Best go to spot for happy hour on select days…drinks are amazing, food is delicious, service is great and atmosphere is beautiful…what more can I say? Get there!

This place is a whole vibe. As soon as you walk in. The drinks are superb and the food is amazing. I got the wings and the pizza. Not bad at all. They have two different areas. One inside which play mostly Hispanic music and outside is hip-hop. Hookahs are about 60. Great service. Saturday nights are the best.

First of allThe only words I have is NATASHA!Drinks! Customer service! Sweet personality! And so much more! I frequent this place on her work days just because she makes you feel like family! Everyone is amazing… Terry is my favorite but no one tops Natasha!

The service was great even with a huge crowd. Our servers were able to get through the crowd and bring our food and drinks very fast like if there wasn’t anyone in their way. She checked on us regularly and the bill was fair for a bottle and a few meals. The crowd and DJ were great as well with everyone looking like they were having a great time. Definitely have to reserve your table or show up early for the events because the secret is out about this place.

Came by for free salsa dance 💃 lessons. Really loved the vibe and everyone was so friendly. Tacos were delicious. Shot out to Natasha serving at the bar! I see that it gets really busy and she handles everything really well (with a smile)!

Went to Lobby for a drink with my mate and found the place filled with fun. Great Music and good food. We especially liked the friendly service from the bartender, Alejandra. She is extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Gin and Tonic-reminded me London. My friend wanted a non alcoholic drink as he was the designated driver, she made great drinks. Highly recommend this place and ensure you ask for Alejandra, if you’re from UK and want awesome drinks.

I’ve passed by this place for so many years and was finally convinced to go there to celebrate my 55th birthday!! I’m so glad I actually listen to my girls this time.. the exterior is a bit deceiving because of the location but when you go inside security is tight and on point, service is beyond expectation, the atmosphere was amazing, the food was plenty full and so delicious, but most of all they did not skim on the drinks! This place was definitely second to none!! Highly Recommend even from someone as bougie as me!! 😉😉

This place is pretty awesome. They even have a professional Brunswick pool table! Upstairs was closed off on St Patricks day though. Went there and got a couple of margarita trees and some car bombs. The hookah I ordered was supposed to be watermelon but it had no flavor at all and was kinda gross. Id def try it again on a different night but the atmosphere was pretty awesome. Didnt order any food.

I have visited the lobby numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed in the service, food or drinks! It is my go to when I am in the area. I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review but here I am now and let me say it with my chest I love the lobby! I have witnessed it’s evolution and growth over the years from being a best kept secret to few to being well known to most in the area. Let’s get to the review. Their menu has grown a lot over the years and I have tried just about everything and everything has always been EXCELLENT! Hats off to the chef👩‍🍳 I have attended birthday parties and even had a birthday event a few years back that was a awesome and memorable experience mainly due to everything, the food, vibe, music and service. Yeah I’m laying it on thick bc they are just that good. Their service is awesome 👏 Try the frozen peach and mango margaritas and the salmon meals! Actually try everything! You won’t be disappointed.

Manuela and Natasha is absolutely amazing! The food is so good and the drinks are great. I did my birthday party here and I had the best time ever. The hookah last so long. I will definitely be back soon for another day party.

Their menu consists of a wide variety of food that is slightly above average in taste. The hookah is disappointing, mediocre, harsh and they do not offer refills. You must purchase a new hookah. This would be okay with me if the hookah was good, but it is not. The music, in general, caters to their Hispanic clientele, which isn’t an issue but still worth noting. Decent overall.

I work near the Lobby, so I often go there for lunch. The combination of great deals and excellent service keeps me coming back. Bartender Natasha is always friendly and offers fantastic dishes. I highly recommend this place.

I went here with my friends. The place was very fun, the ambiance was great. I enjoyed the drinks and the music. Our waitress jessica gave exceptional service we loved her! Deff will come back and hopefully she can serve us again!

Vibe is nice. We got pizza and it was good. Drinks good too. Biggest problem is they dont replace the coal for the hookah, not even for a charge. They want you to buy a whole new one. Thats a no for me.

Horrible service from this one bottle girl she yelled at us to move because the tables were bottle service only but there where at least 10 tables without bottles food or hooka and some how they where all tables with lots of men and she said nothing to them 🤔 like I get it rules but why does that only apply to a table with only women mind you had she asked nicely maybe we would have gotten bottles not any more never coming back super rude. Music is good though so thats something

On Tuesdays they play music. It gets really nice but dont go on a motorcycle. They will not allow you to go in just because you rode the motorcycle. But if you go in your car, youre more than welcome to come in. Bring your ID because they will ask you at the door. The place has a patio where they also play music and its really cool. Parking can be challenging on Tuesdays. Ive only gone on Tuesday so this review is based on that day.

Am always blown away by the amazing service, food, and ambiance here at Lobby. One of my favorite spots to chill and grab some food/drinks for happy hour, dance to good music at night, and everything in between. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time! Went for lunch and had Daniela as my server. She was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed and that my glass was never empty. The hookah was excellent and the music was perfect. Lunch turned into a 3 hour happy hour! Thank you Daniela for the excellent service!

The place has so much potential. The drinks are very good but the service sucks . The tall latina woman at the bar definitely hits you with the bill off everything you order instead of keeping the tab open until you done being that she gets a tip automatically. And her attitude was disgusting my boy ordered a second round for himself and she automatically brought me another drink that i didnt ask for so she can hit me with another bill. I said i didnt ask for that but ill take it anyway . Without a response she just dumps my drink . They should really train her in her job details . It made me not want another drink or spend another dollar and i wanted another drink.

My first time here was over this past weekend and although I came with not the highest expectations. I was nicely surprised by the quality food and friendly service! Shout out to my server Steph for setting the bar for customer service, she was very attentive and helpful even recommending me great dishes and drinks which I ordered. Definitely will be back

Went here on a “Football Sunday” based on a Google search. The website says there is a dress code but I called and was told there was none on Sunday. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the entire sports vibe. They parley music during commercials and even changed a couple tvs to show a game that I wanted to watch. The food was AMAZING (I had the birria tacos and a buffalo wrap) and the drinks were strong, but just right! I would definitely go back if I was in town.Also, they have Hookah (which the way they sell and setup theirs is my only complaint)

I frequently come here for the vibe but mostly for the best service! Leishly is the best server ever, she always have the best recommendations for food and drinks and have a cool personality.Love it here!

Walked away today extremely dissatisfied. Been going here for years but today will be the last day. The waitress never came to the table so I had to ask other waitresses to fix what our waitress messed up or forgot. But even worst was having been physically grabbed by a guard when i went to pay my bill. I wanted to hand it off to someone physically as i was leaving since i was paying cash didn’t want to leave it on the table. i walked up to the bar to hand it off personally because again my waitress was no wear to be found and a guard without a word grabbed me by the arm and pulled me back. Will not ever give them my business again

I went there last night to celebrate my birthday weekend with my bestfriend. We had a blast we danced our 🍑 off. We had an amazing waitress name Karol she took great care of us. We had their cocktails Lobby Sunrise Long Island Iced Tea (10/10) and Bring the Heat (10/10) . For our starters we had The Cajun Lobby Wings (delicious 100/10) and the Birria Quesatacos (10/10)

Came for a quick lunch special. But it turns out its a whole delicious meal complete with a Sangria glass. The bartender Priscilla could not be nicer. She recommended what to eat and she was right on the money. Will definitely come back

Thaylane…best bartender ever!!! There is a slow lane, a fast lane, and then there’s Thaylane!! 😁She was on point with the drinks all night and makes a great caiparinha. Went for lunch and the food/presentation were both so good. Our server Jessica was very attentive and pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Not sure why the service was so slow in the beginning there were hardly any customers. Plus the server asked as to close out after we ate because she was leaving and said another server would come to take care of us but that never happened. We moved to the bar where it was much better service just dont know why the Bartender kept putting ice in my beer cause she wasnt putting ice in my dates beer. It was a little too loud as well for my taste as a dinner spot but it was still a nice place.

Nice spot to watch sports, listen to some good Latin music, enjoy some good food and hookah. Hookah on a Wed is very reasonably priced but they dont change coals. You have to get a new hookah each time the coals are done. Food is great! Plenty of TVs so youve always got a view!

I went with my job for lunch. They have an inside and outside. We sat outside and the atmosphere was nice. There was a live Dj and they also have games like pool and connect four. The food was sooo delicious. I had shrimp Alfredo.

The host do not speak English and are very rude. They do not understand basic concepts regarding customer service. My husband & I attended this place and were inconvenienced by having to move tables 2x due to an AC unit leaking on our head and food. No one apologized for inconvenience simply offered to move us but asked that we close the tab before moving us to another table/area-weird. We closed the tab and moved. In that other seating area i invited a friend to sit with us a friend and ordered more food and drinks. Note, I informed the first waitress my friend would be coming. When I seated my friend as informed, the restaurant host came and removed the chair from my friend, and indicated to my husband that my friend needed to stand up. Why would any paying customer eating & drinking with an abundance of chairs be asked to stand and eat? Even though, the establishment had plenty of empty chairs and tables. This made my husband and I very upset. They offered no other accommodation for our party of 3 in establishment with plenty of space and abundant chairs, simply because their policy on chairs. So after much back and forth about $50 chairs we decided to leave because it was not worth the hassle. The server brought us back a new bill charging us for food and drinks that we were unable to enjoy because they refused to accompany our party. Fyi upon seating they hold your card so when they bring you bill if you have any disputes its much harder because they already have your card, ran it, and only need your signature. Do not go! Go where your money and you are respected.

I have been to this spot many times but this is my first review. This is a cool spot just for drinks and to watch the game. They have an outdoor and indoor seating area. The food isnt that great but it will do if you are there to hang out and watch the game. The waitress we had was ok, I did have to get her attention at times. The drinks we ordered was ok as well. I had a decent experience.

Celebrated/ Hosted my 54th birthday party. The atmosphere was great. The Dj kept us dancing with a great mix of music. Believed the price paid for my package was reasonable. Loved every moment.

My good Judy threw her bday party here. IT WAS A GREAT TIME! I would definitely go here again! She got a VIP area and for the bottles and food everything was reasonably priced. The servers were great. To top it off the music was amazing and then I realized Funk Master Flex was the DJ🤯. Try the patron margaritas directly from the bar.

We went to the bar and the bartender I believe her name was Natasha was such an amazing person gave a 10 out of 10 service. Drinks were Amazing & food was delicious!!!! Wow... I know they say Redbull gives you wings ... but they dont come close to the mango habanero wings at lobby. We were also served by Daniel who turns out is a national award wining mixologist... I even tried to challenge him with a complicated beverage and he killed it. If you visit this spot and you run into Daniel please do me a favor and challenge him.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and attention received at your establishment.Our first time here was a disappointment. With five people in our group, we couldnt find a single available table to dine at, and the service was terrible.

Our time here are always amazing. Our host Manuelita and Diane are GREAT!!! The music mix is always enjoyable.

Food was subpar, BBQ sauce is pretty much ketchup water. Will definitely make sure to eat before coming here. Once we said we didnt want a hooka, we were ignored for about 20mins. Not sure if it was intentional, but I would come back for the atmosphere and decent music. Definitely eat somewhere else. Drinks ok-nothing special.

Ive been coming to Lobby since 2020, and nothing makes my experience better then when I know Natasha is working. From knowing what I want before I ask, Natasha truly makes each individual feel like he/she is a priority!

First time there. Had great time for the Halloween party. Only had a few drinks,staff was cool. Shout out to DJ Camilo. I had to go and show case Santa Claus for a change.

I visit the lobby frequently and it is always a pleasure to be taken care of by the lovely bartender Natasha. She is always very friendly and attentive. Not only does she make the perfect drinks her customer service alone will make you wanna come back. 10/10 would finitely recommend to ask for Natasha if you ever choose to stop by!

The food is very fresh, the Margaritas were good, they also have Hooka. The crowd and music were Universal. We really enjoyed ourselves.

My family enjoyed our meal. The only complaint was the taco salad which had a vinegar type taste to it. I will definitely be going back for another lunch/dinner.

Cool atmosphere, decent food was disappointed they were saying a fight would be be shown with audio but they never delivered. When asked if they would put the audio on I kept getting a yes but never heard the fight

The Lobby NJ was a wonderful experience. I arrived here with a few friends to watch Thursday Night Football and was seated right away. We got food and beer buckets. A great place for drinks and vibes! The DJ was on fire with the throwbacks 🔥 Im sure on the weekends the main floor gets packed but Thursday it was fairly quiet. A great time & will definitely be back.

Lobby bar is one of a kind! This place houses an indoor sports bar an outdoor patio that has a live DJ. We had a birthday there and Viki went above and beyond to make it special for us. She was absolutely amazing and delivered the best service possible. Thank you Lobby bar for making this event special. If you’re either a tourist or a local, thiis is a must visit place. There is free parking and free WIFI. There is also Hookah, $35 charge extra. They have great promos here too.Make sure to ask .

This was a very cool place! It didnt really meet my expectation because I thought there was a dance floor and there wasnt. The lobby is like a very lit hookah lounge. Service was great and the staff was friendly and patient. I had a very tasty amaretto sour with my sliders!

I was waiting in line here for an 1:20 minutes only to get to the front and the security guard say that it is in full capacity. What a joke could have told us before we waited that long.

I been coming to the lobby for about 3 years love it and enjoy the food and drinks and my server today Jessica was absolutely amazing , made sure my table was good everytime the customer service was absolutely amazing.

They made us pay cash for hookah and after we paid they told us hookah is no longer aloud for the night and seeing as it was raining outside we couldn’t go out there and took the ALREADY PAID FOR HOOKAH away. And then they couldn’t explain why. SCAMMYYYY

Just wanna say the service in here was top notch ! Especially from one of the bartenders , Natasha all the drinks she served us were 10/10 and she was so friendly every-time even when it was completely packed ! The most attentive bartender by far , will definitely be coming back to get drinks from her soon.

Im going to give it 3 stars because the place is really fun and has great food and drinks. The issue arises when it comes to the hidden things. It would be great if they just advertised them more obviously. Like pricing for valet and mandatory purchase limit to eat. All things that are fine just annoying that you find out all the rules after you are in the club. But other than that the service was amazing, hookah was great, our server was so so sweet and the music was great. Just be aware of the above and you shouldnt have a problem

The lobby seems like a fun weekend establishment to visit, but they are inconsistent as a restaurant/lounge. With a mentality to chase money by old sales techniques, pressing one to spend $50 per person, but can’t accommodate seating for the whole party ? This is our third and final time visiting the lobby. After 15 minutes without being serviced, 10+ minutes waiting for our drinks (still has not come as I write this) we thought perhaps the hookah could save the night, We were Informed after already having our order taken that hookah isn’t allowed indoors tonight, but is available in the empty $50 section outdoors……hahaha cheers to The Lobby 👎🏾🥂

Nice atmosphere. Great music. My only issue is that the music was a bit too loud. Impossible to have a conversation. Outside of that, the drinks were great. I ordered a pineapple patron margarita and it came in a nice mini patron bottle. Very nice presentation. All of the waitresses are very attractive as well. This is more of a place you go to with the guys than a place you bring your girlfriend. Also, most people speak Spanish in the establishment.Parking is interesting. Sometime they have valet parking.

Must say I love the ambiance of The Lobby, however, I’m giving 2 stars due to the fact, how they charge for almost every little thing, especially if you’re a guy. I noticed when we arrived my two friends were wearing a hat and they told them they can’t come in unless they pay for the hats which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. For the past years I have been out to restaurants, night clubs, etc I’ve never heard of an establishment charge for a hat. Next, for you being a guy, they slap you in a face with a $20 cover and girls for free, which I do not understand it’s 2023 why are we still having this mindset? Last, the drinks, I did not get the best service from the bartender and they automatically put an extra charge on top of the bill and not making it optional for the client to choose to how much to tip. I went for a second drink they did they did the same thing and added $5 on top of $10 margarita. I don’t want to trash The Lobby, because I did have a great time, but this system that they have set in place needs to be reevaluated because this literally pushes patrons (including myself) away.

Daniel the bartender was amazing. Hes an award winning bartender and he proved it with his drinks.

Went to the Lobby in Elizabeth this past weekend for the NFL games and I must say it’s such a great atmosphere . Hadn’t been there in a while but I was impressed with the food , it was really good! Next time I want to get the VIP service ..I spent a decent amount so maybe getting a bottle for the table might be a better option

Visited the lobby with a few people of my friends, I really enjoyed myself! Music was great, food and drinks were tasty & Stephanie was my server. She made sure all of my orders were correct and came to the table very quick. She was also very knowledgeable on the menu when we had questions! Thank you!

The best sports bar and lounge/nightclub in the area. A wide selection of liquor to chose liquor and great food too. Great place to watch the game or just chill with your friends. I highly recommend this place. Why go to NYC and pay 3x as much when you have something local.

Ive had some great times here, a suggestion for anyone visiting. Uber or Lyft. Parking is tough.

I type this review as I sit in the bar & watch Sunday night football. Amazing service from the moment I walked in. Great drinks. Amazing food. Even when my drink spilled over my food they gave me a new drink and a new order of food. The easiness and the kindness from all the staff is something I will never forget. I may also add this is my first time here & I drove all the way from NYC. I do not regret one second.

2 floors venue. 3 separate DJs on Weekends. Sometimes the place could get very crowded on weekends and its hard to move around. The food and menu options are great. Wednesday they host free dance lessons which is always fun. Would recommend.

I got a VIP package for my husband birthday. We got there at 9:45 right before the lounge hours started. Were siting in our section and like 20 minutes later they. come with the birthday sign and lights and the birthday boy was not even there yet. I told the waitress and she said well we have to bring the bottles out soon. Then for almost the whole night the staff and some of the guest used our VIP section as a walk way literally. Everyone was cutting across and once i got visually upset and started to ask the staff to walk around some of them listened most did not. I am not a conflictive person and I hope someone from the bar can read this and make positive changes.

Good food. Fun place. Nice staff. Just be careful with your receipts. They include a gratuity, and then add a line for the tip. One time I went and the built-in gratuity line was absent, making it look like I should tip.

Good food and atmosphere was great. But the service was absolutely amazing. I don’t know if you can request servers but if you can request Thay. She’s great, knows all the best options and is very good at her job. She makes you feel like you are being taken care of at all times 👍🏽. The best

After having a great night with my friends I was overcharged and they did not want to fix my check I talked talk to the manager and he had the audacity to say alguien tiene que pagar! Why should I pay for something I did not consume in the first place. Revisen bien antes de pagar!Despite that everything was great!

Margaritas are good. Guacamole is good but the chips are from a bag. If the bag was just opened then the chips will be good otherwise they are stale. Reasonable prices. They usually ask for ID at the entrance. This is one of the few places that does this. Im not 30 something anymore. Its annoying. Then sometimes they ask for credit card and drivers license before they will serve you. Did I mention Im not 30 something before? Overall its good, but is all this extra stuff really necessary? If you can get past the screening process, most of the food is above average.

Went to the penthouse two years ago and the security guard tried to get to know me and get close to me. i rejected her because i don’t like girls and she got mad. I was on my friends story later posting weed and how i wish i could’ve had it in the club and she saw it and banned me. OFF OF A LIE. she said i had contraband in the club and noted it on my file then banned me. Mind you, i never had the weed in the club, never rolled it up, did not even have a lighter. i left it in the car like they told me to. went over two years later and they told me there was nothing i can do. i was harassed by the security guard and was denied access to the penthouse because i rejected her advances. not really how business should be conducted especially if girls like me come to have fun and get harassed by the security guards who are supposed to be there to protect and maintain the peace. i do not suggest this place to the girls, it is not safe for us at all.

The food is good but the drinks are watered down. Parking is horrible and they make it worse by charging for parking. We were there and then took a friend to the airport. When we got back they wanted us to pay for parking and $10 to get in. The music is not diverse. The little Patron bottle is cute.

Enjoyed the bi-level music of Latin and Hip-hop/R&B. We had Lorena as our server. She was amazing! Very kind and attentive; she is the reason why I would come back. Hookah priced at $31 with two coals that only last about 35 mins before you have to re-buy another hookah as they do not do coal maintance to try to squeeze more money out of you. Place also makes you pay a minimum per person just to sit and have dinner if it is the evening hours. Would not particularly recommend but would highly recommend Lorena.

As a loyal patron, you are left dumbfounded when the discourteous hostess approaches your table, informing you that you must vacate, all while rushing you to settle the bill.

So lets just start by saying The Lobby has one of the best happy hours in town. On Mondays its 3pm- close & I believe the rest of the week it ends at 7pm. On the weekends Im not too sure. There is a wide variety of beverage selections from $2 shots $3shots $4 house drinks $4glasses on wine $6 frozen drinks & so on. Now for food the Lobby has a mixture if finger food or bites that $5 wings,mozz stix etc. There is also an adult size Jenga and Connect 4 game to play. Pretty nifty. & a couple pool tables. During the spring/summer the patio area is open, great seating a large bar,cabanas and the dj area + a oversized television ( wouldnt fit in my house) for sporting events. There is a 2nd floor havent ventured there yet.

My lunch spot. I go at least once a week. I sit at the bar and talk to the staff as I wait for my food. Very friendly, patient and attentive staff. I love the manager she is so chill and on point. Wild accommodating, I order the night or weekend menu sometimes and they do it when they can. And for that I keep going back. I love when an establishment takes into consideration the loyal customer and they hit the nail on the head every time.

Amazing time here, they really make you feel appreciated. Good drinks and good service. We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday and we ended up having so much fun at the bar from something that was supposed to be casual. I visited the lobby on September 24th and our waiter seated us at a two-seating table that was quite wobbly. We decided to switch tables, but unfortunately, the other two-seating tables were also unstable and uncomfortable to sit at, so we chose to avoid the risk of our drinks or food spilling onto the floor. My partner and I then moved to a four-seating table, but we were informed that we were not allowed to sit there. We explained our reason for moving, but the staff claimed they were saving the bigger tables for larger parties. We noticed two young men seated at a four-seating table and questioned the staff, but they seemed to make excuses to justify their actions. It was a rainy Sunday and there were four empty four-seating tables available. Eventually, the waiter switched us to a more stable two-seating table, but I overheard her and another staff member making inappropriate remarks about us. The manager came over to check on us, but seemed to ignore our concerns and didnt even acknowledge the previous error made by the waitress. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff at this establishment.

This was my second time ordering food that was a total waste of my money, first time lobster tails and shrimp with pasta was very bland, this time food was undercooked, steak tuff as nails, only thing tasteful was the advacado salad,which was a very small portion, Cook needs to be fired, I wouldnt spend another dime there.Horrible food

Celebrated my husband’s birthday here this past weekend and this establishment is nothing short of amazing upscale classy and you will definitely have a great experience. The food is also tasty the birthday package was worth every penny so if your looking to celebrate your birthday definitely celebrate your birthday here!Bottle Service and VIP highly recommend.

Manuela was the worst ever !! she’s horrible at her job and should be fired, horrible service. i will go to cooperate and complain about her. she pushed me in front of everyone because i unfollowed her on instagram, shes a grown woman acting like a child, i will speak to human resources about this employee.

It was just ok. You cant even sit or stand anywhere without buying a bottle. They are very money hungry its horrible. Not everyone can afford to buy a $500 bottle I wouldnt recommend going here. On top of charging a fee at the door in order to sit or stand or breathe you have to buy a bottle its insane.

We were there for fight night 22 april 23. The atmosphere was good. The people attending to out vip section did everything they could... but the ac was leaking so much water on top of us that all of the chairs were soaking wet. There wasnt anything the staff could have done better but dont charge thousands of dollars for a space not ready to be occupied. Music was good, attentive and accommodating host.

Fun nightclub, first floor is like a typical American club and then you go to the second floor and is a classic Spanish club. Love this feature. Had lots of fun with my friends.

Our waitress was trash. Ended up there for two hours and barely got served. Had to keep calling her over and it was not even busy. On top of that our waitress keep serving us the wrong drinks and food dishes. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what. All I know is I rather have gotten served by their security guards. At least they knew what the hell they were doing.

Went to this place on Saturday at 12pm. They told us it was packed but that they had a table for 4 seats, we were 6. We didn’t like were our table was it was next to the exit of the outside seating. We saw an empty table/seating by the wall side. We asked the waiter and she was nice told us to talk to the front about the issue. One of the front girls walked by us, she was Colombian, we asked her what she could do she gave us the worst attitude ever. That this table was the only thing she had and if we didn’t like it we could leave. Like we were about to spend 250 dollars on two bottles and that’s how they treat customers. Worst place ever.

Place was great overall. I was there on a sat night. Be aware only canned beer, hookah is kinda good price but no refills so had to order a new hookah. Don’t allow jackets or anything with a hood $2, hats $20 if want to wear one, plus the $20 entrance. Kool that has two different areas for clubbing. Parking was really hard. Needs a bigger bar area.

It all started with parking: $30! They nickel and dime you as soon as you step foot through the door. Music was too loud to hear yourself speak. My date and I just left because we were tired of screaming at each other like lunatics.

At first when we walked in no one was taking care of us when we sat at the patio for about 30 minutes so we decided to sit by the bar and the bartender David helped us. He changed my whole perspective of the night. He was very kind and attentive to me and my girls. As it was my pre bridal party he made me me feel extremely welcomed. I wish they had more servers and bartenders like him. I love him he definitely made my night and I will be returning to the bar so that he can serve me. I’m not even sure why this place is still open. It’s so loud in here you can’t even hear your own thoughts. The food is disgusting. The wings taste like they have been sitting out for days and they just went ahead and fried them again for a few minutes upon a customer ordering. There’s nothing that I had here that I can say I actually enjoyed.

Ive never been patted down at a bar/club and I attended the biggest university and largest party school in the country. The security was completely unprofessional and didnt explain why the other two people in front of me (women with purses) didnt get a pat down or search of their purse but only the men of color did. Its a no for me if clubs are wondering why they cant get younger people (specifically gen z and young people) to come to clubs and want to return this is a perfect example of why. Everyone has a job to do, explain the policy and be quick about it and professional, he was ready to throw me out because I dare questioned why. But thats ok, Ive seen MANY clubs just like this shutter because they cant or wont adapt, I have no doubt this one is next. ✌🏽

This place has their waitresses trained like hawks to force bottles on you when you first walk through the door.! Their was only 3 of us..We ordered food & drinks but because We weren’t ready for a bottle yet, they Wouldn’t allow us to sit & eat while waiting for the birthday party to arrive! To make matters even worse no one around us who were seated had bottles! Horrible experience! Got no help from manager! Don’t waste your money on a place that forces multiple bottles on you throughout the entire night & doesn’t allow you to drink at your own discretion!

Had my birthday here last night, and I must say this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Carlos did an amazing job making sure that we were comfortably situated and catered to our every need. Our bottle girl, Gabby, was well trained and constantly offered exceptional service. She was able to accommodate a huge group of 30 with ease. She 100% came prepared and came with more than enough cups, napkins, hookah tips, chasers and everything that my party needed. This is a 5 star place! Thank you guys
