I went in to buy a bong, and as the young lady was helping me, the boss interrupted the young lady, and said “hurry up” like if she wasn’t helping me. And when she tried to explain she was helping me, he said she was “wasting time” I will never buy anything from here, don’t recommend. Pt.2 and I’ve never been to your shop before that day, so do research you sound uneducated, actually you wouldn’t know if I was going to buy anything because you wouldn’t let your employee do their job. Half way through her showing me one you yelled at her, I was asking about which bongs were better for concentrates, but you wouldn’t know that would you? You were sitting down at your computer, I was interested in your 3 chamber bong for 139. So, again unprofessional boss. And this proves it. You should learn that people are just doing their job, and learn how to be a better businessmen

The girl with glasses with brown hair I walked in and immediately knew what I was talking about and she had great customer service and she is the reason why I come back and get the stuff I need on the daily

Exceptional! Best customer service in a smoke shop I’ve had - and I’ve been to many all over America and Europe. Beyond knowledgable about the products they have, amazing customer service (not pushy or trying to upsale), and a very safe and welcoming environment with plenty to pick from. William was so kind and was trying to trouble shoot my tank, get the right coils for another tank, and shared information about my set up that other vapers don’t share.This shop is well worth the drive, no matter what part of El Paso you’re in. The owner and employees will make it worth it!

I swear by their products and absolutely love love love the incense! Owner and store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I think its at a great location and will always pick this spot as my number one smoke shop!!!!

The owner was SUPER disrespectful to me when i went in, he made me uncomfortable whenever i went in DO NOT SHOP HERE.

When I went in I had the worker Yasmeen assist me, she was very friendly and professional! She knew all her products very well and was really helpful. I will return and hope I get Yasmeen again! I will be telling my friends about this shop!

First time visiting this place to get some vape juice and I had a GREAT experience! The lady behind the desk, unfortunately I forgot her name, was very friendly in person as well as on the phone. I told her flavors I liked and she helped point out others I might like. Ive tried one of the flavors and she did not disappoint! I WILL be returning and tell others about this shop as well. I think I might have found my new favorite shop!

Absolutely by far the best vaprizor/smoke shop Ive ever been to. I immediately get greeted with nothing but great vibes. And Nicole and Addy go beyond the call of duty when it comes to costumer service. They always have what Im looking for..know all the answers to any question and even educate me on some new items. I just love this place

New to the area theres no place like this in east, Central or lv. Nice selection of quality oil burners (nice rare shades of glass). Torches I want em all😍. I wouldnt take my time writing this of it wasnt 100. Yasmin was super cool and helpful with everyone equally. She has a unique way of attending to customers. She is sweet and welcoming but doesnt run the store with a fake premise. It was professional yet real.... . My mom is going back to get herself a glass tobacco pipe.. they have 100s to choose from. Literally

One of the biggest places I’ve been to , If they don’t have it then it didn’t exist . Also the employees are nice and helpful , And the owner is chill he knows what he’s doing most of the time. Definitely a great one !.

Went in and had the best experience with the worker Yasmeen. She is so friendly, very clean and professional. She was very well informed with all the products I had questions about and answered all my questions. Great service!

Would be more but yeah. Got 2 of the rechargeable ones. Cant remember the exact ones but one ended burning within 10 minutes & the other one 2 days before it burned. Got another one today & again less then 10 minutes it burned. This one was also rechargeable but a different brand. Bit other then having bad luck with rechargeable vapes, the staff is great

I never leave reviews but I really had to for this one, they have best staff. Absolutely love the owner, he’s funny and he always fixes whatever problem I have. Really good genuine people with good quality product

Best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Came in for a hookah, got a great set up for a fantastic deal. The staff is always friendly and helpful and really caters towards customer needs. Reasonable prices and unique pieces. Definitely the best in El Paso. 💕

Expensive and the girl w purple hair couldn’t have been ruder. If you want customers to come back hire better people. Go down the street to any of the other vape shops, there’s plenty of them.

Worst experience ever. Very overpriced, I felt rushed and like I was bothering the employee when I asked him the amount of hits on vapes. Very unprofessional. Employee mostly talked bad about other shops when his customer service wasnt even up to par. Wasnt even there for 10 minutes. Wont be returning.Edit: Response from owner just goes to show how rude and unprofessional they are when it comes to customer experience and care. Will definitely not be coming back.

Hands down the best smoke shop in El Paso. If they dont got it here, it doesnt exist. The staff are very, very, helpful and seem to have a good understanding of the variety of products sold. This is my go-to for anything smoke related. I love it

I regret ever buying even a lighter from anywhere else. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for any type of glass or stuff for smoking. I went here after reading the reviews on here and I gurantee you this place is worth every 5 star rating. They even individually wrapped my piece with foam and with a smile
