This place us one of El Pasos best kept secrets. The staff is amazing, its super clean, and the prices are great. I love the jacuzzi and sauna.

Booked a last minute couples massage for our wedding anniversary and didnt know what to expect. From the massage and facial to the sauna and hot tub, this place and its workers took such good care of my husband and I. The massage therapists were very professional, gentle and caring. My facial left me glowing and my esthetician was very pleasant and courteous and offered much needed advice. The owner even waited after hours for us to enjoy our 30 min hot tub and sauna session. I HIGHLY recommend this place and prices are very reasonable. Please give them a try you wont regret it!

Just had the greatest experience with Bonnie. I went in and received a facial and I left looking and feeling brand new with a new knowledge of skin care. I made sure to go ahead and schedule my next facial with her in 6 weeks. I highly recommend her.

I got a relaxation massage with hot stones and my husband got deep tissue with hot stones and we both were very satisfied. Great staff and great service!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jessie gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. This place is about to close on 6/14/23, which is a real shame. I hope Jessie can find another gig in El Paso. If not I wish her success elsewhere. Shes very good at what she does.

Amazing experience masseuses. Ive been massages by the owner David for a level 8/10 migraine as well as done couples message. Both were amazing! Husband plays rugby too and loves it here. Quality massages with options to do a sauna or hot tub! They do walk ins frequently as well and same day appointments. I recommend call ahead but they are always so helpful and attentive!

I had a great experience with my massage and facial! The people are friendly. I went only for a massage but I ended up getting a facial and I loved it!!! I have melasma on my face really dark and I had the microdermabrasion done and it was 60% lighter I’m still in shock! I’m so happy about it definitely recommend it.

Amazing customer service! I called at 10:50 a.m. to make an appointment and I was schedule for the Ultimate Package at 11:15 a.m. the same day. Very impressive.All the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant, cordial and inviting.I actually felt like I knew everyone even though it was the first time meeting. Really, it was like we were all friends just catching up with life.I had the facial and massage which included the sauna and hot tub. My face is now feeling refreshed and glowing. The esthetician gave me good facial pointers as well.The masseuse was good and she use a back walking technique in areas that were much needed. I probably should have scheduled for 90 minutes.The sauna and the hot tub were perfectly heated. What a perfect combination!The prices are really good! Reward yourself and take care of your body at Royal. You deserve it.

My husband and I just had one of the best massages here. I had a Swedish/relaxation massage done by Wendy and it was amazing. She made sure to check in every now and then to see if the pressure was okay and she focused on the parts I asked.Mr. David was kind enough to give us a tour of the spa before hand. They have a sauna and hot-tub which we will keep in mind for our next visit. Overall, we felt welcomed and the service was amazing! We will be back very soon!

I wish I had the same experience as other reviewers. My husband booked me a spa package that included a deep tissue massage with hot stones and aromatherapy along with sauna time and a microderm abrasion facial. When the masseuse came in and started, she asked if I would like to add hot stones to my massage for an additional $5. I said I was pretty sure it was included in my package. She left me on the table to confirm. She comes back with her husband (the owner) and they start questioning me about when and how he paid, while I am covered by only a thin sheet. They both leave and then she returns and angrily informs me that my husband did not tip in advance. I explained I would tip after services were rendered. The massage was great minus the fact that she left the room a total of four times to retrieve things she needed.After the massage, I went back to the lobby. My masseuse walked right up to me and wanted her tip. I told her yet again, I will tip after I have received all my services. She appeared to be quite frustrated; as was I. She looked to her husband who wordlessly told her to drop it. The owner handed me a towel and a water bottle, opened a door, and motioned for me to go in. It was the spa and sauna room. I was given no instructions on what to do, where to store my clothes, the length of time I could spend in there, or if they would cone get me when it was time for my facial. I decided to use the sauna. A woman walked out and was surprised to see me. She said she was told she would have the room to herself.After using the sauna, I went back to the lobby. A nice woman named Bonnie took me to another room for my facial. Bonnie did a great job on my facial and was very friendly.Though I didnt have the best experience and will not be returning, I will say that it was very clean and the spa area was nice. Also, bring a bathing suit if you plan to use the hot tub.

I had gotten a facial with Bonnie and had a great experience. My face looked so clean and my skin glowed for weeks after She, along with the rest of the staff, are very friendly and make you feel welcomed from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and I plan to return soon!

The owner was really nice. The staff was kind. I scheduled the relaxation massage and it was just nice, soothing and relaxing. I liked how the masseuse wiped off the oils after the massage with a warm towel unlike other places where Im left oily then have to put my clothes in top of the oils 🤨. Great place! After seeing the overall reviews, I called to schedule an appointment surpringly had one right away. The lady on the phone was very nice and told me to bring swimsuit and my bottle of wine if prefer. I showed up for appointment but seemed a bit disorganized. Finally I was presented well more like pointed to the masseuse. I told them several times that this was first time so wasnt sure how the packages or process work. I was guided to the massage room and pointed to the restroom too. The masseuse did a great job but yes, kept leaving for items needed to continue with service. I asked for the royal package that includes 1hr massage, 1 hr sauna/hot tub and facial. As soon as masseuse finished, told me to get dress and go to the front then walked out. I didnt get my robe or instructions. I got dressed then directed to get my facial. Once the 10-min was done. I was told to go to the front to cash out. The lady gave me a card with stamp saying after 5 services, I get free sauna & hit tub. I told her if it was like today that everyone ignored my request for the package. I was charged individually for the massage 60 and facial 40. No package no nothing so disappointing of the whole experience. When I was leaving an older Asian man said something about sauna but I was too bothered to go back, get undressed again. Im giving 3 stars because the massage itself was pretty good, but I will not go back.

This place is incredible! We have been coming to David’s (the owner) spas for 4-5 years started at the Green Island Massage 4 years ago leading up to the opening of this new location which is actually closer to our house. The service is remarkable I always get the deep tissue and my husband the Swedish it’s relaxing, intimate and professional we never miss a beat on the hot tub and sauna perfect romantic time, relaxing time or even when you just need a moment to breathe. I wouldn’t choose any where else and no places have ever come close.

I’ve been to many massage spas and around the world and this has got to be one of my favorites. The front desk was ran by a man named David and he was very welcoming and kind. He showed us all around the spa and made us feel like we were at home. I got the deep tissue massage and requested that I have a Shiatsu massage on top of that. They did not charge me extra and they did a fantastic job. They are highly educated and very professional. Definitely coming back for more.

Just went there today and I habae to say it was great! I got a deep tissue massage with Mr. David. He knew what areas needed more work on and was extremely professional. Ms. Bonnie did my facial. She was very nice and left my skin soft and feeling fresh. I missed out on the sauna and jacuzzi, but I will be back soon. Thank you!!!

Called in early Monday and they saw me like 2 hours later. Wonderful! David gave me a very therapeutic and relaxing massage. Building is a lil old but was very clean and everyone was super professional. I asked for an hour Swedish massage and I got a full hour. I will return.

I came here for a deep tissue massage on New Year Day and Jessie was the best! She was friendly, pleasant to talk with, and she knew what she was doing. Hope was at the front desk and was also very nice and welcoming. I ended up getting the sauna and hot tub included with my massage. I will definitely be going back.

My husband and I went yesterday for a sweetheart package and I must say, I was left speechless! From beginning to end, the place was clean and relaxing. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is by far one of the humblest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. The masseuses did an amazing job but the facial was everything! 🙌🏼 I must say I will absolutely be coming back!

Came here for a couples massage. I was skeptical at first because the outside looks old & I never see anyone in the parking lot. Paid $140 for a couples deep massage. I didn’t get a chance to catch their names, but me & my man we’re both impressed!! The masseuse he had stepped on his back, which he was hesitant to do at first because they asked him & caught him off guard, but he said it actually felt pretty good! Both masseuses used hot stones on us, which was AMAZING. The room we were in was concealed behind thin curtains, so there wasn’t much privacy when getting dressed/undressed. The beds don’t heat up, which I was surprised about. They asked us if we wanted to go into the sauna & gave us some robes to wear in there. They also have a hot tub, but we didn’t use it. We did use the showers to wash all that sweat off, so if you plan on doing that bring some shower shoes! 4/5 stars because when we first walked in, one of the employees kept stressing “plus tip”. She repeated that about four times before we even started. The facility was very clean & well maintained. Other than that, great service & you won’t be disappointed!

After an initial sour experience about three years ago with the receptionist, I decided to give this place another try. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sarahí and the owner David. I made an appointment for one of the awesome spa packages they have (2 hour massage, facial and sauna and hot tub access) and eagerly awaited my spa day. When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted at the door by Ruben who was waiting for me to help start my day of pampering. Ruben’s Deep Tissue massage was superb! Then I got to enjoy a relaxing soak and steam before my facial. Bonnie, my esthetician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I must say, this was one of the best spa days I have ever had. Thank you Royal, I’ll be back again.

This place was amazing. I had surgery a year ago where I was on my back most of time. I had developed intense neck, shoulder and back pain which gave me headaches. It was so painful that medication didnt work either. After reading about the medical massage I made an appointment with Sarai. It was the BEST decision made. Not only did she help me remove the pain. I havent had pain since. It took two sessions and was AFFORDABLE. Ill be going back again. I recommend this place

My man surprised me with a late bday gift (he finally had a day off) we received a deep tissue couples massage with hot stones and it was amazing!!! The customer service, the atmosphere, the abundance of services! Definitely recommend, definitely will be back!!

Went for a couples massage this week and it was great until it was time to check out. Once we checked out, the lady that massaged my partner hinted on how much we should tip as I found this to be very unprofessional. I read a comment for a person that had the same experience and shocked me. The business has many great reviews and is a very clean location, but the individual asking for a certain amount of money for a tip is bad for business.

I love this place. The massage techs know what they are doing. For once there’s a place that’s fancy and relaxing with friendly people and techs who know what they are doing. It’s a great place to have a girls spa day. I felt the facial they gave me for a month. My face felt wonderful. You will love it.

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was at Royal Sauna & Spa! I wanted to treat my sister for her big birthday and take her for a spa day. I was looking for a spa nearby and happened to drive by Royal. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made an appointment. We returned for our appointment and we’re greeted at the door by Ruben and Sarahí. Everyone, the owner David, Sarahí and Ruben our massage therapists and Bonnie our wonderful esthetician, were amazing. Not only were they sweet and super professional, they were extremely knowledgeable about their craft and made our experience totally worthwhile! We will be returning customers.

My husband gave me a package for Christmas which I just used. This is the best massage and facial I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very peaceful and clean. I felt as though I was on vacation on a cruise. If you are looking for a place to go and relax and be pampered Royal Sauna Spa is the place to go. I will be coming back.

One of the cleanest most professional places i have ever been. Very nice setup and even include a free sauna sit or hot tub time after a massage. Very skilled massage therapists as well as very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Will definitely be my go to spot from now on!

Highly recommend! Been going for over a year, and just realized I have never left a review. I love this place because I genuinely feel like they value your loyalty, money, and business. The owner is amazing- they are very professional and aim to please. They will try their best to work with you even if you walk in or schedule something that same exact day. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the services are always exceptional because they all give 100%.. I also didn’t realize they offer lash services, waxes, facials, and more...and they’re actually really good at doing it all. I highly recommend Bonnie for facial/eyebrows/lashes, and Idris and the owner (cannot remember his name) for deep tissue massages. If you are in the market for a massage, you won’t regret giving them your money.

Very friendly staff member helped me make a reservation over the phone. Gave suggestions for what to bring to enjoy my visit. Very clean facility with professional staff. Sarai asked if the pressure she was using was ok. Got a great, relaxing massage then got to spend time in the sauna and hot tub. Not a super high end spa, but definitely the kind of place you can come back to regularly because their prices are very reasonable, the facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!!

My day at Royal day spa was a gift from my husband for Christmas and I will be back!! They were so nice perfectly respectful and did a fantastic job I got the Deluxe special and it was fantastic. The massage was so relaxing and also got the facial then after you get to have a soak in the hot tub and relax in the sauna Im feeling like a new woman thank you so much for the wonderful day

The only reason I dropped a star is because of the location. When I called to schedule an appointment I didnt know of the new location therefore I was late for my appointment. However when I arrived I was welcomed by Idris professional and calm. He wasnt rushing or pushy due to the timing. During the massage he would ensure from time to time that I was ok. I would definitely recommend this location. If Im on that side of town I will drop in for a relaxation session.

The only reason I am 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of Saraí.I booked a couples massage as a Valentine’s Day surprise for my husband and we were attended to right away.My husband got Jessie for a deep tissue massage which was amazing! We left her a $20 tip for how great she was! I loved her professionalism and the effort and focus she had with my husband.Sadly for me, Saraí was sick which is the grossest thing, to hear someone blow their nose then massage you with the same hand was horrible. She only used one hand at at time with low pressure and was on her phone for almost all of my massage. On top of that she started crying which took away my relaxation and she walked out mid massage for about 5 minutes. I needed work on my lower back, shoulders and neck and she spent about 40 minutes on my legs out of the hour we had.Honestly she was the worst masseuse I’ve ever had.I spoke to the manager, David, about her actions and we had a long talk about her lack of focus, professionalisms, and her being sick and on her phone.. I will be returning because I loved the atmosphere and my husband got the best massage of his life. However I will make sure Saraí is never my masseuse again.

I live in the Northeast and have noticed this spa place that has recently opened so I chose to stop by and take a tour thinking it would be a great idea to take my mom for her 73rd birthday. So I set up an appointment to do the Jacuzzi and have a combination spa day just my mom and myself to celebrate 73 years of life. At the time I was told to be there nobody was around I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I am very disappointed in this place. We were looking forward to this special event I would not recommend off first impressions I can’t tell you how good or bad they are but I can tell you they do not Keep there word.. I am so very disappointed .

Took my wife there for a couples message had a great time. Have been to many places in El Paso (Luzon and message envy)and they dont do anything close to a message. It was OK. Just ok. The check in service was not very good and my masseuse was late. I asked for hot stone, never got it. It was not the best experience, to be honest I didnt really like those whole thing.

I made an appointment here on Facebook and as it was not confirmed I decided to call and confirm. The woman who answered me was upset that I ask her for a 30 minute deep tissue massage, I think thats enough for my first visit, right? Thats all I need for my back, as I have some back problems because of job. I recently moved to this area and was looking for a place to receive my weekly massages, but I think my needs are not enough for them. Ill just have to look for another place any recommendations?

I went in for a same day massage at Northeast side location. Masseuse (Male) very attentive to my needs, asked if pressure too much or not enough, room temp perfect, offered water at end , good reasonable prices, taking all COVID-19 precautions, definitely reccomend.

Wow, this is the best spa here in El Paso. It has everything you need here. Beautiful decorations, magic massage with healing hands, relaxing and soothing sauna, which is free with the massage. Can you believe that? The girls are so nice and sweet. I love it and will come back. Highly recommend

The massage felt really good but it got weird and uncomfortable when it came time to pay. I left the lady a $10 tip but she basically forced me to give her $10 more dollars because her arms hurt from massaging me, which I though was super rude.

Broke down and went for a massage at the new place on Dyer. Royal Sauna & Spa. I have always had issues with tension but my reason for going today was because of back pain on my left side. Since I have had the pain there has NEVER been a massage I have had that eliminated the pain (I just live with it). Today I opted for the deep tissue massage and Sarah now has me pain free. Thank you Sarah, you will be my go to for future massages.My son went on Monday for a massage and swears he will never use anyone but Sierra, his was also deep tissue.So apparently this place hired the right people.

So relaxing. I got a couples package and the 30 min foot massage was to die for, and the cherries on top were the free access to the sauna and tub with the couples massage smh perfect way to relax. I go often to get gift certificates for friends and family because its that great!

Massage therapist Jessy is getting better each time I visit, picks up on nonverbal cues for when an area needs more attention or a softer touch, helped take away a considerable amount of the tension and aches in my back and legs.

Have been to this hidden gem three different times and service is always amazing. They cater to all I have taken my sister, my teenage daughter and my significant other and they made the experience amazing each time. I will continue to go here.

This place was a rip off. I went for a 1hr message and over priced non effective facial for a whooping $140. In addition the message was painful and I left in more pain than I arrived in. There are plenty of places here that I have had a better experience with. I would not recommend this place. And if you so go make sure you confirm all prices before services.

My girlfriend and I always get a couple’s massage from Ruben and Sarai. They’re incredibly nice and give great massages!

The receptionist complained that I tipped 4$ and tried to force me to tip 20% he said I had too. I will never go back. Don’t go here if you tip for quality. They will manipulate you with there poor communication skills to force more money out of you.

This Spa is the best Spa I have ever went to , Owner is very involved in his Spa and keeps it very very clean !!! Always feel Welcomed !!! Being in the medical field you build up lots of stress and Angie a message therapist is the best !! Very Professional and kind !!! I highly recommend this Wonderful Spa !!!

I want to just say how amazing this place is we have been customers for about 5 years. They were at another place at one time but they moved closer to my home which is even better. Super friendly staff and do such a great job got above and beyond for there customers. Thank you!!
