MILITARY DISCOUNT🤑My wife and I booked a couples massage on a Saturday. Upon arrival it was a bit confusing finding the spa, but eventually we got there. I should have done a better job of reading the directions in the text.We were greeted quickly, didnt even have to call the number on the door. We finalized our paperwork, package and typed of massage. We were shown to a very relaxing room with mood lights and spa music. We were given directions on where to put our clothes and got into the tables. The two masseuses showed up and did an awesome job of clarifying how much pressure we wanted and double checked our pain spots. Having served in the USMC, you know I have body parts that dont move like they used to 🙂. The massage was great! I got exactly what I asked for and very much enjoyed the hot towel and hot stones. My wife loved her massage and really felt an immediate impact in her legs.Overall, I thought the staff was extremely friendly and great at their jobs.Dont hesitate to book a massage here!

Booked a couples massage with jacuzzi and it was fantastic!It was our 1st time here and they made us feel so comfortable! The owner was so kind and our massuses, Mia and Kayrane were very communicative; making sure pressure was good and were attentive to any tender spots. We definitely recommend this place, and will be return customers!

Went here for our three year anniversary with my boyfriend. Absolutely loved it! We got the couples massage and the jacuzzi session. It was so relaxing and I felt so much better after the massage. The jacuzzi session even came with a chocolates and we were offered drinks. Will be coming back in a couple months!

We did the couple’s massage for 50 min and jacuzzi we felt so relaxed after. The massage was perfect just what we needed. Wine was so delicious the beer was a little warm but overall outstanding service. Employees were very professional and attentive we will definitely be booking again

EXCELLENT MASSAGE. I went here 2 days ago as a walk in she had just enough time for 1 hour massage. Everything about it was sooo relaxing I kept nodding off 😴 . So relaxing that she had to wake me up to tell me she was done lol. I think I kept her from closing on time. If you want an experienced masseuse and a great relaxing massage this is definitely the place! Thank you and sorry if I made you stay late .

Ill give this place a 9/10. Loved the Jacuzzi right before the massage. You Get you a lil drinky drinky if you know what I mean right before it. They have a foam pad on the bed which makes it extra comfy. The lighting was great, it was clean, I think there was music in the room not sure tho. Granted I wasnt super tight since I started yoga but the massage was more of a rub down than a massage. But they do get your whole body at least my massage therapist did. The hot stones was a wonderful touch (although she could have given a heads up or clank them together so I know I was about to get some hot stones on my body) along with the massage gun. Would have loved if the massage was a lil bit firmer but all in all me and the mrs loved it. Going to make this a one month thing til we leave.

My to go place at least twice a month. They are all very nice always making me feel welcomed. My massage therapist Mia always asking how I’m feeling and making sure she works on my problem areas. I love the attention to detail she gives.

Sent my parents as a Christmas gift and they said they absolutely loved it, they want another session, the move faster n said they feel lighter n more relaxed. Did not get all services I paid for. We got the $260.00 couples package. Should have come with a 30 min soak with milk and honey, 60 min massage, hot rocks to neck shoulders and back, almond oil cuticle treatment, aromatherapy, lavender scented reflexology foot treatment and a free deep moisturizing hand or foot treatment for my birthday. There was no milk and honey in the not so hot water, the massage only lasted 38 min, no hot rocks ever touched my body, did not get an almond oil cuticle treatment, the aromatherapy was nice, no lavender reflexology foot treatment, she rub my feet for maybe a min each and then sprayed something ice cold on them, I think it was rubbing alcohol, also did not get a deep moisturizing treatment for my hands or feet. I believe they are taking advantage of the non white citizens, I saw them charge a Mexican man what seemed like a lot and he was very confused also, she acted like she didnt speak Spanish very well at that point. When it was time for me to pay, we mentioned everything that went wrong and she all of a sudden couldnt speak English very well, she then made a comment that she would give us each five dollars off because we didnt feel the hot rocks or almond oil treatment on our cuticles that was performed on us, really Lady, I know for a fact none of that touched my body, also not sure how you squeezed all that in your measly 38 min massage. Oh wait are you trying to say you shorted me even more time from my 60 min massage you didnt give me. My appointment was at 5:00, the room and water wasnt ready until 5:15 pm, we soaked until 5:45 pm they didnt come back into the room until 6:00 pm and my whole treatment was over at 6:38 pm. I walked out of the building fully dressed and paid before 7:00 pm. The worst part is, they tell you if your going to be paying in cash, they will discount you five dollars for each person, that didnt happen either and then she tried to charge me for a service they told me was free for my birthday and she didnt even provide it. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Dont waste your money! Way better places in El Paso to go to.

My Boyfriend and I did the beer bath . It was very relaxing and as we soaked in the warm water, our pores began to open up allowing us to absorb the nutrients in the bath that left our skin smooth while washing away skin toxins and bacteria.Very beneficial for circulation also.I really recommend this for every couple!

Highly recommend this establishment! My boyfriend and I have been here several times over the past 2 years. We’ve done Swedish, hot tub, facials, and each time has been a great experience. They are always sure to offer a drink after each massage.The assigned massage therapist always asks if the pressure is too light or too hard. Rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing.We’ve tried a different local spa but nothing compares to the nice and professional people here at Luxor on Rojas. We’ll be back soon 💆‍♀️

My husband and I celebrated 28 years together today and I was luckily able to book a same day couples massage. It was AMAZING! First time for both of us and it was such a great experience we will be back. Such a friendly, professional environment. The room was so relaxing and just beautiful. We loved it. Super friendly, very professional, and one of the best massages I’ve had. Went in with shoulder pain and came out pain free. Highly recommend this place. The lady that checked us in was a sweetheart, answered our questions, and made us feel very comfortable.

Wasnt a fan. Im actually in bad pain. MT doesnt know a knot from a shoulder blade. My blade is so sore from her RUSHED elbow massage. I knew 5 mins into it, that she wasnt knowledgeable of the human body. It was a gift so I didnt complain. But Im sure they understood by my replies of Ok. Any massage is better than no massage at all. The basic facial= you get what you pay for. Good luck to you though.

Its kinda hidden. I was in a lot of back and shoulder pain. I had Mia. She did a wonderful job. I had a hurt shoulder for about a week and she got out multiple knots that I could have never have had done. I felt so refreshed and a day later I had no shoulder pain. Already made my second appointment!

I was nervous going in after reading most of the negative reviews, but I can say that I had a pretty decent experience. The staff was pleasant and made it a point to ask how I was enjoying my services. It wasn’t the best massage, but it wasn’t completely bad either. Maybe a refresher course or massage therapy workshop will be helpful in targeting the right spots and how much pressure to use.

My husband and I did a couples massage. He was satisfied and I was disappointed. We did not get reflexology on our feet, no scalp and head massage, as for myself hardly any deep tissue massage either, which is what should have been included in the package. My masseuse kept getting on her phone interrupting my massage. Very nice people and good vibe but not great like we expected.

Maria Gutierrez is hands down the best massage therapist in the city I highly recommend her especially if you’re in pain or simply in need of real relaxing and therapeutic relief. I’ve tried many massage therapists over the years and I’m happy I can stop trying.

Went here for my birthday and I felt like a queen when I left. I had the 60min deep tissue massage and the basic facial. Robert was fantastic with my massage very professional and knew where my issues were based on his expertise. A woman did my facial I didnt get her name but she was wonderful as well.The basic facial left my face moisturized and smooth even the next day my skin was still moisturized and a breakout I had was minimized. The basic facial is far from basic. Also if you go in on your birthday you get a complimentary service. If your in El Paso and need spa services I highly recommend Luxor they were also able to accommodate me with a last minute booking.

Wow, last massage I had was at a super fancy place, but Luxor Made me wonder if I had ever had a massage before, it was incredible! I have never had such a great massage. The people were very nice, the place was very clean. Great price, very accommodating. I will be back, soon!

I gave the massage therapist the area, I wanted her to concentrate on and she was more worried about another area that was not causing me any discomfort. But when she got done that area was in a lot of pain for the few days. I will not be going back or recommending anyone to this establishment.

My friend and I went here for a “Swedish” massage. Once my lady started my massage, I asked if I could have a bit more pressure, and she stated “that will be an extra $20, you signed up for a light massage”. Never have I ever had a massage that did not get a single knot out of my body . Matter of fact, my lower back was not even touched, and even a massage chair would have done more justice than this lady. I can’t be anymore disappointed. We left the massage wanting to schedule another massage elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment earlier today for a couples full body massage. When we arrived no one was at the front and we ended up waiting 5-7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally came out from the back they greeted us very rudely and handed us a paper to fill out. Apparently, there was a mix up with the type of massage we scheduled. The lady said we were going to have to wait another 40-45 minutes before anyone can see us because they put us down for a different type of massage. Now, I understand people make mistakes, thats not the issue. However, if youre running a business, its about how you fix problems and move forward. She pretty much told us take or leave it. Not even an apology.

My Husband and I had a couples massage yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. From the Jacuzzi to the massage the ladies were professional and amazing. This is not a quality massage. Best feature they offer is a jacuzzi, not the massage. I feel like the five star reviews are fake. How could someone rate this a five star? I never take the time to do a review on things but this experience was not a good massage at all. I had a couples massage with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi water was cold to begin massage, had to refill the water with hot water on our paid time. The massage was lazy and felt like the lady was going through the routine as if they disliked their job. Its expensive, and our experience was not worth $170. The wine they provide is the cheap corner store mini six pack bottles, served at room temp, which I really dont mind. They have you feel out a survey in the beginning detailing your problems and allergies which they dont read because they dont address the issues. They mentioned reflexology for the feet during the massage and completely skipped the feet during the massage. The worst part was, it felt like I was simply being touched and not massaged at all. They didnt even massage the full time. I was cut a nearly ten minutes. Save your money, or get a sub par experience. Were never going back.

Luxor Spa has introduced a NEW service to their menu, wait for it, wait for it, Beer Bath is the service they now provide. It is simply amazing, my girlfriend thought the same and we are definitely doing it again. This type of bath, aside from relaxing (along with your adult beverage of choice) has plenty of benefits: providing nutrients, helps with skin rejuvenation, overall vitality, detoxification, amongst other benefits. I have not seen or heard of, that any other spas in EPT have this service, a very popular service in Europe.

This was March of 2018 (Edited for clarity)Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior and paid the deposit. We arrive at they location 1:50. The day of the appointment there is a sign on the door that says back at 12:55. Knocked on door no answer. Called the number listed no answer. Went straight to voicemail. My appointment was for 2 o’clock. Someone called at 2:15 saying that our masseuse was involved in an accident but they can reschedule us for 5:30. I informed them that this was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. The owner was not available according to the person on the phone. The owner finally acknowledged the situation at 5:30. I got my deposit back but the situation left me with a bad experience.

The young lady who massaged me was amazingggg! The only problem was we had a couples massage and my spouses was constantly interrupted because his masseuse kept having to step out to tend to other customers as well as texting during his massage. It was frustrating and when my masseuse went over to assist him, I told her to just continue to focus on him because his masseuse stepped out several times prior. We are military and it was our first time seeing each other in a while and we wanted to do something nice... it was that, just constantly interrupted. I think it wouldve been much better if that wasnt the case. I couldnt relax because of the constant opening and closing of the door. I understand the secretary was off as my masseuse apologized for that, but it wasnt acceptable. I felt bad for my spouse and his experience vs my experience.

I have been coming here for years and only trust Ana and her staff to take away my stress and and help me feel refreshed. The ambiance is truly peaceful and if I must recommend one of my personal favorites is, the cbd oil massage with hot stones. I also purchased the cbd oil to take home along with some cbd bath bombs. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

I got a back facial and my wife got a full body massage and it was ok., not the best. Also we both got face facial , I give 3 stars because they had great customer service. But me and my wife weren’t satisfied, would not be coming back.

Did the couples massage here and spent the day with my wife. He was my first spa and it was very relaxing the room was nice and private was very quiet and we had a great time. Was a little confused because I did ask for a mani-pedi to be added but I paid separately and I wasnt told about that when I made my initial payment but otherwise everybody was very polite everything went very smoothly and I highly recommend anybody try it out.

The masseuse Alegria was super nice accommodating and took my knots out BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN just because of the older lady in the front answering phones and booking appointments very possible she’s the owner. She lacks a ton of professionalism and has no phone etiquette. She basically ruined what should have been a relaxing zen moment for me. So my daughter gave me a gift certificate to this place for my birthday and I call to see where they are located and what I can get for the amount of certificate but this lady right off the bat comes out very rude saying she can’t book me until she see the certificate or knows the number on it I tell her I’m driving that I could provide it the day I arrive well nope she insisted on having it first so I had to pull over and go through my email only for her to tell me she can’t find it 😑 after I was rude back to her I was able to get myself scheduled only I wasn’t able to go bc of a work emergency ( I manage a auto center) then after weeks I called back and again the rude lady remembered me and said it was the last time she would book me since I didn’t show. She NEVER MENTIONED or does it say in the shop about a $20 noshow fee but books me for a facial and massage. When I arrive she wasn’t very welcoming nor did she go over what I was going to have done just gave me some paper to fill out and I was soon called into back. As my masseuse was preparing asking what I was having done I told her and she said let me ask comes back and says ok it’s actually an hour massage and I’m like ok no problem. As I’m in my zen and getting my massage that RUDE LADY barrages in my room and says if you want the facial it will be $40 more and I told her that’s fine I will pay I wanted her to exit the room as she was killing my vibe. I remember seeing an hour massage for $60 and my certificate was for $80 and I thought ok so I only owe $20 more at the end of my massage lucky for me the rude old lady wasn’t there but a pleasant young girl who charged me. As I asked about other treatments and possible booking a couples massage and a program they have the rude lady comes back to the front again 🙄 and is upset saying I was supposed to pay $20 for noshow but I was never told anything she said in a awful tone “that’s fine!” Pushed the pamphlet of what I asked about and said “here this isn’t part of us but that’s the info” 😮 WOW I left there stressed out again and bad impression of the place all because of this rude lady who lacks professionalism. If she’s the owner she should step down and let her staff handle the spa because they have much better etiquette than her. I just pray she treats the staff good. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Ive never dealt with such horrible customer service, EVER. We had an unforseen circumstance come up and were unable to attend our couples massage appointment. I called to reschedule (not even asking for the deposit back) and the lady was straight up rude and hard to understand because of her thick accent she refused to reschedule and advised me management would call me. When management called the next day she hanged up TWICE, so I called again and again. When I finally got ahold of her she was rude and aggressively asked me why we hadnt showed up and then she hanged up once more after I explained my husband is military and was called in for duty. This experience with them has been very unpleasant and my husband and I were just looking to unwind for a few hours before he deploys. If you are looking for a place to relax and be pamper look else where because this business is awful. Straight up BS for the type of business.

GREAT MASSAGE AND FACIAL! I was feeling extremely stressed, my body was very achey. After leaving the spa, I feel like a new woman. Pam did an amazing job! She is so professional, her customer service is top of the line. I am blown away by how great I feel. I chose the hour Swedish massage, and the mini facial. I suffer from cystic acne and feeling my face after getting in my car I am so relieved. My acne bumps lowered in size by like 95%, anyone who suffers from cystic acne knows how badly they hurt and how difficult it is. My pours are clear, smaller, and my face is glowing. My massage, she did a full body, and she is definitely a PROFESSIONAL. I work full time (on my feet) and gym 5-6 days a week. My body goes through hell. Walking out today I didnt have a single ache, which is a first time for me. Thank you Pam! I will definitely be back! God bless!

Front office staff has a very rude demeanor went in to redeem a gift certificate for a massage and facial was asked twice if I wanted a longer massage instead of the massage and facial and I agreed (she wrote it down TWICE)10 min in I hear the door open mind you this is a massage im laying there half naked my therapist proceeds to talk to someone nextthing I know he is gone while the front office lady comes in to ask AGAIN if I wanted a longer massage then a different therapist came in to finish no explanation nothing when I asked what was happening was told someone was waiting for him when I got there I was the only one in the waiting area the lady who finished the massage was nice I dont blame her and I did tip her but I wont be returning

The couples massage was a surprise Valentine’s Day gift from my husband. I’ve been to a fancy place on the west side and it does NOT compare. This was way more affordable and the quality of the massage was WAYYYYY better!!
