape pods went up 2 4pks were $44.99 now last week to total for 2 was 48.99 just went there today 8/14/24 now they were 49.95. I cant believe everytime I show up there they are more money same clerk all these times.Please get back to me if this is correct.

Great selection of cigars that are fresh! They seem to have everything including the vape brand I wanted. Friendly service as well.Sam is extremely helpful and an awesome dude! He recommended this Snowwolf vape that is cool af. Has a mini display for battery and puff life. Tastes like a grape hichew. Even has a boost button. These rechargeable vapes are super convenient!

Vapes are over priced, and the last few times I’ve gotten one here the coil is already burnt.Husband went and bought me 2, some $60 when everywhere else does 2 for $40 and the coil are already burnt 6 days later on both.

Apparently, we dont like to support anyone in law enforcement.. The disrespect I received while in uniform will be the reason I no longer come to this establishment.

Best customer service. Super nice and will be definitely coming back again. Girl with the long braids was extremely helpful and answered all my questions to the absolute best of her abilities. Im a new vapor and I feel as if she led me in the right direction.

Great store with a great environment, their selection isnt overwhelming but its everything you need for vaping as well as some other things like kratom, incense, etc. The products they carry are solid, higher on the quality side for what Im familiar with anyhow. Also the atmosphere is positive and the clerks were great, stellar customer service in my experience. Love coming here

They have the best tobacco prices that I ever found while I was living in Edmonds. The employees were always friendly and the shop was decently clean too. No complaints about the store or employees. They have a selection of cheap pipes, bongs, papers, smoking accessories, etc too. They also have some munchies and cold drinks available too.

This place is a joke. They sold my husband a broken piece of glass then said it was his fault for buying it!! Granted he didnt triple check it before he left but if its not used then there should be no problem switching it out for a decent replacement piece. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.If you want decent prices and customer service go to the Lynnwood Store on 196th...at least there they fix the problems they create and dont try to blame it on you.

Great place to get cigars, but the owner has recently decided to charge $.50 for credit cards, only place Im aware of in 10 mile radius that is charging for cards

One of the current owners or clerks that work there now ripped me off for $10. I had just gotten a 25 dollar gift card for my birthday and had only used it once to get food at a caliburger restaurant that only came out to 7 bucks... before going to the smoke shop i called my giftcard to double check how much money i had left and i still had around 18 dollars to spend. So i go in and ask for a pack of cigarettes and he says theres a 50 cent fee for debit cards and i tell him that its not a debit card its a visa gift card, and then he says its actually $1.50 fee to use gift cards.. so i ask nicely to cancel the transaction and asked for my money back. He kept asking me if i was sure i didnt want the cigarettes and i kept telling him no thanks and that ill go elsewhere. So he gives me back my card, i step outside and i call my giftcard again to make sure i still had 18 bucks on it, and to my surprise, there was only $8 bucks and some odd cents left on my card... So i walk back in the smoke shop and confront the cashier and he gets defensive and super aggressive to where i thought he was going to hit me. Talk about anger issues on that person. Never tried helping me and just called me a liar and kept cursing very expletive words at me while shouting extremely loud saying you cannot prove a god damn ting!. I am still very frustrated because normally i wouldnt care so much about $10 bucks, but the way it was handled was really unprofessional and ridiculous that it angers me. That man that works there needs to be held accountable for his actions.

The only shop in the area to carry all of the the smaller items and accessories all in one place. Like for example papers with tips in one pack and also hard to find vector butane. So place gets a 5 star because its always a one stop shop

Small cluttered shop, feels claustrophobic. The two women who were running it were constantly yelling at each other in another language whiletrying to help me. Made me feel unwelcome and like they thought i was going to steal something. On top of that very over priced. Only reason i didnt put 1 star was because they had what i was looking for.

You are seriously charging a 50 cent fee for any transaction under 13$? Jesus. You arent a deal. You charge what everyone else does. In fact Wallgreens and QFC, a stones throw away, are about a buck fifty less than you. I only used you for convenience. Easy to get in and out of. Your convenience just lost it appeal and congratulations, you just lost my business.
