I visited the EMassage on Graves Avenue in San Diego for the first time. It was a very nice experience. Alice did a wonderful job; she is a small woman, full of energy with powerful hands! She really prepared the entire back part of my body by applying a lot of pressure before she actually began the massage. The head massage was especially wonderful! I arrived feeling very tired and stressed. I left so relaxed and feeling 100% better. I highly recommend this place and I cant wait to return! Next time I plan to bring my husband for a couples massage. I told my husband it is a must when we return to San Diego, CA!

I have been coming her for almost 2 yrs. I had never been asked to tip more. I see a lot of reviews about that topic. I always get to relax & feel better after my massage. I always recommend this place with my friends.

Went 1 time and NOT going back!! The older lady at the front does not know what she is doing. Reflexology is not a regular foot massage! She kept yawning, having loud conversations, barely rubbing the feet, and then...burnt my legs with hot stones!! I told her they were way too hot after almost jumping off the table. Waste of money here and my time.Be warned.....

I saw Emily today at my EMassage Spa appointment. Her politeness and energy were lovely. She used various massage approaches throughout the session and the hot oils and hot stones were amazing! The foot scrub was a very nice finish. I look forward to returning. Its a very simple facility located in a safe shopping center and the no frills location is reflected in an affordable price.(I didnt look at the reviews here before I went and there was no nonsense about the tip with me. I just gave her a tip when I was leaving and she handed me a cup of water.)

I came in with a terrible headache & neck pain and left feeling absolutely amazing! A great massage & she actually listened and checked in through out the massage to ensure I was satisfied! Definitely coming back!

The first appointment was ok so I tried again. I was so disappointed. I will not be back. I will look for a place where the person knows what they are doing (knowing the profession not just the action). The massage was all over the place. It was like she was just killing time.

Dont waste your money you will disappoint. You have too tip her if not she speaks badly to you in her language. Bad massage !The owner say that nobody ask me for a tip ? You was there ??? they forced me to pay a tip plus they get mad for give $5 . So, if you was not there, dont lie. I dont have her name and I dont want to know it. Anyway I will never come back and I will never will recommend this spa.

I have been too many massage places in many different cities and so far this is one of the only places I have found that has been able to target my injured shoulder without even being told.I am 56 and 120 lb, Im very slender,and a lot of places are afraid to give me the amount of pressure I am asking for and I have never been disappointed at this place yet 😁☺️ I work in the catering industry and my muscles get very sore from lifting and moving things and this is one of my favorite things to spend my money on. They have earned the loyalty that they have from me and my boyfriend.

Went today. Massage was good, lady had strong hands. The message style felt a little unconventional, different from what I am used to. Ive had massages in Mexico, Jamaica, and here, and this was just different. Good, but different. They make no attempt to be quiet during massage. Very loud feet movement constantly. Doorbell at front entrance is very loud and noticeable. I gave an 18% tip and was asked for more. Cheap prices, so I would use again, just make sure your expectations are reasonable given the price.

Each time I have visited or gifted a massage to someone at E Massage Spa, it’s been a great experience. They really take the time to give you a detailed massage according to your needs, they keep their center clean and the staff is friendly.

First off, I wish I wouldve listened to the reviews for this place. My husband and I did a couples massage and I was hoping for the best, told her the areas that were really bothering me, but either she didnt understand or she just didnt care.Honestly the massage wasnt horrible. It wasnt the best massage, but it wasnt the worst.The thing that makes this a place I would never recommend to anyone, is their pushiness for a better tip. Its not nice. I was tipping them $10 for the both us and they said no, $10 each.Im sorry that you didnt like that I was only giving you what I felt was a justified amount, but that doesnt mean you should be so pushy about me giving you more.

Lulu is a very attentive massage therapist. Shes a very good listener and I appreciate how she works out all the knots in my back.

I loved my first experience. She was exceptional! I came in with a tremendous pain in my neck and right side, and by the time she finished I was feeling a lot better! I really recommend this place to everyone who needs a great massage! Come see and try it for yourself, you definitely wont regret it! The prices are amazing! It is very much worth it!

Go elsewhere! Im in tremendous pain after visiting this place. My upper back feels as though someone took a hammer to it. I did have a good experience here with my wife once. But when I last visited I was pestered the whole massage for more tips. The masseuse was not happy with a $10 tip for a $40 massage, and really the tip was because I felt sorry for her, not because she did a good job. Sometimes cheap is good, and sometimes Cheap is Cheap as it was in this case!

After waiting in the room for 40 minutes we got Decent massages. Couples massage for 1hr $80 & $20 each for 30 min foot when the card says$15. So they ripped us off for $10.The downside is they talked to each other nonstop in vietnamese and one chick was on her phone every 5 minutes. Then when we left and gave them $10 each for tips they had the nerve to ask for more. Literally said no more? Twenty each?

I thought this place for professional massage but she was looking for someone looking for happyend not for people looking for really massage ... She lit me waiting 15 minuets tell she come over ...... and she add the 15 minuets waiting time ..! form the massage time ....? After all she stop me asking for tips .... and she said if you don’t pay me tips don’t come here again I swear to God this what happen I feel really pain in my back muscles ... After all this place for west money and time trust me guys this is bad place.... thanks .

Pretty good. 25$ 60 minute foot massage and they do a good job. Its normally not busy, which is why I like it. I rarely have to wait, even when going with another person. Sometimes the phone rings or someone walks in and they have to run and grab it real quick, thats the only reason I wouldnt give it 5 star. Still, my go-to spot though.

One of the worst experiences ever. Elderly woman did the massage. When I asked for deeper she let out a loud sigh and said something angrily in her language. She did this everytime I asked her to go deeper. Afterwards she wouldnt let me out the room unless I gave her a tip. I told her no, because the massage was terrible.After arguing she moved out of the way and let me leave, telling me not to come back. I looked at my bank account and she pulled an extra 40 dollars.

This is a great place for a good massage the prices are reasonable their service great . Once you get a massage here you wont want to go anywhere else . You could ask for Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Chinese massage. Their foot massage Will leave you wanting more. Overall a great experience .

First of all. I would like to say that the guy there did a good job but when it was time to leave I rounded the tip up to the nearest dollar. The lady ask me if I can tip more and after I didn’t she processed it, showed the guy, and he basically got upset, put his hand in the air in a swooshing manner and walked away. I then asked the girl if he was mad because of my tip and she said well yes and laughed nervously. First of all you should probably teach your employees home training and not beg for tips as soon as we walk out of the room. The first thing he said was tip? With his hand out. Not cool or professional. I know the owner will probably back up his employees as he has in the previous complaints, but I will take this further

I have never had a massage, but I think it was Qing?, did a great job. I feel like you just have to communicate what your issue is and they will try to work on it.

I have received nothing but friendly helpful and professional massages here. I think its well worth it and have even done couples massages here without any issues.

They badger you for higher tips, beyond 10% for bad service. Told them softer and they did not lighten up. They carried on full conversations without being quite about it. Cheap price for cheap service.
