Theyre nice enough. But routinely sell the wrong product. If youre going to purchase replacement parts, install them while youre there. They also dont open on time routinely multiple times Ive gone up there within 15 20 minutes of their scheduled open time to either see them pull up 30 minutes late or I just have to go to another store thats usually a chain store and more regular with their hours and knowledge.

Today I had a great visit . And was helped by Alex she was very knowledgeable and helpful in all things vape.

I was in town from Austin, TX and went by the ravings of customers online. I am so glad that I did. This shop is unique in that it is styled as an actual vapor bar. There are seats where you can make yourself comfortable and sample different varieties of e-liquids. The staff person was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and he was able to read my tastes and recommended two e-juices that I would never had the chance to sample at other shops due to poor customer service or apathy towards the client. These guys really know what you want and arent pushy at all. I REALLY enjoyed my experience. To top it off, the battery that I purchased as I forgot to pack my spare was ALREADY CHARGED and ready to go. When I checked out I was surprised that everything was so reasonably priced. They take the time to put themselves in your shoes and are patient and incredibly welcoming. If I lived here I would frequent the establishment. If youre in town and wanting an experience as opposed to guessing what flavors you would like from a piece of paper, then try this place.

I always have a good shopping experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The prices are fair and sometimes they have bundles or other deals. They also have a loyalty points system. It isnt a ton of points, but it adds up over time and I have gotten free vape products and pods through using it. I would highly recommend coming here and checking out the selection.

This place is really cool. I was looking for a new flavor, and one of the associates showed me a list with names and prices. They let you sample juices so that youre satisfied with what youre buying. They seem very knowledgeable, polite, and make you feel welcome. They dont come across as pushy, either. I think they have reasonable prices, and looks like their products are top of the line. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thanks, guys :)

Absolute best vape store Ive ever visited! People there are always the friendliest and coolest people, make you feel right at home! Their juices are always on point with flavor and the prices cant be beat, especially with a points/rewards system! Highly recommend anyone who vapes to stop by at least once!

Entire staff is friendly and willing to share their knowledge of tech and flavors. Very rarely have I not discovered a new flavor or gadget I want. Tons of house flavors. Recommend Kwasi Berry to everyone. Nice long bar/display area and Mexican Cokes in the fridge (real sugar...!). Awesome place and the Five Stars rewards are worth shooting for!

Overall experience was amazing! Being able to taste all the flavors using big tanks was way better, we were able to actually experience the flavor. After purchasing our tank, we were showed how to use it and replace coils. Will definitely be back!

I have tried every other store and nothing comes close. I have even priced their products against others and they cost less without sacrificing quality. Juice, batteries, mods, attys doesnt matter bang for buck no one beats them. And great customer service make this place the best around. Just give them a shot and you will be pleased. If you want the best experience go see these guys and gals.

Im new to vaping. I went in to ask a few questions and Joe was extremely helpful. He took almost an hour and walked me through the different types of equipment and liquids.I walked out with exactly what suited my needs and taste.I am definitely going back for all of my needs.I would highly recommend them.A year later and I still think Vape Amor is the best. They are always friendly and helpful.I had to replace my mod due to it being used by someone else and it getting fried. I went in and they tested it and confirmed what I thought.Since I didnt really want to spend a lot they hooked me up with a nice new mod and it was even 15% for their spring sale.Kudos to Vapor Amor.

Went in there as a first time customer and was extremely impressed. Ricky helped me out and he was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different types of products that they have along with samples of different flavors. You will not be disappointed and I will not buy any products from any shop except Vapor Amor.

Found them while in El Paso for a while. The friendliest staff I’ve dealt with. Once I left TX I was a little bummed because they don’t have online shopping but I called them and they do over the phone ordering and shipment. They are my go too shop even while I’m in Hawaii. You can’t go wrong with them.

They have good stuff, juice selection is decent and prices are good. Only complaint I have was the service was a little bit slow, it took a while for me to be helped. Thats not really a big deal but it might concern anyone who stops by in a hurry. But id still recommend this place to anyone honestly.

Most knowledgeable crew in town. Best in-house juices. Customer Service makes you feel at home. Its like going to your favorite neighborhood bar, but for vapers.

Great selection, friendly staff, good hours, open on Sundays, rewards problem, close to fort bliss with a military discount to boot. I bought an aspire breeze 2 for a month long field problem and it was great, cap prevents sand from mucking with it and I dont run out of nicotine doing Army things. Thanks for the suggestion guys!

I really hope that anyone reading this makes the decision to come here. It is hands down the best vape shop in town. For starters, not only do they have a large and awesome selection of premium juices, their house juices rock, and are hard to get sick of. They have a great variety of juices and of mods that will meet the wide range of needs, from novice vapers to pros. They also, and most importantly, have the best service of any business, not limited to vaping, in El Paso. They always take the timeto find what you need and to make sure you know exactly how to use every item you purchase. They make you feel welcome & never put you down like many other local shops do. They are the best group of people around and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

They are all super nice and attentive and the store is really clean and cute and full of awesome mods and stuff but I have a few problems.First off, there is never any parking in this tiny 5 or 6 car parking lot attatched to 3 storefronts... You have to circle the block several times waiting for someone to pull out or a spot in the street to open up or park 4 blocks away.Secondly, they dont mix their juice on the spot per order like they used to... You have to choose between 0, 3 or 6 etc nicotine at 70/30 ONLY so for a person dripping at 1nic 90/10 this is a huge difference in quality and taste (in my opinion) but since I was on my lunch break and out of juice, I went ahead and ordered a 0 nic; I didnt notice until I had left that I was given a 3 nic and when I drove the one block back to exchange it there was no parking again.Ill only shop here when absolutely necessary due to the convenient location close to my work.

Hands down the best vape shop in town. I usually go to Vapolocity but today my wife suggested I try something new. I took her advice and Googled vape shops in El Paso. I saw Vapor Amor as one of the first that came on the list. When I saw the reviews I knew I had to try it. We got there and immediately were greeted by Alex. I believe that was her name. Customer service was nothing short of spectacular. I spent a little more than I was planning on but the fact of the matter is it was a very pleasant experience. I really liked they didnt use those crap little vape pens. Real sub ohm tanks were used to test flavors and you could really make out the full flavor rather than guessing. This is my new shop. Keep up the great work.

I was really looking ford to trying out this shop. A lot of people at work talk about their juices and with good reason. They have amazing house blends and a good variety of just about anything you need for your daily vape. The first time I stopped by I was greeted by a gentlemen, Joe I believe his name was, and he was amazing. From the get go I told him I just wanted some juice and told him what I was looking for, in turn he took the liberty to have me taste just about everything they had. It was great because I could tell he really wanted me to enjoy whatever juice I got and took the extra time for me to zero in to exactly what I wanted. I can honestly count it as one of the best customer experiences I had in a long time. I ended up buying two thirty mils and even picked up a new tank because why the hell not. I also really wanted another juice but I didnt have the cash on hand so I decided to leave it for another day. The reason for the 3 stars is coming up. Before I start though, just want to say that I have been vaping for about 2 years, prefer rdas over tanks, but have had several tanks in my time vaping. Most by aspire and sense. I know my stuff. I decided to smoke on my new tank over the weekend and noticed it had a lot of dry hits even though tank was full. My mod was on power mode so its not an issue with tc. Only thing left then is a bad coil. Bad coils happen so I decided Id go to shop on Monday and would pick up that juice I left last week and see if they can help me out with the coil. When I walked in a young lady greeted me and I told her what was going on. Without going into details, lets just say it was bad bad service. I still picked up my juice because they are the only shop that carries it and threw out the defective coil. Honestly wasnt looking for a hand out but the way it was handled was unprofessional and reminiscent of how some shops bs people new to vaping into stuff. I probably wont be going back for this reason. In the two days I was there I spent about $100.00 and the thing that will keep me away is a $6.00 coil and a bad experience.

Great place! I quit smoking thanks to vaping, but about two years ago I quit vaping and was living without the need of any cigarettes or vaping. I sold all my vaping supplies and was left with only a couple accessories and a old Tesla VW. Just recently I started to get into the habit of smoking again so before I got hoked on it again I started to look for my old vaping equipment I had left behind. I went into this place during my lunch break to ask for prices on coils and the rest of the accessories I needed to get my old tesla working again. I walked out with my hands empty that day since I had to go home and see what I had first. The next day I walked back in the I felt like the employees looked at me like here comes that guy from yesterday that only asked questions. That day I bought only a coil for my old nautilus and some of their house juice. I usually dont buy house juice but I have to say their house juice is great!!!!!! The following weekend my nautilus fell and broke so I went back to buy a coil for my old Protank 3, they only had coils for the Protank 2. I did not want to spend much on a tank since I want to upgrade to a newer setup with a RDA but just cant afford to at the moment. I asked the guy that was helping me, what the least expensive tank was, he showed me a couple of them but I didnt want to go into a very entry level tank. He then showed me their clearance section, I was exited since I found just the right tank to use for now until I can upgrade to a newer setup. It seems like they are afraid of showing their clearance but I think they should show it to new customers since it would help them bring them back.

I was new to vaping and I told him that, and got taken advantage of. I got a mod, a useless adapter he swore I needed.(I didnt need)and free juice worst off he wouldnt let go me buying some damn battery charger(I kept declining)So I look up the mod and on ebay its 60 bucks with the tank.. The useless adapter I didnt need..5 bucksSo thats 65.. With tax lets say 75 worst caseI paid 152.89 at this store. Needless to say I will never go back here, i dont mind paying more to support local business but cmon dude almost double the priceNow I know to hit up eBay or another shop not so focused on selling the damn store to you

Ive been to vape shops in San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas and Vapor Amor is the best Vape Shop in TEXAS hands down, I live in San Antonio now and im pretty sure they still ship their products so Ill definitely have to order some house juice because the selection in San Antonio is TRASH
