I wish they would have closed this store instead of George Dieter location. These people are always late. Maybe considering looking into other vape shops because this store doesnt care about their customers time. Customer service I dont think they know what that is or being courteous. Who owns this this place because it depicts thier leadership.

I have been a patron of this location for about 2 years and have always received excellent service. Care has always been taken with my orders. It was recently announced that this location will be closing. Today even though the location is closing the service i received was outstanding. I purchased a new device and its operation was fully explained. Not the service i would normally expect from a buisness about to close.

Best vape shops in El Paso. I am sad that the Zaragoza store will be closing at the end of the month. INCREDIBLE SELECTION OF JUICE! David is always friendly and helpful. I LOVE ALL THE CRYSTALS. Thanks for giving great service over the years.

This is by far my favorite vape shop! The old man there is awesome! He always has the best customer service and knows the materials. At this point he knows my juice order right as I walk in. Hands down best vape shop. Go see the old man he will get you right!

Super sad this location is going away. All staff and store locations have been great to me over the last decade. Shoutout to David at the Zaragoza store. He knows his business and is always great to have conversation with.

Bought my first vape here. He was very attentive and took his time answering my questions and explaining each vape to me and how to care for it. Got a nice vape for a decent price and I love it.

Best Vape shop in EP,TX. Sad that its going to be closing shop. Usually in there every other week. The Older gentleman is great. I call in my order. Always has it ready when I arrive. Knows what I want, great customer service. Always recommends good replacement hardware , will still be a patron at the gateway store. But may have to check out a couple other shops right here on the east side.

Had a great experience here. The store attendant was super helpful in recommending a vape and how to customize the juice according to my habits. Also a plus that they give a military discount. Overall fantastic experience

The older man, David, is extremely helpful, knows exactly what will fit your needs simply based off a few statements you give him, the same for another younger white guy I havent seen in a while. The juices are top tier as well and very well priced. HOWEVER.... some things have come to light for me in terms of how the employees are treated, over worked and under paid. that alone makes me want to stop going here, but I will support the employees like david and the other guy simply because they are amazing and put up with it all.

Older man is rude and from what it seems he’s the manager, horrible customer service do not waste your time coming in. Definite rip off! Paid $15 for 30ml of homemade juice with “10ml” of nicotine and it has no nicotine in it whatsoever! You have to choose flavor from a catalog. It’s super depressing on the inside, I feel bad for the younger cashier there he seems miserable to be working there under that old man. CUSTOMER SERVICE is key! And this place has none.P.S. customers are not allowed to vape inside…

Went in to look for a snall freebase nicotine pod mod. Have been a sailt nic user and wanted do take a step down as nicotine was a bit too high. The staff helped me pick out and set up a great device. A very knowledgeable gentleman helped explain the differences and how changing over was a much better option. His no nonsence approach was very much appriciatated. He took the time to explain and answered all of my questions. Helped me pick out some very good juuce too. I highly recommed thiis shop. Especially if you want to quit smoking. I was astounded at how many flavors they had. The king gentleman also explained that he ensures that his juice is of the highest quality which I can say it is. My lungs already feel better! 5 stars all the way!!!

I came in to try some of their premium juice de-ja-juice. I asked for a couple of savory flavors and they recommended a couple that sounded delicious. One was blueberry waffle and the other was strawberry cupcake. They must have been the most awful juices I have ever tasted and they were expensive. It was like vaping soap, very disappointed.

This place was awesome and close to home. The people inside Lavelle (hope I didnt butcher it) n Corey were cool dudes and very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They took good care of me and helped me change my coils n juice for my vape. Definitely hit them up if you live on the east side or are passing through n need to reload on juice, a vape, and accessories! 👍🏻😁👍🏻💨💨💨

Stopped in to ask about cartridges for my Novo. Was astounded at the selection of juices and prices. The employee who was helping us (this was about 1 or 2pm) had some great recommendations and was very helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Have to change my review as the nicotine strength they offer has been steadily getting lowered to get you to run out faster so they can sell you more. Just shop online instead.

This is my one and only go to shop. I love it! Ive been to alice (was literally greeted once as hello welcome to Alice we dont have any mods but we have juice lol I left. The service has always been awesome and the prices are very affordable. I always recommend my friends to go here and try the house juices. My favorite is peckalicious 🖤🖤.

Worst store in El Paso. No product on shells store completely black inside you have to choose for my catalog on the tableLooks like theyre going out of business. False advertisement theyre not the best vap shop in El Paso. Older sales person rude and impolite I would take your business elsewhere.-5 Stars.

Went here in an emergency limb. My order for ejuice wont be here till next week. I needed something to hold me over till then and the staff was extremely patient and friendly. I didnt ask for the guys name but he was very nice. Second time shopping with this establishment and I do not have any complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a large selection of house juices all at a reasonable price, but they can be harsh if not steeped IMO. The biggest issue is the pricing on hardware such as atomizers, mods, and tanks, but thats the price of convience I guess.

This my absolute favorite and only vape shop I go to. The staff is very helpful whether you chase clouds or just trying to quit smoking. I am one of the latter. When i first moved to the eastside, it was difficult because any other vape shop I tried, their juices were not that great, so excited now that this new location is open!!! Keep up the quality customer service!

Small place but it doesnt need to be large. Friendly employees always willing to give advise on whatever you want as far as vape mods and coils go. The best place for e juice in the east valley.

Terrible service!!! The 50ish Caucasian worker gave us bad attitude when we walked in, and was making up excuses to not give us a sale. I’m so glad we didn’t give this business any revenue and purchased from Mountain star vapor!! Si son Hispanos por favor no vayan aquí!

Bad customer service, the olderan is rude. Their flavors are horrible. And the device they sold me doesnt work and he didnt offer any solution but to purchase a new one.

I always go to Vapolocity for all my vape products. They have the best juices, best prices and the newest products around. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Super overpriced, one mod there is $90, the same one at other vape shops is $60...they dont carry any name brand juices at all and customer service was terrible, its like they didnt wanna be there, which made me just leave... Golden Vapor or Vape du Monde are way better
