Had a facial done with Lily, she was very open and understanding of what i was going through and what would be the best treatment for me. The staff is amazing. They listen to exactly what kind of results you’re trying to achieve & then suggest a treatment plan. I can’t say enough about Luz & the Morpheus 8. At 51 years of age I’m for sure needing some help with the fine lines & wrinkles. After only one treatment my results were amazing. My girlfriends were asking me what I was doing??? I can say it was worth every penny & I suggest buying the package because you get a discount & after 3 treatments the results are nothing less than astounding. I had a rhinoplasty done and I regret going here for the procedure I wish I would’ve done better research. My nose is crooked and I have an indentation on the bridge that doesn’t look good at all. The doctor did not listen to what I wanted at all. I hate the way my nose looks way more than before. Terrible terrible job 😭

I have a massicer problem due to grinding of my teeth and botox is a pain reliever and SPS is great. Thank you. This is a health issue and this treatment should not be considered cosmetic at all. Insurance companies need to include as wellness coverage for bettering your health. Thank you.

If you haven’t visited Southwest Plastic surgery recently, YOU HAVE TO STOP BY AND SEE ALL THEIR IMPROVEMENTS! I had a procedure done there in 2019 and I visited them again in 2024 and they have really made some great changes. They now offer lymphatic drainage massage which is a HUGE aid for a speedy recovery! They also now offer a home visit the day after your procedure. During the home visit Maria (the RN) is absolutely amazing to say the least! The entire team at SW plastic surgery is friendly, courteous and very attentive. I can’t wait to see my results after my procedure!

Hello, good afternoon, I am going to comment on my experience, all of them very friendly, but in my 2 treatments that were fillers in my lips I have nothing since 2 sections of $500 and they recommended morphine 8 that I paid $1700 and neither one or the other. I thought I was the problem but I dont think so. since I founsomewhere else and Im not wasting my money here. I dont recommend this place. Total $2200 Lost money this place

I had a terrible experience the first time I got lip fillers, so I have been going to different consultations, trying to find an injector that I felt was well qualified. The best Med-Spa in El Paso! Luz is so amazing & does great work. I’ve had 3 tattoo removal sessions with her & it’s almost completely gone. She made me so comfortable and made my experience such an easy & painless process .

I got a tummy tuck and super charged bbl, so a bbl with butt implants. It was a lit all at once but I know it was a good choice. Obviously the procedure is very painful, but they did everything they could to keep me comfortable and happy. I had already got a bbl from another surgeon and omg was it the biggest waist of 22k! Southwest Plastic Surgery most definitely is recommended by me. I’m only 4 weeks post op so I have some healing to do but I can’t wait to see the final result! I already love my body 100 times more and I can’t wait to love it even more.I’m from Colorado so I had to travel, they set up the hotel and everything. They even had a nurse come to my hotel the next day to give me fluids, pain meds, and help me shower. That nurse was amazing! Came from four and a half hours away for a simple consult and procedure. I asked 3 times before I drove down there to validate I was getting both the consult and procedure only to be told they weren’t going to provide the service when I finally arrived. They tried to push a consult that I would just have to get again when I went elsewhere; costing me even more time and money. I had to strongly advocate for myself since they weren’t initially going to give me a refund and tried to continue with a useless consult with the intent to offer me other services.The office manager didn’t apologize or anything. She basically didn’t even let me speak. She said she was informed of the situation and handed me my refund. I felt brushed off and unheard.My spouse and I took off work for the day to drive there and back, gas, mileage, and all things considered, it was not worth it.

Ive personally have always suffered from oily skin and would get a lot of blackheads. Especially in my T zone area. At Southwest plastic surgery they made sure to guide me and educate me with the treatments I needed for my case. First they exfoliate my skin with the Hydra facial which I loved, that treatment cleaned my pores. After my treatments they put me on a skin regimen, and showed me all of the products I needed to maintain my skin looking amazing and fresh at all times. I absolutely love coming here! My experience with SWPS is a very good one. First of all, its beautiful spa like decor is very relaxing. On the other hand, the staff is wonderful, they are welcoming and at tentative. I have done both laser hair removal and vanquish and could not be happier with the results! The nurses are incredibly nice, they guide you through the whole process and they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Palladino was always ready to answer any questions I might have and give me his suggestions. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I had dermal lip fillers done with Ysette after a bad experience with a previous injector and she is amazing; she answered all my questions (and I had lots of them). She is skilled with a needle as I barely felt it breaking the skin. If youre considering lip fillers then this is the place to go ! The staff was friendly as well.

Scheduling is an issue. Im always early to my appointment and always still have to wait 20-30 minutes. I came for follow up on injections (botox) and the girl I scheduled with said follow up is needed to make sure the injections settled, etc. I even asked her if a follow up was *necessary.* After waiting over 20 minutes, the injector said a follow up wasnt even needed. There reallyyyy needs to be an improvement in communication and scheduling here. I like coming here and would hate to have to go elsewhere because of these inconveniences!

I had a tummy tuck and a bbl surgery with Dr. Agullo exactly 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t be any happier! Great experience on botox and slight undereye filler. Unfortunately, I havent been able to get ahold of anyone recently. They did teach out today, though, so maybe theres a reason I just dont know about.

Erika Lugo was amazing at helping me achieve my results. She recommended that I do microneedling with PRP. I have completed 3 treatments so far and love my results. This busines is the worst ever I seen, there doctors are very good people however, the admin staff and the medc assistance never answer calls, never track their cases, never on time, my wife is costumer for that firm and we had to stay hrs on phone wait phone call and they never replybe carfull people to deal with these people.to be fair, I talked to the manager before i write this words and she never did any action

I showed pictures to Ysette Ceballos of what I wanted to achieve and the look I was going for and I got exactly what I wanted. In total Ive done 2 juvederm ultra plus syringes and it gave me that extra plump and settle look I wanted.
