I’ve been seeing Susye for massages for quite a while. She’s absolutely amazing! She’s always pleasant, asks how I’m doing, asks how the pressure is, and ensures she’s focusing on the areas important to me. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.The rest of the staff are also welcoming, kind, and helpful. This is a wonderful location. I will continue going here for my massages.

For a mom of 4 this place was amazing! Highly recommend! Only spent 85$ for the first visit. Nick knew what he was doing. Very down to earth guy. I would go again.

I’ve been a Massage Envy Member for 10+ years. Have been to several ME facilities throughout the USA; and, can say this is the absolute worst! I will given credit to the front staff, especially Ms. Virginia, who is always pleasant and puts forth an effort to problem solve. I have yet to experience a manager with poise and professionalism since, Bethany was on board. Worst yet, the current “GM” Alli. She’s grossly unprofessional, to say the very least. It’s no wonder the clinic is going even further down the hill under her supervision. The clinic is dirty, the massage tables broken, table warners not functioning, walls cracked and separating from adjacent supporting walls, paint peeling. Staff constantly calling-out and changing their schedules, which causes frequent patient/client reschedules and cancellations.

Management extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Would avoid this location at all cost! Dirty, worn down and equipment not functioning. Scheduling is a circus with constant cancellations and rescheduling BY THE CLINIC. I regularly had 3 future massages scheduled in advance, with 2 week frequency, and EVERY appointment there was an issue on the clinics behalf. There was never any problems with them taking our monthly membership payment, however. Massage Envy is great, just not THIS location!

I was able to get booked with Nicholas to provide me with a full body massage and it was very good, he was very professional and I was completely relaxed. I also had the pleasure of getting a facial by Michelle r. It was my first time for both and I absolutely enjoyed it. Michelle was very knowledgeable on the products she was putting on my face and I really appreciate her conversation as well. Everything was very easy and the front desk was helpful throughout the entire process!

The staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming and maintain a great place and atmosphere.Had a session with Veronica, who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure you feel relaxed. She worked on knots I did not know I had and it has been a long time since I felt that relaxed. Highly recommend her.

I was excited for my appointment. Unfortunately i had an emergency with my elderly father the night before and had to cancel in the morning. When doing so, since it wasnt 24 hrs in advance they said they were going charge me a cancelation fee of 35 dollars which i agreed to. They then came back on the phone to charge me 60 doallars instead because their system wouldnt let them change it. How is that my fault. They said , Because my servive was a total of 122.00. When I made the appointment on line the total was 80.00. I agree to that because I was given a gift card for that amount of 80.00 and was hoping to put it use. I understand they still need to pay their therapist for the inconvenience, but charging me more because their price differ from online appointment is not acceptable. But i guess my fault for not reading the fine lines. Be careful to what you agree to.

Viva Veronica!!! Oh my gosh, she was amazing! I wish I lived here so I could continue to see her for my monthly massages. She did an excellent job with deep pressure with a full body massage! Would recommend big time!

My favorite massage envy location and I always make it a point to schedule at this one! I got a facial with Michelle and she’s very knowledgeable about skin and all the ingredients. She explains exactly what she’s doing and ensures I understand every step of the process. Not only does she help during appointments but even helps me when I need advice on skincare! I 10/10 recommend getting a facial with Michelle! Truly the best facial I’ve ever had!!

I was canceled on the day of my appointment hours before I arrived. My wife enjoyed her time, we were supposed to have a couples session but my masseuse canceled the day of the appointment and no one else filled in for her, so I signed her up for the membership only to have them close the location for 2 months. I think Massage Envy is about to close nationwide as they are tied to one of the many banks that are closing nationally. No solid proof, but it is suspicious that they have closed for two months with no warning, but theyre still taking money from my account for the membership I bought for my wife. When she looked up the other location in our city, she read similar reviews of people being canceled on, the day of their appointments. Totally canceling the membership. Very shady company.

Michelle is the THE BEST! She had so much knowledge about skincare and the chemicals used. Ive been seeing her since the beginning of the year and my face is so grateful! 🫶🏻❤️🥰

Favorite Envy location. I got a facial with Michelle and she’s very knowledgeable about skin and ingredients. She explains exactly what I need based on my lifestyle and gives me the instructions to take better care of my skin. I like her honesty about home care and how I also need to do the work for my skin to improve. Sometimes it’s hard to schedule something on short notice, but I usually check for a few days and will find an open time slot when I need to come in. Legit 5 stars for sure.

Been here a few times before. But today was the best session I’ve had. Veronica did amazing she removed so much stress and knots that be had for years definitely coming back every month.

Great Service. I have been to several ME’s around the country. This is one of the best.Kensy is an amazing therapist. I was struggling with migraines, and she has been able to help with the tension causing the problem. I have not had any migraines since I started seeing her in July.I have never had an issue booking an appointment at this location.My home location is 90 days out. I have been able to book here 1-2 weeks ahead of time with no issues. They have several therapists on staff.I can’t wait to try a facial…

Bad customer service! Never had an appointment available for mee! Front desk was really rude also there was one therapist that was really rudee!! The therapist there are noo good dont recommend this place at all their service is really unsatisfactory! Not to mention a therapist including managemnt made me feel really uncomfortable! Its a waste of money! Not to even mention management team! They are horrible as well cant even tell you when theres a issue! Nothing!! Had a really bad experience at this location! Had been a member w massage envy for 5 yrs and never experience anything bad or anything til now! This was a the Farah Fountains location

I have been a member of massage envy for many years now. I used to frequently use another location but since this location has opened, I have switched and am happy I did so. Not only is this location closer to me, the staff are friendly and very helpful. My skin looks amazing thanks to Michelle! She is very knowledgeable not only in skin care needs and regimens, but also in products, making recommendations based on your individual skin care needs and concerns. She does such a good job educating me on the products including active ingredients and why these are important; and she does it effortlessly without making me feel like a dummy. She is so very patient, helping me make the best decisions for my skin care needs. Her facials are extremely relaxing! She truly has the magic touch. I come in stressed out with dull, lifeless skin. And I leave feeling amazing; with rejuvenated, bright skin, and a happy, carefree attitude that can only come from spending time with her incredible and bubbly personality! I highly recommend Michelle for anyone considering a facial! I am a client for life!!

MICHELLE is the reason I come every single month! There is no one like her. No one knows more about the products and skin care. I drive 30 minutes for my appointment just for her even though I am down the street from another Massage Envy. I do everything she recommends. I have never known anyone more knowledgeable about the ingredients in all of the products. She is a master of her craft. My session is tailored just for me and she treats me like a queen. She understands what it means to pamper her clients and give them great service. She is truly one of a kind and my skin has never looked better!!!! She is the absolute best!!

I LOVE coming to this location. However, if it weren’t for Michelle and Derrick, I would probably have canceled my membership a long time ago. The facials with Michelle are so awesome, not only is she such a great person, she is also so incredibly knowledgeable. I learn so much every time and leave with my skin feeling amazing. And Derrick is the best for the massages. He is also very knowledgeable and addresses any issues I have. My husband and I have been regulars of his for Years. We are now moving and sadly I am unsure if I will keep my membership because I find it very hard to believe that our new location will have anyone as good as Michelle and Derrick. Best of luck to you too and I appreciate all the care you have given me over the years!

I was a little nervous due to mixed reviews but I had a WONDERFUL experience and an amazing massage. Kenzie is awesome and very intuitive. The receptionists were super sweet as well. Definitely recommend! Great, clean, and peaceful atmosphere as well. I also like the membership option to save $.

Ive had nothing but good massages and facials from this location. If you enjoy conversation during your massage or if you enjoy an hour of quiet, you can find either. The team here also helped me build a good skincare routine based on my type of skin and lifestyle, if youre looking to begin taking care of yourself better. Its always the location I use when booking through Massage Envy.

I Arrived 15 min prior to the apt, three other clients were escorted to the back that had arrived after me. I Waited another 30 minutes to finally be called in to the back and for the services to begin. No one at the front desk bothered to update on the wait time or apologize for the wait.The customer service is subpar. No greetings upon exiting.The massage was supposed to last 60 minutes and lasted 50 .The massage therapist was nice but stopped sooner than I anticipated. I Dont recommend this location.

Ask for Mildrid ♡ I love how she actually asks what problem areas I have so she can work with and what areas she should avoid. Im quite tense in certain areas and believe me, Mildrids technique does miracles on me. Love how she spends the same amount of time on either side of my body so I can feel great everywhere and I Love how she goes based on her notes because other locations Ive gone to they dont even do that. Shes VERY VERY Attentive, shes kind and understanding, I personally find it hard to relax so I end up talking to her. Shes like my personal therapist too lol but yeah shes AMAZING!!! She deserves to be praised for having such blessed hands, thank you Mildrid!! ♡

Been going to this location for almost 2 years. I have membership with them, as I regularly get massages/facials as a form of self care. Unfortunately, I cannot say I recommend this place. The concept sounded great at first- however, I highly recommend you check out a small owned business that is local instead. The actual massage therapists/estheticians typically do a good job- they are professional, however some are better than others. But the biggest issue that I seem to have is that 1. They charge you for an hour, but that hour is really more like 45 minutes because they factor in EVERYTHING, from filling out forms, to getting dressed, etc. 2. They are always so booked up that it beats the purpose of having a membership. You typically have to schedule about 2 months out- but how can you anticipate when you will need a massage 1-2 months in advance? I scheduled the soonest appointment which ended up being 2 months later, and then when I made the appointment, the receptionist had not properly screened/booked me, so I ended up not even being able to get a massage that I waited 2 months for because I was pregnant and he failed to book me with a massage therapist that offers prenatal massages. When this happened, he was very unprofessional, rude, rolled his eyes, and said it was my fault for not telling him. The last time I was there, they updated my profile when they very clearly saw that I was pregnant. But even then, if all of your massage therapists are not qualified to give Prenatal massages, shouldn’t that be something that you consider/ask before booking someone? It blows my mind that it would be a customer’s fault for not updating their records or being aware of limitations that their massage therapists have AND not properly screening clients to ensure they’re booked with the the right person. To make it worst he said he was apart of management. I ended up canceling my membership, even though I have 5 unused credits. I am so fed up with this location that I would rather not deal with them anymore than to use my 5 sessions that I have already paid for. I had smaller complaints but the customer service/receptionist ultimately is what ruined it for me. Give your money to a place that values your business and loyalty.

Ive had majoring scheduling issues as of late that make me very wary of recommending this establishment. I dont know if similar issues at other MEs in El Paso. But I cannot recommend the fountains massage envy or their membership program at all.Ill start off by giving a shout out to Yoli and Michelle R-- these are the massage therapist/esthetician that Ive had services with, and theyve largely been great.Ive had an ME membership for about a year and a half, and Ive always found it mildly annoying that they only had one therapist for a while that did deep tissue massages (Yoli), so I would need to make an appointment several weeks, if not a month+ in advance. This usually wasn’t a problem tho, since I had a membership— I would go in two/three times a month & schedule out in advance.I had one major issue— and it’s kinda been downhill from there. I had a massage scheduled in March with Yoli which was rescheduled for a later time the same day (then cancelled), then rescheduled with another therapists the following day (then cancelled), attempted a reschedule AGAIN the following day (Monday) — but all of the appoints were either during my work hours or too late in the evening.After this incident I put in a membership cancellation request which was never processed. I called and inquired about this, and Henry said that my request/email ended up in the spam folder. So it was processed as of that date.As a result I’ve had a lingering ME credit that I needed to use before the end of this month. I’ve had a massage scheduled for weeks for tomorrow (29 May). And no surprise— my appt was cancelled after they texted me to confirm it this morning.I get that things happen/employees get sick etc. But it’s getting excessive at this point. I definitely do not recommend

I always have a great experience here . Most therapists apply medium pressure. The facials are amazing . You come out glowing and Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Very clean facility and the staff is very welcoming and professional! I was able to book an appointment last minute and was very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Nicholas, he is very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work!

Each and EVERY weekend I visit Jaime and I get reset to where I need to be. Neck, back and shoulders. I always feel comfortable and safe during my service, have been for the almost two years coming here. No complaints. Also love my facials, even a man can admit to getting these once in a while. Michelle is our go to and let me tell you, what a champion she is...Love her to the moon and will never be happier!

This use to be five stars, but I dropped it down to one. The massage therapists are great, HOWEVER, when it comes to getting correct help with your account, you will have to call multiple times due to either poor communication or lack of knowledge. I called to put my account on hold, which they said they would do. The very next month I was charged again. Then, I had to call again to cancel my membership after my contract was up. The manager even sent me an email saying it was cancelled. Sure enough, the next month I was charged, AGAIN. I called to ask why this was and the manager acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I said I could forward her the email as proof. Dont waste your time or money going through all this. Im sure I will probably get charged again next month and have to call again.

Have been coming to this location for over a year. Love Michelle!! She has done so much for my skin and has made awesome recommendations for skin care products for my aging, sensitive skin and my daughters young, sensitive skin. Love, love, love.. Also, the ladies at the front desk are always hospitable and professional.

Ive been a Massage Envy customer for several years and this is by far the best location. Whatever you need, theres someone to take care of you. Need deep tissue? Go see Jaime. Relaxation? Katie and Mandy are both amazing. Want to experience the energy of reiki? Try Mildred. Ive been to all of them and they are ultimate professionals, I have always felt safe, comfortable and left feeling so much better. And for your skin care needs, Michele is the best facial youll ever have. She takes time to get to know your skin and ensure the products she uses produce amazing results that last. Go see for yourself!!!

Michelle is absolutely incredible. I went for one visit and she changed the way I take care of my skin, for good. I went in with horrible acne to the point where I wasn’t sure if there were any other solutions left to help clear my skin. She gave me an amazing facial and wrote down a regimen for me to follow daily and in one week my skin was clear of all blemishes and glowing. I honestly could not believe how fast my acne went away. There has never been a time where my skin has been consistently this clear since seeing Michelle. She changed my life and has helped me feel beautiful. She deserves more than just 5 stars.

First I noticed the facility was disinfected by Xcleaning professionals :). Then my 1.5hr massage with Steph was amazing! I then had 1hour facial with Michelle. Loved Michelle! She explains everything so well and made me feel comfortable. Thank you both Michelle and Steph! Im looking forward to my next appointment.

I want to take a moment to express my complete satisfaction in the services I and my family members have received from the esthetician Michelle and the massage therapist Joe. They both have taken excellent care of me and the people I love. They are kind, listen well and perform their craft with excellence and great care. I would choose this location and these employees over any other franchise in El Paso. If you want to have an experience that far exceeds your expectations you must try this location and request Michelle for your esthetician needs and Joe for massage and stretch! My esthetician Michelle is amazing and very knowledgeable! She has really helped my skin and has been looking better! Also my message therapist Jaime is awesome for massages! I never understood the purpose of a facial until I met Michelle. Her knowledge, attention to detail and passion for her craft is displayed every time Ive visited. She is very attentive to my every need even if I dont realize Im in need of it. I would highly recommend to anyone considering treating themselves to a facial.

I only go to massage envy at the fountains excellent customer service and Michelle Ruiz is the best in town. Her facials are amazing. I love that everytime i go back she has amazing advice on how to keep my skin looking good. Michelle is your go to if you need a facial!💆‍♀️

Horrible experience. My appointment was at 7:30 my massage began at 7:40 and was finished at 8:15. I was right on time, and was shortchanged. My therapist was not very good at all. When I go to a Massage Envy it’s the same every time. Terrible massages and overpriced. I will never come here again. Massage Envy is horrible.

I absolutely love my facials that I had by Michelle R... She makes me feel comfortable and at ease with all the products she is using and does a great job explaining the process and really pays attention to my concerns with my skin. Highly recommend to schedule an appointment with Michelle.

The therapists Ive had have been great and the staff has helped me out a ton. During deployments theyve saved my number of membership massages while suspending my monthly fee and when I got way too backed up they significantly reduced my subscription while I caught back up. Even though its a chain, the individual therapists make it a great place to go.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always so welcoming.. Always friendly! My Esthetician Michelle, is ridiculously knowledgeable.. and has helped me with taking care of my acne proned skin. Im in the process of getting my acne scarring taken care of, with regular microderm treatments. Not only am I doing whats recommended, but Im also learning how this entire process works. My face has never been this amazing.Highly recommend this location and Highyly recommend my Esthetician Michelle.

This location is very convenient and centrally located. I stopped by today to pick up some gift cards for family members as Christmas gifts. Hopefully they will be as hooked as I am. I have had massages from a few of the people at this location but Yoli has been the best! She is always professional and has really helped me feel so much better. I will recommend Yoli to my gift recipients when we exchange gifts on Christmas. I’ve got a massage coming up and already scheduled my next one in January! Spoil yourself; you deserve it. Ask for Yoli and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years and have seen Tabitha almost every single time. She is AMAZING. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your health. Tabitha has set the bar high for any future massage therapists I encounter.

My aesthetician is Michelle and shes a phenom. I keep my membership just for her, no other reason. I see her every other week and show my before and after pictures all the time. She has taken YEARS off my face. Shes also a great person and a pleasure to be around. Thank you Michelle.

Initial discounted session is a good value for the price. However subscription service is overpriced, especially considering how rushed some of the sessions feel, the constant scheduling issues, and the particularly poor commitment from location’s management to accommodate customers who have paid for their sessions in advance. Subpar compared to local alternatives like Unknot, Bienestar, and even pricier places like The Woodhouse.

Massage Envy in the Fountains is awesome. I had a 90 minute session with massage therapist Hilda. Her attention to my tension areas were excellent. Her kind persona was great and provided a little more joy during this holiday season. Thank you again.

I absolutely love Michelle who is amazing at facials!!! Now the front end people are rude and feel like they are just there for their paychecks. It’s sad because they ruin it for the massage therapist and facialists who work so hard to their clients! So sad that your losing business bc of receptionists!

I have been Tabitha s client for over a year and want to share with anyone that may have TMJ - CALL for an appointment with her!! She is so professional and so completely focused on meeting your needs through massage therapy! She exceeds expectations each time I have the opportunity to be the recipient of her skills. The constant pain in my jaw (TMJ) is gone with NO MEDICATION and as a woman with total hip replacements in both hips my range of motion has improved significantly due to her MAGIC FINGERS. OUTSTANDING!!!I would like to encourage each person to schedule a facial with Michelle. She is marvelous! I so appreciate that she explains what she is using on your skin. She is treats your skin as if she will be wearing it! What a lovely refreshing and thoroughly enjoyable treat to have her skilled, professional hands nourishing your skin!!

10 stars if I could. Amazing... My daughter and I were enjoying a day of spa and relaxation. She just arrived from deployment. Staff made my daughter and I feel so wonderful. Couldnt of hoped for better service. I was seen my Rebecca Gutierrez that made the entire experience amazing. Thank you Rebecca for making my daughter and I feel welcomed and wonderful. Wish I lived here, I would definitely be one of your regular guest.

Hilda! The best hour massage I’ve had. I’ve never felt so at peace and relaxed before. She relieved tension I didn’t even know I had. She’s so polite and sweet! I recommend Hilda from The Fountains Massage Envy on Gateway!!

Went for a regular massage and walked out with a prenatal massage which was a body rubdown with cream. I could have had this for free at home. Its sad to see youre treated differently based on your condition and not told when you pay and set up an appointment what your options are. The manager just emailed me an apology and said my safety comes first. Not a refund, or not another massage after childbirth. Guess theyre too busy with all their other customers for the holidays.

We’ve been members at many different ME locations over the last 10 years. The staff are very courteous! Yolie has helped me address some ongoing headaches, she’s very patient and thorough, I really appreciate her attention to detail! My only suggestion...online booking like they have in the Gainesville, FL market would be amazing!!

I love my massages from Yoli once a month. She is so personable and pays attention to specific areas during my massage. Would definitely recommend Yoli for your massages, she’s amazing. Great customer service at this location as well.

I have been getting my massages here for more than a year. The staff is very friendly and Yolie listens to my areas of concern, working very hard to get out my knots. She always leaves me feeling more relaxed and taller.

Very confused, followed their recommendation while buying a gift card for my wife,$160 should cover two massages. And she was told everything is $115 across the board. That’s more than misleading.

Staff either is not properly trained or are taking advantage of customers double charging. When calling to clarify the employee dont let you talk and automatically converts into a parrot 🦜 not allowing you to gave a proper communication and understanding. I brought up to their attention that my visit was before the billing cycle and they charged me $40 for the visit and $60 for the membership for an almost 50 mins massage bcz they start 5 mins later and ends 5 mins prior for the preparation and closing of services (hand wash, undress, etc.)

Clean facility, easy parking. Rooms are very private, gives confidence to those new to the message experience. Professional staff and good personnel. Just overall pricey for the type of experience, local (non-national chains) massage spas much less.

Its really hard to get an appt if you have a regular job..and you need the job to be able to afford it..wish they had a location closer to me in the far northeast El Paso rather than have to drive 30-40 minutes since time is a major factor..just not satisfied

Once a month I receive a massage from Yolie, each and every time I leave I feel very relaxed. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist. Yolie is absolutely amazing at what she does!! ❤

I gave a facial to my cousin as a bday gift and she got Michelle. She was so comfortable and happy that Michelle talked alot about how the skin actually functions. Thank you for making my money count!!!!

Made my husband an appointment for 1 hour and I paid ahead of time. They made him pay because his name didnt match the name of the person who made the appointment (my name.). They also did not uphold their guarantee of a one hour session and cut down to 40 minutes, even though hw showed up early.

Because I cancelled my membership immediately. I lost my credits! Those were my paid credits & I should be able to use whats paid for!! Im really upset over this so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Yoli is an awesome massage therapist! She does a great job and has me leaving my appointments feeling great! I highly recommend her!

Super relaxing. I went in for a massage and got the full hour I paid for...unfortunately I have so much stress they reccomended I come back every two weeks...So thats lame. But the location and staff are so friendly and the place is super clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming.

Every time I call I have a problem booking an appointment as I’m on the phone they say “ I’m sorry someone just booked that.” Without fail this has happened multiple times at different times. I belive the staff isn’t paying attention. They never have availability. Why pay for a service when you can not access that service. I will not renew my membership when the time comes.

This place is absolutely horrid. they have the rudest staff and when you call the cancel, they do not let you. this place is a scam and doesn’t deserve business whatsoever.

The best place and wonderful staff for a massage and #1 for facials I wanna thank Michelle for my wonderful facials I had very dry skin when I started and now my sling is glowing

If I could give a negative review, I would. They double booked appointments and called me to cancel as I was walking in. Save your money and go to anywhere but Massage Envy.

Massage Envy has a soothing aroma therapy waiting room. They no longer have a good deep tissue technician.

If you Want your skin to look amazing, then go see Michelle and get a high frequency facial!!! You definitely will not see better results!
