This store has an amazing selection. Just about any kind of attachment you can think of is available at this store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was less than 5 stars was the price. Some of the pieces were very reasonable. But some were just outragous. Great customer service from the counter person. Thanks for the change of scenery.

I go here often to get my pieces and have never had an issue till today. i bought a nectar collector last night and didn’t get a chance to use it till a couple hours ago. when i heated it up i heard the glass cracking so i took off the heat and the tip broke off. so i call the store asking if i can bring it back cause there’s no reason why it should’ve broken so soon. the girl who answered had an attitude and when i asked to talk to a manager she hung up on me. i called back and the manager answered and said i can get a 10% discount on a new one. it’s ridiculous i shouldn’t have to buy another one because i was sold a faulty piece. and 10% off of $20 is a whopping $2. with the first employee being so rude then hanging up on me and wasting my money on something i didn’t even get to use im not gonna come back. i really liked coming here too.

Gia helped me out and was amazing! Gia not only helped me find everything I needed and wanted she went above expectations telling me preferences and what’s popular! Definitely going to come again, I felt extremely welcomed by her 10/10 recommend United!

I have been coming to the shop for months, and every time I come in I am always greeted by the most professional, kind, helpful employees that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They make me feel like Im their best friend while keeping it professional! ❤️ They always know exactly what they are talking about product wise, and will not recommend me a product that I will not benefit from just to make an extra buck! They genuinely care about their customers, and I feel like I am truly friends with them. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I use to like coming here because of the different products they had but after my recent visit probably won’t be going back. The kids working had no customer service, music was so loud I felt like we had to yell over each other. The kid was yelling at the girl at the register and making a fuss over the music selection. The girl register also looked lost. The kid helping had no clue of the products they had and was not very helpful and vaping blowing smoke towards our face.

My first few times coming here were great. Prices are, were, a bit higher than other shops closer to home but they seemed to have good inventory. Im not sure if it changed ownership or what but the stock and service have gone downhill. You better know exactly what you want, and where they keep it in the store. The kids working there, although not rude or anything, are basically useless. They dont have answers to basic questions about well known products and just kind of are there to unlock the cabinets and take money if they happen to have what you need. Unfortunately I, probably, wont be going back.

Went in here about a year ago, prices were a little high, but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help but not overbearing. I don’t know if ownership has changed, or if they desperately need some new staff-one in particular I can think of.Essentially, they sold me a terrible quality product & when I proceeded to bring it to their attention, they seemed more than willing to help. I wasn’t looking for anything free, not even a full replacement just to work with me a little bit.This was a few days ago, I took it back first chance I got the next day, seeing as how they were closing, as I was leaving. They had me under the impression the entire time I was shopping, that I would be credited some amount towards my purchase, only to get to check out and realize that not only did they not give me a single penny off they kept the defective product and will probably sell it to somebody else. It’s a shame, my only advice is triple check before you buy.I will not be coming back.

24 hours a day you cant beat that when you need to pick up a new piece because you broke it at 3:00 in the morning and now you can go find it at this place

Staff was beyond rude have never met such disrespectful staff at an establishment ever. I asked for a grinder and was directed in a rude manner but not only that when I asked the employee to tell me which grinder he thought was good he said The ones Im front of your face I was in complete disbelief. Even after the disrespect I still purchased the product and at checkout I asked for a swipe option instead of a tap to pay on my card and the employee reacted in such rude manner saying whats that gonna do, thats not gonna do anything just trying to mess with me at that point. I left in a horrible mood due to the service but after all that I called and asked to speak to a manager and was laughed at by the employees and told to basically F-off. My honest opinion as a 7 year sandiego resident this has got to be one of the worst smoke shops out there.

I went in to get a vape mod, and a really nice lady (im told she was a manager) helped me pick one and she set it up and also sold me some e-juice. Today my vape is leaking very badly so i googled why it would and it turns out it can only use thick e-juice, I brought the bottle back to exchange it and they said they cant exchange it. So i had to spend $20 more on a different juice that will actually work with the vape they sold me. And i left the one they sold me yesterday there because i have no use for it. The whole situation was really off putting being as they helped me through the process. I feel like i have been taken advantage of and Im writing this to inform others. Hopefully someone can reach out to me to make this situation right, otherwise I just cant see myself ever going back.

I have been going to the smoke shop since theyve opened And they have always been amazing to me. Im a very picky person when it comes to characters And each and every workers Are all very amazing people. They always try to help as best as humanely possible And they treat you like family once you get to know them.Everything is priced very fair if not better than all other smoke shops that I have ever gone to and if something is wrong with what you buy They are very quick to fix it within reason. Im very happy that i dont live far from Genuine place. Nothing bad to say...LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Have an older vape had issues finding the glass and coils locally and im a complete novice as well. Alex was super helpful showed me the right parts and got my mod up and running, the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

It is a great store. I went today and bought a new Torch lighter. They are well stocked and a little higher in price then other shops, but they make up for it with a big selection and friendly staff.

Staff were awesome, fun, and lacked any indication of annoyence that I walked in super late in the evening disrupting their tranquility. I had a need for juice, they have a plethora. My dude even did a solid and told me they had a buy two deal. Boom! That was three.weeks.ago, I still have juice on standby

The people inside are positive and very helpful. They seen me struggling with my device and gave me the best advice and help immediately. Great personality. I don’t even write reviews but I decided to do this. That’s how good the ish was.Also the store looks amazing and they have awesome products.

Came in today because they’re having a great sale on glass pieces (some 20-30% off) everything was going great and I found a piece I wanted for 25% off, he short guy rang us up quickly and sent us on our way. On the way out we noticed we never received the discount, so we go in to try to get rung up correctly and he tells me “if you signed up for our text discount I can give you the discount” now when he rung us up he never motioned for us to sign up and nowhere does it say you have to sign up for any program to receive a discount. Then he said if we sign up now we can get $5 off a new purchase, why would I come back if you can’t honor your promotions. Then he starts saying it’s only valid on $100+ pieces which would be fine but when helping us we mentioned how we are excited for the 25% off he could of mentioned that stipulation but neglected to. I bought my first piece here many years ago and recommended people here because I was always treated right but after this visit I can make sure I change all of that. If you can’t honor your deals and start adding stipulations and fail to mention it at point of interest. Most incompetent “essential” worker I’ve came across.

I love this shop! Ive never been rushed, or felt like my questions were a burden when answered, the guys treated me with respect, and very helpful on EVERY VISIT. The one aspect I found truly impressed was there bottles of juice were to the top. I dont know about anybody else, but Ive purchased juice from other vendors, and the bottles were not that full. So go here if you want to get your moneys worth.

Great smoke shop has everything you can possibly need for vaping and other smoking needs. Nice and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable on the products and the shop is always clean and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend for all your smoking or recreational needs.

I just went here today, and I had a great time because they had the part for my tank that I could not find anywhere else! I was treated very nicely and assisted the whole way. The selection of pipes and water pipes is enormous and the whole store sparkles!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. extremely poor customer service, they sell products that don’t even work and make you purchase another instead of offering a refund or providing a different product. literally go anywhere else. don’t waste your time or money here.

This place has everything you need for anything you do... the staff is helpful and friendly and you can earn points for stuff. This is always our goto smoke shop for vaping supplies, and other extra curricular activities we may participate in. Definitely recommend this place.

Great customer service! I was able to find a replacement glass for my vape. A different vape store told me that they dont sell the glass because they prefer the customer to buy a new tank, which is $40-$50! They had the could that I needed too and must paves dont. There is tons of other stuff also and the store is very clean. United is my new go- to.

The BEST and ONLY smoke shop you should go to in San Diego. Do not be intimidated by all the glass cases. With prices 30-40 dollars lower on similar pieces at other local shops. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I asked to see multiple pieces and they answered all questions thoroughly. I will be coming back soon for Black Friday deals!!

Been buying glass here for the last 4 years. When I buy quarts nails here they always say 100% quarts but this last year Ive gone through 6 nails and the last one broke within a week. Definitely no longer 100% quarts. Theyre definitely selling you glass. Their glass pieces are really good though.

This is a great shop. They answer all of your questions, suggest upgrades and downgrades. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy something when I go in. As far as some of the bitter little people saying they only care about making money. Thats absolutely untrue they have great service, are extremely helpful, will show you all of your opinions and explain things to you without making you feel stupid for not knowing something. But how dare a business try to make money! (For those of you who are whiny crybabies, thats sarcasm) Its a business!!! A business who takes care of their customers and employees and pays taxes and the ridiculous licensing fees to the city and state. I as well as a lot of people I know; HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for purchasing things or just getting some education on the products that they sell. If youre looking for a great shop to purchase all of your smoking etc needs then this is the shop for you. Stop by and take a look around and talk with the employees you will be glad you did.

Today I bought a vape device and a bottle of vape juice from this store. The price tag on the device was $49.99 and the bottle of juice, I was told, was $17.00, if uou buy 2 bottles - $30.00 for both. The staff was friendly and eager to help, but the first person to help me tried to sell me either a more expensive device, or less expensive that needed also a battery that was sold separately. Then I found a less expensive piece with the built in battery in their store myself. And, after I bought the vape and a juice and checked the receipt, I found that they increased prices on the device and on the juice just by a little less than $2.00 of each item, so I did not make a big deal out of it, but it still makes me disdain this store and I wont come here to buy anything else again. I drive out of my way to come here from Santee. They have a huge selection of everything you need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are fair. Parking can sometimes be difficult due to In N Out so I park further down the strip mall and walk.

This shop and staff are awesome! Great selection, prices and knowledge! They are my favorite place to restock on vape juice, coils, tanks and new mods and the prices are better than anywhere else Ive been. I would rate them higher if I could, good job and thanks United!

Hello, I went to this shop thinking it was good, bought a bubbler for $60 from them and cleaning solution. This bubbler is the hardest thing I have ever tried to clean you can not get it cleaned. I took it back to see if I could get some help, and I got it, in a way of buying more product. The gentlemen told me I needed to pay more attention to cleaning it like a baby and spend more time cleaning it, really I already told him I would spend days trying to get it cleaned. He showed me more product I could buy, then said I should by wire brush, he would be happy to sell me, they the other guy suggested pipe cleaners, I do use them offered to sell them to me, you think he could have offered me a couple for free since I was having so much trouble getting this thing cleaned, but no they are all about $$$. I would have given them no stars if it let me, worst place ever will not go back or refer any one

Gotta give this place 3 stars because they have a good selection of stuff and prices can be talked down (Somethings you just dont buy here because its way too expensive.) They would earn the two stars back from me if they remembered who I was, especially since ive been going there weekly for the last two years. Had some user errors with my vape leaking but Mike and the Tyler’s (there’s two ha) helped me out tremendously with figuring out the problem and even giving me a new tank to try to fix my problem. If you are 21 and over don’t bother shopping here they overprice everything because their clients are mostly minors and know that they will pay anything because they’re the only ones who will sell to them. Perfect example they want eight dollars for a Soren AirPod but I go next-door to a 21+ Vape shop and they’re magically four dollars cheaper wonder why

Typical shop full of young angry middle eastern refugees.Plus they feel like they can tell you what you can and cant say in their shop between you and your friend. They should just be grateful theyre allowed in this country, and on top of that allowed to open a business with huge tax breaks.

Old hippies dream..............went to U.S.S. on a recommendation, a couple wks. ago........................ upon entering i was nearly overwhelmed by the incredible selection of everything, and in all price ranges! arvin(?)was a knowledgable, professional. we discussed what i was shopping for,(and why), and price. soon found just what i was looking for, and as it turns out now, it was exactly what i wanted............i told an old hippy story, and was amazed that it sounded like an old hippy story. perhaps it was an altered state due to my medication? its been many years since i felt immediately comfortable in a head shop. spoke to another shopper who was a multi return customer..............would have been sticking gold-stars everywhere, but fortunately for them, i didnt have any with me....................gary
