Okay listen up because I got to tell you !! I recently moved from DC area to here and went to many different smoke shops in El Paso some good some okay but non like this spot !! This spot knows what it offers and they are friendly and helpful no matter if you want to try a new vape or see if the legal vapes can relax you but they are not there to sell you they want to earn your business and it shows. So I am not saying change your regular spot I am just suggesting you give this spot a try. That might do the trick more than what I say, but I am review verified so there is that too 🤗

Absolutely love this spot/shop. Great, friendly, and fast service. The employee who helped me was really awesome; she was funny as well as very knowledgeable regarding products. Suprisingly great vibe upon entering this establishment. Staff were eager, engaging, and friendly right off the threshold. Stock was of great variety and staff were able to deliver extensive knowledge of the product they had on site and of stock of other quality outside establishment. Over all my experience was one of the better kinds out of my quest of stopping by every kind of shop related in selection of these types of products. Staff 13/10 site cleanliness 14/10 return visit to purchase more 42/10I highly recommend even if you dont quiet know what youre trying to get youll more than likely find it here. Best experience in the city yet.

(08/2023) The new girl forcing regular customers out because of whatever self righteous white girl garbage shes on is going to lose some serious money for this location. One of my favorite places is going to lose a substantial amount of money from my pocket with this ratty little dumpster fire working this past Saturday during the day. Smh. Brand new people shouldnt be refusing regular customers service because I said a bad word?!?! Then she was rude trying to talk trash while I left? Pffft... damn shame.*A great small shop with an abundance in selection. Reasonable prices and in a great area. The girl during the week is a true angel, shes welcoming, pretty, and very helpful with any questions you might have. I love that she is open about her experiences with whatever shop items shes dealt with before to help give a better insight to selection. Not so much with the girls on the weekend, young and complaining about their relationships, constantly on their phones in front of customers without even saying hello or goodbye is not worth hiring in my opinion.This is however, still my go to vape shop hands down and will be for sometime. Im thankful for is location so very much!

I had a great experience with Trinity today she was very informative on their water pieces and on their glass so much inventory to pick from it took me longer than I thought to pick out a piece

Horrible customer service. Blunt selection is nice but they dont really want to sell them. A limit per customer cool plenty of other shops that want to make sales

They have an amazing selection of hookah! Its the best Ive seen in El Paso. The staff was so helpful and really did everything they could to help me find what I needed!
