Loved this place for a long time. Really hate to give it a low score but now I cant ignore it anymore.I go in 2-6x a week! Know the majority of the guys behind the counter, they usually are awesome. But the last 3-4x I have come in have been definitely subpar. The clerks havent had a idea of what they are selling, or skilled in sales. I have purchased red swearler beads, they have cracked, 2 have blown in half apart! Blowing off my capper (cracked one of them pieces hitting my husband In the face; these are their Tempered glass) Before they have replaced them and now they refuse to, saying they have sold loads of these and never had it happen before, maybe I am heating it too much or wrong, I have a electric temperature controlled nail heater, and if they were tempered glass like they say it wouldnt happen. I have always been respectful not blaming them, asking maybe they should double check with their supplier. But the guy helping me most recently refused to even phone a manager regarding it, and when asked gave serious attitude. Also asked about a slurper thats design prevents proper hits, it simply doesnt work, come back tomorrow he cant do blank blank. And kept at every chance to walk away and no longer help me, I had already moved on and wanting to make a new purchase, he was extremely off putting and obviously wasnt interested in assisting me. I almost didnt want to continue that visit. I dont know if I will continue to go to them. I left livid and embarrassed, not only did my Uber almost leave I was waiting so long I left almost in tears from the frustration, the old man in the center has been there every time I have gone in and from my perspective is the owner sits in silence 🤐 I sincerely hope they get better.

Clerk was obviously high and robbed me of my cash. Saying I stole a torch and told him to check camera ,he wouldnt do it. And kept the torch I paid money for. Do NOT GO HERE!!! A BUNCH OF SHADY BAD BUSNIESS PEOPLE!!....

I came in yesterday and Jessy got me set up right! glass banger matches my piece at home perfectly, too. he helped me understand what I was purchasing and was incredibly patient with me. thank you!! ☆theyve got everything imaginable inside.

I was brought to this location by map while searching for a business. A young man came outside and shouted at me, insinuating that I was going to loiter or take up his parking lot with my car. (Something Im still not too sure of). The lot was empty, but the vehicle I was driving at said time. I asked about the location I was looking for, and he wasnt too kind to help. I tried to kind of ask why I was being shouted at about parking and didnt get much of an idea. I was treated to a free show and I didnt have to step inside. I introduced myself, and he gave me his name. I told him it was a pleasure to meet him and I said, Have a nice day.High Quality performance.10 out of 10.

I like this shop. They always take care of me. Always good to see small shops pay attention to the customer.

Literally the worst smoke shops Ive been too, The weed taste disgusting and a specially the stizzys worse by far it doesnt even taste like weed🤢🤮

I know owner for many years. But this man is new employee. This man REFUSE let my wife buy some wraps. We will talk to owner in person about this person. This person did that to my wife TWICE go away and refuse let her buy some. We love owner really sweet and friendly thats why we always come to this shop for many years. This owner s old shop that got fire. It break our heart for this owner lost his shop on Broadway across Food 4 Less.

Bought an “unbreakable” bowl piece by the time I got home it was broken. Try to come back in and just get a replacement. They said that the “unbreakable” bowl piece has a welded on piece and it’s non-refundable or can’t exhange it. False selling products “unbreakable”

These guys are hanging on by a thread. Their customer service is out of control. I think they make most of their money selling crack pipes to the homeless and addicts in the neighborhood.My experience with them~ I bought their recommended battery that they discussed with me. It broke in 2 days. I came back to the store 3 times. The employee that recommended the battery was there all 3 times and remembered me. He stated come back when the manager is there. I finally found him 4th trip and said there was nothing he could do. There’s a lot better places that stand by what they sell.

Honestly I’ve never had such an easier experience trying to buy something than at smoke n stuff … I came in asked for the dab pen I wanted .. he had it no questions didn’t try to sell me something else … hooked me up with the free silicon things for the wax and was super friendly … I love supporting my people and supporting small business … smoke n stuff El Cajon is A1 in my book

You smoke? Well they have just about everything you need. Bongs - glass, silicone, small, medium, big…they got it. Batteries? They got it. Tobacco? Well duh! Got a hippie chick that wants to burn some sage and palo wood? If you’re complaint about the place then don’t smoke!

Best smoke shop I’ve been to, great customer service, and great products! They have a wide selection of glass, you won’t be disappointed. Eddie helped me out and he was awesome, I will only be coming to this smoke shop from now on!

This shop is spot on. Everytime I go in they always are friendly and make sure all my questions are awnsererd. I called today and talked to a gentleman who explained the pods were still out. Then I received a call back saying he would do his best to get them today. I dont know any smoke shop that is this willing to make sure Im satisfied. I drive 20 minutes and its worth the time and gas. Plus I like to say hi to the main owner.

I love this little shop! The dudes in there are always so friendly to when I go in every month for my supplies. I love them! And my cigarette tubes are never crushed! Thats a problem elsewhere.

I’ve been ripped off there more than once. I should have kiwn better after the first time but decided to give them another try and they ripped me off again. Staff is always extremely rude and seems bothered to even help you. This is hands down the worst smoke shop I’ve ever been too. I would rather go without nicotine than to give them any business. Terrible shop with terrible staff.

They had what we wanted at a reasonable price!! The guy was helpful and nice to us. They have a great selection of products!! Also, they have a rewards program you can sign up for!!!! Its about time since I am sure many people have spent a lot of money over the years!!!! (including myself). Parking can be difficult since it is located next to In n Out fast food but you can do it.

This place was really a good place a actually killer place to come,asked if I needed help said just looking and he left me alone.very helpful upon giving me a screaming deal so hook it up.

I bought an entire vape setup for $170 over a week ago and had nothing but problems with it from the get go. Being finals week it took me longer than expected to get back to the store, and by that time I had already lost the receipt. I finally returned today--not expecting them to do much for me--but they ended up giving me an even better model setup free of charge. I was surprised with the level of customer service considering past experiences with other smoke shops.

We bought a special Coca-Cola can from this place and got to use it only for about 2 weeks or so and it broke that quick and they dont do refunds or anything like that so were stuck with what we got. We hardly got to put it to good use, too. Waste of money!

Broke my friends rig she sent me here its right around the corner. Got a $60 rig but quickly realized it was defective. Went right back and at first he said no exchanges its posted. I explaining it was a manufactors error would not draw he tried calling the boss twice. After the boss didnt answer an cuz Im just such an awesome person 🙃 he did exchange it. Thank you I was in a panic for a moment.

Great customer service the kid working in there straight hustles like a g to make sure business is being taken cared of people are getting there questions answered and doesnt make you feel rushed even if its busy. Overall great people prices and Id recommend to anyone

Rude and unprofessional. Also dont take credit! Go to visions a block away save yourself from a rip off and horrid customer service. Was refered by the dispensary to get some things at this store. Got the rig set up and the torch was broke stopped working after first useage so I called and of course when they sold it to me They had great customer service but when I asked to replace the broken item they gave me the hardest time i spent 20 on that item and 70 in the store all together. The younger man employed there is nice he is just a employee working for the big fat rude aribic man there who doesnt speak proper engish. The owner of this shop big fat man RUDE! Stands in front of his store glaring at customers walking in.

I highly recommend the El Cajon Smoke and Stuff store...... their prices beatevery store that i have been purchasing my vapes from... just spreading the word to the public....The staff there are polite and helpful. They get my business, hands down!!!!

Horrible customer service, called to get a price and some confused stoned sounding guy said he cant tell me a price on a battery because he cant verify my age when they have prices blasted on their windows where underage kids can see. He just wanted me to go to the store to waste gas and time. They lost a local customer i will NEVER COME HERE

Went there to get a pack of coals it usually costs me around 10.99 to 11.99 plus tax. I asked the guy for a whole pack and asked him how much it was and he said 20 plus tax i wasnt surprised since this is not the fisrt time they overcharge me for a product, so definitely do go there to get tobacco products o suggest el cajon cash n carry theyre more customer friendly and they have the lowest prices possible

I just drought a quick test the day before yesturday and the price was 21.00 i came back to buy another now all of a sudden the price shoots up to damn near 30 bucks! Nope dont go here they trying to pocket money for themselves...

This is definitely not the place you want to go the people here are very dishonest half the stuff is fake glass and the guy trying to sell you stuff can’t even stand still because he is so tweaked out You can find much better deals on glass and we are glass at that and the old man there gives me the creeps.

Anything you may need, they have it and a bunch of stuff you didnt think you needed. Awesome staff, greeted immediately at the door, and got the vape juice I needed

I bought a vape from this place, the thing didnt work, battery was some cheap ass clone ....anyways, the middle eastern bro, bad attitude, boss this, boss that, etc....I wouldnt even write a bad review if the vape I bought 4 like $80 out the door, didnt work at all....now the weed store next door is bomb, but this smoke shop SUX
