The massage itself was phenomenal, with just the right amount of pressure and attention to detail. I absolutely recommend Cruz Bodywork! Dealing with chronic back pain and tight hips has been challenging, but visiting him has truly been transformative. His expertise is remarkable; he intuitively knows where to focus and utilizes amenities such as aromatherapy, soothing sounds, premium oils, hot stones, and vibrations to enhance the experience.Additionally, as a woman, its sometimes a concern to feel comfortable around a male massage therapist, but those worries vanished quickly with him. His professionalism and respectful demeanor created a safe and relaxing environment throughout our sessions. He is always attentive to my comfort level and ensured I felt secure and relaxed.

Cruz is a great person to work with, polite, generous, and skilled. He offered to extended my session for free in order to fully work on me. I went in for a back/shoulder massage and left feeling great. He was helpful rescheduling my appointment and finding his office

I met Cruz a few years ago during a really dark and tough time in my life. His massages have helped heal not only my body, but my mind and spirit too! I’ve had some serious tension in my back/shoulders for a very long time & 1 session with Cruz seemingly released 90% of it. I felt like I could move better & with little to no pain anymore. Cruz is a game changer!

Amazing work! Customized massage plan to fit my needs. They say every body is different and he keenly understands this. He visualizes and assess my injured areas and communicates his plan to help repair the sites. He is very attentive and respects your concerns. He cant emphasize communication enough. He talks you through every step of the way and explains each purpose. I recommend him 1000%. I have herniated discs, sciatica, pulled shoulder muscles, muscle spasms in the neck; ALL GONE! Unlike regular massage places that work to keep you coming back. He works to fix you. No patch work here.
