Charos Hair Design and Day Spa

Teresa and staff are friendly and truly allow you to relax and unwind. They take their time with all their services. It isnt a fast paced place and honestly thats what I love about it.If you are the average person rushing in and out and need to just get out in a hurry. This isnt the place for you. Dont come and give a negative review, because you wanted expedited services. Its a spa salon.They truly allow you to submerge yourself in the spa experience and thats what places like this are all about. Its nice to walk in and be able to pamper yourself and check out of the every day hustle and bustle.

I really hate it here because Bianca (one of the people that does hair) takes forever to do hair. She’s trying something new of getting people out in 2 1/2 hours and it haven’t been working. On May 24th, 2024 i was getting my hair done but Bianca was distracted the WHOLE time and I had conditioner in my hair for like 4-5 hours. She’s lucky to even get 2 stars, this should be a one star shop. I hate it here and if you are a new person coming here, don’t come here……

Great atmosphere, like a luxury spa. Went in for a last minute hair appt. They were able to accommodate me (was early in the day). She did a fabulous job blow drying and styling it. Also got a Mani-pedi. Another lady did it and it took a little longer than I expected but she did a good job. Especially cause I dont pamper myself much. I would recommend the place and plan on going back.

I came across this place on Groupon looking for a Brazilian wax and I am very happy I did. Teresa is very welcoming and gentle. She makes me feel very comfortable. I cant wait to try the facial.

Hi guys I would say to inform anyone like to come to it this far I got my nails done there yesterday and I got acrylics. The lady after that was super nice but we made an appointment at 12 and I didn’t get in till like 1230. Your staff is only three people and the girls are ready booked doing someone else’s nails. This wasn’t that much of a problem to me but when I sat down to get my past was when the problem started. The lady started to file down my nails and did not believe in using the drill. Which wasn’t really a problem to me either since she is supposedly a licensed nail tech and knows what she’s doing. While doing it I sell my discomfort around the cuticle of my nails. When the acrylics we’re finally put on there were lumps in some spots and didn’t match the size of any nail. I am also a date in and barely touch something and I am also a date in and barely touch something the acrylic cracked. I personally would not want to get your nails done.

I had a great experience here. I got a haircut and manicure. Charo was very nice, welcoming and professional.

All the staff was wonderful and very patient with all clients, they really love what they do and you feel welcome as soon as you walk thru the door, I didn’t have to wait for them to get started with me,they offer a variety of services it’s Amazing!! Definitely coming back!

The cutest salon, with the nicest ladies! Went this morning for a mani/pedi & wax, and had the best experience. Miracle hands, to say the least! Would definitely recommend!
