Chillin store like a lot of the stuff here, friendly and knowledgeable had all the answers to my questions and clean prices on pieces recommend for sure.

Sent our Mother in law to buy 140 in vapes. Not to mention she purchased a couple as well. We got on the phone with a guy named Aaron. He assured us he had a vape we inquired and that exact flavor. We asked him over and over. In which he repeated it back. We even sent a screen shot so he could confirm. He said he would give them to us for 140 if we paid cash. So my mother in law brought them to New Mexico and they were all wrong. He gave a flavor that rarely sells. Kept what we had asked for. So we called the store and spoke to a guy named Robert who claimed to be the manager. He said sorry nothing he could do. Being that it was 24 hrs. I told him this was the guys fault. That we hadn’t even opened none of them and we either wanted a refund or to swap it for what we asked for over and over. I said you can resell them because none of them are tampered with. He said to come between 2-8 and he will switch them out because he had what we asked for. He said he would take care of it. Come to find he was not the manger, and he was not even there. Manager said flat out no. Funny thing is, he could’ve done it. Because another vape city just exchanged them for us when we told them what they did. They even apologized for them and thanked us for coming all the way to El Paso. They said we want to earn your business in the future. They didn’t even mess this up and they showed so much concern. Rather than that joke of a shop who would rather allow his workers to lie, and deceive customers. This shop is a joke! But we will definitely give our business to any other vape city. Avoid this one!!!!

This place gives you the chance to return your vape within 24 hours if it comes out defective or it stops working. I bought an air love disposable vape here and was not hitting smooth, i love air loves and i get them often so i would know how one should hit but this one would make my throat burn and had a weird after taste. I returned to the store within the 24 hours with my receipt, I explained what was wrong with the vape and the vendor and manager proceeded to hit it to test it and make sure i wasn’t lying , saying that there was nothing wrong with it, the manager admitted that the recent air love batches have been coming out different because apparently the company had stopped production for a while. So she admitted that they have been coming out defective but denied the return or replacement of the vape stating that the only way they could replace it is if its not working completely, contradicting their own return policy. At the end of the day it was their word against mine and there was nothing I could’ve done. Have returned vapes at other smoke shops with no problem, wont be coming here again🙅‍♂️

First time visiting the store was a great experience. good selection, daniel helped me out and he was the coolest n very helpful! definitely worth the visit!

I’ve been purchasing from them the last few months and never had a problem till just this week. I haven’t had my vape for more than a week and it’s leaking all over the place. When I go in to let them know they of course advise they only have a 24 hour policy, which I think is ridiculous. One day! But I e had it less than a week! And the guy says “oh well I don’t know what to tell you”. I’d rather take my business elsewhere, where I know they’ll take care of me. 👎🏼

Good products, the only thing that threw me off was the dude that attended me, I was asking to see if they had cbd pre rolls and he told me that cbd is illegal to sell in Texas that only thc can be sold even after I showed him on the package that it said cbd and outside on the window😂 He even told me he knew what he was talking about 🤣

My friends and I came in late and he was super knowledgeable and took mike time to go through all products and we left super satisfied
